e e e e e e e e e e good evening ladies and gentlemen how are we all tonight checking the moderator chat in case there's any seems quite calm in the moderator chair it's a sign that the YouTube viewers are behaving first couple of streams my poor moderators were in a cold sweat and a panic most of the stream probably uh not so many people now actually I can't see how many people that are on this let me have a look 132 there we go the initial hypers peted off a little bit made it a little more manageable so I don't have anything to talk about do I oh Formula 1 was on someone's going to say did you watch the Formula One I did watch the Formula One it was me I was hoping for rain it wasn't it wasn't a terrible race to be honest just wasn't I'm trying to think of memorable moments that didn't involve a crash and there weren't too many of them so just finished Fallout and I'm kind of Blown Away I've only watched the first two episodes so don't no spoilers [Music] please yeah you was really surprised to see the Ferraris had no race Pace yeah to be honest with you Ferrari seem to be fast but and the race pace is not terrible but like they just seem to fall behind McLaren a little bit and everyone seems substandard next to the Red Bull Red that Red Bull is just insane at the moment I mean we've just come out of the well we came out of two periods of Mercedes dominance there was the period from 2014 to 2016 and then 2019 to 20 20 so we had two Mercedes per people often say it was one period of dominance because they include 2017 and 2018 which sort of proves to me that nobody watches actually the weird thing is like actual Sports pundits talk about it that way like it was one solid period of domination when it just wasn't it was two periods of domination 3 years and then another 3 years um but they talk they it's like they forget 2017 and 2018 happened they were actually really good years lot of good lot of good competition there um but yeah so we're now into another one though and it's the Red Bull one but this seems so complete so absolutely complete that it's I mean really Max V stappen winning the race was such a foregone conclusion like Beyond forone conclusion I mean there's look there's no way Perez is ever going to compete with him not really I like the guy solid racer but he's just he's not he's nowhere near it's kind of like he he's like um kovalan was to Hamilton like it just there's no chance not even on a good day sort of thing well even well on a good dat May maybe get lucky but you know good evening gopher good to catch you and quo time I should do that actually I should start doing that I'll do that later but yeah so but beh usually what you're doing I mean this was how this is what we did in the in the Mercedes dominant years as well we we we watch the race going on behind but this time nothing stands out as being interesting I had High Hopes that's seen as um Hamilton fluff disqualifying we were going to see some good actually no you know what that's a little unfair we did see some really good moves from Hamilton I think he made four overtakes at the same point of the track really unusual point and really good moves but what was really weird was watching ing a Mercedes chasing a h for like five laps and making no gains even when they had DRS I was watching it cuz I get all the different drivers cams so I'm watching I'm thinking is his DRS not working cuz he gets within DRS and it's like he's still not C it's a h that's a Mercedes that is just devastating that is devastating uh but he did he made a a few good moves so I'm being a bit unfair but other than that really the only thing that made it vaguely interesting was um there was a there was an incident there's a couple of couple of incidents actually couple of crashes got a couple of safety cars out do you know what Aston Martin were doing putting Fernando on softs in the safety car yeah to be honest that did seem weird although it did he did get back right behind Russell right and I think when he pitted for the softs wasn't he just ahead of Russell or was he ahead of one of the Ferraris as well yeah that was a terrible move though yeah so but you know the generally speaking the race was kind of Sprint was a bit more interesting but only CU it was short because and and because it was there was this whole thing of you know is will will will um like said for example bapen when will he take the lead so you were like is it possible that they could keep the stappen behind for because it's only a short rate the answer was no cuz vapen only came third in the qualifying for Sprint but he still won when we get in an F1 stream pretty sure that's uh like you know copyrighted your biggest G was stroll torpedoing Danny Rick yeah and then he had the audacity to ask what rickardo was doing well to be honest with you I I don't really think stroll did too much wrong I mean it was his fault that he crashed but in actual fact if you looked at it um it was it was it was a classic case it was a classic concertina effect it was actually caused by Alonzo Alonzo kind of fluffed it a bit and but he fluffed it just as the cars were starting you know what I mean so it was like basically the race was about to restart and literally as it was restarting as V stappen gunned it Alonzo lost it and so all the cars behind had to stop because they couldn't even overtake him because of the safety car rules and so everyone's getting ready ready to go so like I can't remember who it was behind Alonzo but he broke and then Danny Rick had to break um and and he I think nudged I think it wasn't it piastri he n like