a uh public storage auction run this week they they bumped it up a week so it's it's like this week of the month now for one thing and so probably the regulars didn't notice well there were very few people they did i got the emails i knew it was going on because i still get the emails was it tuesday today's thursday okay so tuesday they did um sheffield 117th broadview bedford parma in medina and there wasn't anything in medina anyway so that was tuesday and the herd was pretty thin and then yesterday we all went to akron um that one's right down the road from you yeah not go away yeah and dave in rob body unit and i actually put out of my science video that i put out was was dave and rob's unit jeremy they're hey and they got this i'll tell you how much i got it for but there had to have been easy quick sale not even trying to milk everything for what it's worth easily five grand in tools in this unit easily so did they partner up on this one yeah because they were going to bid each other to the point where neither one of them would have never been no problem they got it for 300 bucks who's selling dave or rob uh i think dave's taking most of it selling the store i actually brought a drill press home and and i'm gonna go back to dave's store and see if i can get a a couple more pieces all like rigid and uh bits high in your makita the best stuff i think there was there was one harbor freight toilet everything else was all like like main brand high-end stuff woodworking stuff you know metal working stuff wow so they got that and that was probably the buy of the run you know what i mean there was nothing not one getting close to that but i got a unit in uh in pittsburgh we all went to pittsburgh it was just me robin and uh dave you know when the rain drive together you guys all drive seven yeah we all drove separate um because usually when we go out there we're all filling our cars to bring home whatever we bought there's one restaurant yeah but as usual they bought the bulk of it i bought a unit and uh brought it home so that's that's gonna be like later probably one how much am i allowed to ask how much you got it for 25 and i probably could have said five but i just said you know lee 25 when they were bidding nobody was bidding against each other in pittsburgh just like hey whatever yeah and the only reason i bought mine was there was a uh you know i don't know if there is hot now but i know i can always sell these things um the weights the hand weights the barbells which you know those better than anybody else yeah they're worth about a buck a pound i got two 30s and a 20 plus you know just there's some other stuff in the unit but you know they'll come out in the video but yeah nice so guapa wasn't anywhere near to be found right couldn't even smell him he was so far away that far away yeah wow yeah but i didn't think uh i didn't i didn't know if rob was gonna rob a sort of teeter on going to pittsburgh but he finally decided to go yeah lisa says we love selling weights but do they go for about a dollar a pound lisa still for the good ones these are the nice chrome handle with the rubber weight things on there oh yeah that you should probably get that then yeah i would think we'd be fine you know you drive two hours okay and you drive two hours for the hope of getting something really really really good and being the only one there like like it was last month yeah but once you're there you might as well [Music] you might as well just buy something you know what i mean because you're already there you already spent the gas in the tolls and the time to get there you might as well just buy something and bring it home with you make it work versus yeah versus not buying it now was it worth it to drive all the way to pittsburgh pick up a 25 unit and bring it back for what we paid well you know probably not if i didn't know that zola is going to be probably not but but you still had your fun going through to find out what it was oh yeah we had a blast we actually thought it was a like a girls unit because the first box we pulled out was a sealed amazon box the the nobody's ever opened it was mailed from amazon to these people they never opened it and went into storage with everything else so we opened that up on the video those are fun boxes to find yeah yeah there was something i'm not gonna this is a teaser everybody i'm not gonna say it here but there was there was a pretty you know good value item in there to consider what we paid for the unit so that's great that's great you're out buying stuff in pittsburgh and you see how it works that's from learning how to castrate pigs pigsburg i'm in pigs nerds i mean pick something dude six of the babies all right for for anybody who hasn't seen any of the videos this week which um if you have great if you haven't i i share that my my finger is stained it is still stained i have washed it with alcohol and everything else so six of the baby piglets that that we caught and by the way by the end of the story remind me to show you the mammoth boar that keeps coming back he's so big he can't even get in the doors of the trap so six baby pigs two of them are male and um and i know that i have to figure out how to castrate them because you can't have the male and the female brother and sister repopulating because you get all kinds of problems so i find the youtube video and literally what you do is you take a knife or a blade you cut you go down there you poke and prod and you go oh there it is there's the nut there's the nut we'll just call them peanuts there's the peanut there's the peanut you slice the skin then there's another membrane you slice the membrane then you pop it through the membrane and the skin you grip it you you literally have to rip as hard as possible you can't cut if you cut a pig will bleed out oh i don't talk about pistachios you have to rip and pull with all of your might so it snaps back in and it seals itself and here's the craziest part