BeamNG Drive Basics for Beginners (Tutorial)

hello guys and welcome to another bmg video here on lacrosse moments gaming today we're gonna talk about bmg and the basic that you need to know like a beginner when you're starting so first of all we're gonna be here on the main menu and i'm gonna show you some details here so first thing you need to do in order for you to start playing you'll need to go to options to set up your graphics this is the most important as this game is a little bit heavy and for my pc as well so if you want to see the video which i made for low end pc if you have very bad pc you're going to be in the description below so first one here the first settings here on the option is the graphics so here you can tweak your settings you can put it too low you can put it to normal this all depends on your pc there's many things that you can change and this is going to be in the other video that i told you before next we have the using user interface here you can change some other settings the colors you can put some other unit system here like metric imperial british this also gonna change it to kilometers on your speedometer so that's why i put all metric i'm not gonna stay here a lot this is just for you if you want to change any settings here there is a language here you can choose another language the audio you can play with the audio you can put it more loud more low the music and so on here on controls this is where you can actually here for you to understand you can change every setting here you can put the buttons that you want to use on the vehicle in the general on the gameplay on the camera so you can tweak just anything you can use also a game but here i'm using a gamepad as you can see here so you can change all the settings here and put the controls that you want to use okay so i'm not going to stay here more gameplay here there's other settings that you can check the most important here is the abs and put to arcade you can turn it off on or have realistic abs but this is going to help you drive around let's say gearbox if you want to have manual you put it to realistic i have it in arcade so you're going to be automatic so there's many many things like that here to change i'm going to leave it as it is to be more easy for me to play there is camera camera settings it depends how you want to watch your car the default ones usually are okay but if you want to tweak something here you can really do whatever you want on this game you can change anything so then there is others so there's some more settings here for example use steam name for lines and plate that's amazing height steering wheel i don't know why would you want that and other settings here i'm not going to stay more here this is just for you to see that this is the options and you can really change anything on the help you can maybe ask for help on the forum on the news it's gonna take you to the forum as well to see the block and the news that there is there on the greatest you'll here with the campaigns there is some actually like tutorial the first one is drivers drivers training select like small tutorial to teach you how to drive it reminds you the button it tells you which you do in the desert and the last one hustle and bustle it's a very nice you're like a cascandar like um has the name you're like a stand man doing some stance for a movie for example it's have actually a story and you have to destroy these cars the bus it's actually very nice so you can most probably download more in the future so this is the campaigns and after we go to scenarios there's many many actual scenarios here for example you here you gonna chase this card is actually new this is you have to it's a barrel knocker so you have to just knock this barrel so that's some couple couple of missions that you need to do supply delivery you have to deliver this box here without dropping it you can play football as you can see here you can use other cars and this is nice missions here you have a race derby race mountain race so there's nice mission here to enjoy the game and of course the best and the one that the most people enjoying here is the free room where you just go in a map that you want so you can click on it you choose the map and you just go wherever you want and you're just enjoying by yourself and doing whatever you want this is where most people actually playing it and do some videos about it or whatever destroying the cars whatever they do next next one is time trials you can select the map you can select the road and after the vehicle and you play and you need to go actually fast to make the best time so let's go back to main menu next one is bus routes you play with the bus first of all of course you select the map the road and the vehicle which bus you want to use and you just play like a bus driver and you have to stop in the bus stops kind of picking up picking up people and stuff like this of course you cannot see the people but anyway a light runner it's a another interesting map let's say like mode where you are in this city in a globe city like this this is kind of how they're gonna be the roads and your car gonna be like with neon around it so it's kind of interesting as well not my favorite but it's kind of one something extra truck builder you hear you just you can go to a space where you can just build your truck from zero build your own map so it's very nice as well so this is about the main menu guys so let's go just to free roam so i can show you inside the game so i'm gonna choose let's go just to italy i'm gonna choose this crossroads you select on it and you click spawn okay and here we are on the game here we go with the fake subaru impreza you can already play the game and enjoy it on this map on italy that we are we are on the crossroad of course i'm gonna i'm gonna talk about the buttons because you can set it up by yourself and play with the buttons that you're comfortable with i'm playing with a controller with the xbox controller and now i'm gonna show you what you can do inside the game and the basics for you to understand the game and what you can do on bmg okay so first of all we're gonna click the escape button and you'll find that you have two main menus this is the one here on the center with which you can do many nice fun stuff as you can see here you can change everything here and here on the side this is the another main menu that you can do more things first thing if you click this one you go back to the game you click on it and you're back to the game you click again escape you again to the main menu next thing here you click drive here you can change the map you can go back to to change the scenario or the go to another free roam map so this is what you do from here this is help if you want to go to the forum or something on the modes you can come here and install more modes if you want to you can find more modes inside the game immediately or delete some mods deactivate some modes from here very handy if you want to do that here you go to the vehicles and here you can change your car or put more cars inside the game so first of all you can select this one to set as a default another car load another default car clone the current one remove the current one or remove other cars that are on our map uh right now i'm gonna just select another one let's select i know which one you want let's put this one let's put this one here pinky one we can replace the kind of one or spawn a new so i'm gonna spawn a new and gonna be gonna come here gonna spawn here on the left here we go it's spawn on the left and this is our car our new car so you have now two cars this is how you spawn cars and here you have some you saw it was saying so it's gonna change to this car so let's say you don't want some car you go again to the vehicles here and you can remove others for example or you move this one the current one i'm gonna remove others so it disappeared this is how you play uh with here in the vehicles with their cars you can put cars delete cars duplicate cars put more cars and of course you can put also some stuff here i don't know why would you do that here but you can put on for example the ramp you can put a cone you can put a wall so if let's get let's do something for example i'm going to put this ramp here and i'm going to put i think i'm selecting this one missing preview i'm going to spawn new so let's see where it went so it went here all right so you have a ramp here of course you can edit it uh by clicking control and the mouse you have some things here which you can actually move it and drag it anywhere you want i'm gonna make it actually a small tutorial about that how to edit it but this is here from the frame that we have now to whatever gonna be let me see to this one that's amazing right and yeah this is the thing that you can do in the vehicle customization you can go to tuning and play with them how strong is the brakes and other things for example the bypass shocks the rear bumper so i don't know if we're gonna see any difference but this you can do you can actually have just anything here so you can play with that it's actually very nice that you have everything you can change the colors here let's put it to i don't know what let's put it to green here here we go we have right we saw everything here on the esp here it depends on your car so this car have esp you can put it to regular to sport to drift or off you can put it off so this is up to you now it's unreal if you put on drift it's gonna perform for drifting right so let's keep click this one so it's allow it to drift better as you can see and this is what the esp does okay so the next thing is the power train this is about again depends on the car that you have you can close the engine from here change the gearbox smokes gilbert box to manual or whatever yep and this is i know what it is two-step rpm rpm down i'm not sure about this thing but anyway if you understand you can change this as well and then we go to ai but we're gonna need another car here so i'm gonna load one more car let's put one
