Beating Elden Ring with the WORST SPELLS

I've been putting off doing this run for like six months now and once you see how these spells actually function you will understand why in short they have almost no range they are slower than a snail that's dropped some acid and on their own their damage is abysmal that alone puts them in the category of the worst spells for me already but they have even one more layer of bad they inflict self-damage on the Caster meaning that I'm not only limited by my Mana but my health as well ah so what are the rules gonna be I can only do damage with aberrant sorceries from summoning all the spells in the category have to be acquired it's not all bad though the Spells did get a minor buff in one of the latest patches and they are actually good in some Niche situations like for the hardest boss Millennia believe it or not the goal here is to make a build around them that will trivialize most of the boss fights in the game and turn this challenge into a challenge for the boss to kill me with all of that said let the torture begin getting our hands on the first spell is thankfully relatively straightforward we are going to start off with the profit class for this one as the Spells have a steep Faith requirement another reason for why they are [ __ ] anyways the grab torrent and head over to Leonia immediately on our way we collect the first key item the two-finger Talisman which is gonna help out with us wielding the spells in the beginning the first spell is held by one of the women holding a blazing staff just outside the fort in the northern part of Leonia since we still cannot do any damage we are gonna have to learn one of the flamethrower chariots over here to do the dirty work for us easy enough and now we get our first spell Riders of sin here I spent some extra time grinding for the staff of the Guilty by repeatedly murdering the poor women the staff boosts the damage of the Spells by 15 so it's definitely worth having now no good challenge run can start without a boss cheese at the beginning so we head on over to Caleb to perform my so far favorite cheese to date the night's Cavalry cookery cheats basically you throw two cookies to distract and pick you the interest of the horsemen which he happily indulges by throwing himself off the side of the cliff netting us a solid 42 000 runes a YouTube comment once said that if this cheese didn't exist my channel wouldn't exist either and to that I say shut up anyhow we now have the ability to level up so that we can utilize these spells they go 19 into faith and the rest we dump into intelligence Vigor and mind oh and we also collect the meteorite staff here as it will be our main staff for now the Blessed you Talisman for some health regeneration and of course the shackle from patches actually one of the faster setups for my challenge runs guess it's time for Margaret now but before we actually start this let me actually show you something look at her oh she's sneezing isn't she the most beautiful cat ever we got her like a couple of days ago and we are seeing if she is going to actually work because I actually do have some allergies when it comes to cats she also doesn't want to stay in my hands the other spell is all the way in the mountaintops by the way so we're gonna be stuck with this spell for like the majority of the game why would I torture myself I am an eldering challenge Runner man what do you mean why would I torture myself foreign excuse me guys my friend my brain fart that is horrible damage oh that went well main problem with these spells is that they damaged me and they are absolutely slow from what I can see there is one upside to these spells they don't have quite a lot of FP they don't seem to require a ton of FP which is at least something but they so slow my God who came up with these bits pets bro who came up with these spells like honestly where is the goddamn bleed from yazaki honest to God I was promised a bleed sorcery but I'm I actually got an A can't move sorcery finally the police block it took 10 [ __ ] years oh this is gonna be horrible I forgot it kills me oh can't say much so we shackle and we go for the Triple the triple and we get immediately punished and almost died and we go one two three very nice ah bro you're doing one of the hardest spell runs ever oh my God no markets why why did you do the worst possible attack you could have done at that moment oh come on down that was way too close godric time uh we're gonna need more flasks this can also be punished because his ass doesn't attack it's a four hit combo that can be punished at the fourth attack and we can punish this no this is not punished this is certain that this is the easiest attack to punish but he doesn't do it as often in first phase godric you [ __ ] bastard what the [ __ ] up and let me kill you please what the [ __ ] was that the hell was that godric why did you just stand there did he break is that a bug why is this wind around him but I don't understand what's going on it's not like we don't have enough damage we don't have enough HP to kill this guy they literally do not have enough Health to kill this guy as a sorcerer I find this offensive I don't have enough HP to kill this guy I guess we just need to defeat the the tree the tree is the main obstacle for like the main first main damage boost it's gonna require a lot of patience a lot of attention problem is this guy one shots oh my God the true Dark Souls experience bait out attacks and punish accordingly or magic shot and crack here nice okay okay that's 20 more damage is that enough for godric know what you can do we can just wait for my health to pick back up guys like we're just gonna have to be extremely patient there is nothing much I can do here okay just to be extremely patient this is a certain polish unless he does that then it's not a certain punish then it's just [ __ ] we do want to Triple here we want triple here so we can actually bleed it hopefully goddamn go three man the triple can be done there but we need to be at full health and we need to get behind him and then we can do the triple behind him Toto oh we can't get behind him okay let me just triple now we need to flame out blade blame out play bait out flame attacks double is a risky but it can work that is a punishable attack because