lord today as a family we choose you we choose your presence we want you you're our only ambition you and you alone so lord i ask in jesus name that the power of the holy spirit would rest heavily now that the tangible presence of the spirit of the lord that he would come and descend in glory and power we welcome you holy spirit come on agree with me we welcome you holy spirit now the lord is that take the r out throw an aw in there well are you happy to be in the house of the lord [Applause] i want to thank there's a lot of people here i'd like to thank but we wouldn't get through the meeting um our team was here until 2 30 in the morning last night and they got back here at 6. so can we just thank god for them yeah all of you it's amazing if you uh if you did help out in any way shape or form staff interns students you name it um would you stand up please i just want to see you incredible it's incredible thank you so much and without you this just would not happen and that that is true on a we on a daily basis um the way this team works is unheard of and they're just incredible incredible servant-hearted people uh your children are next door and i yeah all the parents are like finally finally just be glad i'm not pastor benny who would rebuke your kids my my rebuke is just so kind his has gotten much more kind we've had our kids in meetings and jessica's you cannot cry when dada is preaching but thank you guys so much our children's workers are next door working away they're not babysitting your kids they're giving them the gospel and um that's very important to me and uh jessica and i will be in there teaching sunday school we'll be on a rotation and i said last sunday night i've already got some really cool sermons ready for the kids hopefully the lord touches them in such a thorough way that they'll never misbehave again at home wouldn't you love that i can't make any promises but i can tell you i've seen kids so touched by the lord that they provoke their parents to be closer to jesus and that's what we're believing so uh esther and the crew are leading away uh with your children and uh i'm just so honored and excited i'm so proud of them i want to thank jess jess uh is she's like the uh quarterback of this thing and and she's done an incredible job and she carries all of you in her heart so babe thank you so much thanks for what you do [Applause] we our staff i know i have already recognized them but they work with such ownership and love for what god is doing and i just love all of you thank you for what you do and thanks for making this happen um also ben fitz is here again and ben ben seems to uh he always shows up on important days and i really do think it's prophetic i really do and uh you'll hear from ben a little tonight which by the way do not miss tonight off west colonial you know we have a rule we will never tell you who's preaching i'm telling you tonight i believe will be one of the most important nights we've ever known as a community tonight the person who's coming tonight his name is jesus is phenomenal and and there you go come on i wouldn't miss it so get there early and also keep praying as you know we are under contract on land and that takes a lot of favor as grateful as i am for this venue i'm grateful the lord that we've been able to go to sunday mornings and and continue to maintain the sunday nights which before covet hit people were flying in from about a dozen nations every week with a very very minimal promotion outside of posts and us just telling people they should come because the lord is there i i want to say as grateful as i am for this place this isn't where the vision ends we are going to move forward on the land we need your prayers for favor with the city and the county and we believe god for our building uh by the way all of this audio equipment that we are we own now this is our first week it's our first week we've been renting all audio equipment with the exception of some pretty minor pieces um we're not completely paid off but i think we're at about the 175 to 180 mark and two and a half this is our third week so no it's more than that because uh 15 came in yesterday right yeah yeah it's more than that so so be in faith we're almost there and on top of that we're gonna have our own land and our own building and we're gonna stop renting everything and this is why that's important so that the generations after us will have a place to call home we're going to be completely debt-free preaching the gospel and your grandchildren are going to be touched by the holy spirit though it's going to be wonderful is that julie noble julie you hate this stuff julia's on our board would you stand she hates it when i make her stand this is julie noble receiving the offering yet or i'm not even receiving one for the the equipment i'm just sharing praise reports but i walked into julie's office with a gentleman named steve bike i worked with god tv in those days and he said what do you want to do i said i want to start a ministry and he goes well you're gonna need a cpa and i got the right one so he walked me into julie's office she said well what are you gonna do i said we're gonna love jesus and we want the whole world to love him and she goes okay i'm in and she's walked with us every every step of the way so thank you julie love you house would be a watering hole for the nations a life-giving spring and lord when the borders open let the nations flood here to know jesus in jesus name amen amen baby did i forget anything okay i want us to get ready to give to the lord in worship listen as a tithing family as a tithing family for those of you who are making jesus image your home church what i imagine many of you that is happening this morning we're honored to walk with you and we take serving you very very seriously and i feel like the lord is giving us wisdom on how to see you and your family truly walk in the presence of jesus and we're giving our lives to that so it's our