the biggest impression is my meal and copay the a5 Wagyu Co baby I mean I still think about it to this day like every single day I think I dedicate at least 30 minutes to just daydreaming and thinking back about my meal of that deliciously tender melty beef what a thing is that that thing is not cheap now I always thought that I'm gonna be great if there was a place that served cold baby but all-you-can-eat because the two things I love Kobe beef and all-you-can-eat buffet so this time when I was coming to Tokyo I researched around now there's no way there's a place that's gonna serve you all you can get colle Baystate they go out of business in a day especially if I'm going there but I did find a place I serve all you candies 8/5 lagu that's good enough for me let's go they're gonna bring all the meats on this menu and this whole thing is 60 200 yen so about 60 bucks and this is all 85 Wagyu so you get beef tongue short ribs roast hwoonk beef rib roast rib finger needs tender meat from around the shoulder couple beef loin the shoulder superior galbi and then you got a pork shoulder pork belly chicken thigh which honestly I don't want it I think those are filler dishes there they're trying to get you to eat that more so you so we wouldn't touch the touch the 85 as much this is the play to be bit bringing out to you 12 different types of meat and well it's not it's not label in English but I can read some of the characters so I see the pork and chicken here and the rest you guys see this is 8/5 pierogi beef and Krogh a beef so just really quickly about the meat wagon literally means Japanese cattle and a 5 is the highest possible quality of Japanese Thai cattle okay and Korea is actually a category that includes meats from Kobe and crow game applies to the black cattle which that's it's really the only breed that can reach the a5 top quality thief and that is identifiable by look at this do you guys see the crazy marbling that's on each piece of this beef I'll just ignore the pork and chicken I don't know why that's there it's like something invited Dustin's family to the cast of adventures party but look in look at this so you guys see the crazy crazy marbling and it looks like almost it's almost like half marbling happily meet that that is what makes 8/5 so incredibly special now the other thing about this place is that I only have 90 minutes to eat as much as I can so once I finish this plate of meat I can start watering these two at a time and guys times are ticking away I gotta start first I'm gonna start with is this is the this is from a shoulders as a shorter meat and for grilling there's charcoal these you don't want to cook them too much this looks like more of a more of a leaner cut I think this is pretty good soy sauce [Music] we're spider wag you oh my god now i'm back in japan i literally have tears forming right now from that one simple little bike no steak I've ever had in my life outside of Japan comes even close to comparing with a5 Wagyu if you want something that literally melts in your mouth I mean a lot of people say oh yeah my steak melts in your mouth no no no no no you want something that literally goes into your mouth and just dissolves into pure flavorful bliss this is what you get when you come to Japan next piece this is the roast look at the marbling on this baby this is about 60% of fat you see all the beautiful patterns this is what I call a masterpiece I'd let her hang something like this up in my living room rather than the Mona Lisa I kid you not come on you can't get up painting oh this might be I think one of the best best pieces in just a maximize time I'm gonna put down a bunch of different meats because I each piece is gonna cook about a couple minutes it's all about time management here you got to get all you can in that 90 minute period I think this is the loin I believe these are the short ribs and the rib finger meat but beef is just rendering is fat look at that you see the fat kind of dissipating all that juice is just seeping into the meat itself this piece is definitely done give it just a bit of salt this is my preferred way of eating this the juicy ish mistakes you could ever have look how much fat is on this one might have overcooked a little bit I apologize profusely for that yeah a little bit of salt Dow's my favorite piece so far there was still a lot of fat on that piece of meat in the difference when there's just more fat on the meat is that it get to Sachi okay beautiful char grill flavor in your mouth there's almost too much for me to handle right now like this is almost getting too much let's just keep eating even really lean cuts of meat it's just the most Russia think you will ever happen alright this is the little beef finger sting also I'm thinking this is gonna be a little a little chewy but I can see a lot of fat in this piece of meat that was amazing now it's all kind of getting messed up I don't know what's