Hi, guys welcome back to NautiStyles! We're at Dennis and Yachting to show you a unique Superyacht! We are on board of Sea Axis. It's a 125-foot Heesen, it was built in 1986. You can't tell, right? It's since undergone two major refits, so you will never be able to tell how old this boat actually is. Coming up! So we're here in a cockpit. It's got a beautiful dining/sitting for very wide ten. You could fit 10 to 12 if you want to! Pretty nice! What's kind of unique is, it has this separate sitting bench here. Back here! The little bench! Yeah! It's almost like a double row here. Yeah, I like it! Well protected, with a big overhang. Yeah!
It has some beautiful lighting. So I heard that they, in the last refit they changed
pretty much all exterior lighting - all to LED. So no halogen anymore. And we're gonna get to see a lot more of it once we walk through! Awesome! Can we just like every time we are on such a big yacht, can we just talk about... The size of the cleats. It's ridiculous! It's like a chair! Yeah! Yeah! I got our cap stands here. Obviously our oversized cleats to hold the boat in place at the Berth. So Rico got to run around a little and just to see where things are. And it's a complete surprise to me. So you guys get to explore it with me together! Alright, where are we going, captain? Alright so there's a couple of storage compartments here as well. And that must be a door to the engine room? And crew! Escape and crew! Escape door yeah! Okay cool! There's a door, if you want to open it! There's all the firefighting equipment. Not all but some of the firefighting equipment for emergencies. I propose we go forward! Let's go on the starboard side! Yeah. Wheather doors here! Again your favorite massive cleats! Kind of unusual that it's got grab rails here! Yeah but that's pretty cool. So if you look overhead here, all these panels are replaced and it's all LED lighting now. All these little knobs are actually LEDs! Oh wow, that's cool! Oh! Firefighting! It's so tall right!
The whole walks are super tall! Yeah! On this yacht, the foredeck is more like a working area. Yeah it's not so much of a relaxing/hangout area. Because there's so much more relaxing up there! Look at that. We'll get to that in a moment! So yeah
you got your ground tackle here, two massive anchor winches. Just to put it in perspective, if you stay next to it - huge! How about the little bow step here? So cute here! That's a cool spot underway! Does this look like a pole to you again? Well, I guess it is kind of like a stage! Okay!
Okay! Should we look in there? Just storage for dock lines and so on. Okay! Yeah pretty convenient! Alright going AFT. Sounds good! Look at these you guys! The fenders! Just nuts! Yeah! The size of them right! Massive! Crazy! The teak looks fantastic! Yeah, it's in really good shape! Alright, should we go up? One flight. Yes! Lots of toys! One deck up! Lots of toys! Yeah! Lots of toys! So we got two jet skis here, got a fairly good size tender. And yeah. That thing's massive! Yeah, that's like 18 or 20-foot tender the way, it looks. Big! We just heard that normally when they arrive at their destination all the toys get put in the water. And then this could be a nice round-shaped seating. I guess this is a firepit?! This is a firepit exactly! So they do
like a round sitting, firepit and then they do movies here. And then they can put a big screen here and have movie nights outside. Not a bad place to have a movie night! Pretty awesome! Yeah! Also not a bad place to work out! Right! If this was here permanently. Yeah! To do exercising! Right! It's a nice deck here! Fantastic! Alright! Again should we do a nice walk around? Yeah! Bunch of storage here. Storage, cleaning supplies, etc. So going to walk around the Portuguese bridge. Aha - I see the Helm behind me come in. The command bridge there! What a
nice visibility! What do you think? I love it! You would just stand
here in a captain hat huh? Just in the captain hat! Well, it's good - like nobody can see you from your belly button down. Alright! One more! Here's your entertainment deck! What a spot to hang out! This is pretty beautiful! Yeah I love the the bar top! Yeah, it's like an agate! It's really, really, really beautiful! Okay, so we have a jacuzzi! Hot tub! Sun lounge space AFT. On both sides here! Is the bigger one on this site! Really, really nice hangout spot up here! So here we have a drink fridge! Oh, look what's in there! Kalik's! Oh! We gotta point that out! It's our favorite Bahamian Beer! Lots of storage! Yeah! Nice ice maker! Your sink! Yeah, I mean everything
you need for a bar service. And then we got one this side. Two, three,
four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten barstools. That was really important to count, but okay! So sitting for ten. And more... hello... So you can make sure you have enough... Champagne and Kalik. Yes! Beautiful! And then there's this whole sitting area here. Really nice hangout spot. With convertible... Oh, that is brilliant. Convertible backrest! Uh-huh, there we go! So you can sit this way! Look at this view Rico! Oh, that's amazing! That's where I would be! It's shaded, it is a stunning view! Imagine this underway! Oh this got to be incredible you're so high up! Especially like in the warmer regions, like down here in the Caribbean, you're up here you have a really nice breeze! I love it! Fantastic spot! You want to go do the tour and I'll just stay here and you pick me up after the tour. Alright, I'll see you later! But I'm going to need a Kalik! Well, you know where the fridge is! Yeah, that's true! So you guys have seen the exterior! I think it's time to check out the interior! Alright, let's do it! What's here? Storage! Oh, stemware! Stemware! Yeah okay cool! Alright, let's do it! Oh and then just a little technical side note we