team so as a family together we come with the tithe and the tithe listen carefully is worship say amen the tithe is as much worship as our song said now let me read the scriptures to you from malachi you've heard this but i i want you to i want you to trust the lord to show you something fresh and beautiful from this passage it has this passage has changed my life the scripture teaches will a man rob god this is malachi 3 8 listen carefully yet you have robbed me but you say in what way have we robbed you in tithes and offerings you are cursed with a curse for you have robbed me even this whole nation bring all the tithes into the storehouse that there may be food in my house and try me now in this says the lord of hosts if i will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you such a blessing that there will not be enough room to contain it or receive it and i will rebuke the devourer for your sakes so that he will not destroy the fruit of your ground nor shall the vine fail to bear fruit for you and the field says the lord of hosts and all the nations shall call you blessed for you shall be a delightful land says the lord of hosts i want to speak to you as i would my own staff fathers we owe our families that we be tithers we are our wives to be responsible in the tithe jessica is the tithe police if somebody gives me a kit kat she wants me to cut a tenth off of it and offer it she has been like that since the moment we met i'm not joking did you tithe on that did you tithe on that i'm like it's a falafel okay how do i tithe on a falafel so listen the tithe listen the tithe is the lord say that the tithe is the lord jesus declared a principle and this is what it was that before we are trusted with our own goods something determines that and this is what it is how we steward someone else's so if jesus watches to see how we will steward another human's goods and that is true by the way how much more does he watch and see how we will steward what belongs to him when that takes place god begins to trust us and one of the beautiful promises is that the devourer is rebuked fear is striking the nation and even the church but i'm here to tell you the church's inheritance is not fear god is not bound by the season we are in the seasons revolve around the lord himself god has the capability to keep every one of your businesses to keep every one of your ministries open to keep everyone of your church if you're a pastor here visiting not only can you keep your church open but he can bless your church and bless your ministry i told ben fitz last night i'm believing that god would quickly fund awakening europe at a speed they've never known so i here now ultimately we give so that the gospel would flood the nations so if we're going to be a presence driven jesus loving house we must obey that's what the scriptures teach that that this is how we know we are his that we obey his commands so i want us today listen with joy in our hearts to bring the tithe into the storehouse and what is the storehouse the storehouse is where we are fed it is the house of the lord also the scripture says here that we are to bring the entire tithe all right now for it to be considered a tithe it must be it must qualify in two areas number one it must be the first and number two it must be tenth not the second tenth if it is the second tenth it is just a tenth if it is first and eighth percent it is just a first but if it is going to be the tithe it must qualify in both areas first tenth and this is what that looks like when i get paid when somebody blesses me before i spend a dollar of that it is set aside for the lord and we bring it into the storehouse amen so i want to all just stand and i'm not going to have you stand every time we receive the tithe but this is holy father in the name of jesus we thank you for all you have done and all you have given to us we declared this morning that every good gift comes from you every meal every shirt every car we drove here it has all come from you every job we admit that none of us are that good and so lord in jesus name we bring you the tithe this morning as as our worship now i pray in return that you would cover and keep and bless your people so that jesus name would be glorified in the earth and that the nations i think it's important that brittany knows that every soul that's being saved all of the bodies being healed people touched by the holy spirit all of this that she she she has a harvest here and i'm this today in our pre-pre-service prayer time with the team this hotel was the hotel that all of the speakers stayed in at occ where i got saved so i was literally born again a few lies down and you hung a left on forest city road in 1989 my family drove me off this exit from tarpon springs florida i had epstein barr i had had it for about a year and a half to two years i had lost a ton of weight i was competing at the time nationally already and had to stop doing that i had to go on to homeschool because of the sickness i mean casey would be able to tell you casey and monica thank you thank you for being here love you and your whole family it's so good to have you here but casey would tell you epstein bar is no joke i mean it it it knocks people out it's like living with the flu and i had that for a long time imagine weeks at a time living with the flu-like conditions you don't eat your glands are swollen it was really horrible and my my cousin who was an orthodox priest had read a very wonderfully dangerous book called good morning holy spirit which is amazing i i just heard a testimony well not just it was a while back but i just heard a testimony that a group of monks in egypt one of them had taken good morning into the monastery and when they started reading it i think there were 13 of them they hit the ground and were filled with the holy spirit and started speaking in tongues reading the book that'll that'll change your uh your monastery pretty quickly especially if there