A Dessert Video

contrary to what my videos might lead you to believe i do actually like sweet food i really do enjoy i don't eat it very much for a couple reasons one i think the overall satisfaction to calorie ratio is just too damn low you know i'm looking for higher equations when it comes to that and also i'm one of those people that has a second dessert stomach so i could be full off of savory foods but still shovel down some scoops of ice cream or some cookies some cake pie sweets some candy some chocolate some jelly beans whatever it might be you know and uh i can just end up eating like 5 000 calories that's no good you that's dangerous so with that logic i feel like i could eat you know 2 000 calories like a full day's worth of sweet foods and then my regular stomach would not be satisfied at all so then you know i'm not trying to be michael phelps with it i'm not trying to hit them hit them laps with it so uh i i just usually stay away from them for the most part because they're so calorie dense but i do really enjoy them i just feel a little bit guilty but if it's for a video hey who cares this is for y'all with sweet teeth out there um today i'm going to be eating one of my favorite desserts of all time if not my favorite of all time brownies and ice cream aka i like to call it brownie all the mode brownie salad whatever so i got me some hot fresh out the oven brownies right here this is from papa john's personally i've never had these but they look damn good it's supposedly the same ones that they have in america which i trust i've had brownies in korea multiple times they're all trash so um i'm really trusting these i like the fudgy brownie and these look real fudgy double chocolate chip and they're smelling great i love me some brownies also got me some ice cream this is low cal though because i'm not trying to you know i'm i'm not i'm not trying it as you can see this is only 260 calories of some vanilla bean ice cream and i've had this before it's really good and i don't know how to get it so low because it's like i said it's better than regular vanilla that i've had in the past um but regular vanilla for a pint like this could be a thousand calories easy probably [Applause] i think these brownies right here like probably over 2 000 cows so all together i mean this is a this is going to be man i don't know about this one let's get into this before the brownies get too cold and ice cream gets too hot because you really want that uh you really want that good temperature contrast with this i'll tell you what kind of a weird looking bite here but i'll tell you what man that's gonna be mighty fine let's go hmm that's nice that is that is real good that fudgy hot brownie [Applause] with the cold creamy ice cream like that let me just try them separately real quick yeah that's that brownie i like super rich super dense chocolatey fudgy delicious and uh not cakey who likes a cakey brownie man if you like cakey brownies you know when a the box on the the betty crocker brownie mixes are you like a cake your brownie add two eggs or whatever it is like who'd be doing that man really for real i don't mess with the cakey brownie but i do mess with the fudgy brownie this is real fudgy and delicious man and it's still hot sweet so rich though i don't know if i'll be able to eat all this if i do it'll be all i'm eating today hmm some dangerous stuff right here i'll tell you what i remember the first time i had this as a kid you all know the schwann's man is that is that still a service going on it was like they would sell frozen foods come around the truck and deliver to your door when i was a little kid my uh my family tried it out a few times and there was one thing that we tried called brownie all the mode first time i heard about it and it came in i from what i remember this was a long time ago came in like a cup like this with like frozen brownie and ice cream in there and you put it in the microwave for a minute and it was like the best thing i've ever had like nothing i've ever seen before when the ice cream kind of melts down and that's what i'm trying to do right here and it gets to this kind of like let me try to show you you get this kind of sludge like this brownie brownie ice cream sludge the ice cream kind of melts down into it brownie becomes saturated but there's still some kind of like warmer spots of the brownie some of it cools off but some of it stays warm and uh it just it blew my mind as a kid and ever since i've always claimed that it was my favorite dessert this is an exact duplication of the original swan schwann stuff i have but um it's pretty pretty damn close that's it um like this kind of sludge right here man this works out nope just had one of the warm spots of the brownie it's a key you gotta heat up the brownie if you're trying this at home oh like brownies and ice cream yep you gotta heat up that brownie man and maybe even it sounds crazy maybe even heat up the ice cream put it in a bowl brownie ice cream in a bowl and put the whole thing in the microwave for a hot second i'll tell you what though this is getting crazy looking crazy oh man this just hits you in a different way man this this hits you in a different way i saw that sugar man get into my head getting going right to the brain right in the bloodstream man i don't know about this one i got two squares left highly considering just like calling it calling it off right now well i'm fuzzy i'm close you guys honestly not sure what i should do right now i'm gonna go for at least one more square uh this is one of those foods for me is that you eat a square like damn i could probably just go and eat that whole damn thing and then you would go you need another i'm like yeah i'll go for another one and you eat three and you're like i'm good you know what i'm saying like one of those foods that's not how it is with me and pizza see with me and pizza i'm like eat a slice of my damn i'm good i could probably eat that whole damn pie and then five minutes later i eat the whole damn thing i think i'm gonna say this for later guys i apologize would it be much more satisfying if i just finished it yeah whatever i'll just finish it um well hmm some angel dust right there yeah according to my calculations those those equations i was talking about earlier this is probably about 2.5 k
