forgiveness according to his word i'd like you to turn with me tonight to ephesians the 6th chapter and the 12th verse it simply states for we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities against powers against the rulers of darkness of this world against spiritual wickedness in high places we know that this is a very familiar verse and we know that in in this particular verse it is describing spiritual wickedness and that there's a battle that we as believers have we are fighting not against flesh not against blood but we are fighting a spiritual battle the apostle paul spoke about this battle and let us know that it is truly not flesh we if we could put our hands on the devil if some of you all could physically fight him you really would tear him up but you cannot fight him in a physical in an earthly and a carnal realm but you have power over him be in the spirits the satanic world has order there's order in a demonic world and they know first of all god has given satan the authority that he has and he kicked him out of heaven and he calls him to be the power and the prince of the air but he can only do so much because as believers we have authority over him principality states that that's an office or authority as a prince the territory of a prince the principality is plural in this way it's an order of power given to an angel that he we know that satan is the ruler of darkness over this world and wickedness in high places spiritual battles can occur at all levels anywhere across this world and beyond the believer must be prepared for all types of attacks through putting god's armor on you know i want to say this to you i hear people say often that a person may have sold their soul to the devil you can't sell something that don't belong to you first of all the bible said that all souls are mine but the soul that sinneth shall die and so when you are out there those of you that are watching on tonight you may think that you've sold your soul to the devil by making commitments and saying certain things if you have not blasphemed the holy ghost but the only sin that you cannot be forgiven for is the blasphemy of the holy spirit and so for those of you that think that you have sold something that didn't belong to you just think about it if i were to rob you and take your car from you and sell it to a person and they knew that i stole it and they brought it from me when the police would come they would be able to repossess that car and give it back to its rightful owner i want you to understand tonight that your soul which is your mind your will and your emotions belong to god but the lord does say but the soul that sinneth shall die so the lord gives us a way out he gives us a way of escape so i would say to those of you tonight that are not saved to get saved repent for your sins and to allow god into your life but the saints of god i want to encourage you to put on the whole arm of god that you may be able to withstand against the wiles of the enemy wherefore take them to the hole unto you the whole armor of god that you may be able to withstand in this evil day we are in an evil day and we need to put on the whole armor of god stand there for having your loins girded about with truth many of you are putting on those girdles and snatch your weights in the you know you but you need to put on the loins to gird up yourself with truth and let wear truth in your heart don't allow the enemy to deceive you and don't be deceived by his wiles and by his tricks even when you are in prayer begin to bind up lord i bind every plot plan scheme trick of the enemy every trap of the devil i come against every assignment to cause deception to rule in my life i come against self-deception i come against all deception the blood of jesus christ prevails and as you begin to pray and then lord i submit myself to you lord don't let me be deceived by the enemy help me to walk in truth the bible lets us know in the book of revelations that all liars are going to have their part in the lake of fire do not allow a lying spirit to be your portion but practice telling the truth practice walking in truth and most of all practice believing the truth sometimes truth hurts sometimes you don't want to know the truth you don't want to know the truth about yourself you don't want to know the truth about others but be not deceived for god is not mocked whatsoever man soweth that shall he also reap so ask the lord lord just give me your truth give me a love for your truth and then the bible says put on having on the breastplate of righteousness you know cover your heart and cover your your body with the word of god and the righteousness of the lord there's nothing good in our flesh saints but there's righteousness in the father you know when you can give yourself to the lord and admit lord i'm a mess lord i need you lord i can't make it without you lord give me your word and lord protect me with your word help me to walk in the righteousness of god and your feet shot with the preparation of the gospel of peace and the 16th verse says and above all taking the shield of faith wherewith ye shall be able to quench the fiery darts of the wicked you cannot fight the enemy if you don't believe that god has already given you the victory you cannot win a battle against the devil if you don't believe that god has given you the authority that you can walk in to be more than a conqueror through christ jesus you must have faith in god