20 pound, a 30 pound, 40 pound, 50 pound, and a 75 pound. Just like our old lead filled hammer. I believe we have right here. This hammer has seen some better days. But when we made this hammer We quite literally just poured molten
lead into it without really thinking about how to actually make it a strong hammer. Let's take one apart and we'll go from there. Yeah. That threaded rod is way too thin. We're going to have to actually put
a real handle inside of these, as you can see, that's where it failed. Let's hop over to the lathe. We ever solid steel handles now. So let's start with a 10 pounder. So how much does one of these
even weigh out of the box? It's looking at about 8.1 pounds. Why don't we put all the pieces on
there and see how close we can get. So we got this, two of these.. 6.9 pounds. It's going to be close. Ooh, 10.3 pounds. That's..ahhhh. I feel like real Olympic weights
aren't even like, exact. let's see if a 10 pound Olympic weight is actually 10 pounds. I'm kind of curious. I mean, look, look how
different all these are. They're cast 10 pound weights. For good measure I'll grab a rubber coded one too. Let's see if these are actually 10
pounds starting with these cast ones. Hmm, 10 pounds exactly. Let's try this one. Hah! 9.5 pounds. Let's see what this
rubber bumper plate is. 10 exactly. Either way, one out of three didn't

our original Thor's hammer and it's not not near enough lead. So I went ahead and bought scrap lead.
These are diving weights. Let's melt them down. We've got a nice steel place that we're
going to put on top of the scale. To protect the scale. How's the soup coming? Getting warm. Whoa. That's trippy. There's barely anything in
it, but it's like all sloshy and stuff So we want to hit 20 pounds, 18.2 18.5 18.9 20 pounds on the dot! While this one cools down, let's start on the next one. Onto the 30 pounder. We're up to 16 17 18 19 20
2.3 28.7 29.6 29.8 29.9. Stop. 30 pounds! Nice. Ooh. We've got the 10, 20,
30, and 40 pound hammers. So let's try our biggest one yet. A 50 pounder. I got two pots going here because
one was not melting it fast. So we're just making sure the
handle is perfectly straight. The first layer of lead before we go ahead and fill it up fully. We're not sure we're going to have
enough lead for all the hammers we're going to try and make. So we're actually going to use a bit of
steel for the weight and the 50 pounds. Up to 28 pounds. 35.. Keep going. You got lots.. 36, keep going. 44 45, 48, 49, 50. Perfect. All right, so next up we don't
need to weigh this one at all. We're just trying to get
it as heavy as possible. Let that solidify. Is it solid? Yep, it's solid. Keep going. Yeahhh look at that pour. So we got to fill the top part
as well, and we're going to try and fill it right to that edge. And we're going to fill this right to that
inner edge, and then they should still go together and be heavy as possible. That's probably good. Alright, slow down, slow down. Let's cut this off. To the milling machine. You do Y I'll do X. then how much does it weigh? I can't imagine it's going to

stuff back on and we will, uh, have some Thor kettlebells. We ran out of lead. So we're going to salvage the old hammer. I cut it in half. I thought this was really cool. You don't have to see it. You can see the layers. This is where we poured. The molten lead in, and it didn't
bond completely to the previous layer. There we go. Let's melt that down. We've got all our Thor
kettlebells finished and we thought.. And one bonus hammer. You got the ultimate Thor dumbbell. How much does that weight Ian? 155 pounds. Yeah. That's, uh, that's pretty
heavy, heavier than me. That's the same weight as me. Me or the hammer. Anyway, we thought it would be fun

basically how it works is you get to pick which hammer that you want to try lifting. And if you can hold it up, like Thor, like, so. You win, you win, but

Thor hammer in the air and we'll do a quick release using

This stuff is hard. This is the same stuff they used in Squid Game. Okay, here we go. Yeahhhhhh!! Awesome! Damnnnnn. Can you hear that? It's still cracking. I want to see that in slow-mo. It's like instant, the entire
piece of glass...just gone. Yeah to see tempered glass actually explode in slow-mo you need like tens of
