fight is quite scuffed if you don't use the dagger if you use the dagger you can just unlock her this is my first play through yeah dude by done souls born no hit runs i didn't know it running bloodborne and then i started doing sakura and i started molding so i stopped i finished a no-hit run in sakura but i fell off a cliff so it wasn't legit i didn't get hit by any enemies though but i just i was like i don't know i asked chad about it and i'm like would you guys want me to do like a penetrator armor like speed run and like two or three people were like yeah and that was it so i was like okay well doesn't seem like chat really cares or interested soul ray is pyro well so the thing is i can't i can't beat the bosses in this zone with pyromancies i'm not blaming anyone shut up well ultimately it's it's not chat's fault i just i'm just saying that like i didn't know if i didn't know if i wanted to do it because chat didn't seem too interested that's that's all i'm saying all right but i mean i could do it i still want to do it sounds like a regular speed run with armor well it's it's not it's it's a speedrun to get the armor the penetrator's armor requires you to collect 26 coins that are scattered throughout the worlds in different world tendencies um so yeah it would basically just be like a speed run to try and try and get that you know as fast as possible okay i'm there's a skip that i can do here but i'm gonna activate this lift just in case so if i do mess this up i can try again no no not a run in the armor i guess that's why people might have been confused the coin collection sounds cancer to speedrun it would be kind of rough yeah because the thing is you need a lot of stones of ephemeral eyes and you need to manage your world tendency like very well so it would be pretty rough i'm not gonna lie but it'll be manageable i mean i could i could use online as well oh god i shouldn't have done it like this fine uh yeah you have to do two ng cycles i mean i could definitely plan it out because i i've thought about it a bit in the past like how to properly set it up and do it would it be mostly glitchless um depends what patch i ran on i guess i but in this game they actually made it so you need four armor pieces from the officials um which is kind of a pain in the ass so i have luckily it's a hundred percent drop rate so i have to kill four different fat officials in order to get all the armors it's yuria and demon souls oh yeah right not carla sorry okay so the first one i have to kill is over here probably should have just rushed this guy down wait this guy doesn't drop it out this one does this one drop armor or is it only the one near the elevator i'm trying to remember which fat officials drop the armor now i think this one does remember i got i got to this part and i was like what in the hell like have i have i just been blind this whole time like i know i don't remember these big gas clouds coming out of the ground before and yeah it turns out it was actually like added randomly in a patch i need to put on the theme string oh dear lord yeah i really [ __ ] up i should have quit out i knew i should have quit out i just i couldn't remember what the buttons were what is the quit out button pressed okay yeah it's super easy i can't dang it i should have quit out dude luckily i picked up a few stones reset yes yes let doing this marathon on your own time and you can reset any time you die during the marathon be my guess ah 30-hour stream literally like never finish well to be honest with magic is pretty op in this game or in the games in general like i don't know if you if you actually routed it out and played it safe you could probably do all the games deathless uh that was sick dude i'm not dying again this quite the same but there is uh kind of like magic they're like magic tools in bloodborne the best way to describe them ds2 is going to be the one that takes the longest by far an awesome choice ahead i must be getting older i need some rest was this final boss uh no how did you open the secret door uh you had to collect 26 coins which were scattered throughout uh scattered throughout the game in different world tendencies [Applause] have i played through remnan yeah i've [Applause] played huh we should be good all right time for bjor to solo solo the dragon yeah no remnants honestly good i mean i don't think remnants for everybody but it it's it's a solid game help you or he's fine oh do soul remains work on ostrava down there i didn't even know that i don't think i have any soul remains left problem with remnant is random maps so i think like the random aspect of remnant is kind of nice like not all like not always playing the same map every time or not always being able to get the same loot like it can be frustrating but i also think it you know it adds replayability but like some people don't like random aspects in games huh [Music] um a little scared he might kill me if my god i'm lucky how did you defeat my demonic no you can't do running running firestorm anymore i don't believe how many souls might you have devoured i want them this game seems so easy yeah demon souls is a it's an easy game honestly but your first playthrough will still be difficult but like the bosses if you've played dark souls 3 or bloodborne or sakura and you come to demon souls expecting like similar gameplay you're going to be disappointed because i mean the gameplay is