BEATING A CHEATER - Fall Guys

nothing is more frustrating you battle your way through numerous tough rounds of competition reach the final stage with hope gleaming in your eye and then watch as a scummy cheater rips it all away from you it's infuriating looking on with no chance nice but sometimes if you do everything just right you can tear a victory right from the jaws of defeat but it takes a level of skill and experience to be able to beat a cheater so let me give you some context and take it back to my first time playing fall guys i had no expectations little did i know the great quest upon which i was about to embark here i was fall guy number 1284 i started out by seeing what cosmetics i had and decided to become a pirate that's got to be the best pirate i've ever seen now fall guys is a last man standing tournament every game starts with around 60 people and through the course of five or six stages that number is whittled down until the final stage where one person wins it all i began my first round thinking that a win would come quickly once i gained a basic grasp of the game i was in for a rude awakening i played a few rounds and was having a blast i was giggling up a storm but i still had a lot to learn next resuspect and kira came on to play with me kira's first time playing it's mine too [Applause] why is everyone no no no go again it was my first time on this whirly gig map and i was having some trouble no god i might qualify if i don't mess [Music] after that rather tumultuous run we started up a new round and in this run we saw something interesting a cheater now i'd heard that there were cheaters and fall guys but i hadn't seen one till now yo that guy's hacking bro shut up people do have people do hack in this game i'm not kidding yo he just zoomed by me yep far greater speed they could easily beat any player in a run i qualified i qualified however i then lost in the second round so we restarted again but i still had that image of the cheater speeding off and planted firmly in my mind yeah i got the sprinkles okay let's do sprinkles that's it yeah just [Laughter] our next game started with a spinning platform obstacle course team tales oh i'm going so fast for gamers by gamers nope don't take this away from me i'm gonna watch you get caught right third place baby let's go clean first round onto the next one now in this run i was feeling lucky my full centered on gate crash i actually i'm going for it i'm guessing literally unstoppable again money again one more oh my god one more come on no i'm still in first i'm guessing come on give it to me give it to me no all right still first baby let's get it choose wisely middle one yes i'm so good unstoppable let's go boy what a smooth run i've not done this one welcome in this next course our team had to push a large ball to the end of the course the last place team would be eliminated i guess you can dive into it all the time this run was going well there's another sprinkle guy in here there's four of us next up was rollout a tricky survival course the idiot guy tried to get too slick right next to me i see you i'm watching leave me alone dude the stupid pigeon yeah this is the pigeon get a man handle this pigeon i'm just over here chilling i'm out here i'm so handsy on that side you know it got real handsy i didn't like it one more person there we go that one was pretty quick with that round done it was now my very first time on a final stage fall mountain do i need to get inside it yes gift and say big big big big this is big this is big i was doing quite well considering that i had no experience with the map i was racing up the center but was unfamiliar with how to pass the hammer obstacle at the top my very first final stage run and i was closing in on a whim i made some crucial mistakes and lost to another player however this first run was only the beginning i'd be back here again and the circumstances next time would be very different over the next few hours i gained more experience in the game i'm about to get this freaking dub i'm ready to fall all over the place let's get to that yellow nothing personal kid oh this is gonna be close photo finish baby let's go sound removed due to gamer scream challenge on the play on that one oh my god that guy's in the middle got so dead i knew this hecker was gonna do that i got extremely close to winning many times and it was beginning to wear on me second place how does it feel buddy now i was also streaming fall guys and met some less than savory characters on my search for a win you go first you idiots like this guy who was camping the tube on slime i swear if this guy pushes me off i'm gonna lose it that's actually such a cheeky thing to do what that guy was doing but later in the same run karma paid him a visit bro leave me alone dude [Music] i was still seeking a win and just watching my stream you could clearly see my frustration with every loss i tried switching up my skins to see if i would do any better i'm a unicorn what an outfit i think this outfit isn't right right now i wasn't thinking about cheaters or anything of this sort right now i was on a war path to victory and i was out of ideas i knew i had the skills to win but i just needed the right opportunity i'm screwed after many fruitless runs i was staring at the start menu again determined so i loaded in one more time first round was an obstacle course i was keenly familiar with dodged the gates and wound my way to the end the final jump i had missed at first was a cake walk now i flopped into the finish line i'm having a ton of fun playing this though i'm kind of just being a bit more chill last night i got really angry next up was egg scramble a team game where you have to get as many eggs in your team's base as possible let's get these golden eggs third place team would be eliminated i was on yellow team typically the worst team to be on is red and blue team up on you oh that sucks all right now we just gotta go screw blue team it's so disrespectful the strategies you employ in this game oh how about how did that possibly occur now with blue team falling behind we finished them off with red team give me that ensuring they're defeated it is a big bully i was cruising through this run the next was tail tank oh fairly universally disliked challenge i've fallen i evaded other players and ran around the map easy man i qualified without much trouble now next it was tiptoe on this course you had to guess which platforms are safe to stand on a very tricky one [Music] oh this what did you see that dude i was playing the center of the pack so i could hopefully qualify and not fall off in the process i managed to play it just right and qualify now it was the final round hexagon i'm a hex gamer because there's not that many people in this one on this stage if you stood on any hexagon it would disappear a moment later i've lost on this final stage many times i had a lot of practice now i could do this still near the top i was fighting to remain on one of the higher levels [Music] now about halfway down through the course i was slowing my pace to remain up here for as long as possible [Music] oh that was a little bit spicy there were a lot of purple hexes here i burned