like touched almost like scraped against him and then stroll hit and it wasn't even that big of a hit all all over but it lifted Danny Ricardo up and he then nudged piastri so honestly I don't even think I don't even think it was a huge mistake from scoll it definitely was his fault no an ifs are but I mean it it is your responsibility to not hit the car in front but all things considered that was one of those you know one in a million scenarios of everyone the the restart was literally happening Alonzo fluffs it at that exact moment but the rules State you can't even go past him so as Alonzo fluffs it and all these cars are actually in the process of restarting none of them can actually avoid him you know allowed to go the side of him and know it's thly it was just it was funny um and it but I mean like when stroll was like what the hell is he doing that's very typical stroll though stroll hits everyone and then blames them for it although again in this case I also don't really have that much of a problem with his reaction he probably was just well what it what it does show me is he was very very much focused on Daniel riardo he didn't see what was going on in front of him and I think that's one of stoll's biggest problems he does not have very good spatial awareness so he doesn't know what's going on around him and I think he just thought Daniel Daniel riardo had break tested him I don't think he realized Daniel riardo was actually slamming on the brakes to stop hitting piastri who slammed on the brakes to not hit so I I think it that shows that strolls still just doesn't have that awareness but you know cars could drive themselves get rid of the drivers they really couldn't you sound like Elon Musk no offense um stroll couldn't get past anyone until the safety car line anyway well no this correct snake doctor but the thing is is what you do on the restart is you're waiting for everyone to gun it you're waiting for everyone to gun it so you're following um and you you what you've got to try and do is react as the car in front of you go so it's everyone's really bunched up and nobody is expecting anyone to slam on the brakes the way piastri and pastri did and then Daniel Ricardo did no one's actually expecting it CU it's a very unusual scenario that is the sort of scenario where I mean if if if Daniel Ricardo had stopped that Suddenly at the race restart without something in front of him he would have received a penalty for Dangerous driving sh in the safety car obviously he didn't cuz it was a complete it was one of those complete accident sort of scenarios so yeah he he wasn't trying to I don't think Stoll was trying to overtake anyone he was just trying to stay as close as possible to all of them but he's he's just he just lacks the spatial awareness and he just isn't you know rickardo did manage to stop as he was touching piastri but technically speaking he was as guilty as of the of the of the same thing as stroll was just stroll was the one further back the further you are back in a concert anyone who's ever been in a pileup will tell you this as as as the pileup starts driving back it just gets worse cuz everyone's driving slightly too close to the car in front each each impact then gives the one behind less unless the people at the back are actually looking forward and can start seeing the crash happen and that's just what stroll wasn't able to do so this is his eighth year in F1 and sometimes he drives like a rookie yeah no let's face it stroll is in that car cuz his dad owns the team the end sucks but you know what if if if I mean it sucks in a way but at the same time it the guy bought the team so his son could drive I mean you can't really argue with that very much you know what I'm saying I mean if if another rich person could create a team and get it up and running just to get his son in it I'd be okay with it just to get a couple more cars in the race I'd love to go back to the days where we had like 12 teams everyone all else managed to hit avoid hit and stroll they did but only just did you see it and I think I think that's the that's the problem I think stroll just does not have that situational awareness forwards although if you looked at it from his his camera he couldn't see much whereas the driver behind did actually start seeing all the cars pile up so it's I again I'm I'm with you in saying strolls just he does he's a bit of a liability in that car he is um I'm not saying he's a terrible driver by most driver standards he's just he's only in that car cuz of his dad but at the same time this is one of those ones where I'm looking at the whole situation thinking okay you know what I'm all right I mean yeah the worst drivers in stroll were driving way worse than an Aston Alonzo is in the the points every race STW isn't yeah but Alonzo's Alonzo I mean Alonzo's one of the best drivers on the grid strolls probably one of the worst I mean I mean there you're comparing you did that is not an equal pairing that's one of the pairings that's at the absolute extreme that's kind of like the vapen Perez pairing in fact it's probably more extreme than that so you know damn I'm not I'm not and we've seen some we've seen some similar drivers does anyone ever remember malardo a fast driver but wow did that man have a tendency to bounce off other people oh anyway nobody's here to listen to me talk about Formula 1 no they're not and yes I've watched the the and yes backpack which really does not speak well of me right fire stoer this is a hand crossbow so the question is should I have it in the main hand or the off [Music] hand