similar but like the bosses are the bosses are pretty easy in this game there are a few tough ones though but there's a lot of pretty easy ones yeah the the levels in demon souls are harder than the bosses i would say that's 100 true like world four is pretty freaking rough with all the skeletons same with world five the swamp is pretty rough too what is that kind of speed run five games i mean five games isn't even that much like if i wanted to i could probably do a speed run marathon with like 15 games if i chose shorter ones probably even more than that really 15 granny well like let's see there's like granny getting over it all to f4 like i can do all three of those games those are all obviously just meme games but then like like legit short games like doom dishonored do maternal um you know like ds2 old patch is really short old one i have granted thy wish welcome to the game two can be short but come now be good oblivion any percent yeah yeah there's there's a ton of runs that are really short i know i don't know too many like super short runs but i know a decent amount you wonder what it would take to kill this demon a nuke chainsaw a torch oh yeah so one thing that a lot of people don't know about if you ever plan on speed running this game make sure you do not use animation style uh a because rolling through these freaking branches on a animation style is like it's like the biggest meme like sometimes your character cannot get through the damn branches may you be welcome here hold on let's get rtsr set up the old one will feed upon our souls and put an end to this tragedy one shot oh my god he's tanker oh there we go oh that's the big damage nine thousand it's a decent amount like out of bounds and tricks and stuff all right well back to the pc let's boot up dark souls 1. i'm going to do remastered i don't know like i could do prepare to die edition prepare to die edition is nice because you can actually get multiple wrath of the gods but i just i hate playing on 30 fps [Music] like i could obviously use dsfix but ds fixes hey lazy melon thanks just because the dlc's fume knight is insanely resistant to fire what build am i going for bloodborne um hunter tools i'll be just using like hunter tools so like uh oh god like fall from beyond and augur of averythis etc oh he's not oh he might actually fall still super hard run yeah duping is kind of op and remastered i mean i guess i could do runs without duping at some point in the future it's just i don't know duping makes things so much faster and way less annoying i mean i'm still gonna be using rtsr so it's not like the run is like super easy or anything the most annoying thing about miracles if you if you don't dupe is that you need to level up decks to get faster casting speed but like you don't get enough souls throughout the run to get your decks up so you just have to have like really shitty casting speed and it basically means that like if you want to use red tear stone ring a lot of the time you won't even be able to punish certain boss attacks because your your casting speed is so slow like four kings there's like one attack that you can punish if you have low decks it's really really annoying yeah being able to do covenant items in ds3 would be awesome the all achievements run would actually be pretty fun i imagine how much decks do you need well 45 is the max casting speed don't know like the actual difference it makes in terms of cast timing like if i had to guess it probably takes lightning spear you know from like two and a half second cast speed to like one and a half maybe like two seconds to one second like it's it's pretty massive maybe it's not like a maybe it doesn't quite cut it in half but it's definitely close to that use holy moonlight sword magic waves for bloodborne uh that's that's no i'm not gonna do that that that maybe that's making him fall off the cliff and i tried getting enough stats to use hexes but i didn't have enough souls there were no other bosses that i could kill unless i wanted to use melee so i decided to reset because i wanted to use magic to kill the bosses not melee the point of the marathon think that dragonrider would give me such a little amount of souls that i couldn't use any hexes you're the pursuer death trick i mean you only get one attempt to do that trick and if you mess it up then you can't do it anymore so i mean yes like i could have done it but it probably wouldn't i probably would have failed it it's fine i'd rather just whatever guys it's done we already reset it's in the past it literally doesn't [ __ ] matter now ah so at this point i'm just glad that i didn't i didn't add sakura to this marathon because this would be like a [ __ ] 24-hour stream dark like i'm not going to be done with dark souls 2 until like 9 hours and then bloodborne is going to take like three me that like magic is is like good in this game and it's just not it's just not not on current patch anyways like magic in this game just [ __ ] sucks dick dude compared to melee like dark dark souls 3 i legitimately think that spells spells are actually pretty equal to melee in terms of dps the issue is just the amount of investment that it takes to get spells like working in ds3 and doing good burnt ivory king fight easier so uh maybe i'm going a bit overboard with the health this is fine well ds2 looks a bit better because this is scholar scholar doesn't look much different though all
