A Week in a Life of running a Streetwear Brand, Screen Printing and More!

yo what's good guys so brahma here welcome back to my youtube channel and in today's episode we just previously did a drop a week ago and this week uh so we just got gonna recap you guys on what happened so we dropped off some garment to the screen printing shop and then we ended up picking picking them up uh they did dtg on them we don't have the capability of doing that in-house so we outsource it and then uh packaging and fulfilling for the drop is another big step that that's happening this week as well uh and then the screen printing process so i'll be screen printing a lot of the pieces that were in this drop uh and another exciting thing that we ended up doing was doing a giveaway on instagram uh where i went live and then screen printed one of one piece that we ended up giving away so it was a cool way to engage with our audience so hopefully you enjoy this episode again we're pushing to capture the whole process of just building a successful brand and putting a lot they've just gone down oh what damn oh it's i thought i saw it up there no way [Laughter] behind the garbage it's on the garbage [Music] dude that's right here is that it that's that's part of it that's part of it look at the wing right yeah and then the other one right here oh my gosh i knew said that landed and stays in the garbage is wraps up it's quite quite the time mission accomplished or just killed the fly dude all right that's so annoying the buzz just everything about flies is so bad but we're uh we're in the screen printing room and we're about to print uh these white tees so just a simple two color we got the butterfly and then you got the unfinished legacy right over it um yeah so that's what we're doing today [Music] so [Music] do [Music] all right so currently right now we're doing uh i went i went live on instagram earlier so i'm this is my second time doing the instagram live but we're printing this t-shirt live and we're gonna give it away as a giveaway so i think it's just a good way to engage with the audience uh just having a good time playing music screen printing and then yeah doing the giveaway i i like the butterfly right now i might go over that it's either go oh [Music] [Applause] [Music] 16 [Music] now [Music] oh all right so i just made a one-on-one piece that we're giving away on our instagram account so right now i'm about to put this down and photograph it then drop it on my computer crop out the background post it uh so i've been live this whole entire time of printing this 101 t-shirt how do people actually get it so uh we i've i came up with just since this has a bunch of butterfly on it uh the question is what what the butterfly symbolized to each individual and people are going to participate by commenting and then i'll pick some of my favorite and then enter those name in a jar and then i'll just pick one name out of it and that would be the giveaway i feel like this is such a dope piece like i don't know if i could recreate it these shoes [Music] portrait [Music] me [Music] pieces all right so we just did a giveaway yesterday i went live for a whole i don't know a couple hours ended up printing this t-shirt and we did a giveaway with it and someone ended up winning so i'm i just pack i'm just packaging it right now and shipping it out to the winner where are we at with everything with the drop and everything and doing some updates uh so today we we went to the print shop and picked up the dtg garment from uh from the past drop so we'll be packaging those tomorrow today's thursday so we'll be doing that uh friday and i've also printed all of the crew necks and t-shirts from for the screen printing portion and then i have a couple more stuff to print but overall because the jackets didn't go completely well right oh yeah okay so here's i i i don't i don't know i'll take fault i guess for it you know it always comes down to i'll take the blame for it but when we dropped off all the the boxes to the screen printing shop for the dickie jackets we have there's some some uh some units that we needed to have the dtg on the back uh so i mentioned that to the lady that works in the receiving area and she never communicated that to the production manager so they ended up just printing everything on the front so i'll just take matters into my own hand and uh do the screen printing for the back design hopefully this weekend or early next week we should open those jackets yeah i gotta order the jackets and then the the denim denim pants yo so right now i'm currently setting up for a screen printing uh job we're doing these crewnecks that we dropped and we had on our last job so i'm just preparing to start printing them so i'm going to spend the rest of the day today just printing the crewnecks and then we have these brown dyed t-shirts that i'll also be printing and then packaging this week and then shipping hopefully by friday [Music] [Music] um [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] uh [Music] so now we got those labels getting created [Applause] right here this guy ordered a vintage black tee and extra large i got those right here and a sticker pack pack includes five different stickers um and actually if you just order anything off our website we include free stickers so just for ordering a sticker pack i'll include a couple extra ones you don't want to be shipping air you have to pay for that that will go in our outgoing box [Music] so [Music] can you explain to me a little bit where we're at and stuff too so right now we're at the post office this is where we drop off all our packages it's not too far from the office which is a plus so once you once you buy all the labels just you know put it on the thing and you drop it off i don't have to stay in line yeah thank you where we're at with the drop and stuff just like because like that wasn't everything right yeah yeah yeah tell them that so uh whatever we just packaged that was a a small portion of all the shipment that we need to get done from the previous drop uh we still have a couple more stuff to be printed all the denim jeans will be printed next week as well so we'll uh ship some some later today and then the the complete uh shipment for this drop will all go out uh next week so it's a lot of just like a small portion at a time how am i feeling i feel like all right i need a i need a nice healthy i didn't eat dinner yesterday so i gotta go grab lunch later today yesterday after chick-fil-a no no no breakfast for this guy i i i should go i'm gonna go make a run i finished printing earlier actually i thought i thought i was gonna be printing till like like 12 30. uh 11 39 so i could grab lunch earlier and then print the rest of the day for the brown tees just the brown tees and then i ordered everything the denim denim pants should be here wednesday so i'll start printing those next week and we should be everything should be shipped out then yo again thank you if you made it