in order to be a winner that's why the enemy lies that's why he causes you to be fearful because he does not want you to have faith do not walk in fear fear cancels out faith but walk in faith trusting in the lord trust in his promises and he shall bring them to pass when you walk by faith and you have on the shield of faith you know when you see soldiers and warriors uh in the past they would have a big shield before them to assure way the darks that would be flying in their direction that's what faith will do against the enemy when the enemy comes in the bible says as a flood the spirit of the lord will lift up a standard against him and take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the spirit which is the word of god ask the lord lord i put on the mind of christ lord give me your mind help me to think right in the name of jesus lord i want to think like you think lord show me and help my mind to line up with your word i cover my mind in the blood i apply the blood of jesus to my thoughts and my thought patterns many of you are in front of computers and on so many social media outlets all day long and everything you see on the news is bad news and it's always something negative but you need to sit somewhere and begin to cover your mind in the blood and begin to say lord i ask that you would cover my mind lord let your blood saturate my mind i come against mind binding mind tormenting spirits i bind the devil over my thoughts and my thought patterns my aware mind my unaware mind my brain and my brain activities the waves in my mind the blood of jesus i put on the helmet of salvation lord keep my mind stayed on you but my mind has stayed on you you'll keep me in perfect peace the blood of jesus in your aware and unaware mind in your ear getting your eye gates in your ears and that that you see come on church let us prepare ourselves for the warfare that we are in in jesus name praying always with all prayers and supplications in the spirit and watching there unto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints in luke the 18th chapter the writing says and he said unto them i beheld satan as a lightning fall from heaven behold i give unto thee power to tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the powers of the enemy and nothing but shall by any means hurt you notwithstanding in this rejoice not that the spirits are subject unto you but rejoice rather that your name is written in the lamb's book of life saints of god don't you understand that god has already given you the victory don't you recognize that there's nothing that god will not give you the authority over that's coming against you in ungodliness and unrighteousness as a child of god as believers we have power over the devil the enemy has made himself seem to be so big and so overwhelming to so many people we have put him as if he's on the same level with god and i want you to know that he has to humble himself to the lord and when he went before god even with job the lord asked him saying what you doing where are you coming from and he said i'm coming from roving about as a roaring lion seeking whom i can devour satan can't be everywhere at the same time sometimes you're blaming things on the devil it's not the devil it's you we are influenced by a lot of evil that's in the land evil spirits but sometimes saying it's coming from your own heart some of these things are coming from your own mind that's why you have to keep the mind of christ and get in the word of god and seek first the kingdom of god and then remember that no weapon formed against you is going to prosper and every tongue that rise against you in judgment god is going to condemn this is the heritage of the saints of the lord and their righteousness is of me save god remember god has given us weapons against the enemy of our soul there is no way that the lord has filled you with his spirit now for those of you that may think you have the spirit but yet you're yet practicing sin and you're yet doing things that are not lining up with the word of god now listen the bible says that we have all sinned and fallen short of his glory but it didn't say that we keep sinning come on here you have to give up the ground and humble yourself and ask the lord to help you pride will keep you in bondage deception will keep you in bondage and the foundation for every sin saints is disobedience when you disobey the word by doubting a belief when you diso obey the word by following the lusts of your flesh when you disobey god's word by speaking too much out of your mouth when you disobey the word by not giving when you disobey the word by not loving and forgiving listen when you are walking in disobedience the bible said that this all disobedience is what it's saying so don't you give place to the enemy and recognize i have on the whole i'm a god i'm saved the lord loves me and i have put the devil too high on a pedestal like he has as much authority as my god you all have forgotten the same god that created you created him the same god that made made uh the heavens and the earth made that line devil satan just got full of pride and decided that he was going to build himself up as god and the lord had to kick him out of heaven to remind him that you don't have the authority who do you think you are and if you all get that same attitude and that same mindset satan who do you think you are you don't have the authority over my children over my life over my family for