i was so sick to my stomach doing it because of the phantom pains that i could feel the pigs never made one single noise and you got to do it twice on each one and then then you spray spray the antiseptic the blue coat on which is what i have all over me first time i've ever done that i was gonna vomit and pass out i had to keep sitting down and breathing i had i had the the sweats like i was i was so clammy and sweaty as you guys could maybe imagine if my day was tough man yeah it was crazy so those pigs they're just like yeah whatever there's probably always the totes are probably full of tools and i paid 600 for it and then i'm like you know what i don't want to take all this stuff to my building i'm going to ask dave if he wants to split the unit with me so dave's like yeah i'll split the unit so we split the unit all the totes are full just like appliance parts and i don't know it was just it wasn't that great of a unit for 600 bucks so i was happy to split with dave this is like rob's first non-score of 2021 right it was bad so then the next day we go to akron and conkey's there on there and there's like maybe one other person there two two other people there [Music] and dave's like well if you know if there's a unit that you want or something we should have a code or something you should wave or something we could split it or something i'm like all right so the first unit pops up and only thing i see is tool boxes and i go you know robert 100 bucks and then i hear dave 150 i put my hand out the window and start dang what i go over to dave i'm like dude let's split the unit he's like okay then this other guy starts bidding he goes up to 275 dave bids 300. he doesn't bid anymore no i mean it makes no sense why the guys stop in dave buys another unit the guy bids up to 450 and this unit doesn't even look even close as good data or 475 they bites it for 500 but this unit was loaded with tools and [Music] for three it there's a welder lincoln electric welder looks brand new welder with a generator attached to it it looks almost brand new there's a brand new chainsaw in the box brand new motor in the box i don't know a couple other brand new things in the box there's five rolling tool boxes there's table saw i don't know there's no drill press there was a drill press and then it mysteriously got calculated yeah somehow it wound up in the back of my car i don't know what happened you know noreen and then they're like hey rob i think there's some change in the corner and i'm over there looking around the corner next thing i know i turn around and they're like peeling out but it was unbelievable score i mean probably you know eight ten thousand dollars in tools wow guapo you're supposed to be in florida with me man the the auctions tomorrow 16 units right right down the road no way jose i want to go what mr hills or should i call you jh or should you call me second i'll call you second so remember marilyn is in a partnership battle with brian and i'm in the middle as a as a tenant and she she filed to sue me well come to find out she tried to make it so court is may 10th and it's a jury trial and uh we'll be recording all of it and making a video of it so come to find out she's trying to settle with brian outside of court she she offered brian a couple thousand dollars he's counter screwing her for 50 and she offered him a couple thousand and so she she hasn't settled with me she can't settle with me until she settles with brian if it all settles i may come back i may not i don't know well her settling with brian doesn't have anything to do with you you're suing her correct correct she's being sued for over a million dollars in lost income well then you're all gonna go forward unless she either settles with you and that's up to you whether or not you want that to happen or well i want court or court yeah i told my i told my lawyer today i said well you make sure they know we're going to court and uh but he said they have to they have to settle before she can make any offer to me dude i can go for 69 tomorrow ironically into orlando or tampa orlando is it your property but there's got to be an alpha male that's their dominant area and there's got to be a mom somewhere and he said there's got to be more of the same size of the same clutch so well kind of crazy do they go like in a 50 mile radius 25 mile radius sir that i don't know what i do know is is the males so what i do know is the males will kind of they'll they'll establish their territory and their their waterhole and they will fight the other males out and that's the time that's right now because it's breeding season for gators right now so you'll hear the real real low bellows that's like and you'll think it's thunder but it's not thunder they're actually it's it's males calling in the females and and fighting off the the other males so i i don't know how much they you know i just though the sausage if you don't feed it out it's not as healthy because remember they're eating pigs eat garbage so you want to clean their system out by giving them good food and and clean water so like there are some people who watch our videos and these people i mean there are people who watch all of our videos and complain you know that and we've done we just get rid of them we block them and they'll be like how dare you catch these pigs and and how dare you you know they should be in the wild i can leave how dare you eat chicken nuggets i can leave that gate open for the pig pen those pigs those baby pigs will not leave the pig pen so if they wanted so badly to be in the wild why won't they leave the pig pen because they have it so good being our pets no i opened the pen you haven't been watching videos man the animals are all roaming everywhere so they know exactly where their food comes from they know when it comes they've got blankets for their bed they're protected from everything else they've got fresh water they know when their snacks come they're