Cut flank steak into thin pieces, against the grain. Marinate with 3/4 tbsp corn starch, 3/4 tbsp low sodium soy sauce, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and pinch of salt. Mix well. Cover, and let this sit for 20 minutes. Heat 1/4 cup neutral oil in a wok, or non-stick pan. Add flank steak and stir fry on high heat for 1-2 minutes. Add vegetables of your choice, and stir fry for 15-30 seconds. Before you begin stir frying your beef and veggies, prepare your noodles according to package instructions. Ours is ready to go on the side. Turn off the heat, and add strained Lo Mein noodles. Add 1-2 tbsp spring onion, 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce, 2 tbsp dark soy sauce, 2 or 3 tbsp oyster sauce, and 1/4 tsp red chili powder. Toss everything together. Add a drizzle of sesame oil, adjust salt to taste, toss and serve warm!
