Dogs Who Saved Themselves From Scary Situations

these dogs save themselves from scary situations it was supposed to be a quiet boat ride on Lake Michigan in 2016 for Christian Cassis and her husband Ed and their dog Riley but pleasure quickly turned to panic it started with electrical problems on the boat that needed the couple's attention that problem was quickly resolved but their next problem wouldn't be so quick to fix Riley was missing so it took us less than 90 seconds to search the entire boat you know the bow everywhere and that Panic escalated into Terror because the only answer at that point was that she had fallen off the boat they put out a Mayday call enlisting the help of anyone willing to search they searched for four hours before running down the engines of their boat so all they could do was wait and when you think about you know okay it's two hours I know she can swim two hours it's three hours I'm not feeling great about three hours they got promising news when a boater claimed to have scooped the dog out of the water and dropped it off at a nearby Beach they continued to search but their big break came the next day when someone said they spotted a dog that looked like Riley in the woods about an hour away squeaked the ball you know block 10 more steps sweep the ball a second time I heard something behind me [Music] and I turned in it was her in 2022 a home went up in flames and a beloved member of the family was trapped inside for his life Charlie jumped but wasn't unscathed roll them off roll them up oh he's burnt up watch out watch out oh my gosh the hose won't get any closer hi Bobby how you doing buddy he's got an amazing thing for oxygen right now oh you suffered some burns on the back the stump family's house in Fleetwood Pennsylvania was destroyed but they still had Charlie by show of hands how many of you are going to spoil Charlie for the rest of his life [Laughter] [Music] in 2021 a runaway dog came home and to make sure owners knew she was there she rang the doorbell to get in we were dying laughing Roger went away after being spooked by early Fourth of July fireworks she's gotten now and we and we her run down within like five ten minutes but this time eight long hours went by and still no Raja then in the middle of the night came a doorbell ring surprising Mary Lynn and Ryan washak I heard the doorbell ring and uh I just look outside and I thought someone had maybe brought back our dog Raja cleverly used her nose to ring the doorbell and was home sweet home for Inside Edition digital I'm Andrea swindle