was a vow of silence you start speaking in tongues you have a change of culture very quickly so my cousin had he read the book and he went to my mom well actually he came here to occ i'm sure your daddy's probably watching i i think i think being here would be very special for him he came to occ which was the church that my father-in-law planted here and jesse was in a pickup truck right uh and they can you imagine them in a pickup truck but they drove up to the land which was a farm like a ranch land and and my father-in-law walked into the ladies house and said i want to buy this property god told me he wants to use it for his glory and the son of the lady the father had passed the son of the of the lady said absolutely not he was upset he told his mom not to listen she eventually shushed her son and said before your daddy died he said the only person i could sell this to was a pastor and that a church could be here so prior to that they were meeting in gore street uh which is downtown orlando i think at the youth for christ building which was affiliated with billy graham and they eventually built occ and uh within i don't know a few years ten thousand people were coming and my cousin the priest went there after reading good morning my cousin was a marine he's gone on to be with the lord now he actually lived in uh in near uh hyde park in south tampa and pastored the greek orthodox church there in south tampa which is still there i think it's called uh st john's i believe or holy trinity one of them um he walked in and my father-in-law called him out of the crowd and uh because he had a collar on and obviously pastor benny was went to a school a catholic school in israel when he was growing up and obviously attended the orthodox church he and his family so the callers get your attention if you're raised around that and so he called my cousin up he prayed for my cousin and my cousin went up the stairs barely made it on the platform and my father-in-law said you're gonna have a healing anointing when you go back to your church my cousin the theologian who was a teacher at the seminary and a marine and chaplain hits the ground in the most balanced way by the way that somebody can hit the ground and he he was filled with the holy spirit he came back to our little town called tarpon springs florida about two and a half hours from here and he said i want you guys to see this video he walked into my house he showed me the video and when i saw my cousin he was in his 60s at the time hit the ground i thought my lord i have never seen a priest do that but i couldn't i could not deny the presence of god as we were watching the video so then my cousin said why don't we stand in a circle i remember this and it was in my dad's den in our family den where we would watch movies and we we held hands and he he held my hand and when i grabbed his hand i could feel power coming out of his hand and then he just looked at me and prayed for me and i hit the ground and i thought oh my gosh so i felt such glory on me and then he told my mom why don't we take michael to occ if he has epstein-barr and it's incurable by the way there's nothing incurable there's nothing in curable nothing nothing and we have to start thinking that way start thinking that way there is nothing impossible for god all things are possible with the lord so we so my mom goes i'm not taking him there and he said what do you have to lose do you want your son to be sick forever and she goes well no because why didn't she do anything for your son she goes of course so they drove me and we lined up at about 2 pm and the service started at 6 and it was hot it was like summer and it was steaming hot to my shock other people were lining up now i had never seen anyone line up to get into church if you know what i mean if you grew up like i did or in most churches people line up to leave so i i couldn't i was like what is going on why are and they were so happy and the bizarre one of the most bizarre things was this is they kept telling me they loved me and i thought i don't how could you love me you don't know me so we waited and and this little wonderful man named jimmy who was an usher he was from jamaica he he yes is that chanel oh okay she he opened the door and he said soon we'll let you all in and the most amazing thing took place you could feel the lord's presence descending on the parking lot literally and my my legs began to shake and i i had never felt anything like that before i just knew it was the lord you know children don't get too complicated and that's why the lord loves touching them if it's the lord they're in they don't have to figure it out and that power kept increasing as we were in line and something told me i said to myself when those doors open i am sprinting into that building and i'm going to get the best seat i can possibly get well i had never been in a church that didn't have altars and chandeliers and you know candles and so i ran in full speed when they opened i blew past all the older people every white perm i just went right past it and and the problem was when i got in there i'd never seen a building like that so i sprinted in through the lobby and got into the sanctuary and i was like now what and i ran and i got a second row seat and that power kept increasing minute by minute and the lord's presence was manifesting with more weight minute by minute and then bruce hughes who is dom's father-in-law and austin's father bruce was on the piano he walked out and began to play he touched me that old song and when he began to play that song the power of god increased even more and then the choir walked out my lord they were like an army in robes like they came out and took the choir loft and they began singing the song and it seemed like with every one of those moments the power of god increased more and more and more so about five minutes later they started singing uh how great they are and as they began to see how great they were