[Music] uh all right hey guys uh so we wanted to do a video on the supplements that i take and this is a question that i get asked all the time what supplements do i take when do i take them how do i take them and so i thought that we would dedicate this video to all the supplements i take i do want to admit that i am sponsored by these brands however i haven't been asked for them to do this and this is something that i would like to reiterate to you prior to me actually having a sponsorship with these deals i actually took these products and because i believed in them i seen the benefits from them and then over time i've been able to form relationships where i am actually sponsored so please understand that these are things that i do take personally i believe in them and i do think that they are beneficial for people um to utilize them as well before i get into all this i do want to reiterate that this is what works best for me i know that some people may take these at different times during the day there is no wrong or right answer i'm just telling you what is best for me alright so before my day starts i will take two of these golly gummies and i can take up to i personally like to just uh stick with six a day you can eat twelve they taste really yummy um but i'll have two in the morning two at lunch and then two at night and this provides me the right dosage of apple cider vinegar that i would require had i just had a normal shot of the liquid form apple cider vinegar then after breakfast and i like to have these tablets on a full stomach i'll have two tablets of my revive beam this is really good because it has antioxidants in it and i think that that's really great for recovery i'll also have a tablet of biozinc and this is honestly something that i just get from my chemist yeah my local chemist then i have my macro microfiber tablets and there is eight in this little packet here these consist of an antioxidant a multivitamin a probiotic fruits and veggies tablet an efa tablet and then a coq10 tablet there are a whole bunch of benefits for those predominantly focusing on your immune system and i i truly believe in vitamins and i've felt like i've always wanted to make sure that i'm i have good habits and i'm consistently taking my vitamins to keep my immune system up especially when it gets colder and it comes into the flu season another thing that i will also take is a full amiga so there is one that's already in this micro factor packet but i will take two more um because i want to make sure that i have at least three of those tablets just to make sure that i get the right dosage alrighty so one another thing that i take in the mornings and i like to do this because i want to keep my start my day off right is i have my scoops of greens and reds now um a lot of you probably if you've been following me for many years you would have known that i am a big believer in having a green smoothie and what that used to consist of was either water or coconut water as well as a whole bunch of fruit and vegetables predominantly vegetables and it just didn't taste very nice that is something that i do occasionally still implement into my daily routine however ever since finding these i have felt like i am still getting the same amount of benefits plus more by implementing this so now rather than blending uh all those fruit and vegetables up i will actually combine these two into a shake with some nice cold water or some orange juice that has actually been nice and tasty and i will have these on a regular basis now in replacement of that all right i can't stress enough how important it is to have your greens and reds i guess if you want to put it simplier is greens are your vegetables reds are your fruits and it's so important to make sure that you do have this in your diet daily um think about it you know there are so many people now having just meals that don't have their fruits their greens um and fruits and vegetables in their meals and you're missing out on all that nutrients so these are really great replacements for that one thing that's really cool with this is especially for a lot of people that have asked me about bloating so this actually reduces bloating um and i've definitely noticed that in myself sometimes when i eaten something you know too much of something um by having this it's definitely been um you know making me feel a lot better and with your reds this also um improves your antioxidants it improves your blood flow and you know it has a whole heap of benefits by simply taking those and you can have them together as well that's something that i do so a pre-workout that i do take is this project one now i don't take this all the time but i definitely take it when it comes to those workouts a little bit later in the day when i'm looking for a little bit more energy and focus and i also don't want to have caffeine too late in the day this um has you know ingredients like beta-alanine in it and tastes amazing too so it's a nice little treat before training that i've found very beneficial all right now there's supplements that i'll take during or mid-morning per se before i start my day now after training i'm wanting to uh fuel the body with um a post-workout shake now i'm going to show you this ignition and formula one this is something that i will add together this is just pure carbohydrates and obviously you have your post-workout shake which has your source of protein in it as well these two go really well together and i have found very very beneficial when it comes to my recovery now i don't want to take this too much too i'm a very big believer in making sure that when it comes to my recovery and when it comes to um fueling the body for me it's important that i do focus on having whole whole foods so obviously you know you get the powder and the convenience from these shakes but i won't have any more than just one shake a day so what i would do is in my morning session i would have that then i would have this shake then when it came to my afternoon session i would have a meal immediately after training i would never have you know two shakes of that day unless i was just really behind in a in everything that i was doing i was rushing and i didn't have any uh food to actually fuel the body then i would um have another another shake it's it's not the end of the world so they're just something that i would do and then also i have glutamate glutamine sorry um i'll put a scoop of that in and this just helps with recovery as well um and i'll add that either in this scoop if i forgot to take it in the morning or i'll have it in with my greens and reds but predominantly i just mix it in with that it has no flavor or anything it's just really good for recovery at night time once i have i guess had my day and i'm getting ready for bed i will have my dream beam and this just helps with you know getting sleepy especially if i've had a later session in the afternoon and it's a little harder to just come down try and relax from your workout shane really loves the powder form because it tastes like chocolate and it's like a little hot chocolate that he has at night i personally really like having my cup of tea just simple old breakfast english breakfast cup of tea at night but i'll have two tablet forms of the same blend that shane has in powder form and also especially on those days that i'm trying to really focus on my nutrition and i'm wanting to find something that's a little satisfying before bed with my cup of tea i'll have a protein bar it has you know i think it's got 260 calories but it's just nice and tasty it's super satisfying and you know it's just that little extra source of protein to finish off the day and then aside from that that's pretty much all the supplements that i'll take during the day um to optimize my recovery all right guys i hope that you
