a man accused of killing three people could be shocked by a device if he disrupts his own murder trial that's what a judge told Bryce rhods today in a hearing ahead of his trial it's set to start on Monday rhs is accused of shooting and killing 40-year-old Christopher Jones in May 2016 later that month he was charged with the murders of 14year old Larry Ordway and 16-year-old Maurice Gordon and setting their bodies on fire rhs has a history of outbursts disrupting Court Judge Julie Kalin says if that happens during the trial roads can stay in court with a shackle capable of shocking him or leave if you decide that you want to try out the CU um and you're still disruptive then it'll just be you're going back you know for the day but we'll do that every day have um but again I don't have any reason to think there's going to be a problem you've been fine since we've been in this court this trial is expected to last several weeks
