and uh i had to go ahead and buy some new milwaukee gloves um so like i said it's last it's uh three three tons there we go i think this last one we could just wrap up real quick i don't think there's anything on this one [Music] all right yeah yesterday i was doing some woodworking getting uh some material brought down and got all the ugly funky stuff off of it like the old main beans [Applause] um i'm installing one of the railings now i was working on that yesterday but we lose daylight so quick and i don't have a shop work light yet i should probably pick one up but um but that's okay because when the sun goes down it's time for me to start cleaning up anyway because you know most days i got to work the next day when i do woodworking so cool that's nice i like that i think he has in a life appreciate it [Music] you have a pallet jack i can't put them inside why not because the mass is too tall like i said they've always just put one in yeah pushed them in with the reporter i mean like i said they're doing it for years and they just pushed them in we put a board in front of the forks in front of the panel yeah i don't do it only because of liability man yeah so i could put them in front for you i can't put them inside seriously seriously so we get them with diamonds yeah it's never been an issue yeah uh we're we're all third party delivery service so we just we don't i my company we don't do it because of liability right so i could put them that's why i asked you if you had a pallet jack or something no like a beverage because they always just push them in yeah um all right so yeah so i could do like two by two like side by side just put them on and went back down on this side over here okay no problem so so so all right let me grab that chunk of wood yeah the other day i had a customer he had his own he had his own pallet jack and i helped him coax the pallets in but yeah oh so [Music] foreign are you going to let them know that because i paid extra money to have them put in there they charged me more money for special delivery uh i would have to look into it but yeah well you know i'm gonna i just want to snap a picture then because they said they charged me more to have it put in the in the garage so i guess so i can get my money back yeah no problem do you pay for a threshold what is that you paid for a threshold special delivery hmm so they charged me over a hundred dollars for the delivery so i so we could have it just dumped in the garage yeah um yeah i don't i it's i almost never do it in garage delivery if it was like big enough i could drive the whole machine in i wouldn't have an issue yeah but i mean the story i always tell is we had a lady she she signed a damage waiver yeah she lied and said i damaged her garage there was a swipe i get it just like we've been doing it for years and they've always done them that way yep yeah because i lug them downstairs after this yeah i mean i can double check the delivery paperwork but nine times out of ten they would charge you per bag and that would be really expensive well they charged me i said they charged me forty dollars extra wow that's what i'm saying that's crazy that's what i'm saying yeah so it seems like someone yeah yeah it seems like someone screwed up matter of fact i i you know i always check um yeah who'd you speak to it was what the customer service was that yeah did you catch a name no it may be on a receipt i don't know we call somebody else but oh yeah look at that so someone on here put threshold you place the order at okay so yeah just get on the get on the horn with them and uh i'll give them a shout right now and just let them know i'll take care of it for you yep i hear you man six days a week so yeah they i don't know why they would put that on the paperwork to be honest with you yeah so i like what you're doing here we do a big haunted trail you from around the area no i live in new london okay well yeah i live in new london but them talk to them because we it's just it's more it's more of a risk for us and not for nothing we're we're held accountable for and i and i get it and that's why the guys usually he dumps one off mm-hmm and we usually put a board in front of the pallet pushes it in pushes it in yeah it's just too many claims man it's so you know we get people that are like hey man just drive like you know someone ordered i know he said like lawn and yeah yeah anyway yep but you know some some contractors they're like hey just drive it through the backyard and deliver you know the brand new deck that i'm installing closest to the job site and the contractor said it's fine but then the homeowner's like dude what the heck like what is going on yeah like you know i get it i really do because i said all it takes is that one person that one person that's you know yep there's one bad apple ruins it for the rest of them man but yeah i appreciate it no no i just got to take a quick photo all right and then i'll leave it in the notes and i'll get on the phone with uh i think eric is the uh manager on duty so he'll be able to see who sold it to you yeah i'm gonna give him yeah do that and then i'm gonna give him a call too because if they can just give me my rebate on my card instead of me having to go all the way yeah yep so i yeah i don't get into the money situation but i'll let them know that you paid extra for a threshold and yeah you know i mean unless they want to come out here with a pallet jack and and move it in i don't know i don't yeah yeah we're on the same page brother
