prevails over the poverty fail over diseases prevail over hardships prevail open marriages prevail over relationships prevail over jobs over employment unplanned employment in the name of jesus amen and amen hallelujah now amen so i want you to understand here the book of revelation and remember this is one of those two on global uh prophetic services but of course the seven church ages very very important so we are looking at the seven church edges knowing exactly that it is in the book of revelation and the problem with the book of revelation is this it is one of those books that people say is so difficult to read let's read the book of revelation and notice it is not called the book of revelations hope you're still here it is called the book of revelation one revelation not revelations one revelation and notice it is not the revelation of john so john is writing someone else's revelation notice what he says here the revelation of jesus christ which god gave unto him right so the office that is revealing the revelation is god's office the father's office giving to the son jesus christ i hope you are still here we are going to be flying in a few minutes but you have to understand the context of the text for you to understand the pretext that will give you the text it is important to understand it now watch this now as i always say if you miss the context you miss the text all right now hear this here this the book here is written and written by john oh are you missing this now and in by this time john has already got in john 1 john 2 john 3 everything is done but now he is touching this book and he starts with one thing he says the revelation and the word revelation there is from the word apocalypses and the word apocalypse is starts with the word apo which means away a way to take away apollo then calypsis means veil so if you're wearing a very awareness ecolopsis now if i put a pole in there you are taking away what you are wearing so the word revelation is the word apocalypse which means to remove the veil so when you read the book of revelation it is already removed the and since the veil is no longer there that means the prophetic is now open to you you no longer need to interpret anything it's already done amen hope you're getting this you know it's not one of those messages i am expecting everyone to be jumping up and down because bible is saying shortly come to us and the words shortly come to pass there we're not talking about something in the future come on so when you read this scripture it means the verses we are about to read we're going to happen in that hour in that season in that time now when you see that you realize that the book of revelation was not written for the future was written for these people who were there at that time notice but while this is being written to that church it was also written for the future it has got prophetic implications for the future that if you keep reading and i will show you in a few minutes or rather in other series where i begin to show you where the bible says these are the things that shall happen here after and these are the things that shall happen in the future two seasons so in other words you can find a picture of the churches here and then you can find a picture of the churches there you're getting this you're getting this in a few minutes in a few minutes you're getting it now come to us and he's sent and signified by his angel unto his seven john notice what does he say hear this hear this and listen carefully he says unto his seventh john if you get to the verse four you realize that there is a capital letters on your bi in your bible especially if you have the king james version he says john that's the word that's that's that verse john verse 1 he says john verse 5 verse 4 he says john verse number nine he says i john he keeps giving them is john it's john it's john why is it so important that we find him saying john first john ii john 3 john he does not concentrate on himself but this book he says i john i john john john john why is he so fixated in trying to say it is me john because he's the last of the living apostles at that time all apostles are dead he's only one and he's in the island of patmos and the church is being persecuted so the church is already thinking john is dead so he's now writing to them and saying look i'm still alive it's really i john wow so of all the books in the bible one book we know it was written by john is the book of revelation he put emphasis it's me john i'm alive please relax i'm still alive please relax i'm still alive remember he's writing this book to the people who are persecuted like you and me people who face troubles like you and me and he's saying i john i'm still alive and i'm about to give you something that god gave me oh oh i know some people are not getting this because some people are just waiting for that prophetic moment trust me the prophetic is as a country you can get there it's just that the the president who is there now is trying to push them into islam a lot but if you walk on the streets you wonder if you're in a muslim country the dressing the book of revelation to ephesus because that was the church he used to pass them so paul started it timoth became a pastor then john became the bishop of asia so john is actually the bishop of all asia including ephesus but controlling it from a from ephesus and no church has ever been like ephesus and john is staying with mary in ephesus the mother of jesus so the grave of john is actually in turkey [Music] some people don't get it so if you want to know where mary died take it if you want to know where paul comes from born in turkey so so when you talking about the country that has got the most size for christianity is techy not even israel are you getting this now some people are getting it some people are getting it now now just imagine oh you know i love my mother so i have to explain this in a certain way just imagine john is with mary in turkey jesus dies in israel but then he visits john in turkey it's more like coming back home [Laughter] now just imagine your mother is is taking unawares is like unpredictable taking you can't predict it you find yourself in a certain location so when he's saying i find myself in the spirit he's not talking about the spirit the spirit is the holy spirit he's talking about the spiritual realm i found myself in the spiritual realm hear this correctly you might get this you might get this i have not studied the seven church changes i'm just giving you the background isn't it important for you to get this yes then you get the whole thing yes now here it is here it is now now so so imagine god says so mightly grew the word of god and prevailed and it is in the book reason in the book of revelation that's the book he's referring to but he says so mightily grew the word of god talking about ephesus that we find in the book of revelation but when we find it god is actually rebuking them so he says i was doing what i was doing in a dimension of the spirit you know you can be in a dimension of the spirit and be taken to another dimension of the spirit then you say i was in the spirit doesn't mean say you were out of the spirit and you got in the spirit we are we are coming to mount zion carlos we are coming to mount zion are you getting this yes sir we are coming to mount zion unto an innumerable number of angels we are come if he says we are come that means we already stay there we are already in the spiritual realm right now but the man is saying i was moved from a certain dimension of the spiritual realm to another dimension oh may god move you dimensions [Applause] you have not heard nothing yet we are still giving you the introduction now and then he says invest number nine and i'm just cutting out these things and i john also your brother and companion watch this in the kingdom and patience of jesus christ this is the worst word you can use for patience and patience this one is the word hupa monet it means endurance come on he's saying i'm here on the mountain you think you're