what anymore they're all tastes so good but there was a couple pieces the third piece I ate I think it's the roast that one's my favorite so far this is supposed to be the superior galbi I'm gonna eat all dish I only have this much left I'm going to reorder everything the toy guys was the best cut of meat here so you don't waste your time next time I just gotta get through this first which it's just gonna be the biggest pleasure ever how are you right now besides the chicken and pork belly not a bad cut of meat on this plate not a single bad cut of meat this is the beef tongue who's gonna cook and I got like a second this is so thin and it's probably the meanest meat on this plate and it might not be my favorite because I want some fat on my meats Oh Tom especially got a nice crunch way although it's not as fatty and she says I like it's got good flavor this is a few hundred dollars worth of be going down the hatch show Rebecca oh whatever I just say that was a beep cloud if beep clouds exist agitated I'm not happy about this but I'm gonna cook the chicken and the pork these filler meats that they think filler knees came to turn my stomach another thing coming especially that chicken I mean pork belly I like pork belly let's the chicken really has no place to be on the same grill as 85 wag you like how dare you be in the proximity of the meats royalty right I just add so much meat him fat I got a a little vegetable just hit the reset button you know [Music] her brother's good fatty really nice clean flavor is juicy there's delicious it sucked up all the delicious welcome the charcoal under normal circumstances I would enjoyed the pork belly but not today it's all about the Wagyu today anything that's Jeremy a Wagyu right now wasn't my enemy all right so I started war during the second round I got short rib and roast but the bad thing is I'm filming so it's on slow it's on got 30 minutes left short rib and roast I think the short rib is what I love the most on the last round look at look at the fat that's on the sting look how fatty this is compared to the rolls which is already so marbled it can be carved into a statue the roast is just so much good I think those pieces finish to speak to Laureus all right there's something needs to go on now [Music] I've been eyeing this piece of roast Oh roast I think it's number one thing here the roast for the extra fat this is a life-changing - [Music] you bite into them it's like a fatty sponge all that juice is leaks out on the first bite the beef short rib is good can't compete with the roast my sherbert is leaner go ridiculously juicy but the roach is where it's at okay guys so originally we get ninety minutes here but 90 minutes it's like you have to get out at ninety minutes so it's only been an hour and they told us our last order has to be put in within the first hour so I thought I had 30 more minutes but in reality I don't so I have only was able to get two more real orders so if you guys come here and do you recommend that you do because this is one of the most amazing all-you-can-eat experiences I've ever had in my life and I had plenty you guys need a go to town you guys need to put every single meat on that grill right on the beginning don't worry about what it is put it all on there eat it and then just start ordering more that's the strategy my last word is is this so beef rib roast and then the oxy bone Teochew Bowl is a little leaner I think I'm gonna love the beef rib roast [Music] get down come here beef rib roast get it get a lot of it you guys can be really happy yah-tchi bone looks like a much more leaner cut of meat oh good got to keep on top which leaner but holy cow just punted sugar that's juicy also they give me Sequoia beef sushi I don't really eat raw stuff so on the grill he goes there this is I'm gonna keep this here [Music] that looks like good me right there under this cook and put it back on my sushi for the wasabi [Music] that was awesome my last feet Oh finally you these little matcha ice cream queues which are absolutely delightful all right they kind of really just rushed me out of there so let me tell you guys what I thought about that place not a good thing beef absolutely fantastic was it worth the sixty-two dollars I paid 100% I mean there's no way I could have bought that much beef with 62 dollars anywhere else a5 Wagyu not a chance what I did not like was that although they told me I got 90 minutes the last order of PEEP had to be made within 60 minutes I was done eating and still have 15 minutes where I just sat around and had no food that's not right you trying to get people out of there I understand that we're getting the heck out of there a 5 but cutting the steak off at an hour that's a bit shady with that said would I go back yes because I still think it's worth it I still think if you guys know that you only have an hour you could really do some damage at that place now if you go my