Dear u/OliverBabish -

In case my username doesn't tell the tale, I'm a huge LOTR fan, especially the films. This week I'm in the midst of starting to actually care about my body while it's trapped inside and I have to work from home in a less-than-ergonomic desk chair.

So I've been going out to run every morning, which doesn't sound all that bad, but when you're like me and haven't truly exercised in a year, it's really forking hard.

Today was the hardest day yet, and I really thought I might not be able to hold out long-term. When I got back from my run today, I did my stretches, and I sat down on the couch to eat breakfast (apples, what're the odds?), and I saw this video had been posted.

I have no better way to explain my feelings than to say thank you. This video lifted my spirits in the midst of some real self-doubt, and while nothing is certain in the long term, today I feel better and I owe that to you. So again, thank you for everything you do.

Also I absolutely cannot wait for TATERS next week. I hope they are boiled and mashed, as well as stuck in that delicious-looking rabbit stew. 🤤

I remember back in like 2012 or 2013 where the most-subscribed Youtube channel was RayWilliamJohnson or Smosh with around 6 million subscribers. Babish now has more than that.