the lord said that he would save me and my house stand on that promise believe the word of god for those of you that are seeking and needing things from the lord the lord can hear you but he does not hear a sinner's prayer i don't want you to be deceived those of you that are watching and looking satan know how to hear prayer too the evil and the influences of the enemy the influence that's in the atmosphere the stratosphere sometimes you know you are in straight up sin you don't have no intentions of getting out and you are religiously praying but god is not listening to you but there another speak that god is hearing you the lord heard me and he heard you while you were killing somebody or he heard you while you were in the midst of your sin the lord only hears a repenting heart a humble heart and so don't be deceived by the devil that you can stay in sin and god is listening to you he's not and so you have to humble yourself repent ask the lord lord forgive you forgive me i humble myself before you i cry out to you and here i am a wretch undone lord i need your help and then once you repent repentance means turning away from that means you don't keep doing what you were doing that means you turn from sin and god will deliver and bring you out i want you all to stop making my god look as if he can't deliver you god can deliver you but you have to do some things as well and remember that great is he that is in you that he that is in the world then you have to submit yourself to god and resist the devil that he will flee from you then hey you can get you cannot give the bible says give no place to the enemy so there are some things that you got to line up to do you have to put on the mind of christ you have to acknowledge the lord in all your ways that he can direct your path you have to seek first the kingdom of god and all of his righteousness and then all of these other things will be added to you you cannot touch for the bible said touch not handle not the unclean things you have to ask the lord he said ask for wisdom and he will give it to you and upgrade not it is up to us to pray and to make our requests known unto the lord we have been we have been told to lean not to your own understanding but in all your ways acknowledge him and he'll direct your path ask the lord for an understanding walk in the spirit that you not fulfill the lust of your flesh crucify your flesh daily and take up your cross and follow after jesus uh is this making sense to you on tonight i pray so in order for you to become a victorious christian a victorious christian or saint of god you have to put some things into practice remember that it is no longer the i but the christ that's on the inside jesus redeemed us from sin he delivered us he will cleanse you but you have to repent repent people of god the bible even tells us if my people which are called by my name would humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways then will i hear from heaven and forgive their sins and heal their land yeah i know a whole lot of people telling you that you can still do what you want to do and you going to be saved and you go now the devil is doing what he was sent on this earth to do he is deceiving you by the earthly and carnal influences and recognize that the powers of wickedness is in the land to cause you to think that you can get away with all of these things and not be punished not go to hell hell is a real place but where the worm die if not and the fire is unquenchable but the lord said that you didn't have to go there that's why he allowed his son to die on calvary many of you uh paid attention to the uh weekend resurrection sunday you reverenced that day and by the end of the day you are right back at it again right back in sin again that's what i'm talking about this is a daily life that we must live for the lord so my prayer for you today is that you would give yourself to the lord repent stop making excuses you all excuse me stop making excuses and love not the world neither the things that are in the world for all that's in the world is the lust of the eye the lust of the flesh and the pride of life and the bible says if you love the world then the love of the father is not in you you have to walk in the spirit you must be born again then begin to seek to be filled with the holy ghost and fall in love with jesus christ may i pray for you tonight those of you that want to give your life to the lord it's a simple prayer it's the lord i acknowledge the fact that i'm a sinner lord i acknowledge that i'm a backslider and i give my heart to you i believe that jesus christ is the son of god that he died he rose for me and i humble myself and i ask you father to forgive me and i forgive every person that has hurt me disappointed me living or dead anybody that i'm holding unforgiveness in my heart again against lord i let it go tonight lord i give it to you and i ask that you forgive me lord jesus come into my life make a change in me teach me how to live right teach me how to war against the enemy of my soul that's all you had to do welcome to the kingdom of god again say i believe that jesus is the son of god i confess with my mouth and i accept him in my heart and i want to tell the world that i am saved you can put it on your media outlets tell somebody in the house with you shout it out loud in the atmosphere that i am saved i want you to read one more scripture with me ephesians two and two if you need prayer
