can't install EA app and Orgin launcher (FIX)

hey guys techiomi here i just thought i'd make a video right now because um i was having a major issue of trying to install the ea app on my computer originally what happened um i restarted my computer and i said ea was not found i went ahead and i uninstalled the ea app and origin on all registries the added remove program and i went here and i would uh click this to uh download the app it's not popping up for me right now because i haven't installed but basically it would download and then uh it would say an error right when it got to installation i was like what the heck is going on so i have found a fix for it and hopefully this works for you let me know in the comments if it does if it doesn't let me know as well maybe i can help you guys out trying to fix it because i went through a lot of uh troubleshooting for this so what you do is you would go to your add or remove programs and go ahead and go to uh the microsoft visual c plus plus 15 through uh 19 here so go ahead and select uninstall but you're not actually going to uninstall it what you're gonna do is you're gonna go ahead and select uh repair here okay so you're gonna let that repair it probably doesn't need to be it doesn't need to be repaired for me it might say this go ahead and ignore it for now and you're going to go ahead and do it for both the 2015-2019 version hit modify repair let it repair [Music] and what's gonna happen is uh it's gonna fix the certain files the dll files needed to even run the ea app or even origin because that's how i figured out trying to download origin it came up with a error message i did some troubleshooting there and then after those are done restart your system if it needs to go back to an ea game on the xbox launcher if you have game pass click on see in the ea app and then it should download successfully um yeah just let me know in the comments if this helped you out if it didn't also let me know maybe i can help you out all right have a good one