he's slow as like Grandma and I almost died because I was too greedy and Duty godric good fight Breyers of sin boys the sin of living has killed one of the sharp betters pop the feet nice now I know why these spells have sin in their name because it's honestly a sin that they were even put into the game with a man child having been slain they have a difficult decision before us on how to proceed next what's not a difficult decision is to subscribe to the channel as 60 of you watching are not yet subscribed and doing that helps me out a lot thanks so ranala is gonna be out of the question as she is almost immune to spell damage leaving us only with radan currently that doesn't sound like a lot of fun so we are gonna thoroughly prepare ourselves for that encounter the first thing we needed is godric's great room because of these spells we are starved for stats so this helps out a ton next we pick up the Graven School Talisman to boost our damage a bit and go to collect lusad's death the boss fight guarding the staff is thankfully very easy even with these spells their low Health fool just doesn't allow them to survive all that long and they are easily felt after we collect the staff we go and grab one other spell which is gonna be golden vow at Mount gelmir they can utilize this spell very easily as the aberrant sorceries also require Faith to use now I am at a dilemma here I can just go now and bang my head against radon for hours to try and beat him or I can just go farm a bit of runes to make the build stronger if you're at all familiar with this channel we know we will choose the latter so we go and make our way to the Morgan Palace once all the necessary tasks are accomplished to get there we are gonna use something that I haven't done in quite a while the mogwin room Farm glitch boys and girls at this point I'm starting to think that from intended this to be a feature of the game as its already patch 1.09 and they still haven't patched this very classic Miyazaki after farming for a while we will end up with the following result with 40 more levels into our character we are now able to wield lusat staff which has been upgraded to plus six we are gonna upgrade it more once we get into the capital because then all the other necessary ingredients will be available I also dumped some points into Vigor and endurance just to be able to survive a couple of hits from radon two last things assassin's Gambit and Terra Magica we go and get Gambit as it's honestly the most useful Ash award the entire game and Terra Magica will synergize perfectly with our spells to get it we need to First clear out the crystalline duodo which is a problem because I wasn't sure these spells are actually going to be able to break their poise all right uh let's see how this is actually going to go probably not well but let's see 54 I mean if we are super lucky we're gonna kill them I sincerely cannot believe how bad This spells are please let them do Poise damage come on do so it does Point damage GG oh my God it actually does poise damage it's ridiculously small but it does voice damage guys and bye-bye okay let's go let's try to buff while he's actually shooting at us here we passed this and then we wait for his stupid face come here that's what I want let's see bro it didn't even hit it that's a very respectable damage in Terra Magica the damage is not really the problem it's uh being able to hit this guy like we need to trade this guy which is a massive headache let's see now he's gonna go into safe transitioning the horse very nice okay the Spells with Buffs actually don't suck guys over leveling is probably the best way to make this run a lot more manageable oh my God one guy don't die don't die they're so close okay let's try Tera Magica here wait what first try first try come on [ __ ] come on we're done do a slow attack that is not a slow attack that is the opposite of a slow attack that is the exact opposite nice actually first try didn't I tell you that if we get Terra Magicka this fight is actually going to be much more doable having slain radon like that I started to realize something people who previously tried doing this challenge run have never tried to optimize the build that they are using and since these spells are so unique not optimizing the build makes it considerably harder to do anything good with them so let's go and optimize this [ __ ] properly shall we actually only two more things are needed here first we go and collect Hall of shabridi this is a faith-based spell that boots are damaged by 25 but makes a stake an extra 30 more damage from attacks with these spells it's either do or die anyways so the more damage they do the higher the chances of our Victory second we go and get our hands on the magic scorpion Talisman it's not too hard to accomplish we just needed to obliterate Loretta over in carrier Manner and go and talk a bunch of times to the idiot salaries uh always remember to beat up selvis at the end of his questline it's good for your soul now it's time to test out the fruits of our labor wait let's see let's see the damage first uh I'm literally without any words guys first time in my life in my career of playing eldering I was left bloody speechless I was expecting a struggle here guys I was expecting a bloody battle that would last at least half an hour to 45 minutes and then he just died ooh baby now we are talking damage numbers but having now gained access to the capital we can increase our damage even further believe it or not we do that by first collecting the Albert set in the old Round Table this set is super badass because it doesn't just look great but it also gives our spells an 18 damage boost as well in the sewers of the capital we can now go and get a somber 7 smithing Stone which are notoriously difficult to come by but once you have it you can just swing over to Caleb and the Morgan Palace to collect the rest of the upgrade materials needed for a plus 10 weapon or staff in this case I am very happy when my build is fully optimized but I'm not sure that the rest of the bosses will share that sentiment with me especially not the ones in the capital they go here and let's try to bait his attack please throw the ax God 3. okay die ah they come what what okay uh Godfrey my boy you might be a bit of a problem the damage