I want this person to be my friend why to cook for me of course [Laughter] hello my name is danda and today we're gonna try other mom's pickanya pikaya is a very special meat it has a layer of fat on top and you can cook it very different ways the perfect pecania has a way to be cooked that is between raw and done nicely cooked outside but a little bit red inside the only thing you need for it is salt I think you should try the Brazilian pikaya because that is because I'm from Argentina from other countries but the Brazilian one is really good because it's really nice when you have a party when you have a barbecue or when you wear home and you want to cook something very quickly is your best option well I'm from the south of Brazil I'm from Jurgen to the zoo on Sundays our streets are smelling barbecue picaya normally is the star of the barbecue okay everyone I think it's time to eat so my pikaya today it has salt onions and then it's mainly the juice use of the meat that I also use to serve with the rice and then I sliced it so it it's nice and easy to serve [Music] I like the rice it's very Brazilian very Brazilian we put ice in everything I think this rice is a bit burnt looks like it to me I like that it's some onion I have good expectations it smells really nice and I think the taste is just as good I can see it let's see how to make meat taste hmm it tastes nice but I I would put a little bit of salt something on it doesn't taste nice I know this is so so chewy and I think she used something different here that I can't really recognize it but it tastes really nice it tastes like something with old fat and the rice could be cooked like plain without any fat because then you just mix with the because that could be improved I would give this core 6 out of ten I'm gonna give a six I would would give this one a four because it needs a lot of improvements is well chosen it's the best because I have I found here in London and I gave a little bit of massage with a knife so she's in a really good mood and I put a bit of salt and a bit of black pepper and it smells really good to me it looks like a true Brazilian it's good and I have some onions smells nice it might be overcooked but it might be just an impression because once I I cut it maybe it's good I think peculine you can eat anyway you can have something with it or you can eat as it is and it's just as nice it tastes really good this one is a little bit hard I like it more medium Ray tastes good and juicy and it's not too much salt and smells good good it is a little bit overcooked but maybe it's just the way that they like eating it I would cook a little bit less and add just a pinch of salt that's all it tastes nice you can taste the onions as well the texture of the onions and the tastes just it's really good true extra Brazilian I think the best thing about this picaya is the fats you know a little bit of fat with the meat is just delicious I don't like the fat I'm gonna give a six to this picaya I would give it a seven out of ten I'm gonna give this a mate in my picaya I only use salt a little bit of oil fry both sides and add onions at the end to be honest I like a little bit of well done but I cook the way people like today that looks really nice can't wait this one looks fantastic the presentation is really good she added a little bit of onions which I really like it the rice really nice as well it looks like it's juicy inside I love the way the onions look and they're kind of brown and I love the rice on the side as well you can see here I don't know if you can see that but it's a bit Raw on the middle in the right amount of rawness I can't wait to try it it looks so good no sir with rice perfect combination tastes like it has the same seasoning that I think I use on mine so it's it's it's really nice it's true to the Brazilian taste and the Brazilians expect of um of pickling so it's really nice I want this person to be my friend why to cook for me of course [Laughter] it's a bit hard you know for my taste I like more like a medium rare but it's nice this dish is Brazil in their best moments I [Laughter] or yes it would be unfair giving in her online it's really good I'll give it a 9 out of ten I would give this picaya an eight I have cooked my pikaya medium right today and slice it really really thin so when you eat it it's very soft and it melts in your mouth like butter I think my pecano will taste really really nice because I made especially in the wood fire the smell is amazing I felt like nabo taco in Brazil it's the our pups you know I felt this is the the kind of food you go with a beer the type of you're eating in in these bars in Brazil it looks a little overcooked but it could just be the looks who knows this is smell weird I think it's just plain it could be very tasty I mean uh there's nothing wrong it's just the meat so I have to try it it's not so bad not so hard either I would say it's a bit done for my taste but it's really good this is a little overcooked and a little bit dry for me so it's not as juicy as I would expect pikaya to be I think there is some Rosemary here oh it's nice I like it I think the season is making a difference here because you normally only cook with salt and then you add like a little bit of onions to give it a flavor it's a type of picklinger well done too much for my taste but really nicely cooked soft and perfect for a night out to to have with your hands in a bar in Brazil in summer I'm gonna give this a six I would give this 7 out of 10. a 5 out of 10. yay oh I have to be honest with myself my pecan is really good now I'll try to do better next time I know that there was a lot of nice dishes there as well that's why if enjoy this video watch the other ones