my hands just shot up in the air nobody had to tell me it just seemed right my eyes were closed and then all of a sudden that power that precious presence of the lord which i pray would be our portion for generations say amen it just went to another level and with my eyes closed i said to myself as a little kid 12 years old i said somebody just walked in this room who knows the jesus that i'm feeling that's the only way that's the only thing i said and i opened my eyes and there was my father-in-law on the platform a few minutes later he made an altar call and he said if you want to give your life to this jesus who is in the room and he clearly was in the room if you want to give your life to this jesus come forward now and so i did i ran forward and then i heard a voice that was my father-in-law's very very distinct voice he said bring that boy up here and i went up and i got to right about where the guitar is and i just remember him taking a step toward me and oceans of love going through my body oceans of glorious love going through me i didn't know i had fallen until somebody was picking me up well john wilde said one time how many of you were at jesus 17. anyone all right do you remember john wildes hitting the ground and smashing into the nuns the sisters of mary who are evangelical nuns who are so full of the holy spirit he flew into one of them and then he blamed the nun for standing there i'm like bro you're backslidden if you if you're if you're blaming a nun for anything you need sozo so uh um anyhow so john said i said what happened to you he goes well what do you mean what happened i said when you fell what happened he said i did what you do and you can't stand you fall it's great logic actually incredibly wonderful logic and very truthful so that's what happened to me and then i i remember the guys picking me up big giant guys with suits on and then my father-in-law asking that i'd be brought back to him and they they brought me back to him and then he just moved his hand again and i felt that same wonderful presence of the holy spirit go through me the second time on the ground i remember him prophesying over my life and what we're seeing today is a direct result of that word and what he really spoke over jesus image was that that the anointing of god that rested on that ministry would come upon ours one day and that the nations would shake for the glory of jesus and i i didn't know what the gospel was i didn't know what the anointing was i didn't know a nation could shake i didn't even know if that sounded like a good thing but i loved the presence of god so that just happened like i don't know two miles how far are we two miles from here and this was one of the places you came to eat lunch in those days uh if the lord had blessed you that week you didn't have to go to shoni's you could come here but uh this is eerily in the best way uh glorious gloriously reminiscent of uh just bringing back precious memories last night jessie held a baby shower for her sister lily who's having a little baby and you know as you age as a male you want to keep your testosterone levels when i heard of the shower i thought if i stay for that it's going to naturally decrease so i knew it started at three i called my friends i said uh be here at 2 15. because we're not getting sucked into a convo we are out and we left so then we came back and jesse had called us uh we three of us went out to get a coffee and the phone rang and she called the boys the boys were like dad get me out of here now no okay so we she called the boys and said hey come back the shower's over. so we came back i feel the lord beautifully i really do so we we we came back and i see my father-in-law's little head pop around the corner and he was the only guy there he and he goes i'm so glad you're here and i i said what are you doing here he goes she's my daughter he goes but can we go on the patio please i said sure so we went out there last night and we just sat out there and we started talking just sharing stories they were precious stories and one of the one of my friends who was with us lives in tulsa and he's a great leader and he said pastor benny i was at the maybe center as a 10 or 11 year old boy and those meetings changed my life he said the the maybe center was jam-packed and he could feel the power of god going through the the maybe center and it marked me as a little boy and then my father-in-law said something i felt like really applied to this morning and just in general of what the lord is doing in our midst he said when he was on the platform there was a gentleman sitting next to him in one of his meetings and a friend of that gentleman said to this man who was sitting next to my father-in-law he said hey you can do this too referring to you could fill all these seats as well and i don't know if you felt that or not ben but my father-in-law looked and he said you know what i said to myself when i heard that only the holy spirit can do this and i felt like the lord was saying that to us that we would never forget that the lord has done it all and it is marvelous in our eyes it's a privilege to watch jesus do it all and i want us to be reminded of that if if we're going to be marked by anything may we be marked by the lord's presence i want my children to be able to say one day that we have seen the holy spirit do it all when i think of this church i think of a church being birthed in the inferno of the spirit i think back of saint andrews the little presbyterian church in apopka where we didn't promote it all we refused to promote because we didn't want to look at our history and say we did it and so i said i'm going to make it hard on the lord and i'm sure the lord laughed i think i'm sure he felt extremely challenged by me and i said no we're not i said get us a room that seats 70 people and then austin laughed at me he goes more than 70 people are coming i said no they will not they're not going to come we just want to