Beach Metal Detecting IDD 197 Seaweed And Silver

seaweed all over the place they're doing construction on this one building here so it's kind of noisy it's getting better the further away i walk yeah so that's low tide is uh in about an hour uh i don't know the seaweed is gonna keep us out of the most of the dry sand anyway we're gonna work the wet let's see if we can find something out here all right shallow 1011 right here pinpointed it and i come up with two different spots each time i do it it's moving around that's why i want to send my machine in and have him check it might be my coil or something oh look at that sunglasses and i didn't break them maybe that's why it pinpointed long there you go i don't think they're any kind of name brand but they're they're not all scratched up and they're not bent we'll take them bag it check it fill it in let's keep going there you go you got us in there okay we're looking for a pair oh please just the arm yes got something here sound halfway good could be a foil number but it could be a gold number looks a little deep take a good scoop water's gonna flood the hole so we might have trouble if it's a heavy target still there oh i see it looks like another pair of [Music] glasses i think they're reading glasses wash them off a little better we didn't break them that's second pair today i don't know if they're prescriptions or not i will bag them all right they're in there let's check it that's it let's fill it in all right let's keep going i haven't been finding much of anything down here in the wet getting down to where all the people are though the crowds are down here so it'll be good when they all head home this afternoon but there's some people swimming so they're all over we're just gonna have to just keep milling around until we find something so far just some glasses and some trash let's keep going got some fish swimming around in here but no targets the water's cooled back off a little bit it was up to 78. when i left the house it was back down to 74. so it's a little cool but it's not bad plenty of people out swimming and plenty of people sitting up on top of the beach so yeah surprise there's no targets but that's all the sand that blew in anyways let me keep swinging around see if we can come up with something all right we've walked quite a long ways it finally sounds like a coin it could be a penny could be something else though medium deep it's out it's in here see something shining right there it's not a penny some kind of a bead i don't know don't know that it's marked or anything we'll bag it i'll put it in my jar it's probably big enough to not fall through but it's heavy it's something i still don't have a coin though i've walked like pretty close to a mile probably all right let's fill this in keep going all right we just found that bead right there and uh doing some spirals 25 i was thinking there could have been several of those on a chain or a necklace or something so i thought i'd look around and here we go 24 25 i think the other one rang up more like a 20 so this is a different signal it's right here i see something right there it's a dime i think there you go first coin of the day i do believe all right there he is let's bag it check it that was it fill it in i guess i'll keep spiraling all right let's keep going i'm still working on my spiral we got something here i don't know what it is where'd it go there it is it's in that zone 17 to 20. it says it's right there and i think it's kind of deep so we'll take a big scoop i think we got it what's in that one that's a coin shield penny we'll take it we haven't been finding very many coins at all today all right it's in the bag check it that's it let's fill it in and keep on going so we're still doing our spiral i think we've just found like a high coin line here 27 26. right there 19 i don't know it's jumping around we'll take a deep scoop see if we can pop something out it's in there be on the side here it is it's in that lump right there i see something it's another dawn we found where the coins are hiding at least some of them anyway all right check it fill it in something sparkle in there it's more of that glittery sand i had some last week sparkling at me all right back in my groove we'll do another couple of spirals and then what we'll do is we'll follow that line along the surf line see if we can just get into the coins for a bit let's keep going all right we're still doing the same spot same area 13 14 right here let's see how we do without the pinpointer this time it's out what's in here oh i see something zipper pull they always ring up good all right one slightly bent zipper pull in the bag it goes check it fill it in all right what i've been doing here let me see if i can tip my camera up i won't move it on the mount we found that bead in the center of the circle and i went around and around and we kept finding targets but they're in a range here so what i started doing is just rather than go all the way around i'm just doing the section where i've been finding the targets so we're still on a line it probably goes in both directions but we'll work back the other way a little bit and then we'll we'll just see where it takes us so let's keep going all right i ran out of targets going this way so now what we'll do is we'll head back this way but if you can see i don't know