and the reason I asked this is because when I when I do the offhand attack range the bonus action is it going to use the crossbow that's in this slot the off hand because I'm probably going to do that more than I am going to be shooting primary ranged so it's difficult to know so that I am correct in that so what I should actually do is this I should have the good one in my offand so that once I've done a spell basically I say I say offhand I mean my bonus action but that's the off-hand attack right when I use say an action with vicious mockery I then use the offhand attack with a bonus action and that uses this one right and as you can see that's actually a lot more damage it's conditional though the condition seems to be more damage if they're on fire that is a little uh um I mean it could happen we do put a lot of things on fire I guess so I I suppose that's the way around to have it all right well there you go right and I'll I'll send that to the camp I got two rapers rupturing blade and sword of Screams and I have to admit I love the idea of the sword of Screams me being a b it's a psychic damage but I'm loving F Alo I'm I'm I'm absolutely loving the sword that sings I've got the bow of the Banshee I have no idea who I will give that to because currently nobody and I have disin disintegrated night Walkers Misty step I'm thinking will already has Misty step as long as he's got a slot free there's no time to waste who else has Misty step so I think it's Gail I think it's only Gail so who else would be good with Misty [Music] step whenever you burn an enemy you gain two turns of heat I really do feel like Cinder shoes are the right thing engulfed in a vengeful fire she does have one burning attack [Music] I feel like when when she takes the coin does she burn people nearby everyone wants Misty step yeah gith Yankee have Misty step per long rest that's true so that's probably that's probably a waste on me then so I should probably cuddly give the Misty step boots to shadowart but she using click heels which is the one that gives her movement doubled she can only do this oh no no she can do this as often as she likes we we were thinking of using this so she could run around with Spirit Guardians I've just not done that but but I should leave them with her then I'd love to thanks then honestly I don't know who I'd give these to I could give them to will so he doesn't need to learn Misty step or or yeah carlac teleporting into enemies it's a possibility I just feel like sh whenever you burn an enemy you gain two turns of heat sounds so h i mean like she's got an attack that burns doesn't she she has an attack that burns this one she can only do it once though yeah no time to rest and the only thing I'm using is this bloody Speedy you know what I'm going to wear them for now I'll then have an extra one right I'll have an extra one of the damn things so there you go right she can't do that while raging either oh that is true but honestly it just Misty step seems more useful for someone who's trying to get the hell out of the way it just does it sounds more like something you use to get the hell out of the way and I mean maybe we'll get her I feel like I want some ability on her that sets her on fire I feel like she should have fire coming off her Cinder boots are so me they get it they probably are but she just doesn't need to get the hell out of there normally and she's I mean she could jump like nothing else because of her strength so all right what else was there then so is that blood no never mind yeah these are crap these are crap I'm going to away because it's funky looking I've Got Deep Delver which inflicts shattered on hit does one to four piercing damage against shattered targets inflict shattered on hit deep Del does one to four piercing damage against shattered targets okay I'm not a th% sure what oh God that's not what I wanted to do yeah and then of course I've got got the Exterminator axe fire conditional when does it when does it do fire to plants insects or small creatures I was going to say maybe I give that to to uh carlac for set fire to things damn it's good to be alive other option I could give these to lazel and the axe to lasel see I feel like this axe hand ax plus one that's a throne one great Axe plus one she does have a great Axe I feel like of all the people she's the one to use this cuz that's she's going to do one to 12 + one slashing and fire damage against plants insects or small creatures I mean really are those the sort of creatures where we even care too much fire damage is not the same as burn oh so wait a minute even this this wouldn't trigger the boots oh okay then then I'll keep it because it's nice to have a melee weapon on her because this doesn't I mean doesn't do too much it doesn't too little actually that's not bad one die 10 + 5 what was this again 1 die 12 + 4 you know what spear is still probably just as good she does a lot more damage with throw weapons absolutely I mean like no ANS if I'm just having a melee weapon just in case kind of scenario so you know just just as a like I don't know there might be a scenario where it happens all right you know what that's all the stuff then Bo of the banshe she does anybody in this group I've given her gandel as spiration because this gives advantage against monstrosity type enemies even when she's using her melee weapon or throw weapon for some odd reason let's get on with it the Sharon crossbow I've given to shadowart cuz it sounds like it makes sense I've not given him a ranged weapon because he's got eldrich blast cantrip I cannot imagine a scenario