Beach Metal Detecting IDD 189 Working The Dry Sand

all right we're down on the beach pretty good crowd i'm gonna get my machine fired up here and see if we can find something um i'm leaning towards going south down towards the pier so uh i've got a little bit of a walk but tide's coming in but that's okay because there's not a lot of people swimming there's a few people out there water's still kind of cold though but it's getting better all right let me get my machine fired up and i'll turn it on on the first target first signal 28-29 sounds like a quarter [Music] he's got friends there was one in my scoop apparently oh no there's more of something over there let's start over right there should be something okay we got that what is this one that's a quarter there's george let's put him in the bag i think there's another one though right here next to it right there we still got something though i see that that's a another one it's a rusty bottle cap what is this oh there you go two quarters i'd say that's it on that one all right two georges so that's 75 cents and a rusty bottle cap we'll pick it up get it off of the beach all right pretty good let's check it all good let's fill them in although they're not really much it's got like the tree of life on it on one side on both sides looks gold but i kind of don't think it is what did it ring up 17 yeah probably not but you never know i don't see any markings on it it looks like it's getting rubbed a little thin so we'll take it it's the first jewelry today in the bag it goes or in my bottle and the bottle goes in the bag all right let's check it all good let's things are picking up on the beach which is nice it's been a grind over the winter months typical beach junk here uh the gold foil is always a killer um yeah a couple of pull tabs piece of a pull tab lots of foil though a lot of these i just picked up i didn't dig them all i think i dug that one in the red one um this i don't know what it is just some strange item a stainless steel straw i found this one twice i found it and i thought i found another one but no it was mine fell out of my bag um a couple of cars this one's exceptionally nice it's hot wheels this one is also hot wheels don't know what it's from or what it's supposed to be but on a body of a little four wheeler a pair of sunglasses these are a visual find so they're not damaged or anything they're they're okay um this little thing i think is like a vent it's got a screen in it but i think it's like a swimsuit vent or whatever so if you don't trap a bunch of air and have it poof up i think it's what it is but i don't know uh this thing strangely familiar looking but i don't know what it's from it's a brass i believe but there's no threads in it it looks like it kind of riveted on to something but like i say i don't know i'm sure i've seen one i just don't recall what it is did we do the token i don't think we did um vimco it must be uh arcades and stuff no cash value eight pennies two nickels three dimes four quarters one piece of jewelry i'll try to get a picture of it and put it up for you to see it it's got like the tree of life or tree of liberty tree or something on there i don't know but it looks like it's plated it looks like it's wearing thin and spots but yeah i'll try to remember to put a picture of that up along with this this ring we found um the video before last i forgot to put the pictures of it up so i'll include them in the slideshow or in the in the pictures here i'll put it up now okay um yeah i forgot to post that anyways that's it it is picking up out there a little bit but the water's still cold so until the water warms up and people get back out there and start splashing around and that's when they'll start losing some good stuff out there in the wet this hunting in the dry is is a lot of trash and it's really hard on you walking in that stuff so anyway there's things there that's where everybody's been sitting with the cold water up in the dry so we've been hunting that anyway as soon as the water warms up we'll be back out there in the wet sand i guess i'll leave it there i thank everybody for watching if you enjoy the video hit the like