spoiled like if you look at the first three baby pigs that we caught versus the second set the second set of three you see how much healthier the pigs are that we caught first the pigs aren't going to go anywhere because they're so spoiled why would you why would you go out in the wild and and throw yourself at the elements and have to forge everywhere when you got it made and you're spoiled the pigs love it and that's what we did we domesticated it and then they run around the property but the baby pigs won't even come out i let beauty and beast out beauty and beast will come out but like right before this i just put beast away so i get them back in with the family and but the babies they won't go anywhere that's they got it made so so part of uh the taming uh chapel is pretty much responsible for it because she was the first one to get him to feed out of her hands that is true yup nice nice yep nice but they they haven't made they literally have it made like i know i'm gonna be looking for a storage auction or for a storage unit tomorrow with with food in it usually i don't go for units probably it's probably going to top out at about 3000 pounds that's picking up doesn't mean i can't use i can't use the arm to push tip you know whatever yeah do a live show jeremy why wouldn't we do a live show with an epic video like that because youtube doesn't push lives like it does pre-recorded content so youtube youtube is always gonna pre-recorded content is where it's at although we've had some we've had some viral lives go but um but it's definitely that one's absolutely going to be pre-recorded yeah yeah so liz basically we want it to last if we did a live like it wouldn't hit youtube's algorithm and like honestly like jeremy could stop making videos right now and he would still get a check from youtube pretty much for the rest of his life what what checks do i get because yeah the goal is to make the kind of video that people just keep watching for years and years and years exactly go guapo run over the car we're gonna have to run some cars over dude it's gonna have to happen we have to find a way to film that though all it takes is a cell phone yeah it's easy it's just simple as me throwing my phone to you jeremy record this so what do you use the uh the gopro for then jeremy if you're doing everything on his uh cell phone still i bought it for the asmr channel i'm slacking on the asmr and i i wanted it for swimming with the manatee because i've got manatee springs over here where i can swim with the manatee but i actually haven't gotten a chance to do it yet because i didn't get a wetsuit yet but you'll hear more information about this later but uh we are getting scuba certified and we're doing it as a scuba certified meetup so there'll be some of your favorite youtubers that are getting scuba certified such as get swamped oh my gosh tv what the hell's and then we're gonna invite um we're gonna invite viewers and fans to actually get scuba certified with us and that's gonna be the meetup so there'll be more information on that coming in the future dude oh my gosh dude omar is going to be scared that's kind of his thing i don't know dude because the water is going to be haunted might be it might be if i fart in it it's gonna be uh it's gonna be a haunted water area is that a swamp yeah get omared yes if you watch a video more than so for everybody just to clarify for everybody who's watching tonight if you love a certain channel the greatest thing you can ever do for that channel is always watch the video very beginning to the very end that tells youtube that that video is a good video because any video that you watch from the beginning to the end is a good video and so youtube pushes that video out to more people because they go well you liked it so more people are going to watch it from the beginning to the end you get credit no matter how many times you watch the video so you can watch it over and over and over again some of the things that george and i do we will literally just have our channel playing on our tvs laptops computers and it just loops it goes through the whole playlist you just let it go let it go to try and help the channel grow and so the best you can ever do for the people you love is never watch just a portion of their video it's watched the beginning to the end that is huge huge helps getting the algorithm that's exactly what it does it's a youtube system to determine what video is good what is bad so for example the video that i i released today what youtube does is first releases to all of your fans that have all notifications on if those fans all click on it then they'll go to more fans that don't have all notifications on they just have i'm subscribed and then if those people click on it and watch it then it will throw it out to the rest of the world that they think would like it so like today's video today's video i already knew when i recorded it and and i knew when i edited even though i spent all morning editing it and getting it up and getting it done and george did an awesome job on the thumbnail we already knew it is not going to rank very well it's it's performing for the channel horribly that video was released out to all the people who have all notifications on so few of those people actually clicked on it that youtube went nope i'm not putting it out any further to the people that are just subscribed but don't have all notifications it just went it died it died so it's already dead there's no chance for it to be resurrected it's a dead video as far as far as what we would talk about george and i behind the scenes we would talk about well that's a that's a dead video it's a good video it's got humor in it but it's a dead video because nobody watched it so you got to have people to actually watch the more the more people that watch and the longer you watch and again it's so extremely important from the beginning to the end that's when youtube starts pushing it out to