how well it's showing up but my targets go from about the center of the circles and then up to about the edge of the circles up on the other side so we're just going to walk back down through there we'll stay on the line we shouldn't find anything here because i've already done all of this with this grid but we'll check it sometimes changing directions but you'll see all my holes up here so if there's a line of targets deposited by the surf there seems like they're laid in right up in here so coming up on most of my target holes there's one over there there's one in front of us there's one over here and one just up there so we're gonna walk this we'll walk this line for a while down towards the pier and see if we run into anything then we'll come back and we'll go a little further on the other side let's keep going all right so now i'm on this side of the circle and i started doing a few straight lines and just about right in the middle of the circle on the outside edge we've got a 1920. let me tip my camera down should be right there it looks kind of medium depth could be a penny it's a little bit low though i think i saw 18 i don't know maybe it's something good it's in there oh i see it it's another one of those beads that's what i was looking for i figure whatever they were on broke it would scatter these in the sand so there's number two they're pretty shiny i don't know i like to think they're silver but i don't see any marks on them matter of fact i think i almost see copper showing so they're just bling beads but they're heavy so that's where we're hunting and the jar it goes all right so we bag it check it fill it in all right let's keep going i'm gonna keep working this little line here and see if we can find some more stuff let's keep going all right we ran out of targets in this little spot i've done quite a few rows back and forth in the zone and i have not uh haven't found anything so i'm gonna stay on that line but i'm gonna walk down towards the pier for a little bit and then we'll swing back so let's keep going 20-21 let's see we got it it's in there see it right there it's a penny it's been out here for a little while so the surf didn't steal them all out it's in here it's heavy i think it's a fire pistol bullet we got one last week i believe that's what it is i don't think it's a fishing weight looks like a bullet there's a groove all right we'll it's right in there you don't hear it so they must have it let's fill this in first i don't think i can shake this i have to spread it out it's too wet see it right there it's an old brown dime roosevelt um all right we'll bag it we already filled it in but we'll check it and we can fill it in a little better i'm not filling in all these other holes of it these kids have dug everywhere it's that's it let's fill it in keep going 25 24 25 i've seen a few 26s so it could be a dime 25 out of the hole right here let's spread it out a little bit here i see it kind of getting a little green but it's a dime we'll take it comes the water let's bag the dime check the hole check our pile here in case he had friends nope let's fill it in before our sandal gets wet and glues itself to the beach there we go all right a little bit more we'll throw that back in there let's keep going 25 a little bit deep take a big scoop all right let's see we got it in that one we did all right i don't see it bit deep it's in the scoop let's see if we can wash this one it sounds like a coin i thought the water would come back in here it comes that's it it's a coin there's the water i was waiting for all right so there it is another coin penny a little bag check it that was it try to fill it in a little but it won't matter that ty is going to get it here in five minutes all right let's keep going i'm almost to my stairs got about 100 yards to go all right let's do a quick wrap-up typical beach junk not too much of it only got one dream squasher a bottle cap a couple pieces of foil just not much little piece of lead two zipper pulls we did get a pistol bullet again this week it's a little different from the other one but that's what i believe that is um yeah this might have been the wheel from a lighter but it's smooth on the edges so i don't know might be the back of a snap it's junk little piece of brass um two pairs of glasses and the second these are somebody's prescription glasses i believe they get they get darker when you get them out in the sun it's a shame someone's probably really missing those and just a pair of sunglasses you got a little scuffing on them they might even got that in my bag i don't know i walked around with them for five hours um these are those two barrels beads i'll put a close-up picture of them but they're brass or copper and then just plated and then on our coins eight pennies eight dimes in the old dime or the old coin was the 64 silver dime let's take a little picture of that one up on there i cleaned it up a little bit it was kind of brown when we found it um a nickel and two quarters so yeah that was it kind of got a little bit sanded in i think since the last video because i noticed in the last video we were getting a little mushy the sand so but we've had it blown in from the east so it kind of covered up the beach but there's a lot of people out there and memorial day is this weekend so i suspect we'll get some fresh drops coming
