But u/OliverBabish... You didn't start the video with a fade in and saying...."hey you... You're finally awake"
As a Yorkshireman, those Yorkshire puddings pain my soul.
Holy shit that looks like a hell of a process for the brioche loaf. I gotta try it.
I canβt wait to make this when I can find yeast again!!!
This is probably one of my favorite episodes, mostly for how far out the recipes went from the original brief, and the spectacle of that Giant's Sweetroll.
Also, getting a tutorial for both Yorkshire pudding and brioche was not what I was expecting, and I'm very glad we went there. I may well make a brioche loaf myself sometime soon. I love it when an episode for something I'm not super interested in teaches me a ton of techniques I'm totally going to use for myself in other contexts.
Hey, you're finally awake
Dont' you mean "Sweetrolls from Fallout 3"?
Also from Bethesda. What's with Bethesda and sweetrolls?
Iβm hoping that Bethesda choosing to sponsor him for this video means that TES6 isnβt far off...
but I could be very wrong.
So I tried making the brioche from this video and I think he missed adding liquid to the final dough. Mine came out super granular and not smooth at all. In the video it even looks like he has a layer of water on before starting to use the stand mixer.
