#49 Allis chalmers 190 and bushhog mud recovery

will i got her stuck so well a little below rim so about a foot and a half so uh try to figure out this out i think what i'm gonna do is get my truck put the winch in the receiver and hook up to the tree up here i mean this is really soft i'm not sure if i want to drive my truck either but it gets more solid out here so i got enough winch cable on this remote wireless so i should be able to be on the tractor and winch at the same time yeah this is pretty solid right here so i can get the truck right here i'll have to come in this way so make the walk of shame up to the house and grab the truck and this is the moment to see if i get the truck stuck too you at least know i need to stay to the right stay out of the real swamp [Music] she's wet if i didn't have these km2s on these mud tires yeah i would have been stuck too man look at that that's at least a foot deep right there those tires i love them all right so plan is to wire up the winch to the battery chain the truck to the tree cable to the front axle and put it in first and just kind of creep as i winch myself with the wireless remote if anything i can back up a little bit if i need more cable but should be enough we'll find out okay so if you haven't seen the winch video i did moving a shed show you the setup for the winch so right now i got chain to the tree so it doesn't pull the truck towards the tractor i have this uh jumper cable set up with a quick release back here on the winch which keeps this nice and tidy so whenever you're moving it around you don't have you know five feet of cable to mess with so so two inch receiver 13 000 pound cradle the badlands 12 000 pound winch from badlands or from harbor freight and then i think this is a 60 foot for the cable and then a 20 foot chain in half so that's another 10 foot plus the 5 feet here so about 75 feet out so i'm gonna hop up in here and see if this will pull it out if not i'll go get some heavy equipment so it's just digging i need to reset the uh cable that is nice thought it was dry enough but obviously not i gotta pay attention i should have stopped beforehand we need to get this straightened back out we'll go get a screwdriver okay i got this reset so it's nice and even not bunched up on one side get back on here and try to creep it out [Applause] i i figured by now i'd be able to creep out but doesn't seem to be the case but surely uh pretty sure i was hitting hitch but what caused it is i hit this log and that kind of caught the bush hog and from there it tires just dug in and sank down but i miss foot and a half or so [Music] you can see it's just taking that and windrowing it in the middle it's that bad looks like i might be able to drive it out from here [Applause] all right got it [Applause] cool that was uh that's pretty nasty so i think i figured out my limit of course next time i come in here i'll see this and uh i'll just stay on this side pretty nasty but normally this whole area that's not bush hogged is normally a swamp area but it's really dry out here right now so the tractor can at least get through here uh if i go get a skid loader on tracks and try to kind of fill these ruts back up so yeah that's what i got going on today go ahead and unhook this and i'm going to keep the truck there and this back here and i'm going to keep bush hogging at least bush hog a path so the truck doesn't have to go through all this tall weeds and do uh kentucky pinstriping so yeah if you guys want more videos subscribe i'll probably end up using the winch a lot more on other stuff so peace [Music] [Music] you