have two 20-person liferafts, one on each side. Let's check out the inside! I'm excited to
get into the air condition! Welcome! This is beautiful! So right away we have a little bar station here. So little! Drink fridge here! Is that a wine cooler? Yes, it is! Wine Cooler here, ice maker, storage, and all the stemware and stuff. Perfect bar set up for the saloon area. And for the AFT table as well. Correct! And then you have two bars so one up there, one here! I like the interior
choices and boat looks very modern but still very warm and comfortable. You definitely can't tell the age. They did a great job! So all the couches look like they're movable. Yeah! Which is nice, so you can kind of reconfigure if you really wanted to. And there's storage behind all of these couches, right? All around there as well! It leads us into a dining area! Formal interior dining! Yeah, this boat obviously has a full-time crew! So everything is set up and beautifully ready! Look at these napkin folds, those are cool very cool! Yeah! I really, really like the floor here. It's kind of nice how it just completely changes right?! It goes from the carpet to into a natural stone and then into the wood. Into the teak yeah! Into the teak! Really nice! Okay! So we got the seating for 10. Nice art piece! Yeah! You know, you are going to count the chairs around?! So all of this here is storage! You guys! All of this as well! And storage all on the outboard sides as well. And then it takes us into the galley! Which is a working galley for the crew! Sneak peek into the galley? Sneak peek! So it's obviously set up, that it has a crew and it's got a big five burner stove. There's a full-size fridge right there. All commercial grade. Yeah, all commercial grade! All the appliances and everything! Right here as well. Yeah, it's like a chef's kitchen! Yeah, there's a, there are double sinks here, and yeah plenty of... looks like a double oven double! Double oven! Microwave oven! Yeah! Yeah, I mean everything you need! And then what we're going to check out later... this way are the crew quarters! Later! Later! Alright! Going this way? Yep! Back out! So what's really neat is, when you are sitting here dining you almost can't tell there's anything behind there. The windows are beautiful! Right? I love them! Yeah! They're really, really large for the age of the boat. Fantastic. Pretty incredible how big the windows are! Now let's go
back here and start checking out the cabins. That looks really nice! I know! Okay, we'll get to that! This way? Yes! Okay! So we got a... Oh, I see. So we're AFT. AFT on the starboard side! Yes, that's right! Oh, this is so pretty! This is a guest cabin - double with an ensuite! Very nice! It's like a little separate guest cabin!
Kind of cool right! Completely separate! Completely separate from everybody!
Pretty nice! They really took some time, to put as much storage as possible! And it also has a yes Pullman's Berth. Pullman's Berth! So this could be perfect overflow or kid's cabin for example. I don't know if kids next to the bar is such a good idea, but hey! Well, maybe that is the great idea! What are... You guys gonna play we're gonna hang out! What do we got behind there? So this is a pretty big closet! Good-sized hanging locker! And then you guys this is 125-footer, I'm not going to open all the cabinets. That's nuts! But all of that is cabinets. There are drawers underneath the beds! There's a drawer! More cabinets! All like, they've used every inch of space for storage. Which is pretty amazing! Alright! Okay! And then we go into the ensuite! Ensuite! It's really nice Rico! It's beautiful! You really would not be able to tell this boat was originally built in the 80s. Yeah, cute little medicine cabinet here. Shower! Shower! Oh, that looks big! There's a built-in head rain shower! And you still have your handle shower as well or whatever it's called! I'm digging this solution of the floor that they did that
summer's carpet and they just kind of has that has that nice modern break. Rico is rushing me! I'm not rushing, we have a lot more to see! What's here? I'm all about behind the
hidden doors on the superyachts you guys! Storage! What the heck is this? Lots of storage! You wouldn't expect it, because all the way in there! Yeah, there's storage everywhere! Okay! Okay, let's go! So can I go forward now? Yes! Okay! And let's go down the stairs! Probably need a map to move around here! Look you guys, they've really, really utilized... just every nook and cranny! My storage eyes are overwhelmed! Okay! Okay which way do you want me to go? Whichever way you like to! Now I'm confused! So we are on the starboard side midship? Starboard side midship! Okay! Another really comfortable large guest cabin! That's a bed as well Oh, that is so cool! Okay, this is also a Pullman's Berth. What's really cool about it is, that if it's just two of you and you want to have like a little couch basically you can also do that! Yeah! Can we put it down to see how it looks? I think so! You push! Maybe push that to the wall and then... Check this out! Even if you don't use it as a bunk. Yeah, you can absolutely like you said, use it as a little day couch! Yeah!
