doesn't compare to my macaroni and cheese it's like a cheetah package you don't ever see the cheetah mac and cheese what is this can I get the mashed potatoes instead I want some real mac and cheese we're gonna pep it up you Dr Pepper oh man that was a dad joke [Music] how's it going I'm iffy I'm the father of a one seven-year-old my name is William Francis beckles father of three with a granddaughter my name is Jamie Crockett I'm a father of four hi my name is Shelby I'm the father of one and here to show off my Mac and Cheese I think the key to the perfect mac and cheese is seasoning the noodles before it actually gets into the cheese I think getting that top crusted cheese like nice and hard and then the inside is soft and moist making sure you make a cream sauce or a cheese sauce a lot of people like to cheat with bread crumbs and chocolate bacon that's a no-go for me but if it's just a creamy mac and cheese and it's cheesy then that's a good thing [Music] thank you my mac and cheese is unique because it has five cheeses I use chicken broth and I also use condensed milk and sour cream game changing I'm just no one has tasted it the way this macaroni has been paid [Music] right got some good moisture in there look at that let's see oh okay okay and I feel that good I'm excited to eat this one okay the seeds just pop it off and this is that top I'm talking about that crust kind of like it was left in the oven too long I don't know maybe it's not yay let's go okay broke up a little all right we got a little flavor to it it's all right it don't taste like wood I definitely maybe one or two cheeses there not overly salty which is you know good when I think of baked mac and cheese this is what I think of it's nice firm even flavor is this better than mine it needs more of the cream sauce it could be a little more creamier for me when you bake it that sometimes I take that away if you're leaving it in the oven too long the Melt of the cheese on top is definitely good one out of ten let me give it to eight if I didn't want to be on Mac Duty you would definitely get the call well I'll give it a good five on a scale from one to ten I'd rate this at six this mac and cheese is okay foreign a lot because she likes to cook so you know I'll get her a little stool and I'll give her some of the easier Parts because also I want her to be self-sufficient that she can cook and make her own dish and maybe she'll become like Master Chef or something and make me money I'm a big cheese guy I like the different flavors of cheese so you got some sharp cheddar white cheddar yellow cheddar some gouda in there smoked gouda and then I like my little Final Touch is I'd like to sprinkle a little black garlic on top I'm not gonna lie to you I'm not gonna sit here and be like I'm confident my mac and cheese is going to win I've seen these videos I've seen the overconfident one comes in here and they got the most trash dish I'm gonna be real neutral if you think you're getting a strong opinion out of me think again [Music] oh okay okay listen oh wow it looks like a one cheese looks like some seasoning at the top this is okay I don't know what this little black stuff is on the top but I hope this is pepper [Music] oh God damn it's dry as hell basic macaroni and cheese don't disrespect anybody is that pepper on top what is that like it doesn't even have a flight like what okay you can see the pepper but you can't taste the pepper at least let's hope that's what that is I know it wasn't mine for sure oh this wasn't mine noodles not necessarily seasoned no flavor the flavor is just not there for me I would be upset if I got served this in a restaurant the thing I like the most about it is the way they got the cheese melted across the top that part of it is cute overall I would give this a six I would be considered a basic macaroni and cheese which is good it just doesn't take you to that it doesn't give you that wow fact of that I ready to forward because it lacks the flavor if I could rate this on a scale from one to ten and I'm being nice it gets a three I think they I think you could have done the whole thing better but that's okay with my kids I have passed on the recipe to a couple of them the ones that called and asked for it because they were cooking for their friends the key to my Mac and Cheese is my home style mac and cheese I like using a lot of different cheese white cheese cheddar cheese mild cheese cream cheese seasoned salt pepper none of these guys can touch my bacon plus I'm the oldest in the room I've got more experience so they don't stand a chance anyway foreign looked good so I'm seeing a lighter cheese the inside of this looks great the seasonings are popping out a little more Bon Appetit as they say [Music] hey that's pretty good creamier low Pepper throughout this is great but it really is like peppery I think it it does start to overpower just a little bit it can be a white cheese or it can actually be a part of the egg the cheeses it might be a two cheese if that's not an egg so it's giving you a little burst within the taste because of the creaminess of it it could just be a little bit crispier but okay if I was to prove anything on this particular mac and cheese I would add more cheese within the sauce it could have had a little bit more cheese but this is good I think if I were to rate this on a scale from one to ten it would definitely probably be a solid eight the best person invited to the cookout for sure for seven number two more cheese on top less pepper is singing too much nobody came to hear you sing Otis I'm gonna be talking to the black pepper he shouldn't have said that to Otis though that was me I would rate this out of seven this gives you just some of that foreign really enjoys my food and also couldn't get her hands off of it this morning as I was pulling out the oven I definitely cook with my daughter every chance that I get in my short experience being a dad I would say I've completely changed who I am as an individual my daughter pushes me to be the best version of myself every single day my mac and cheese is unique because I personally love to cook for people and and cook for others I don't use any particular special ingredients there's nothing too special to it but you know I feel like I know what I'm doing with the cheeses [Music] so my initial thought looking at this is I was like I know this isn't boxed macaroni oh I see juice swim look like they got a lot of butter in this one the aromatics is off the chart it smells great hopefully this one got some flavor to it foreign and this is making me sad again no flavor you just taste cheese how do you cook without salt and pepper I don't know it has a an aftertaste that's not necessarily a warm inviting aftertaste there's no form this is such a thin level of crust it looks like it's only one type of cheese and it might be a little eggy it's kind of creamy the noodles are good texture they're tender but no flavor I would rate this out of four from one to ten I would probably give this one to three what I think is good is the top of the crust across the top is good one to ten I'm giving it a five wouldn't give up Mac duties for this for sure hold up y'all we know these videos aren't Fair without an unbiased party so I am the unbiased judge father and mac and cheese lover let's try these out okay here we go uh this looks kind of bland to me it doesn't smell too bad though [Music] it's dry this makes me feel like I'm in fifth grade and the lunch lady this is Donovan was upset because we were late for lunch and she gave this to us to improve this I probably have somebody else prepare it I would rate this a five [Music] okay good okay let's get this going all right this is better already it looks moist there are little Speckles on the top let's hope they're not cockroaches I'm still it's a good when it moves y'all come on I like the coloring of this one as well cheese is a little darker I should directed badges the first one come on guys I thought this was real mac and cheese something it needs to be creamier it needs to not sit out this is like a five four for me for me thank you nasty mac and cheese take three okay well this looks promising already it's moist you see how you couldn't hear me dig in let's see this here oh yeah all right the top Isn't So crusty the middle is moist yes I'll give this a solid eight I like that it tasted good and I could swallow it it wasn't difficult to swallow [Music] all right let's see what we got here some liquid oozing out it doesn't bother me because I like some moisture foreign not as good as the last one not very flavorful if I ordered this at a restaurant I would tell my friends to take me to a different restaurant I'll say seven [Music] wait stop oh thank you so much see I told y'all that secret ingredient that love was gonna Prevail love always prevailed oh they thought it was dry no okay no yeah no worries so I lost that means I need to go back to the drum board and make sure that I can do a better macaroni and cheese in the future well it is what it is always trying new things always trying to elevate you know you never stop learning my advice for people out there is make a better mac and cheese than the ones that I just had here [Music] thank you
