[Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] meaning that we're gonna use for the quiet box is a tile backerboard this is a foam tile backerboard you can get this at any big box store you can also buy it at like a you know a tile store as well but this stuff is a very rigid extremely light so what we're going to do is we're going to panel the outside we're a panel the outside we're also going to panel the inside leaving enough room to insert some insulation [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] but we're gonna be using this insulation it's just inexpensive insulation you can get anywhere off the shelf cut it in nice sheets insert it into the cavity here and then we're just going to cap all that off so what I'm going to do to cap the bottom and to hold the insulation in is to just simply install some two by two within like that [Music] so the last step is to spray paint the box the color of your choice today I'm using rust-oleum high heat up to 1200 degrees white strafing the last steps is to simply install a handle to grab lift and set on top of the generator prior to hit the handle installation obviously you need to install some backing there but yeah this box is uh super lightweight pick it up with one finger probably weighs about ton or no twelve thirteen pounds now use a three-quarter inch copper or whatever size your exhaust is with the coupler last modification I did to this noise reduction quiet box to cut out a channel [Music] [Music]
