foreign [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] at the end of the day I'm about to make one of the craziest comeback in bodybuilding [Music] just finishing off sending uh checking picks to uh coach Cameron Cameron cheek um I'm sure you know a lot of you guys will follow the journey you know how I prep myself you know for Chicago Pro but you know the the last few days with literally I would literally just miss the peak was bad it was real bad Plus on top of that you know the stress man it was not a good idea to try and prep yourself that's the way my physique where I can go from looking like this and then the next couple of days even a couple of hours flip looking like water buffalo you know what I mean so it was it was just a bad one so foreign so right now we're gonna go for about 25 minute cardio got a born burn 350 calories that's the goal so once they're eat we're there that can be done in 20 or 25 minutes whatever so my goal is always strong get it done as quick as possible so [Music] all right damn I left my headphones yo I am not going back bro [Music] thank you I've been pretty intense man you know how the Olympia went so the minute we got off the Olympian stage uh we went straight to work and then you know just working towards this you know the 2023 season and I got so much going on as well you know we just I got a pregnant wife she's like she literally can pop any day from now so we actually pushed the competition you know a little before just to give give myself a little bit more time you know with the baby coming as well at least I'm gonna be around you know when she's here so that's that's a that's a plus and um so right now we're actually prepping for some of the shows in Europe which give us about eight weeks [Music] Force meal Ace 150 grams of lean ground beef 93 lean plus 185 grams of egg whites there's no yolk and 40 grams of Oats 100 grams of blueberry 65 grams of spinach and two packs of salt [Music] I was born in Nigeria you know at nine years old we immigrated to Ireland and and um you know so I was able to get education there when I actually moved to Ireland I had no English so that was kind of it was really hard you know to like you know growing up in Ireland and we were living a really really small uh like like maybe on the west coast of probably like three four hours from the city you know so that was that was kind of like that was definitely it was rough you know but uh yeah a few years later 2014 I was able to you know uh get the Irish citizenship and I was able to like with Fitness and body was able to travel the world like when I started bodybuilding the the town that I grew up I like I was like the only body reader there and everyone thought I was weird you know so uh I moved to the city 2014 when I was getting ready for the horno classic Junior you know which was my first ever International uh Wings you know so definitely it's not as big as over here it's a lot smaller but I believe you know it's getting a lot bigger than what it was like say four or five years ago [Music] oh bro honestly when it comes to food I would love to live in Ireland as a professional bodybuilder because the food is just so much better so much cooler better quality meat you can't even compare it to well I don't know what you guys getting out here you guys wouldn't know unless you guys actually travel out and really try something else but honestly bro the food is so much better you know your body will feel every time I go home bro after like few days my body just transformed I feel better my digestion is better if I look better for some reason I feel like I get more fullness you know going back on with the food and everything that I do out here you know just the quality of food the quality of meat and it's so much cheaper as well so we do like a alpha scoop of nitro tech ripped into my 40 grams of oats [Music] I used to work at a security officer when I first moved to Dublin and in 2017 that's when I decided to like you know I'm gonna go for my Pro card and when I got my first pro card in I think it was a Czech Republic Australia got my first pro card and I started to think like I don't want to go back to my to my to my to being a security security officer because nah I'm a pro you know what I mean and I want to take it I just want to like you know I want to go into it full time and I was also like you know thinking about social media so I'm like you know what I'm gonna quit my job focus on social media pull my 100 effort into bodybuilding started doing my Instagram actually remember one time I was filming a content for YouTube and uh and my photographer back then skinny little skinny guy and I remember was trying to pull I was wearing a it was I think was wearing a tank that was trying to do a pull down and I uh and I looked at him it looked so funny doing this exercise I'm like ha you know what let's do something I give him a uh it took a shot of pre-workout and then all of a sudden boom it transformed me to me I'm just like go crazy with the pre-worker and start going crazy with the weight and I post her on Instagram first video ever like you know kind of Vine you know that went viral I'm like oh okay this is it [Music] thank you this game Gucci gang Gucci gang Gucci gang Gucci gang Gucci gang Gucci gang spend time laughs on YouTube [Music] at the start it was it wasn't so hard you know but right now you know it's actually pretty hard to try and juggle you know trying to you know do the entertainment inside the things the Social Media stuff the influencer stuff plus business and all that and then trying to be her professional bodybuilder it's really really hard and it's very hard to try and find the find the balance and the other thing that's what I'm going through right now you know just to find the happy medium the balance to be able to do the two together but right now you know I'm just so locked in you know on my bodybuilding career [Music] what are we doing we're going to try and figure out how to put the car seat into the car I was skeptical I didn't want to put it in in case he wasn't here and I had to get home from the hospital um I need to put in someone else's cars now that he's here we're going to try to figure this out watch this but I don't even know how to take the clips off oh you guys went off is it supposed to be like in the in the car as well with it yeah this is the base this comes out you put it behind the passengers let's go figure it out hey how do I look right now yeah yo this is like my first practice of being a daddy no like wow this is uh she's getting exciting right now I got so much so much going on right now you know I'm about to have a baby girl and my teacher can come any different now you know so I it's pretty crazy right literally my dream car bro [Music] can I get 10 pounds please yes right now actually Cameron has brought my food down a lot more like let's say a week ago going into Edie we worked I was eating a lot of I was doing a lot of steak you know so right now my food is actually a lot lower that water was I said two weeks ago so bro when it was uh when I was in Ireland I was I remember I had three jobs okay at the same time I was doing personal training and I was working out as a uh I was working a grocery store and then I was also working out of um clothing store called next so I was like going for one job to another on top of us attorney I would do night shift in Tesco grocery store from like let's say 12 12 uh was that 11 11 P.M to about six seven in the morning I'll go home or sleep and then I'll get up and I do uh let's say I work from uh uh 11 in the morning to about one and then I'll go work out do some personal training that's how you have everybody yes three jobs bro [Music] so what do we do now so right now we're getting ready for this brutal workout I need my intro workout and I need my pre-workout so so for pre-workout we going with the boogeyman it's the only time I go to sleep but last time I think about unfortunately I do think about when I wake up and I feel like I'm like right where I need to be right now foreign [Music]