where where will using a ranged weapon makes any sense whatsoever unless the range weapon gives a passive bonus I'm ready but I suppose I mean for shadowa I wonder what the next move is it doesn't do as much damage as that I don't think but on a hit it possibly inflicts frightened when he's muted ooh good point good point and that has happened that has happened so then should I give should I give him the bow of the Banshee the bow of the banshe is very good yeah I I I imagine it is very good should it be for shadow heart or should it be for whole bind pack weapon so setting things on fire with a with um Fireball won't W won't trigger burning this just kind of a pointless axe I think great ax right I mean that does seem to do much more damage oh but it's not plus one he doesn't get the plus one to hit don't forget that you can rage throw fire bombs with carac oh yeah I mean we could I mean that's the other thing I do actually have a bunch of fire bombs but I feel like someone else should throw those and then oh no it has to be carlac it has to be carlac but her throwing bombs does she do more damage cuz she throws them I just can't imagine doing anything other than lobbing a spear or I don't know a dwarf with carlac that's the big problem Gail can use Fireball as well right but Gail isn't going to be using an exterminator axe uh sorry isn't going to be using the boots oh mind you maybe that's not the craziest idea maybe we could give the boots Of Cinders to Gail and then he sets fire to things would they trigger making me sweat does he burn but do does Fireball burn things does the fiery bolt burn things I mean if Shadow heart uses sh Firebolt does it it doesn't burn it doesn't set burning so it's kind of a pointless thing anyway Defender to the people I'm just going to leave him with the Exterminator axe because it's a better axe I think what's the story burn is like a whole different thing yeah so it extra attack feature from more than one class they don't add together all right okay yeah and she also gets Misty step [Music] okay let's oh I haven't set up I haven't set her bar up I'll have to do that another time right question I've given her a halir one die 10 + 5 versus 2 di6 + 5 now this is is silences this silence is a Target on here I feel like this is just just her weapon now gloves of the underdog Underdog's bravery the wear of gains advantage on melee attacks while surrounded by two or more phones or also feel that's a her thing this halir I don't feel like it's a good thing so I'm oh no no no no no no I'm going I'm going to drop this in here she could do with a melee weapon Titan string bow the weapon deals addition oh no this is for her cuz she's got good strength so she can actually do some pretty good uh distant damage as well right that's going to go into my cells what else Sword of Justice vision of the absolute this is a throne weapon I'll leave this with her what does this do it blinds a Target so she's got something she can throw I hate the fact that I have to transfer it like that uh and I'm going to leave her some barrels to throw as well because why people are just like me I don't think it's I'm too rational for the internet I think it's just there's loads of us but none of us actually really engage in any of these silly conversations I just have a YouTube channel so I occasionally say things that sound rational and so everyone goes wow that's unusual it's not actually that unusual unfortunately rational and measured also doesn't particularly attract views doesn't I'm afraid I remember oh God I remember once oh it was a few years ago somebody literally accused me of being reasonable and not speaking my mind and not calling whatever whoever it was I can't it probably Bethesda might have been bethe well it could have been CD Pro but I think it was probably better you you're you're afraid to call them out because CU you're you're trying to get the views by but I'm like what I I have you not been on the internet have you not been on the internet ranting about some perceived crime that insert game developers done that's where the money is and it's not like I can't do it you guys know I can r I could rant about the dumbest thing small insignificant things thing is is I generally prefer to rant about insignificant things because I'm just being daed and venting but serious things I'm classifying games as serious things although you know what they are to to the people who made them and sell them and who live off them Etc I I just feel like you know there's enough of that in the world and in spite of it being a lucrative way to to get popular I just I I don't is that not what you're doing right now not really um you're pretty sure you saw that comment on the is not the end of modding paid mods video yeah right like like I think the paid modding videos are prime examples of that um where people are like you know I mean like you know back in 2016 there were several people who guaranteed and and did they said you are an idiot for not realizing modding will have been stopped by Christmas this 2016 like you know we're going on seven and a half years ago I mean it's not the first time I've been told the death of modding was here but like like I'm an idiot a naive idiot or a paage chill for not realizing it same people who said that they'll they'll still accuse me of it they'll still accuse me of it I still get the odd comment from people who say things like well you supported paid mods and I'm like no I didn't yes you did I remember no you don't yes I do well can you tell me and point to where I said this well no but I remember [Music] it what does the end of modding even mean all players with custom wishes drop dead no there were people claiming that Bethesda would just shut it down Bethesda would turn around to Nexus and say that's it no more mods um and that was I mean literally people were claiming this was what was going to happen [Music] guaranteed you do wish I'd post my keyboard remapping rants once a week and aim it at a different day maybe then some would get a clue yeah I mean that's another good example people not getting a clue we're so going off on a tangent now not even 1% of all users write comments on the internet exactly I I I genuinely feel whenever you look at a conversation about something that shall we say is controversial like good Starfield you're going to have a bunch of people who really love it desperately trying to defend it against a a a group of people who passionately loathe it from hell and there'll be maybe a few odd people in the middle going it was all right when I got bored of it and then there's like 99% of the people who just played the game played it thought okay had some fun got their $60 without of it and moved on to another game and they not giving it a second thought but very often the people who are on these like you know very very passionate opinion camps believe that everyone thinks the same as them now occasionally it happens to be true you know no man's Sky sort of thing but occasionally it's truish but even then false cyber Punk's a kind of classic example of [Music] that although i' I've got although I've got all the theories on why cyberp Punk got so hammered and because don't get me wrong for consoles it got hammered for bloody good reasons and even on PC with some of the little glitches and many of the Mina fls that I mentioned in my video about it absolutely spoton but there were so many criticisms of cyberpunk that were well either just plain old wrong or correct but had me scratching my head because it was like okay but what you're saying cyberpunk has failed to do has never been achieved by any game ever has it I mean cyberp Punk is basically Witcher 3 in a different world you could aim that criticism at The Witcher 3 can't you you know what I mean and people will be like no no because so I do feel sometimes that if a game has some small problems I say small problems if a game has problems in one area people look for problems in every other area so let's just say if a game has major bugs ma Major Performance issue is performing like ass looks like crap on Console people will look at the stuff that the game does well for example the the the atmosphere the atmosphere the story um that sort of thing inide no they crap it's dead shallow it's crap and they'll just dismiss it and you'll just be scratching your head CU like that's not my experience yeah that's probably because your EXP experience was actually of a game that didn't get bug out and looked quite nice and so when it looks nice and it's not bugged you can absorb the atmosphere and enjoy the story the people who are having bugs and looking at a potato screen well they're not enjoying the atmosphere and they're not getting into the story it's like you're playing the same game but you're not and that's why there are such like diverse opinions on on this one thing so I think that's what happened with cyber Punk yeah like Graphics said cyberpunk launch was one of the best stories I've experienced in gaming but my guess is your overall experience when play in the game was fairly positive it probably didn't go completely you know totally wrong it's amazing when things go wrong you're just primed to see the negative you're primed the problem is I feel sometimes people remain primed there are people who I guarantee right now are primed to hate the Elder Scrolls 6 they're they they don't even sort of know it in a way but they they're they're constantly posting comments Elder SC six is going to suck it's going to suck I guarantee it's going to suck it's going to be terrible bezra done it's over and they're priming themselves for it you know what I'm you know what I'm saying and when you do when you're primed to see the bad you see the bad same is true for the good though if you're primed to see the good you see the good this is why when you when when we talked about Skyrim people loved Skyrim in spite of all its flaws because they were enjoying lots of different aspects of it and so they put up with I mean people used to say things like Bethesda have been getting a free pass for years is no they haven't no they haven't I have no idea what you're well I do know what you're talking about but you are wrong first of all there is no pass Bethesda did not get a free pass on their bugs they got mocked mercilessly for it they got MD to Hell many of us took great Delight in poking fun at it many of my Let's Plays relied on well I didn't RI but benefited very much from me poking fun at some some of the hilarity that were the problems in Skyrim we gave the game as a whole a pass not not those not those little flaws the game as a whole a pass but it wasn't free the game paid for it by being a ton of fun we loved it we absolutely adored the game so we put up with the quirks that's that's us being primed to accept the negative because the positive is overwhelming but it can tip the other away so easily where if the negative is overwhelming even the positive you just you you reject you reject the positive how wired unfortunately before patch Skyrim stepping water dead that did not happen to me people are still saying under ESO stuff stop doing stuff for ESO and finish
