what would you say is like more strict for you right now earlier we were talking about diet and macros and kind of how you you know you know track all that would you say like your sleep and recovery is more important or like your nutrition and diet is more like strictly regulated by you I mean honestly I wouldn't say that anything is like more important in the other I think that they are all super important and I've really prioritized like like being out of school I've been much better about sleep and recovery just because I have more time to do it I mean like during the open I'm not kidding I was going to recover to cryo and sauna every single day because it also like boosts your immune system and I was like didn't want to get sick so I'm like those things are super important and then nutrition is something that you can like always control pretty much unless you're like traveling it's more difficult but like no matter if you have time or not you can like do AB something on the go that works with your macros or whatever right very nice because yeah you say you're the sleep queen yeah yeah I sleep all that high yeah so ours is like my minimum I mean like before sleeping I mean for the volume of work that you're putting out like weekly like that's so important you
