[Music] yeah [Applause] miss Teresa so these veal chops right now that we're that we're doing they are medium rare built-in thermometer but you should buy one of those it's a good investment now I'm taking these out there's nothing wrong with just serving them like this but you know with mr. Reath they're in the house I just can't leave well be so I did a little of Investigation yeah what I thought we would do is we would get some country herb cheese and then now that wasn't a moment out of you and I thought we would just spread a little like that yeah like that oh yes indeed and then we spread a little like that all right and that would be mine I mean I would share with you Greg you know that now I got my asparagus ready so when you're ready because the chops are like perfect you just like blast this now in the oven when you're done just to get the cheese on the same page as the veal chops okay huh then for my special lady here I would just do a little bundle of asparagus and a little bundle of asparagus and maybe another little bundle of asparagus and then I would take her favorite chopped does that have all the cheese on it just kind of set it just like that you guys all right and why are you hungry yeah I am what you up to these days man oh just a CD done cover album and working on original material good for you yeah nice to have you it's good to be here all right now back to miss Aretha watch this then we go for the Bordelaise no not on mine not on yours no okay thank you you like it straight up yes well Jenny Craig I don't blame you darling just a tiny bit I'm really working with Jenny while you're doing that I'm gonna keep the eyes off and I'm just gonna do mine with all the cheese and then what you do is you just kind of come with the Bordelaise sauce right kind of on top like that and just like that there like that and there you have it folks how you doing darling Monday Tuesday and Wednesdays that's it baby now look I know we want to enjoy that stuff but now I'm gonna have to really put you on the spot not to interrupt you okay you snacky birthday dinner you enjoyed it it's perfectly cooked so I was wondering now if you could show me I hear so much about this awesome peach cobbler you make okay what do you think you are can I uh can I get you to help me out with that [Music] now I am absolutely your sous-chef so you just tell me what you want to do I got a pot on medium-high medium-high ages okay I'll see you're cooking with the best fear Viking yeah they're pretty awesome yep good good stuff do you do a lot of cooking at home yeah I love it if I'm not in concert I do I love it all right so I got medium high heat medium high okay with the peaches in I'm gonna put the peaches in if you like butter stick of butter stick all right little more peaches could we double that can we double that mm-hmm Vince do we have more peaches back there we'll get more peaches it's not a lot more Vince will get more peaches soon soon right now sugar to taste Vince I'm on the spot over here buddy mm-hmm Ince they're coming thank you sir can I add the sugar first taste to taste sweet you like it all right bread crumbs some bread crumb okay you got this is Vince say hi Aretha Franklin all right so now we got the sugar in there okay I see that we've drained the juice off of the peaches yes because we don't want it to be too juicy I agree with that that's exactly right now you said bread little juice so it's not too dry okay okay some breadcrumb how much you Rita okay and that looks good just enough to kind of fill up the juicy okay box but not really all right just enough to kind of hold it together all right so you're actually using well now if you're just joining us looking at some more little sugar to taste we'll have to taste a little bread crumb right cinnamon cinnamon and nutmeg right a little nutmeg and cinnamon okay know what take your sugar where's the sugar right right here okay you want to just sprinkle this on your crust yep well get ready to get down laughter this is heat it then cooked yeah you know what your pieces peaches to be to you want to be kind of firm not soggy so you like a little lattice nice and firm you like lattice work and all that stuff I love that the strips yeah we have the strip's right here you know what I got a thank you so much for coming by I really do really and truly so do you like trying to do the crisscross thing the Betty Crocker strips Betty Crocker I didn't meet that lady oh all right so the Julia Child oh you know I gotta tell you what that was Betty Crocker that was Julia Child I Love You God bless her soul but ladies and gentlemen there's only one Aretha Franklin [Applause] we're not going anywhere when we come back another notch [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music]
