up and ultimately hung up on the customer uh actually they placed orders and they making compare prices to trying to reduce prices from 1970 to 1972 uh five dollar or ten dollars purchase which we don't do that wait was it actually you on the telephone ma'am yes i was on the phone okay see yeah we actually have i have the phone call documented see basically it's a secret shopper are you happened is the customer seemed to be playing phone calls here and they asking about stuff about orders that's not in there and then they're asking about they give me they're cursing me about the curse of me on the phone i don't see i think that's a prank call but but we were being told that you were very hostile from from the beginning it seemed like you didn't want to tell them you know even is there any reason why you didn't want to explain what was on the menu or trying to help you know help them to sign them with the different i say what kind of looking for you and they said uh what's most popular here is that students saw chicken on chicken but are you are you familiar with what our slogan is our company slogan here at grubhub no what's it looking like it's happy eating happy eating um and and relative to what actually happened with the other customer it's more along the lines of i don't know shitty eating you know what i mean do you understand that based on section 14
