10 virgins and children last week we taught you the memory verse for today's lesson i'm going to recite it first then we all get up from wherever we are and recite in our various languages and the reality said matthew chapter 25 verse 1 then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened on to 10 virgins which took their lambs and went forth to meet the bridegroom two and five of them were wise and five were foolish three they that were foolish took their lambs and took no oil with them four but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lambs five while the bridegroom carried they all slumbered and slept six and at midnight there was a cry made behold the bridegroom cometh go ye out to meet him seven then all those vegins arose and trim their lambs eight and the fully said unto the wise give us of your oil for our lambs are gone out verse 9 but wise answered saying not so let there be not enough for us and you bego you rather to them that sell and buy for yourselves they stay and while they went to buy the bridegroom came and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage and the door was short children let's close our bibles and put it beside us let's sit up and pay attention to the teacher once again the topic of our lesson is jesus story about 10 virgins most times you will be in several places teaching people about the things of heaven and in this lesson need to be pouring more oil into it how do we do that by praying are you ready to receive jesus when he comes back to your body to be ready that is the end of our lesson children i believe we have learned so many things in this lesson is that we should be ready for jesus we are a god of moral bibles saved from our lives of sins then another lesson again is that a communion to me we need to be polymor all which is the spirit of god into our lives on daily basis whenever he comes back to your body when we are in school waiting abundantly children in your model we have a song that matches our want to wake up traditionally each of the booklets you have has about 13 lessons in it and that is like a semester course so looking at today's lesson it looks like we're in the middle of the semester this is the seventh lesson in 13 course model in that book hey we have numerous places to read from the bible in connection with this i like to believe that majority of us have read them is that correct no the answer is is that correct okay assuming that some people have not read today is a lost day you can go back and look at them again to validate what [Music] [Music] i choose to read just one place out of the numerous places we want to read because we don't have all the time at our disposal the intermediate class to read for us isaiah 58 just 2 verses 13 and 14. [Music] uh and they should also get ready to recite the memory verse after that okay go ahead if thirteen if that turn away that food from the sabbath from doing their pleasure on my holy day and called the sabbath a delight the holy of the lord honorable and those shall turn away not doing their own ways not finding their own pleasure not seeking their own words fourteen then shall not delight thyself in the lord and have caused it to ride upon the eyeplaces of the earth and fit them with the heritage of jacob thy father for the mouth of the lord i spoke on it amen the choice of an intermediate person to read that verse is very deliberate by the time you have kept the sabbath for the rest of your life and god will have taken you to higher places you will see the benefits and ah come on did you do you all right and when we are ready for study our teacher will be available and who is our teacher a holy spirit he's always a teacher okay he will be beside you each time you are ready to study the holy ghost will come the teacher the revealer of all truth and point finger students say this is what this means the bible also said paul told timothy in force 24 verse 13 he said till i come give attendance to reading which means pay attention to reading it's good to pick up your bible and be reading and when there are times when you come to a place the holy spirit says no yes we need to study this together okay there are certain words we need to find out for example the question says what does the word sabbath mean you can then begin to consult and say what does sabbath mean and what's the intention of the draftsman okay that's what he was saying lord he said what's the intention of the drastic what does god really mean for creating the sabbath was he tired when he said and seven day and got rested was he tired and said let me take a nap no what is his intention and actually in when you see the acts the big book called the act or the bill they have removed certain things is a process before they come to others so usually a bill and then but those things are removed it's just to make it very precise but when the the lawyers or the jury want to really find the depth of what they mean they go to a book called the hanzard which is initial draft to see the intention of the draftsman when you want to go into detail you want to do a deep study to service so after the morning service instead of looking around pop into the library take one book read something and all of that and now sunday school actually says that today is the best day to begin studying for the next week so you should be able to know that next week is restitution so let me have an idea of what precision means in this sunday school book in these stories and scriptures so when you come next week you'll be if you're on top of the class would you like to do that god will help us to do that um [Music] if you study very well you won't have too many questions because the master live by it give me the grace if you don't ask for grace you need to ask for special grace while it was a covenant between god and israel it wasn't that god just forced them into that that sabbatical observation he didn't just force it on them no it was a confidence god said moses go and tell them that this is this is what i'm asking them and what what was your response you are saying all that the lord said we will do so notwithstanding that it was an agreement between the between god and israel he backed it up with blessings if they obey he said yes blessings will come it is the same thing for you when you observe this simple observation this simple rule give me one day god if god could rest for one day he was it was a teacher said god was not tired and it's not it's not perceived it's not that when on the day of the lord you go and sleep it's not it's not the day of sleeping it's a day of a change of routine from worldliness to godliness to things of god to spread of the gospel [Music] should ask anything believing and we shall receive as we worship you may we worship you in spirit and in truth please teach us to pray teach us to call on you and please answer all our prayers and pray the grace of god that holy rest in the new jerusalem which you are preparing for us we shall be partakers of it may we not be wanting please count us worthy thank you for answering our prayer take all the glory and by the special grace of god we shall keep worshiping you we shall keep loving you and as we all pray even today answer our prayer listen to our christ and make us worthy for