through this platform slowly some people were already being eliminated many hexes below were [Music] disappearing now i was live streaming this and it was getting very tense i was on the bottom level now and it was heavily used up this was going to be close [Music] oh i'm gonna pass out dude i'd done it and on the very last tile i had been seconds from defeat the raw emotion of seeking a win in fall guys you can see how infuriating a cheater could be under the right circumstances now the excitement from my first win had barely faded when i loaded into another run with my friend ash jolly jolly good i'm prepared to game you gotta fly boy i keep getting too distracted by them man there was a cheater in this lobby just flying around it resurfaced the old memory of the cheater i'd seen soon after i started the game this hacker here was just flying around mischievously ash and i both qualified for the second round and it was egg scramble i stole the golden egg from yellow a little bit of time into the round and we noticed that the cheater was on yellow team and being absolutely shameless they were just flying above their basket holding the valuable golden egg there was nothing we could do what a little rat he's just flying in midair all right i'm leaving yeah i wasn't gonna stand for this and now with a victory under my belt i had a new objective i was gonna beat a cheater it was a few runs later i loaded in again with ash i was just thinking what if they didn't move for a run that'd be sort of funny we have a hacker look at him eating around you see him he's flower pot see him he's right in front of me he's just look how unnatural is jumping yeah he just like zips and zaps and zops look at him i think he's in yeah he's about to get first look he's like pretending he doesn't you can get hit by stuff what a little rat a flower pot skin player was cheating ash and i both qualified and the next stage was slime clyde knowing cheaters i was pretty sure that they were gonna try to troll other players if they over committed to messing someone up it could be an opportunity to take him out fly cheaters like all right he's all the way up the top already really oh he's standing on the oh look at that holy boy oh i just okay good i ran up the climb course and managed to avoid him at the yellow pipe but i knew he would be back in the final stretch goblin human is he still trolling people i don't i don't want to get trolled by him run now while he's grabbing someone else okay wait we should try to get him with all the obstacles here he was grabbing players to make them mess up i don't think so get him jump back on i'm not risking my run for it but i mean [Music] oh look they're all cheering another player actually done it and killed the cheater what a play that was such a gamer moment i made it to the final round in hexagon i was doing well but made a fatal mistake and lost the round i had watched another player kill a cheater but i wanted to face off against one and have them look on as i took their win away from them next i did multiple runs with different friends first place baby taking this home for that for the for the i don't know what he called this gang oh what a save i'm gonna mess somebody up doing this let's all just grab okay i think i'm going to go to that big fat purple easy clappers [Laughter] fly you fools [Music] one point i faced off with a cheater flying around in fall ball a rocket league oh rip well you would have gotten that one probably have these guys no shame the cheater won i was sick of these scummy cheaters it was only a matter of time till i took one down later on i was gaming with my friend reed just starting a run when we saw another oh that is a hacker i believe so this guy's zipping around in front of us yeah you don't say he's trying to hit people while he's flying around reid and i qualified for the second round and saw it was the hoarders event this one you have to keep large balls in your section of the map we noticed the cheater was on red team so we put all our effort into making them lose interesting oh wait yeah you're right you're right okay [Music] good job good job this is the best way we can defeat the hackers teamwork [Music] did we do it we did it we did it hacker clapped bye bye it was a big win for now but i went through the remaining rounds and then lost in the final it wasn't enough i wanted to steal a victory from right under a cheater's nose i was beginning to think that that just wasn't possible when i loaded up solo and this experience was far more subtle and devious than my last ones every round i do i improve let's get a third dubski the run began normally i didn't see anything too out of the ordinary all right i'm gonna get bonked it's gonna send me i'm gonna do what's called a pro gamer move all right i blew it i blew my lead i [Music] i made it to the end of the round and qualified in the middle of the pack the next round in the run was team tail tag yellow team get your little give me that i grabbed you now with the tail i did loops around the map a little bit stronger here i feel like i'm oh as time was winding down i didn't have a tail and our team was losing i had to do something quick [Applause] i'd done it on to the next one now up was the card memorization challenge shall we think wait i think joey no one came on mine and i got a little nervous for a second i finished this one without too much trouble and now it was slime climb you'll love to see it this is where i noticed something was off see fall guys had been cracking down on cheaters and this pigeon guy was going about 20 percent faster than a normal player barely noticeable their money in the bank baby he was likely trying to stay under the radar to not get reported but i was keeping my eye on clean open territory [Music] that was unfortunate after some close calls i finished slime climbing next it was fall ball and the pigeon was on my team how was five versus six fare and it was 5v6 i guess the game decided a handicap was needed we need to get it over oh money every day buddy every day put that one away for grandma every day every day let's get this bread oh that was bad that was a known goal the pigeon was so quick running from our side to the center and to the ball i've now neither helped nor hurt my team i won the fall ball game now it was the final i returned to fall mountain but this was not gonna be like last time and the cheater was about to throw caution i like going right i have this tight little avenue that i like getting okay all right off the bat people are messing up well the cheater was being blatant here speeding right by me but still trying to be just under the radar what a scummy player my chat saw it as well dude got so sized man look how far he's in the lead get bogged please get bunked i needed that still got too much of a lead though he's got this it was over the cheater was just too fast he's so far in the lead like what is that they jumped but forgotten to grab a huge mistake [Music] i did it i jumped and grabbed the crown the cheater had bought cheats but had forgotten that you actually have to be smart to win cheats aren't everything i'm nasty i was satisfied watching that cheater miss the jump and then
