babe hey y'all i'm not doing this for chance on this sunday anywho um what was i gonna say y'all lord jesus oh so a couple years ago when i first started my vegan journey i discovered through being on so many different uh vegan um platforms like uh what do you call them like the vegan rooms on facebook right the the pages i didn't do a blank chance and threw me off but you know how you being a group that's what it's called a group on facebook and so people kept sending me the uh carrot hot dog recipe saying ted please make this please make this please make this and i did and of course i didn't have used all the ingredients that were in the recipes i kind of made it my own because some stuff i didn't have and now it's been years since i've made that and i want one and so i said today i'm gonna make it again uh and do it a little bit different with my you know because i boarded last time which i'm gonna do again but i might also put it on my cast-iron skillet after so they have a little you know like the little grill marks on it and then i'm gonna make some chili out of pecans and some coleslaw some honey mustard coleslaw don't that sound good oh yeah let's make some so let's go buy ingredients so we got our carrots right here i got these at the asian market look how big they are chad got about two cups of water like so like that i'm using coconut aminos but you can also use a liquid aminos like bragg's or soy sauce okay i'm using about a cup of this gonna use a little raw agave a1 sauce liquid smoke yeah because it's my business and garlic powder okay you're gonna make sure that you take your uh you know cut the top of the carrot off and then we're gonna use a skinner we're gonna skin that top layer skin off like so like this you wanted to have a different color when you take the skin off go all the way down on it okay very good then add them to your mixture that you got boiling we're gonna boil for about 10 to 15 minutes now after it boils about 10 to 15 minutes cover it up let it boil again cover for about 10 more minutes out and we're going to add it to your cast iron skillet put all your leftover sauce right here take it and put a little bit of water in here get back to a boil and then add some pecans okay because we're gonna make the chili okay we'll let them boil in there for about 15 minutes boiling go ahead and get you some shredded cabbage or shredded yourself add some honey mustard garlic powder and a little pepper a little bit of vegan mayo got a quick coleslaw like so like that then go ahead and drain your pecans then we're gonna add the pecans to our food processor and we're gonna put it on high [Laughter] all right you chop them down until they get real fine like so like that where it looked kind of like a ground beef or ground turkey of some sort okay but it's just pecans i want you to go ahead and empty this in there with a little bit of grapeseed oil okay like so like that all right put it on in your pan now we gotta season it up so it tastes like chili the powder the salt free multi-spice mustard i need some milk instead of sugar and we're going to use some ketchup stir it all up like that and there's your chili real quick okay oh wait man i got to add something little garlic powder good and baby you got some quick pecan chili okay now get your bun and put your carrot inside your carrot dog oh then add you some coleslaw then add your chili the pecan chili we even add you a little bit of white onion if that's your business a little bit of ketchup too come on ketchup and then add a little bit of mustard with prayer because you know i wanted enough mustard in there but i did the best i could now my feelings is really hurt because i thought i had some more dog on relish and i don't forgot i had made that tuna meal the other day but get into it usually relish would be right on top of that oh my god my god shall we pray ooh god we thank you for coming into this good old kara dog amen yes now for the most favorite part which i had to sit y'all down so i could really get into it honey that's what the cat dogs ruled the world uh pay me no attention let's try okay what side do you bite from tail let's pull it over here oh god um there's depth good old carrot dog with some coleslaw and pecan chili all vegan honey very good i know you try for yourself see what you think all right now i'm going to finish this y'all know about y'all business got to sweating in the kitchen this is so hot out here going about y'all business baby have the most amazing 900 tomorrow have a good day but even if you can't have a good one don't you dare go messing up nobody else is here love y'all bye my god