advice to you is that this is not a place for talking this is not a place for talking it's not a place for socializing you just go in there and you just just just slam down the a5 Waggett that's all you do don't talk don't socialize stay off your phones I mean take a couple of Instagram photos then just concentrate on meeting there's a couple of oh you can eat a5 places that I narrowed it down soo and this was one of them and this is the cheaper option there's another one actually down the street that I also want to try out that one is almost double the price and I really didn't know which one to go through saw so I went to this one because it seemed like they had similar cuts of meat but I'm also gonna go that one shred out and let you guys know which one is more worth it which one is better value which one you should go to all right let's go location number two let's go see how it is so I'm on my way to the second all-you-can-eat a5 Wagyu place and this place is called Ginza steak so of course I'm in Ginza right now in this video I'm just gonna tell you guys it's changing as we speak because originally where this was supposed to be it was I found it all week 1885 wagon place and that was supposed to be yet supposed to go there eat have a good time but then I find this Ginza steak place that charges around $90 for an all-you-can-eat swagoo meal and they let you eat for two hours [Music] in the big difference between this place in the last place is that this place it's it's hip hot so they cook everything in front of you and it's not gonna be three slices of meat so the first order you can get a ragu place is yakiniku style which you grow it yourself and this place you do it in front of you and I can see the steaks now the steaks look a much thicker meaning probably a lot juicier so this the course menu I got a five roast beef white asparagus with jelly boy stirs her Olga Wagyu wag you she won't hurry and come eat upon steak basically what she will hurry is is more of a fatty piece of steak and economy is more of a lean piece of steak and then they got clumpy rice beef soup and apple compote look at the marveling on the steak and ceiling excited I can eat a5 Wagyu every single day the rest of my life and feel people eating the offs the Jews of the Wagyu that just drives my life I love it when restaurants give you aprons especially at steak place it just means they give you permission to go all barbaric on the steak wide asparagus with jelly a5 roast beef I don't know what jelly this is just by the first time I ever have chili with beef i hey you know what this could be really good and that's a little stomach feeling oh why it's burgers but really mushy we've got really good flavor my second piece first time ever had 85 feet cold and man all that beauty see the second core is told Taj of Terrell sense of both Fargo I so this is what I arrived before course to there's some kind of Terrell shoot he's kinda like a potato soup not too flavorful but not bad now I get the oysters are just fillers but these looks aren't there all right I have fresh washed up so this is the roast in the roast just like yesterday is more fat and this is cooked I think medium well usually this might be looks too much but a fight Wagyu there's so much marbling that cooking it's at this temperature it's actually okay this is the fillet so it's a lot more lean Coral Bay a 5 this is lean fillet I mean just salt and pepper and the Japanese eat it but getting a little bit of wasabi no I'm so happy one is down I gotten to eat this beautiful Wagyu that I'm not already to play my year and this is the rose look how fat and more fat content in him as an old roast that this is gonna be so bloody amazing let's go little wasabi it's not really strong wasabi I'm losing my mind right now if you guys like that I mean this is not for everybody if you like a fatty piece of beef and you know I do for the roast I barely have a shirt so ridiculously juicy even though it's cooked medium medium-well I mean that juices it's just everywhere it's a blood like just loves her mouth every bite you take and sends you to beep heaven and back in there at the canyon and we haven't even got to the best cuts of steak yet oh oh hang on it's gonna get a lot better this is a fatter piece of Wagyu you can see all the marbling like even after they're cooked you see all that right there that's the stuff that's gonna dissolve on your tongue when you put this in your mouth especially top-quality Wagyu will be the juiciest steak you will ever have in your life I'm thinking it's about 60% the marbling 60% of that cut is actually far superior to the coral game which I just had unless you guys have had this you won't understand is how crazy this tastes literally oh I'm not even exactly in love ever I'm shooing half my mouth and just filling up with juice and you wanted to be : up with juice because all day aroma the fatty beautiful beautiful flavor it