that you detected a like something wrong with my computer right there is nothing wrong with your computer is just a warning they have put in your computer why'd you call me well we never kind of warning a lot for you computer we don't have any access of your your computer you are generating you are generating these kind of warnings and the popups on the internet don't try to teach me okay I'm also a technician so don't try to teach me all these kind of things are working amen brother either can either of you help me that's all I'm really concerned about wait Jenny are you maybe they left okay I guess I I guess I'm gonna trust you for the rest of my life I don't know I do not know what just happened are you are you trying to scare me no usually each and every people or every people in it is not a scammer okay however we generated alerts which you are getting that is not so you know like given by us I responsible these things happen whenever you you know like God do any kind of call on secure things right when you browse any unsecure content on our internet so this is a quite genuine thing right but they they called me a Roger called me and said that he found some errors on my computer and it was right when I got that pop-up never any customer all right it's not a big deal here you can do one thing you can simply go ahead and shut down your computer and you can restart your computer and your computer will get oh you know your it will turn on in a you know like normally how you okay that's it yeah that's it if I understand correctly even though I have a message that says I have a risk where it's just fake mmm-hmm it is not a fake thing you cannot say that it is a fake you know let go let go you know something was going wrong so okay you can simply watch it on your computer and restart your computer and your computer will get turned on in a normal way hello sorry I'm forgetting you yeah hey yeah hello I'm with I got Microsoft on the line here said I had like this message on my computer about a pop-up and I'm not really sure how to get this resolved the best way okay so as first of all let me know you told me that you're online with the Microsoft right will like you know if you are using Microsoft computer or Microsoft users are all over the world accordingly of all of the world is you'll get a lot of microsoft certified technician and windows certified technician so every technician do real Microsoft directly you are not talking to a Microsoft directly but yes you are talking to our Microsoft certified technician or a Windows certified technician okay it's not it sounds like the answer is no by the way Jenny you don't work from Microsoft well as I told you straight forward every people is that was not Jenny if that's their idea of straight forward I don't know if I if I can pay you to fix my computer I'm I'm not sure for any money oh right because you're gonna fix it for free right for me it's all gonna come in to two things