worship jesus and 400 came and then i thought everybody got it wrong so i didn't think they would come back the next day the next week and they kept coming but i was reminded this morning i was up early probably four o'clock i was reminded this morning by the holy spirit's voice saying to me i birthed this i birthed this and if i birth this i will sustain this i will do it the reality is the reality is that there are many church movements who are god glorifying and jesus exalting that i celebrate who would do church do church extremely well extremely rhythmic it is formulated to the bone and while i celebrate it that is just not our mandate we are a people of the presence of god we are people who flow with the holy spirit we are a people who worship jesus until he says stop we are people of the scriptures and i feel like what the lord wants to do here could actually catalyze and shift church culture in our state and in our nation and the nations of the world i believe that [Applause] and so early this morning i was reminded of those early scenes from saint andrews and i just want to say that just because we've gone to sunday morning this is not going to be a tamed sunday morning this will never be a sterile get you in and get you out now let me also say this long services that are not anointed are just doubly painful so i'm not interested in keeping you for keeping you sick but i am saying if the lord is not here it is not a church and the lord being here is actually measurable when the lord comes it is measurable lives change hearts burn bodies are healed souls are saved all of that requires the presence of the holy spirit what we are going to give our lives to is worshipping the lord i yeah i am amazed that you've come i'm amazed that you've flown in from massachusetts and minnesota which is halfway to the moon and and i'm i'm humbled i'm humbled by that but i want to say on behalf of our staff and our school everybody who's worked so hard here we realize nobody's that good it is the holy spirit who has done this it is the holy spirit who has moved on your hearts and i just want to read this passage to you and then i'll pray for you and we'll take communion and dismiss you and you can go to shoni's the organic section all right take your bibles to luke chapter 10. i want to begin our first morning service in the same passage that birthed jesus image in 2010 holy spirit speak luke 10 38 now it happened as they went he entered a certain village and a certain woman named martha welcomed him into her house and she had a sister called mary who also sat at jesus's feet i want you to underline that and heard his word underline that but martha was distracted with much serving underlined much serving and she approached him and said lord do you not care that my sister left me to serve alone i love what bill johnson says it makes no sense at all to ask the savior of the world if he cares therefore tell her to help me and jesus answered and said to her martha martha you are worried and troubled about many things underline worried troubled in many things they will forever be partners but one thing is needed you you need to highlight that one don't sharpen it though you'll ruin your bible one thing is needed and mary has chosen the better or good part highlight that which will not be taken from her jesus here reclines in a village called bethany the greek word vithanya bethany means house of poverty it doesn't mean social poverty though the lord is drawn to those who are impoverished there is a side of jesus that you will only discover when you reach out to the poor he loves the poor he loves everyone but i'm telling you there is a side of the lord that you will only discover with the broken heidi told me that years ago she said i know you love jesus but if you want to see him more fully and rightly i want to encourage you find the poor and serve them and i think our students are ministering to the poor every thursday closing putting food together this is very foundational but this is speaking of a different poverty internal poverty it's matthew 5 5 blessed are the poor in spirit for they shall see the lord or theirs is the kingdom of heaven forgive me blessed are the poor and spirit for theirs is the kingdom of heaven this internal yearning is what we call bethany so you'll see on some of our shirts make me a bethany make me a bethany what are we saying we're saying we want jesus to come live with us we're saying move in with us and we're not so full of our own accomplishment that he can't come live with us what we're declaring is i am empty without you all that's been accomplished has been from your hand come and live with us so bethany means house of poverty house of yearning house of emptiness in another in and of ourselves it's interesting to me that jesus chose not to spend the night or rest in jerusalem he is king of jerusalem he is returning to jerusalem it is the city of the great king the city of peace yet jesus chose not to rest and recline there jerusalem was the place of wonders and miracles and preaching bethany was the place of wonders miracles preaching and jesus himself reclining martha welcomed the lord listen carefully and he came but mary knew how to keep him i hope i don't mess up the cameras but i got to get down there i'll be done in five minutes you can believe it martha knew how to bring him mary knew how to keep him jesus is so wanting to be with his people that he responds to the most simple invitation so martha welcomed him he said all right i'll come but when he came in and this is where most of us stop short and fail the lord comes in and now here's the question now what now what and this is where martha went wrong you see martha as the old saying goes gave jesus a sandwich when he wanted her love so yes we stack chairs yes we run cables i'm grateful for all of it yes we're setting up and tearing down but what would make me so happy is if we were in love while we were doing it if we were