yeah love it i don't know about you but i'm feeling like we're not christmassy enough no i think you're right but we definitely have to have a christmas jumper date christmas yes yeah we should cheers and cheers i'm in a really christmassy mood and i'm really looking forward to opening presents and then i'm coming just right away canada canada yes wow i've done it come a long way there's snacks i can see snacks already dear stephanie and co thank you for bringing such joy to everyone during these crazy times i'm so glad mommy and percy were able to get back to each other we are too i miss mommy but i'm so happy she's with percy in the parcel are just a few items to enjoy i always hear everyone speak about the love of chocolate and peanut butter so i've sent you some canadian chocolate with peanut butter i bought a couple of halloween packages for you to try different kinds there's a box of hedgehogs which are chocolate with hazelnut though but you can look at the hedgehogs and i was excited oh you're gonna get excited about this a couple of decorations a princess felt mouse and a hedgehog a white chocolate bar for antoine we'll put that aside for him he'll be here just after christmas hedgehog napkins much like your plates they are to be used a calendar of a famous garden here for mummy and a couple of magnifying sheets wow i enjoy nature photography i put in a couple of my photos i always send them unwritten on so you may pass on if you like thank you for your constant joy and entertainment janet thank you janice okay let's look at the hedgehog yes and i don't know about you nasty but i think that those of us who can eat peanut butter should dive in kitkat berries yes halloween candy shoes coffin crisp and kitkat with a scary cat on it this is a got recently yeah the smaller card in the envelope is for isabel with tomato seeds hence the little tomatoes lastly i want to share some of my culture with you i'm sending you a package of gingerbread from my hometown nuremberg bavaria in germany they're a must have during the holidays and one of my favorite snacks they can be enjoyed with a cup of tea or coffee or just on their own preferably next to a nice fire so we've got that part sorted as they're being sold from early autumn until late winter they have to be produced in summer so it's not rare to bike around the city on a mild summer night and smell the amazing combination of honey and spices in the breeze coming from one of the gingerbread factories scattered all across the city it makes it sound like a sort of disney fairy tale city doesn't it thank you for always putting a smile on my face with your lovely videos and making me feel not so alone when i go crazy over a bargain at my local charity shop i really would like to visit you one day and be a volunteer at la lang until then take good care of each other and stay healthy all the best from germany kaya p.s the scent i used for the letter is dirty by lush i hope it lab cooking factory like a sort of patisserie or boulangerie yeah a lab cookery wow i thought it was like little biscuits i didn't realize look at those it's marzipan and hazelnut and a lot of delicious things orange and lemon and apricot marmalade i think we should keep these for christmas morning cut them with the other delicious things we have many delicious things already yeah so when beautiful book i saw it when i was in south africa it is the most beautiful book yes i was in south africa and michael's mother and his aunt both have book shops and when we were at michael potts's aunt's bookshop she showed me this book and said that it was one of her favorite books and one of the ones she loved selling the most wow all i wanted it's oh it's just it's phillip day at la land today the mall it's got a mall as well no you can't just suddenly add on models no you've made your list hedgehogs squirrels foxes no but it's got a more this is you know he's growing everything you know salman i know you've said that you don't often read books but i think you will love this i think you will love and i think you'll like the introduction because it says hello you started at the beginning which is impressive i normally start in the middle and never read introductions it's surprising that i've made a book because i'm not good at reading them the truth is i need pictures they're like islands places to get to in a sea of words so you see this is the perfect phrase yeah i like it thank you so much it's beautiful can't wait to start it the drawings are mainly of a boy a mole a fox and a horse i'll tell you a little bit about them although i'm sure you'll see things that i don't so i'll be quick the boy is lonely when the mole first surfaces they spend time together gazing into the wild i think the wild is a bit like life frightening sometimes but beautiful in their wanderings they meet the fox it's never going to be easy meeting a fox if you're a mole the boy is full of questions the mole is greedy for cake the fox is mainly silent and wary because he's been hurt by life the horse is the biggest thing they've ever encountered and also the gentlest they're all different like us and each has their own weaknesses i can see myself in all four of them perhaps you can too yeah beautiful yeah yeah it must be like um the little prince yes kind of another stunningly beautiful i can imagine a how do you say metaphorous yeah metaphors yes exactly yeah but also how the the children see the world so we all did and we forgot about that it's so so simple yes it is simple yes you know i've just opened it at random to the first page and it reminds me of uh the interview that we did together because it says when have you been at your strongest ask the boy when i've dared to show my weakness wow which is just what we were talking about just what i was saying and the very next page says asking for help isn't giving up said the horse it's refusing to give
