Bill Burr - Population Management Reaction

this over in China like they limit you to like yeah one kid or something yeah it may be something like that oh and a girl maybe I don't get though this is one kid like oh you'll have to be have twins you already get one I don't know I'm just I don't know what though but maybe maybe a boy and a girl I really don't know but you know population control of the United States it'll be hard to do that they can be is how you know you can control population man people [ __ ] it all over the place like rabbits but the other sort of little bird got to say on population management so he's got my cell the other day I'm not seen a long time you know what I saw I saw balls on a dog dude I have not seen that since like the late 90s absolutely sitting there looking like I remember that [ __ ] dogs used to have balls I remember that oh man you hit your friend look at his balls you know and everybody would last know but somewhere along the line it became socially acceptable to cut your dog's balls off whether there's anything wrong with them or not under the whole no we don't do it he's gonna [ __ ] another dog they're gonna make more dogs what do we do with all these dog I love this [ __ ] what are we gonna do it's like dude they're animals just let him go fangs they got claws they'll form packs you know that helped with the obesity problem in this country you know you come stumbling out of a cheesecake factory just like I heard a [ __ ] Rock I am I don't use anything wrong with it thought should be able you know [ __ ] we wants doing no I want to get it done want to get it done Medina get a dog and immediately my girls immediately what we have to get it from getting your job you have to get fixed I'm like why do we have to get it fixed ah I like well you're not a veterinarian she's like when they they are you great then it's a stalemate neither one of us knows what the [ __ ] we're talking about so let's not start cutting anything off the animal right yeah so of course she's a female she's got to go out prove me wrong goes on gets a book okay yeah see that's right here um you get you dog fists she's left leg to be aggressive okay he's less likely to rip up the furniture huh it's just like sweetheart when we were a kid we had a family dog all right he had his balls occasionally he humped your leg you know but generally speaking he just laid around he's begging for food you came home he's excited but he wasn't wearing a raincoat like jerking off no I think I think it's I think it's weird how like human beings are trying to control the population animals you know like anytime the deer population gets out of control some do but literally get on TV and be like alright deer population is up to about 17 18 hundred realistically we need to get that number down about five six of them got a gun [ __ ] shoot one in the face just sit at home like what are they they're doing that's so bad for the environment you know we can eat all the [ __ ] grass gumming up the trees just nibbling though the deer didn't put a hole in the ozone layer alright that's not a bunch of dogs clogging up the freeways it's us right we can [ __ ] all we want no one's gonna stop you can have you can have 15 kids have a sixteenth on the way no one's gonna get on TV and be like alright Paul [ __ ] [Music] [Applause] you can just keep banging away you just keep banging away making one useless mediocre not gonna invent [ __ ] kid after another like that so I don't you realize this be a third loser kid you don't have the DNA to make sighs like what are you doing are you doing you're just making more in the way people just walking around you know they do whenever you going through the deli there's always that guy in front of it doesn't know what he wants what kind of produce acts like do to stop making that [ __ ] guy Jesus Christ that dude that dude is everywhere people I love all people that was with their family photos crying you know we're all proud like well we had five kids and then they are at five so I can none get that [ __ ] I don't recognize anybody in that photo you just made 30 people we're all taking a [ __ ] every day that ends up in a river that's not a family bullets an environmental disaster and you framed it [Applause] so that's my solution woman everybody talking about cars and oil that doesn't matter it's just too many people you know 20 people doing it says you know you want to help the environment just stop [ __ ] right I'm not saying stop [ __ ] but you know pull out you've got to stop looking at babies like they're these cute things all right in the nest all right I'm just gonna grow up this get into being those [ __ ] and like an SUV pull out far enough into the intersection right now you gotta wait a whole nother light to make the left and you just sit there losing your [ __ ] screaming at your windshield with this dude who didn't need to exist there's a lot of he's a lot of going down his everyday did you just make babies illegal like the next like 25 30 years right damn think about somebody's born three people born every second to one person dime right so you're not making anybody's like - let me just die right so we just fell down some stairs somebody just tripped over a skateboard right no one [ __ ] legs just opening up on the highway [Applause] better move dude you get it down to like thirty thousand people thirty thousand people be the [ __ ] you suck you can still need to block on punch you feels like a wedge breaker maybe that guy holding the first down marker [Music] you won't have to recycle there's no us thirty thousand people man yeah everybody hears you can literally drive your own tank you drive a tank you can throw toxic waste off the tux you can shoot a bald eagle right in the head the people I don't read okay seriously none of my [ __ ] is researched you know [Music] like I'm eliminating people but like no one has to die making do what get end up like China a billion people first of all how easy is it to get away with the crime over in China you know first of all you pick somebody's pocket you know yeah you don't have to run away just [ __ ] weave your way back [Laughter] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] we're gonna strip balls can you make please to get doughnuts and people to get their nails done he's all excited - this area's really exploding technology people are [ __ ] and then they're just building more [ __ ] [Music] that's crazy though I mean that's like there's like a basketball game population control you know it's you know mangas you see in China but I mean like the United States yeah that's like you know I say they'll be like a movie or some [ __ ] he said in like he said what if what if you ban having babies for like 20 years that [ __ ] will be crazy you go to jail you have a baby or Saturday no no it could be one day yeah yeah what does he said he said there's there's one baby born to every three deaths no no there's there's one death every three babies born yeah he said like every second there's a death yeah that's just crazy it is about it every second
