I'll never be able to grasp the idea of being so young and being able to think up an idea and go out and make it work. I had a hard enough time finding out what I needed to get am overseas work visa let alone set up a business. It's kids like this that make me feel like a complete moron and will never do anything good with my life.

You know when someone tells you to get your shit together?

This is reference material for that: having ones shit together.

Happy for anyone to be taking money from Estate Agents, they charge stupid fees and are generally unhelpful in my experience. Good on him.

I appreciate his use of "We" instead of "I". No one person ever becomes a multi-millionaire.

Bought my last two houses from an online 'estate agent'. So much better to deal with in every respect, namely the lack of estate agents.

I think the first time popped into my head unrealistically was when I was about ten years old so removed house as a family from hemel hempstead into London mm-hmm and a few years later I realized estate agents challenged a lot of money for that move yeah and that's when we first sold off our first property as a family once I worked out that it was around 2% and cost us four thousand pounds to move I thought this is not right yeah and living in an age with disruption technology uber Amazon I thought doorsteps that code at UK should be at the top of that yeah yeah and it was it was waiting at Michael O'Reilly the founder of Brian air his book and he said you can child if you can charge very little for a service people will just be drawn to it I think yeah the most important thing for us is charge a very little fee like 99 pounds but prove that we can actually do it and deliver a service exactly and deliver the best service what was your first sale our first sale was in East Sussex so had my sisters now husband drive me there because you what age 17 right so couldn't drive just yet but we drove down there and lovely chap sold the land and his property six hundred and forty thousand pounds and he paid unites and quid so you got the email to say you've made your first sale we're in the playground that's right yeah so no one around me believed it but I was amazed because we proved our mission to set a house for 99 pounds and then I mean your your life could have gone it in many ways actually because you you finished you had three a-stars three A's at a-level you were offered a place to Oxford and at first you could have deferred because you thought well I'll just set up the company you see how that goes and that's now not something you're gonna take up because you're just only going to focus on there's not many people that turn down that opportunity ya know so I think at the time it was just taking a view but now that we've taken ourselves to 18th largest estate agent in the UK within less than a year the goal is now to just be Britain's number one and it would be awesome to say that so did you pay yourself fortune companies worth 12 money quid thousand pounds a month so it's the most nominal salary yeah no car no car and you're still living at home with your parents that's right yeah because this is the other side of this story is that you know - you would think that you would dedicate all your time in setting up this business and that was what it take but actually you had school you had the business but you also had being the carer for your parents which was something that was just part of your life yeah exactly for me that was kind of that was just normal that was the way I've lived to myself and my family and my sibling um didn't know any different but I think that really was an advantage for me the maturity and responsibility a young age and really helped me I think with my time management and being able to take on a responsibility and tackle several different fronts at the same time that's a lot of pressure for a young shoulders isn't it so you've got school you've got work and you've got caring yeah no that's right but I think once you as I said it's when it's something you've just lived with your whole life yeah caring for your parents and it's just ingrained in you I think again it's given me the resilience and the bravery to try something like setting up a business and what do your school friends think because did they know you were sort of masterminding most thing that Jenson Button said to you and you when he met you before the show started was gone but everybody hates you yeah yeah eight agents maybe yeah especially if we're trying to be the best service and yeah that's rated but no definitely I think it was quite unbelievable for a lot of people but again I think when you have a mission and you really put your mind to it to be the number one agent and the best rated in Britain for doorsteps we where's your mum I think we've got to got your your mum here yes Renuka how are you you're welcome BC when he first decided that he was going to start this business and needed funds how happy with the family in in loaning him a bit of a bit of money yeah so she heard the story and the aim of doorstep stock credit UK and she thought okay it's not this is something very different selling house for less than 100 quid because she agreed they're state agents were charging stupidly high fees she thought okay this you're actually doing good saving money for people instead of having them charge take the photos yeah to put it online and something worth trying and you must be incredibly proud of your son achieving so much at such a young age very proud I'm very happy I just can't believe it and in your um your top tips are interesting when you work when you're saying for anyone who might be watching this who's thinking I'd love to be able to do something like that so what are your tips I think one of them would be take every experience you have and just take it on board a so caring for my parents and anything else that's happened in life I think use that to your advantage in the same way that I've attempted to and I've tried to listen to your mum yes she's right more than that more often than not and the last thing is enjoy what you're doing put your mind to something and if you've really really work towards it and you enjoy it yeah instead of spending hours watching TV well you actually say don't watch love island on the top get out and start working and then one day you'll be able to buy your own Island yeah I think that's one way of putting yeah I think I agree yeah yeah yeah well you're a remarkable mind that's for sure and good luck wasn't a business what you're gonna do what's that what's the goal the aim is to be the best rated for service and number one agent in Britain I think I'll get thank you thank you lovely today thank you very much you
