7 month baby update!! cove said her first word!!

[Music] hello guys and welcome to at today's vlog good I just put Co down for a nap so she's in her room I actually wanted to show you guys that we hung up this light in here we don't really show this room that often but it's super super cute and Parker just hung this up the other day I think he filmed it but it was final finishing touch and it looks so cute we had something a little bit bigger before it was like something that hung down more but the ceilings up here just so much like shorter than downstairs so we ended up swapping it out anyway I just wanted to show you guys that because I know Parker filmed that and then that was like last week and he's been meaning to like put that footage into vlog because he took the time to film it also something we have forgotten to talk about probably for like two or three weeks now is our new intro you guys have been commenting that you I think it's super cute and also wondering if we are going to it change our channel name which we've answered before but we're not but I was thinking if we ever like did merch or something I don't really like I wouldn't want to do merch with like my name on it so I feel like Faris fam is cute if we ever did do that let us know what you guys think people ask us to do March all the time and we've never really looked into it but Kobe is down for a nap I filmed an IG TV getting ready this morning so I need to edit that Parker's editing our other vlog that we filmed what else I don't know it's just slow slow week which honestly I am grateful that we have a little bit of like a slow period right now because usually things are so crazy and so busy and I feel like we don't get to just like take the time to like just beep I do have a to-do list of things to do that I should actually go look at cuz I felt like I was having a productive day and then I looked at it like an hour ago I hadn't checked off like anything on it and I was like what have I been doing first thing film vlog doing that right now okay wait let's see second thing needed to show an Instagram picture for a giveaway that I'm doing with odd design so I actually just did that so that's my diaper bag company so I don't know when that ends but you guys can go look on my Instagram and it should be up there so checking that off I need to unload the dishwasher it's going right now I want to go around and disinfect the house don't have a lot of these but I want to go around and just wipe off like everything light switches handles to anything like remotes phones all that stuff so I'm gonna go do that I also just took a thumbnail for my weekly video on my main channel I actually haven't been posting weekly cuz I was really just like overwhelmed with a million things but should be up when you guys see this I did how much it actually cost to have a baby so I added up the price of like every baby thing that we have so I need to do that thumbnail and post that video and I also need to look into getting a refund on my tickets because if you guys watch a few vlogs back I wanted to surprise Parker with basketball tickets the one time that I did it the whole thing's cancelled so I know it's cancelled for a good reason but I need to figure out if I like get a refund or how that works because I also got ripped off on the tickets I didn't know what was a good price to pay for like the seats we were in so I just hope I can get a refund I think I'll go around and disinfect the house first and then I will do some nails [Music] poby is up from her nap and no baby she's trying to reach for this toy she's been like scooting so much I'm gonna sit down into a 7-month update but while she was napping I got my video up so that was good and then I went around and like disinfected the house are you gonna get it I think you can I mean I think you can do it you can do good job good job he's chasing my okay setting up the camera to film the seven-month update how are you seven might order here she is baby Co V seven months we get that meal can you smile she currently takes two naps what she probably was doing that at six months - I think she usually sleeps from like 7:30 to 7:30 and then she naps through the night and then she naps like 10 to 11:30 and then 2 to 4 so that - our afternoon nap is like the best thing ever I think we can get so much stuff done are you bouncing she loves to bounce in her bouncer he says mama a lot she also said dad at once we get her to say it again yeah we've been trying ever since but she doesn't really like the most exciting thing in the past month was that she officially says mama she says it a lot I don't know do you think she like I don't think she brings me or I don't I don't necessarily think it's for you I think it's more so for food or to be like picked up yeah because like she'll even say it to me you know like I'm I think she just thinks it's it's just no parents or like come and get me yeah I don't think she's like specifically talking to me yeah it's but in my heart see it but yeah she started saying that well a couple weeks ago she says it like all the time now so all the time like if she's like if she's laying right here and we're over in the kitchen and she's fussy at all we'll just hear she also I'm pretty sure in the six-month update she even eating food when we film that as we waited I think we said that we were gonna give her food to me yeah okay the memory card was full so we had to switch to no she's officially been eating solids for the last like month probably and I feel like it's going so well it's so I love baby like waiting like I love it we don't have to sit there and feed her and she just does it herself so yeah we just give her a basically like anything