everybody else now if i would have done if i would have done anything with my neighbors up front everybody would have clicked on it i could have told you from the very beginning i know i already have footage that's going out in addition to what's going to happen on saturday to make a full complete video i already know it's going to go viral i haven't even edited yet i'm not even done filming it i have a whole nother day ahead i already know the video is going to go viral no way when you do this enough you know you know exactly what will go viral what what what will rank what will go viral what works what doesn't work so what happens when every once in a while i'll see a video and it's a it's an eight-year-old video but all of a sudden it it starts getting pushed and you look at the comments and and it's it's just this big row of comments why am i only seeing this eight years later this is such a great video and the reason for that is because it gets picked up in the recommended so search versus recommended on youtube is very very different so let's say a mega channel like mr beast does um what was my title today uh they took george so let's say mr beast does a title that says they took george well what the youtube system does is goes well they took george and they took george they're alike and so if somebody watches mr beast which he's a huge channel the biggest channel growing on youtube what it's going to do underneath it's going to suggest a like a like video because if you watch this you're probably going to watch this what do we have here we have four storage unit buyers who are the fans storage unit buying fans if you like storage unit buyers you're probably gonna watch him him him him him so what happens is somebody with greater influence makes a video that hits the algorithm and then you come up in the suggested and then people start watching it in the suggested that's how the system works that's how it comes out of the woodwork out of nowhere it's actually out of nowhere after somebody else's success i'll be in florida so somebody else is successful with the same style of content same same same content you're going to be under their success that's how you start getting success again on an old video just like when jeremy was at public storage by the way my life storage video banned from live storage got deleted again no way i'm just youtube right now just youtube but i did get um facebook banned me today so our facebook page got banned so we had a guy message us say a whole bunch of trash whole bunch of trash and and um and even mentioned some of my friends and said well this person did this and this and i went to my friends and you know do you know anything about this they're like no so then robbie and i were talking about i was telling robbie about it and i was like blast them on your facebook page usually i don't but then sometimes people get under my skin i'm like just go get them so i posted his facebook picture last night and his businesses and i was like all right hale's army go get him here's another troll he he reported that to facebook as harassment and facebook just uh demonetized me for the next seven days no way so every video i'm basically i'm in facebook jail and they said it's because i was harassing them bullying and i i called robbie and george and i was like you know what what kind of world do we live in to where the guy who is the victim of the trolling is now paying the consequences uh of the trolling now most people would just be like well who cares well most people don't understand what that means to my business and it means a tremendous amount to my business and so for for a week now it's going to be seven to nine days i basically am zero sum can't do anything can't make anything can't and that's based on some guy who trolled me and then i took his pictures and and i went here go get him and yeah but your own rule jeremy you know that you're not supposed to do that you you that's the what's the number one rule dude it's black and delete man one of them and you paid the consequence that's what happened troll the troll trolled me now the troll is literally going to cost me tens of thousands of dollars yeah dude because seven days dude that's a lot of revenue it's it's rough it's rough man forget that troll man where's so i told robbie i was like well remember we were talking about you know blasting him and i was like well that just cost me a lot and i said i said that was an expensive lesson and he goes he goes i know what you're going to say next i said what i'm going to say next is yeah i'll do it again he goes i knew that he said i knew you were going to say yeah i that that i didn't know facebook could be monetized facebook can be monetized that's why so many people steal our videos people are out there making hundreds of thousands of dollars on our videos that they've stolen which steals from the channel which means we can't restore the love or we can't put more into the channel that's why they steal our videos uncle beau was in facebook jail and couldn't make bail [Laughter] i don't know if i'm gonna make bail i don't know we gotta bail out jeremy so for that seven to nine days or what however long you're in facebook jail so to speak can you uh like with a click of a button shut down your videos so nobody can watch them or you just leave them up i think that would you know as far as a business model goes not that i not that i think this is the most appropriate place to uh talk about this right now but i'm the one that brought it up so from a business model i i would not want to turn away more customers during that time i think that would be foolish for me to turn away customers even if i'm not selling a product so for me the product didn't cost me anything at this point remember everything is old material so it's me selling free i'm just putting this in in selling terms it's me selling free product so what i'm doing is building a customer base for future product
