Angry Customer says "I'm refusing the delivery unless you can get it to the backyard"

um tell you what happened before i get to the job site so i called the customer gave him a heads up and he asked uh well what am i delivering i said pressure treated lumber and he goes all right you got this many of this and this many of that i'm like i don't know i don't i don't count the material and that's you know i don't i don't work for the shipper so it's uh whatever they whatever they bundle together to send it to you and he's just like aren't you the driver i'm like yeah and he goes and you don't know what's on your truck i said i don't know what's specifically on your order he goes how do you not know what's on my order i'm like because i'm you know what but i'll be there in about an hour and that's just that's all i know all i know is i hung up after that and uh you know he wasn't he didn't seem like the happiest but you know what i don't get involved with too much of this because if i do then that's more than what i get paid to do like i get paid to just pull up get loaded and deliver the product that's it you know i don't i don't count specifics i don't do quality control i don't do i don't do quantity control any of that so i just show up i get loaded with whatever the shipper has i strap down they give me paperwork and then i deliver that's it so yeah we're about to go ahead get started get into it uh [Music] get into the you know into the delivery but i just want to paint you know paint the picture before anything happens that's why uh i'm recording this one because it could either really go really good maybe i didn't understand that the customer was joking with me but it didn't sound like it so you know you can never be too careful um it's got to be this house i'm sure uh give me one second let me just check it yeah i think it is looks like it and i don't see any vehicles or anything uh load is on the passenger side we should have enough space to offload so yep he's here i didn't see any vehicles but it is that's a weird noise i'm gonna have to get that checked out because lately i've been hearing my brakes make some noises but anyway leave it down in the comment section how your day is going what's going on bud so i got this big chunk for you right here that'll work man you angle back and forth to get through a gate my gate's not 16 foot wide uh i'll take a look because it's a curbside delivery so i'll see what i can do when i get up there what do you mean that means i get paid to leave it by the curb but i accommodate as much as i can take a look because if you can't get it to me i don't want it out front here no no i'm saying i'll bring it as far as i can but what i'm saying if you can't get to the to the site back in the back then i don't want it i mean it's a curve i get paid to literally leave it right there i'm saying take a look see if you can get through here if not take it back with you look at that you might make it through the gate man look all right look take a look at the gate and see what you think well either way it has to get dropped off because i get paid to leave it on the curb at anything beyond curbside i paid extra to have it delivered that that's what so you're getting you paid to have it delivered curbside you want to look at the gate uh yeah let me here's finish strapping telling you buddy if you can't get it through the gate on the truck i'm refusing the delivery if you can't get it to the backyard uh i don't see what i can do when i get up there buddy hey hey it man take it back with you i'm refusing to load i'm supposed to have four by fours those are four by six i'm supposed to have two by eight those are two by six you just have to call the shipper and schedule a pickup like i said i'll just see what i can do when i get up there all right cool no problem [Music] they must slow down now one day we gotta see what i deal with right this is crazy so when i'm gonna end up doing i'm not bringing this back to the store i picked it up from it'll have to go back to normal so i'll let you you guys know how it goes i'll see you guys on the next one thank you so much for watching can't make this stuff up guys [Applause]