weeping while we were doing it if we were communing while we were running cables if our hearts were burning while we were welcoming people as they come in or helping park cars this is the way of mary and the scripture says that mary sat at the feet of jesus and heard his word mary saw something in jesus that nobody in the house saw she discovered his word was life she saw him in a light that nobody else could see him in martha brought him mary kept him worship listen carefully worship is not the precursor to the sermon our entire lives are lives of worship i bring this up to you for this reason i want us to have a reputation in heaven of being worshippers uh we are getting that here on earth in fact unfortunately well fortunately and unfortunately i guess people come on sunday night just for the worship and they bolt because they think that a song set is worship they haven't discovered that their lives are worshipped and great preaching should never stop worship it should birth worship so yeah people are watching stuff and loving and i celebrate it all it's great but i don't live for that so there's one thing to have the reputation on earth as worshipers but i want us to go higher i want heaven to know that they worship jesus at jesus image i want jesus to know that if he comes in we die to keep him there bill used to say he will give you the measure of his presence that you're willing to die for it to protect and that is so true so this is my heart for us is that the lord would make his home here that when jesus comes in he's convinced that we'll sit at his feet and love him this worship so marked the heart of jesus that jesus makes a statement that to me is so beyond he says this wherever the gospel is preached i want this worship to be mentioned the offering the offering at his feet is mentioned throughout the world wherever the gospel is preached it's so moved the heart of jesus that he said i want it to be spoken of forever wherever the gospel is preached so when we say lord make this house of bethany it is in fulfillment of what the lord said and lastly help me there joel would you please lastly the scripture says in revelation i find this to be fascinating that in heaven they were singing songs and more than one song is mentioned in the book of revelation but two are mentioned together and this is what they are the song of the lamb listen carefully and the song of moses whoa whoa whoa whoa wait a minute the song of moses is speaking of moses's song that he wrote when he crossed the red sea they erupted in praise when god delivered them and he wrote his song and for you songwriters the the framework of that song would it would be a massive benefit for you to study that song how he wrote what what he wrote how much of it was horizontal none of it how much of it was vertical how many of you know worship songs are supposed to be about the lord that's a great place to start this i am not writing a worship song about my feelings that's not worship that's called therapy but a worship song has to do with the lord all right moses writes this song and miriam by the way writes a song but miriam is not mentioned in glory so moses writes this song at the great exodus celebrating the crossing of the red sea which speaks of our salvation so it is natural for the church to sing it is natural for the church to adore jesus that song makes it into the book of revelation and is mentioned in the same breath as the song of the lamb why is that so beautiful i'll tell you why the lord hears every song it registers and it is saved in his eternal memory bank and i want us to be known in heaven as people who love jesus and i just want to encourage you there will never be a power shortage for the jesus lover ever jesus gets news that his friend lazarus is sick and lazarus lived in that home in bethany and after waiting three days jesus comes back to the place that he's loved and raises the dead what does that tell us resurrection power and first love are connected forever you'll never have to beg for power if you're in love with jesus amen let's prepare our hearts to receive communion do you receive that we are under a bit of a time limit to tear down so that we can get to sunday night in time how many of you do not have the communion elements this is centerpiece in our services and we will be receiving communion every week either on sunday night or sunday morning it will be a weekly weekly experience for us there's a ton in the back here are you guys good there in the front row do you have elements okay as you're receiving or as they're giving you the communion elements be in prayer just quiet your heart can you play more precious than silver thank you lord lord we come this morning is there anybody who doesn't have their elements just before i begin praying okay lord we come this morning in your presence do your table to feast on the body and blood of the lamb of god now lord your word says i want you to take the bread please lord your word says is the bread that is blessed not the body of the lord jesus lord your word says that your body was broken for us that we should take and eat of it in remembrance of you and so lord we come repenting asking for forgiveness if you don't know the lord i want to encourage you don't take the meal without surrendering your life right now give your life to jesus yield your heart to jesus repent of your sin you just need to right now just say jesus i repent forgive my sin i turn to you fully i put my trust in you the lord of my life in your shed blood and the finished work of the cross in your burial and resurrection and i yield my life to you you need to do that right now don't receive this meal without surrendering your life to jesus christ you'll know you have when you're free from sin when the lord lives through you that is the proof i just want to tell you that please yield your life to jesus if you need to father we lift this bread that is broken we lifted in remembrance of you because