Blackstone's New Signature Series Griddle Tools

hey everybody today I want to give you an up-close look at black stones brand new Signature Series tools I also want to invite you to join me live tomorrow night on victory radio live with Duane on victory radio I'll put everything you need to know in the description down below [Music] so you've seen me use lots of these tools already and there's several things that make the Signature Series lines stand out the handles are all Bergen Amish they are slip resistant and they have that black stone color gray orange and black all of the handles have a hole so you can hang them and many of them have a bottle top opener and they're all made out of a heavy gauge stainless steel first let's take a look at black stones brand-new fryer serving kit the fryer serving kit comes with this fry scoop you can use this to serve food to get food out of your air fryer baskets out of your range top combo fryer or to scoop food off of your griddle the kit also comes with these 14-inch scraping tongs the lock on the end the ergonomic and grip handle and what makes these a little bit different than past tongs is the straight edge on the end using them to clean debris off the griddle or to just grab hold of a stake and slide it around though these are gonna be sold together in a kit plus black stone will make the scraper tongs available separately moving on to the Signature Series spatula 2-pack we have that heavy-duty beveled edge which is almost sharpened just what you need to turn these things sideways slice and dice and the benefit of having a matching set which I love or stir fry up next we have the single griddle spatula so for scale if you want to compare this is the set we just looked at and this is the single spatula you can see it's a good inch longer and a little bit more narrow the next we have the extra large hamburger spatula the three Signature Series spatulas side by side by side the extra large hamburger spatula obviously perfect for those giant burgers giant cuts of meat let me refresh my voice with a dream a plug for the griddle more torque kicking off Valentine's Day weekend Fresno California I have not posted the exact store dates yet because we are waiting on some final confirmations a lot of things go into planning the tours a lot of different agencies different people are involved I'm hoping in the coming days the coming week I can get you the final dates and the final confirmed store locations for the griddle more tour I threw away some of the packaging for these brand new accessories because I've been using them for last couple months so a few of these I might be off by a word or two so please forgive me up next we have the extra long griddle scraper some of these are just starting to get into stores in the warmer parts of the country I'm typically using a shorter handled scraper but some people insist they love these extra long handled scrapers this has a fully replaceable two-piece scraping edge I worked as a line cook in restaurants like Applebee's and TGI Fridays 25 years ago and so people that worked as line cooks short-order cooks are very familiar with this style of scraper I do want to caution you however I have seen people that use these scrapers and literally scrape their griddles to the bone after every cook and we're not gonna do that with our seasoned steel black stone griddles they are not stainless steel like restaurant griddles so you're not scraping these things down to the weld marks every time I have arthritis in my thumbs and weakened wrist from years of keyboard work and drumming so the benefit of this would be easier scraping up next the blackstone three-in-one griddle tool this has an exceptional thin beveled edge for everyday cleaning three and one so moving on to number 2 we have the replaceable griddle brick I guess this is what you would call the pumice style brick this is not for everyday use I use one of these to strip down an old griddle top a few weeks ago so if you're new to the griddle world this is not for everyday use I repeat this is not for everyday use and the third side is a removable black stone Orange scrubbing pad and these are just held in place by the pressure of the push these pads would also be perfect for scrubbing the stainless on your tools or to gently remove residue with water from any cast iron accessories once again if you're new to griddling this would be for very very very occasional use when you have to strip down and reese's in the griddle top this would be for everyday use and this would be for random use to get cruddy parts of your griddle clean to clean accessories and things like that last but not least and this is the one whose name really escapes me this might have been called the curved or bent griddle scraper but don't hold me to that but you can see what I'm talking about here it has that bent scraper blade and then the handle goes down this way once again the ergonomic handle black stone color slip resistant
