Here are stories of four young people who got plastic surgery. California teen Elise Chaddock was starting her sophomore year of high school and wasn't looking forward to it. She said she'd been bothered by bullies because of her nose. A lot of people call me shark, toucan, big nose, hammerhead shark to be specific. Elise said she'd been dealing with the name calling for several years. It's just like I wanna hide or I just wanna put my head down. It had become an unbearable distraction for her. I see a bump on my nose. And I see a bludge here. Her mother Lori said Elise's mood was growing worse. She was crying and sobbing, and I just said, it just killed me inside. The family decided to contact plastic surgeon Michael Niccole of the Magic Mirror Foundation. Dr. Niccole agreed to preform cosmetic surgery on Elise free of charge. These kids are constantly being teased. And you wanna do something for them. When it came time for the procedure, Elise was in high spirits. Super, super excited and kinda nervous. Her mom gave her a kiss and then it was off to surgery. Dr. Niccole began by giving Elise a chin implant. Then he worked on her nose. He straightened the bridge and made the tip of the nose more delicate. It took just over two hours to preform. And here's the big reveal. Okay, let's see what the magic mirror did for ya. Oh my gosh. Thank you.
Polished. Here's Elise's before. And here she is after the surgery. The teen loved the results and began the school year on a positive note. I see such a dramatic change in her. She's just a much happier girl. I feel super confident, and I feel comfortable in my own skin. And this mother and daughter decided to get plastic surgery together. 19 year old Bryson broke her nose playing softball. It's broken, so I want her to be able to breathe. Mom Pamela wanted fuller breasts. After breastfeeding three children, I just can't get the lift. They both want to trim down in some other areas as well, so the pair decided to take action. You ready? We're having mother/daughter plastic surgery. Bryson and Pamela visited a plastic surgeon in San Antonio. We're gonna get this here so she can get rid of this. The doctor starts by marking Pamela's tummy for lipo. Right there?
Right there. Then he does the same for her daughter. He also marks her nose. She wants a nice ski slope; she wants it a little bit like this. Then they discuss Pamela's breast implants. Can I get mine done, mom? Absolutely not. Mom's up first in the OR. Her husband and daughter watch nearby. I love you, Mitch; I love you, Bryson. This is awesome. Yeah, it's awesome.
It is awesome. When Pamela is done, she's wheeled into recovery as Bryson goes up next. The doctor works on her nose. Then after some lipo and ab sculpting, mother and daughter head home. About a month later, they're out getting wardrobe upgrades. I love it. The pair are pleased with the outcome. That's nice. We had a mommy/daughter makeover, and we look and feel great. Arandeni Valencia wanted a change before she started college. I don't feel confident. The California teen wished to change her breast cup size. One of the things that I hate about being flat chested is when I wear little dresses like this. I just wish I had cleavage. For years, Arandeni says she's been asking her mom Monica for breast implants. Mom finally relented. Now when I kept bringing it up more and I explained to her why, she was more on board. Hi. Plastic surgeon Dr. Burr von Maur met with the teen and her mom to discuss her options. As long as she understands everything and everything's explained to her, it's totally safe. I prefer them to be 18 years old or older. On surgery day, Arandeni was excited. I'm gonna be like a brand new person as soon as I walk out. A kiss from mom and she's off to the OR. The procedure takes an hour. Amazing. And a month later, it's clothes shopping time. You look beautiful. Thank you. Arandeni said she was now looking forward to college. I feel really good, really happy. And here's a story of an almost teen. When Logan Hanna was 12, he didn't like his ears. He was picked on at school and called cruel names. I get bullied a lot. The Texas sixth grader even grew his hair long to try to cover his ears. So Logan and his parents visited a Dallas plastic surgeon who specialized in otoplasty. It's a procedure that pins back the ears. After a hug from his parents, Logan is ready to go. It takes two hours under general anesthesia. Hey, Logan.
Hi. A week later the doctor removes the bandages. Here's the before and the after. I look good. This is InsideEdition.com.