you were nailed to a cross you were lifted on the tree your word says if you'd be lifted up you draw all men unto you as we receive the body of the lord jesus christ i thank you that this is a healthy church a whole church a healed church and a healthy church beloved i wish above all things that you would prosper and be in health even as your soul prospers now lord as we receive let there be none weak among us in jesus name break and receive hallelujah isn't he wonderful let's lift the cup to heaven let's close our eyes precious lord thank you for your blood that was shed your word says without the shedding of blood there can be no removal of sin thank you that your blood speaks a better word that you are the high priest of the new covenant interceding on our behalf and that we have become the righteousness of god this is great mercy too glorious and too wonderful i pray that the power of the blood of jesus flows through everyone here that the power of the blood would surround your families your lives all you touch and everywhere you go your children that all i need you to agree i feel this strong that your children's children will serve the lord i plead the blood over your houses your families and the generations to come and i pray represented in this room the generational lines would literally shift that hundreds of years of not knowing god would change here in this house and generations to come would follow the lord jesus we receive as a family together on this first sunday morning your glory and presence in jesus name amen let's receive let's receive amen jesus can we just stand and begin blessing him dom would you come up just lift your hands to heaven and just begin blessing the lord come on just with your mouth celebrate and praise the receiving of the lord's supper unlocks the power of our covenant with the lord would you just lift your hands to heaven now i want to pray a blessing over you father in the mighty name of jesus christ of nazareth we bless your people the lord bless you the lord keep you in jesus name lord let your glory shine upon them thank you for your kindness and your mercy that flows through them i pray lord jesus for the substance of your spirit to rest on them as they have never known and we agree by faith that you are touching our children in those rooms in jesus name let this house be a house of purity let this house be a house of longevity let this house be a house of glory let this house be a house of salvation and healing have this come on we need to dedicate this to the lord have this house come lord jesus come come lord jesus come have your way live here in the mighty name of jesus amen can we give the lord praise as your i'm going to have dom just lead as you as you're dismissed uh see you tonight tom singh come lord jesus come yeah and students our iniquity the chastisement of our peace was upon him and by his stripes we are healed the worst man could offer collided with the best god could offer the blood of his son all on the face of jesus that jesus yielded his life to the father he was buried in a tomb and three days later gloriously raised from the dead the blood won i said the blood so [Applause] [Music] god demonstrates his own love toward us in the while we were still sinners christ died for us jesus shed his blood he died on the cross he was buried he rose again from the dead on the third day to give you life and to prove that he is the son of god who he said he was today he is seated at the right hand of the father and for those who belong to him for them eternally and that same jesus will return again he will crack the eastern sky like a whip and with ten thousands upon ten thousand he will return in glory [Music] [Music] foreign in 2017 we received a word from lou engle that we really believe is the word of the lord for our school our house and the entire ministry lou said that the greatest musicians in the world and the greatest vocalist in the world the greatest worshipers that they would descend upon orlando florida to jesus image and that word began to burn in us and we began to dream about what it would look like to one day have a school where people would come to worship jesus and be in his presence and receive his word and a church was birthed in that same worshiping atmosphere what a beautiful opportunity that we have as a jesus people to come before him and to be at his feet and to pour ourselves out before him worship has the potential to unlock things that really nothing else in the world can unlock and so we decided about a year ago to launch a an opportunity within the jesus school setting for those worshipers for the musicians for the singers for the dancers for the artists for the poets and this is going to be a place where you can come and you can learn and you can grow and we have highly trained instructors who are going to be coming they're going to be teaching instruments they're going to be teaching vocals anything that you can think of with worship it's going to be there the worship is not about us we worship for him so we want to invite you to come come worship the king of kings with us so come and be a part of what the lord is doing come and give your heart to the lord come and surrender yourself to the lord and let's be ones that are willing to rise and go and we decided to name it after bethany that wonderful house where jesus was ministered to that place where the feelings of jesus were preeminent it was a place where he desired to not only move and work and teach and do wonderful things put a place where he would be adored a place where he would rest a place where he would run to so that he would receive ministry and so now jesus school has this space that's been created for all of you who are desiring to use your vocal gifts your instrumental gifts your gifts of worship the dancing gifts and give them to jesus jesus would make this a bethany that he'd make our lives of bethany where he's come and rest and recline among us you