It's so cool to have it! Really cool! Love it! Okay, and it's super easy. Great solution! To put it up. You just gotta push! Click! And it locks in. Nice! Storage! Storage! Storage! Wow! Obviously got our TV. Have a big hanging locker. Yeah! A little makeup station or desk area! It's really pretty! Like all the shades are here. Portholes! You can't see them! How is the ensuite looking? Oh, it's even bigger than the other one! Yeah, it's great! That's a massive sink. A big sink and a big shower! The shower is really big as well! You wanna go in there? Not really! I'm in the shower again! Okay! What kind of husband would I be, if I wouldn't get you in, to go into shower? Would not be a nice video I guess! I really like the, what's it called? I like the natural stone on the walls in the shower as well! Oh, it's granite! Granite! Rainshower again! Nice guest cabin! Alright! So many more to see! Let's go! Let's keep checking! Pick up the paste! Okay let's count so we had the AFT one. We just were in the second one. This is the third one. Third guest cabin to port. That is a king-sized bed. I think you're on to something about that cabin being a kid's cabin, because the other cabin we just looked at also had a working desk, which was nice. So this one does as well. So it kind of has that maybe a adult feel going on, that this is more of an adult area. A work station! There's a hanging locker here as well. Tons of storage everywhere else around. There's drawers. I like that red accent wall!
Looks really cool! Look at this! There's more! Yeah! More storage. And the ensuite. I mean... Ensuite. It's about the same as the last cabin. Looks very similar like the other side. Yeah very nice! Basically... Plenty roomy! A couple's cabin, instead of a double! Again rainshower, all-natural stone, fantastic! Keep going! Keep going! Alright! That was number three! So that was portside! Portside going forward! And now we keep going forward! This is a full beam VIP! Right? Wow! I take that as a master!
It's beautiful! Look at all this space! This is a proper working desk area! Super nice! The woodwork is beautiful! I really like the wood! I'm pretty sure that was part of the... Refit. The yeah the big refit in 2010 or you know they had another one in 2017, which was more mechanical I guess. So yeah, I would think 2010 that's when they did all this. The wood looks gorgeous! So there's access here. Storage underneath. And well, where do I go? Over here! Okay! We got a built-in TV. And then panning further over lots of storage! There's a Setee here and storage up here. Beautiful sitting area or getting ready area! Look at all this! Deep, deep storage, goes all the way in there! Okay and if that's not enough obviously, there is a full-size... oh wow... walk-in closet! Walk-in closet! Oh, this is big! Lots of shelves. You can spend a few weeks here, for sure -no problem! Full-size mirror! A massive amount of hanging space. I can live in this stateroom. It's gorgeous!
Very cool! Gorgeous! Check out the ensuite! Okay! Okay, it's about the same size a little different layout. They put the head on the pedestal. Storage as well. A lot of storage! Storage! Really pretty! A bigger shower! Yep! This one is definitely bigger! This is a two-person shower! That's a two-person shower! Correct yeah! Really nice! Yeah - the granite is pretty. The granite is always timeless. I agree!

Look at these windows! Really bright! The windows are stunning! Being in here you cannot tell how old this boat is at all! It looks so modern and so updated! All the interior choices are completely timeless! Yep! Got that kind of a clean Scandinavian feel! Right! Really pretty timeless colors! The wood is really nice quality as well! Okay, storage! Okay! Oh! Oh! I did not expect that! Hello! If you cannot come if the closet. Wait! If you cannot come to the closet - the closet could come to you! What an interesting way of doing that! That is brilliant! Going on the list! Kind of cool! That is really cool! I like the little compartments! Yeah! It's so neat! So now I know what's on the other side! Do you think it's the same? I mean I've been on a lot of older boats. This was built in the 80s and the engine room looks phenomenal! Very clean, very organized, really like it! And I'm really happy to see this here - two V16 Diesel from Deutz! These engines are made in my original hometown - in Cologne, Germany! No way! Yep! Really! Yeah! Have you ever seen them on any other boat? No, I have not! That's the first time I've seen Deutz Engines on a boat before. That's really fun! Yeah so two massive generators, Northern Lights Generators. There's one there. We got another one there! Lots of pumps and valves! All the hydraulic fuel system, water system, our big exhausts, on either side. That's our fire pump right here. Another little work station! We have the membranes over there for the watermakers. Looking like two more watermakers here! Yeah! Two watermaker systems! I mean everything is commercial grade on this boat! Just look at these transmissions! Well they
did mention, that in 2017 it underwent some, some like serious mechanical refit! Yeah! So a lot of things were updated and changed and serviced! And you know, it looks like it's in a very good shape! Yeah I mean this crew for sure, takes care of the boat very well! Everything shows extremely well! Yeah, it looks really good! Satisfied with the engine room? Satisfied!