confession when somebody says i see a lump in your body i maintain my conversion what is that hope money it's when soldiers refuse to retreat so he says i i i mean the patience of the lord so you see spouse you know where his activities going i decree and declare to somebody under the image of my voice you will be touching the powers of god knowing exactly what he wants know exactly what angers jehovah then he calls himself the alpha and the omega we know alvin omega is god he claims to be the alpha and omega jesus says i'm the alpha in the omega not like i am the like the alpha and the omega no i am the alpha in the omega amen watch this now watch this what you see write in a book and send it down to the seven churches notice that means the book of revelation is written to the seven churches why do we have it here that's why we know the seven church edges were for that time and for us too okay okay some people are getting it and some people are taking time to get it are you still of the seven churches and the seven candlesticks which thou sowest are the seven churches now you have a problem here right there that you don't know you just created uh so theologically now we have what we call embryonic theology tension in the text in in that in that we have a problem here in this context of the scripture because now we have found angels being written to how does god write letters to angels because the way that appears there is angelos which actually also means the angels the one with wings and the one without wings but they are all messengers the reality is when you read the letters that are written to the churches the angels are being told to tell their churches we know they are churches that angels are over [Music] but this one is not the angel you are thinking of is actually a pastor because we know there is a rebuke in there there is correction in there there is teaching in there and no way in scripture do you find any angel teaching anyone in fact the bible actually says they do not know the scriptures oh right come on amen says angels desire to look into these things but it was never given to them just like it was never given to the prophets so we know the angels that he is speaking to are pastors of churches wow all right that's neither and you understand that if there is any writing it should not be written to an angel an angel just appears before god and is told immediately there's no writing of letters yes all right now so he's talking about churches somebody got it i can see somebody got it somebody got it so he's writing to pastors of churches are you getting this but one thing you missed right there is i told you that when you get to ephesus they'd miss their first love when you go to seminar they have been persecuted when you go to um to pegamos they were really really enforced doctrine theatre they jezebel then when you go to studies they were dead but they were alive and then then when you go to philadelphia small church right oh yeah right there we are already starting you are still flowing very slowly he calls them stars yet he tells us that they were really really messed up even tells them that i will come and snuff this thing out of you but jesus says i'm holding my stars and then he says to the angel to the churches they are my kindle sticks and not only does he scold them candlesticks he is calling them golden candlesticks and why i know it's not candles as you know it uh candles with wax and uh you know no no no no no no why because those ones in from this time to the invention of of those candles is one thousand one hundred years so he was not talking of those scandals he's talking about clay clay clay lamps that kept oily in there and you put a long wax in there or rope in there or small thread in there and then it soaks into the oil so he knows exactly is likening you the life of a christian to a lamp that holds the oil and the oil is the holy ghost now you cause the changes my emphasis emphasis was started by paul so ephesus was so powerful it was the example of the church it was something that everyone wanted to pastor when you are pastors you discuss about churches how big they are how powerful they are and ephesus was the example of the church and god comes in and knocks at ephesus are you still getting what i'm trying to say now now here it is here it is now then then he says in chapter number two of revelation verse number one seven church edges and if you look at it we can we can fit in in the seven church edges we can feel errands we can fit paul we can feel all these all these guys that where the top will see i don't want to mention all of them today i just want you to understand that they are positioning um even right here we have wesley here close here he fits in the seven church edges of this the i'm talking about the people that you see you know of are actually written in the book of revelation and when i go with you through the stages you actually say oh that's that's martin luther that's this one you will see them and when we are finished you will be able to say this is where i am wow now i want you to see that now now are you getting this so this is so important so you know where you have been left you might actually be in the age that is actually wanted by god but guess what your other actions are left in seminar and your other actions are in theatre you're acting like jezebel with ephesus quality but you're still jezebel so you are able to know what type of christian you are after we are done that's why this is so important i have no calling to be a pastor in fact i have no anointing for a pastor one bit that's right pastors are blessed i wish i was a pastor i'm not if you come around me to try and tell me some few things that you can tell a pastor you'll be disappointed you actually live thinking i don't have love you say the love of christ is not in him now pastor i've been given a certain level of patience that i don't have since i'm a prophet i believe in arriving before departing [Applause] are you getting this now you're getting this so so so i understanding this understanding this is so important he says here unto the angel unto the angelus unto the messenger and to the pastor of the church of ephesus remember he was the pastor he is no longer a pastor he's now in captivity so to speak all right now isolation on his own patmos and he's now writing he says i'm writing for the church to the past of the church i left yes i'm writing to you to the church of ephesus and the word church is the word ecclesia and the word ecclesia does not mean the cold ones as we have been told or the gathered ones it is not the word ek and legia it is ek and kaleo amazing most words in the greek are joined two apocalypses apple and calypsos so you can actually cut it in half and it means couple or cut in uh just put a line then b apple calypses if you join them they still sound the same thing but when it comes to ecclesia it's not eck and leger it is ek and kaleo yes sir and the word ek and kaleo are two different ways they called out the chosen code out no it means the chosen is it was used by athenians in that in those days it was a political term where the leader of the government will look for people that are of worth of not in the society to decide policy to decide who will control what the movement of food the movement of water the taxes the whatever and they will look for this group of really really not about people and say you are now the ek kaleo the ecclesia now decide the policies to run the government so when jesus looks for something that is gathering of believers his gathering of christians will be called he calls it with a political term he uses a political term meaning to say jesus is expecting the church not to just sleep or pray in tongues and quote scriptures i'll i'm talking to somebody right now and he is looking for the church to be able to decide policies of government that's why he says we shall we shall we shall we shall led to nations now the church is a borrowing entity we register for the charities commission in london amazing how we