just goes everywhere when you take your first bite this is the magic of wacky it does some kind of crazy wizardry I think it's a hogwards or something I'm not really sure but it's able to just perform some magic like after the first bite but it's okay it's all good magic good delicious magic now that you go stuff here's a savior right now I'm trying this raw onion this is gonna be your best friend reset your palate garlic chip and the pepper this is fantastic seasoning for the steak pepper that just makes that beautiful beautiful ever even more pronounced this cut right here is the Chimel hurry which is a fatter cut of a 500 and this is cooked a little less beautiful beautiful beautiful pink in the middle oh that beefy flavors really pronounced with a lean cut of beef I mean this thing what's ridiculous I could you guys just not because I eat a lot of steaks in the US a lean cut of a thigh wag you taste better then any steak I've ever had in the US period more tender more flavorful more beefier in each spike just make you crave for more get up get up more mom sure the beefy flavor of the steak is so incredibly intense and it's not overwhelming at all it's a clean beef flavor that you can just keep eating oh my god the tea's coming out of that state it's almost like the greatest beef stock you could ever imagine and it's all just like permeating your mouth this is the comma steak as you can tell lot leaner still tender though I'm assuming this is gonna be a little less melty bigger PG flavor I feel like I like a a commie slightly more there's not a much bigger beef flavor and you can eat more of it because it's not overwhelming you with the juice start with a shim Oh hurry and with the economy and just keep going with the economy that's how I gonna get your value here thank keep shoving those onions your mouth all right it's like my fifth chopping up steak dear commie and she mo hurry you guys can see the different side by side right you can see the marbling that's running through the Shema hurry right here is like a fatty River I probably have I press up close to 30 through the steak tonight I think I gotta stop shootin before I started sweating meat it's just so hard to stop it has done it so we good cause we go I learned that a bite of chemo hurry and then a bite of economy dinner bite of onions I'm the perfect formula to keep the steak night going they're trying to force force me out of like one hour in although they promised hour and a half in this place they're urging to you more steak isn't this just the most beautiful piece of steak you guys look this is the lean piece of meat look how my chopsticks is denting than me right now look at us my chopsticks is like bruising the feet even by just gently poking it alright my last few bites from both sad and kind of relieved the other team comes all right I want that butter like steaks to just kind of stay with me just a little while longer people we have to part ways that's a bittersweet farewell I won't see each other again so come back to this country she's so difficult for some reason I feel like in this relationship it's pretty one-sided so this is the corn beef over rice broth beef pea soup [Music] this is so good this rice soup oh man first of all there were sabe is right really great darning sprinter I pull compo and looks like vanilla ice cream in he's hot bathroom there's a great way to wrap up a fantastic steak day which today 100% of West alright so just comparing the last two all-you-can-eat Wagyu places the first place definitely beats this place based on variety there are a lot more different cuts of meats it was a lot thinner so you can taste a lot more and you fill up a lot slower of course the bad thing is you only got an hour to chow down on our steaks so you can't talk you just all you can do is eat beef for an hour by the way I really didn't eat as much as I could have in that and I wish I did because and it tastes really good so you guys go definitely get some beef revenge for me okay also it depends on what kind of cuts of steak you like here you're gonna get more traditional actually cuts off steak steak like you would at a typical steak house of course the pro for the first place is $60 compared to the almost $100 here by the same time here they're not rushed you can actually enjoy your meal and all the courses they offer they offer some seafood they offer some deserve the soup everything is quality everything is delicious you know the steak itself out of this world if you want to do something that's pretty economical you get a taste of a lot of different cuts of meat definitely the first place you want to actually enjoy your your dining experience this is where you go and also let me clarify the first place they don't kick you out after an hour they stop serving at you feet after an hour you can stay for the full 90 minutes but without peeve it's like you know staying for the credits after a movie
