going to download like malware out to my computer I don't know man we are the one who was provided you the software previously on your computer and I would say that these informations are already there when you computer so I would say that there were people think what I'm gonna do is that I'm just gonna verify you with a via from your computer company or not okay and I still use your satisfied that to be a different case if I'm clean or not then even proceed in that place okay other customers are waiting over you and we're getting calls from them already trying to get very cooking so let me know if you have downloaded I'll show me you want yes oh well no I didn't download it yet because I don't really want to I don't want to download something under my computer because literally like I know the Better Business Bureau a lot of times tells you now you're down I've done anything you can take it off but then you'll already have access to my computer I don't really want them and let me do one thing madam I have these customer ID number off your computer I can bring it up over you can verify that right now ok how many problems because we have other customer who have requested for a refund so we have to get them you know we have many other things to do in other work so I just feel like this is a scam and I feel like you guys are gaining access to people's computers and not doing good things with it so I'm pretty sure that this is a scam and you guys are scamming people well there's nothing else I can say about at night okay thank you then thank you for attending I didn't um