that we eat she had eggs with me this morning yeah peanut butter for like the one thing that's always there though is bananas yeah always has bananas and she loves to like Co her banana in the other food that she's eating and then just eat her banana with all the food all around it it's kind of gross but actually like she gave her rice and beans the other day and she had a banana - and it was just covered in like rice and then we had lasagna last night and she just covered the banana in lasagna sauce but yeah it's been so fun to have her eat food so she usually eats like least like one meal a day with us usually probably two sometimes three she does so well I feel like she's already getting so much better I like picking things up she drinks out of a cup not completely by herself but I still have to like hold it yeah she's getting so good at everything she's also getting so much better at sitting up she'll set up like by herself for at least like a little bit it's kind of different she loves to be on her belly and like play so she doesn't always like one stood up but she can definitely sit up she's been scooting so much she goes backwards yeah we don't like she something else she'll do is she'll go up into nothing but her hands and toes and like do like almost like a push up and then like lay backwards and she'll like screw herself backwards is kind of cool she also for the first time like stood up by herself like holding onto something you do let her practice that more but surely stand and wait yeah see what else what's your favorite food broccoli broccoli yeah she like is obsessed with broccoli but yeah she's so cute she still wears size two diapers she fits in a lot of her 36-month clothes but they're more like stretchy ones I want to go through her closet this week and just like reorganize everything and pull out her neck size up and see like what fits her and what doesn't and get all that stuff washed she's growing we took her to the doctor for her 6-month pointment and she's what almost 16 pounds six fifteen and a half pounds it was like two weeks ago yeah so she's probably about 16 by now yeah she's so fun though she's like getting me so big yes I love to just sit and on the couch and have her just like be climbing on me and like touching my necklaces and yeah she's being so sweet world's best cutest princess girl I think that's about all for what's new with her so happy in the last vlog I had a bunch of comments saying that my unibrow is too much come on yeah what the heck guys we're gonna burn the crap out of the Dan yeah we put the wax in the microwave for two minutes and he thought that he should grab it you should all just like check and see if it's hot then I do his eyebrows really quick I filmed to remind the other day I don't know where you wear what usually I do his at the same time anyways I also made some really good muffins the other day I'll link the recipe down below they were vegan zucchini Oh muffins and I think they're so good so y'all link that recipe for you guys and I believe clogs making that pasta with my face Paradis I don't know if I've walked making what I'm making for dinner tonight but I'll show you guys anyways that's right my smack problems alright let's get this done Aspen normally likes to uh like try and do all of my eyebrows she'll wax up here and down here and over here and in between here all that I like done is just right between here another thing Aspen really likes to miss it the first four poles so it just hurts me she just Yanks on my hairs Paul oh are you kidding me ah look at all the hairs all done here you go there you go guys I don't have a unibrow anymore alright so currently 5:13 what Parkers are wanting to do Oh Dave is go to the car wash oh wait so should we take your we're taking your truck yes we're going to wash my truck no we're gonna take your car to wash my truck I didn't think about my truck hasn't been washed in probably six months I never wash that I probably would wash my car like once or twice here like I just never think about it I need to go wash mine because it looks filthy you want to go in the car you don't like the car wash but it's okay it's okay all right we're back from our mini family field trip but now I'm gonna make dinner Parker actually is gonna make burgers for himself I've got some patties that I don't want to go bad so I'm gonna make them let's see I know I had Asperger's here but it might be kind of old and I've been trying to be really good about making sure we're not wasting any food but I like to eat like fresh oh no oh no I like to eat more like fresh foods like out of the fridge versus our pantry stuff and so I stocked up on stuff but I'm trying to make sure I'm like eating everything and nothing's going to waste basil pasta some olive oil and sun-dried tomatoes this is a really easy pasta it's one of our favorite a hell of fresh recipes so pasta and get back going I'm gonna just chop these up and then saute them in a pan [Music] in the few prayer stars I give you them gone and my all is yours don't is it okay just give me a call just give me you okay so the noodles are cooking and then I have some slivered or not what are these sliced almonds that I'm toasting in here are you helping so good you helping so nice so you playing with some Tupperware there you go I cooked my asparagus it's like getting so dark in here now but I have asparagus in here and then I just chopped up sun-dried tomatoes and then I had the basil ow but the basil went bad so usually I will also chop a basil and add that then you just add a salt pepper red pepper flakes and lemon juice and then a little bit of olive oil if it's too dry that's it it's like seriously the easiest thing ever [Music]
