I have to say it... he's got that going for him, which is nice.
The analogy he uses with the many channels in your head, and that you need to be on your channel all the time, not switch around.
That really strikes a chord with me. It's the perfect way to phrase the absence of people mind, even though they're physically there.
It's really hard to do though, sticking to that one channel that's your own :)
He's incredibly self-aware. It's mindboggling how chill he is!!

I've always loved his performance in The Razor's Edge. That film started my interest in mindfulness many years ago.
That was lovely.
It's strange how many celebrities and people who you wouldn't expect to be so in touch with their inner self. People like Russell Brand, Jim Carrey, Joe Rogan people who I just thought were famous actors or whatever, but have a surprising amount of insight and interest in mindfulness.
Love it when Bill Murray, the actor, says: "This [your live] is not a dress rehearsal".