is fantastic but godre might be a little problem come on come on if you think you're hard enough nice God damn it we're gonna have to fight them we can't kill him outright unfortunately subject though we could technically just do this there is nothing stopping us from doing this guys just bait the jump attack right there's no reason why I can't do this and just hit him with one and then go away hit and he's dead very simple why complicate things when you can make them simple guys honestly take this and let's go shackle shackle again and let's go oh [ __ ] I got them knew it it was enough bro yes let's go that was the best Morgan kill in my life respectable tea bag man you don't deserve that one or not you're blocking the goddamn Grace mortgage what the [ __ ] hello let's get script out here okay he guys we will engage with Melania and mo because I actually think this puzzle would do quite well against these guys actually I need to stop saying actually wrong way sure ah Brian is a punishment perfect now we have the other spell boys let's go uh pop this I want to try to be in Terra Magica at all times if we possibly can that was a bad mistake okay we get one hit up here right actually we get multiple hits up here nice so we go like this this this it's actually insane how difficult this guy is to bleed for me I'm a goddamn bleed bill at the end of the day priorities of sin can we stagger this guy highly doubt it so we just do this and the brothers of sin one two three unfortunately not enough you're just gonna have to Brute Force guys or die that was sheer luck and two attempts pretty easy feet acquired boys uh also because we're going for Millennia we're gonna have to fight both O'Neill why did this guy literally jump into his Doom I'm pretty sure I was sprinting at the end a random gravity moment wonderful ignore the skinny one go for the fat one that is the ultimate strategy in all is he dead he's dead uh guys I'm just amazed our Buffs are gonna run like run out but the the amazement these these spells are actually not bad at all look at the damage there is just one buff on me right now these guys are just absolutely gone boys ah man way too easy wait this is absolutely wrong guys like okay okay just a second here guys we are 70 intelligence and we deal 1600 damage with one brightest of punishment wait so without Buffs I do 1.6 K damage that is insane all right let's just kill him normally guys and rise apart Dodge you do a couple of attacks here and he's phase two the amount of speed that we can send people into phase two is insane Vera magic kind of oh baby let's go that was absolutely beautiful Terra Magica was the siding Factor man that was absolutely gorgeous beautiful win chef's kiss Briars of sin and one two and a three yeah okay it's not two hits it's three hits but it's still decent enough all right let's do this properly let us do this properly boys prices of punishment time to punish got free for his mistakes leaving marikain is already going phase 1.25 okay that was a mistake found in Spanish did that hit me or didn't not hit me okay be good to me Big Daddy please 100 out of stem nice now it should be that now we should be gone goodbye boys and 75. this is that is the exact amount of intelligence that we need that means actually no that means we have the 90 intelligence yeah that's enough we don't need more intelligence over here now we should go exactly as I want nice four hits of this shackle we should be dead here I think the just complete spam come on one more hit I knew it I knew it I knew I had a perfect strategy down perfect it's always about strategy guys then it's never at this point it's never about the build it's always strategy all right this guy has two goons on his side so these goons are probably gonna beat me to taken care of immediately right or we might just kill Commander Nial outright you never know okay one is dead one is absolutely dead I got chicken this one is also dead I can't see [ __ ] is Commander gonna die soon though that is the question who are the philosophers yeah it doesn't seem like he's much of a trouble at this point especially with the insane damage output as we deal he's just dead yeah yeah he is simply that guys Hollow shop really I'm not sure what is the best way to start this fight but I think it's gonna be brothers of punishment because she does run towards quite aggressively why is my attack missing okay Loretta might actually prove to be a bit of a problem no I was out stamina my God this is the problem with this spell oh my God I couldn't move I'll get it okay they found a hurdle maybe here yeah but she always like punishes me as well I'm gonna have to trade with her a little bit if I want to win it's pretty good solid damage output it might be no mistake okay spam 3D that was unnecessarily hard guys honestly alright Melania time boys let's figure this [ __ ] out let's go buff into Oblivion we are going to be a member of the Joe star family today guys we are running away that is the best strategy for millennia oh yeah oh yeah baby when she gets close we run away Jesus Christ that's amazing hashtag get Brian and the second race perfect let's see how much damage you do here should be doing quite a lot of them here she's still not bleeding though which is insane what I'm being lied to you guys we are being light these spells don't do any bleed damage I swear to God there is no way that these spells do bleed damage who is running faster oh the staff oh my God why do I always forget the staff Jesus you have one job hell what is the second part of Georgia called guys I forgot there's literally that part of the anime you're just running away GG this was literally the last episodes of battle tendency guys okay let's start off the fight very very buffed there is no way the trader one is going to be easy I take that back I take that back another one is almost there okay did we send him into the second phase yes can please the light bull should go away so I can actually fight you he's almost dead boys I was honestly considering this fight to be very very hard because he's very very aggressive right now like I can't hit him anyway that is another opening and bye-bye nice Elven Beast oh that's not the best damage I'll put but it's not the worst at the end of the day it's not gonna be scripted boys but
