all right what's going on you two here at the range with my nephew Aiden say hey we are going to shoot the thirty-aught-six rounds I loaded the 50 of them I got targets downrange and we got all 50 that's terrible 5050 right there yeah there we go all 50 right there and we are going to shoot five at a time and let it rest I'll go ahead and send a few off down to range live but I don't think you guys gonna want to see me shoot I don't know maybe you will I guess I can leave it running and I can always edit out or whatever but yeah um here we go what do you think Aiden yeah [Music] alright looks like so far there's two shots shooting pretty low we're at 100 yards [Music] not a bad grouping but pretty little which of course the guns not there do that [Applause] alright doesn't look like too bad I have a group we're gonna go ahead and walk down and take a look at it right so first off I'm liking how it shooting so far shooting a little low but that's okay you know obviously we all zero it to it but uh yeah this is all that's all about so this is my range here and there's our targets down there probably won't go look every every five rounds but might as well for this these first and then I'll hand up showing you guys the targets afterwards all right so what are you thinking yeah you like it you having fun since I took him for his first time shooting eight years old for his birthday so I did a little bit of shooting before that so already let's see here okay it's not terrible really low but like I said that's a zero it obviously at the very bottom of the increment we're at forty three point three and then we've got a forty three point eight look at forty three point three forty four point eight forty five point three and so on and so on and so on and so on and then there's my tenth target so already I'm gonna go ahead and shoot the rest of ten of these arrests of these nine targets the rest of forty five rounds and then yeah I'll get back on and we will see what we got Oh alrighty well I'm back from the range didn't have very good results I have to say I definitely learned that I need to let my barrel cool I think maybe and it may just be a product that just not really grouping that well and this this low of velocity with the powder so far yet so but as we get up maybe in the higher velocity might see some better grouping also I think I'm gonna keep it to three to four shots per group not five boy fifty rounds of 30.6 does a number your shoulder - oh there's that but that being said let's get into the targets and show you guys what I had I'm not like horrible at his plant it's a hundred yards it all bench rested I I don't know just they did not group like I hoped so Jesus let's see the best way to do this thang probably it's gonna be to show you guys like this okay so 100 yards really low powder forty three point three grains two point two eight group size not very good but wait it gets worse at forty three point eight grains we went to a four point zero nine oh one group size which yeah I don't like this I would have been okay with right here but my fourth and fifth shot I'm wondering if this was from my my barrel drooping at all so that's why I'm thinking maybe keeping it to three three shot groups maybe if you guys get any advice you know hit me up let me know down below alright so here we go we've got forty four point three grains and it's H 4350 is the gram using group size is three point eight three to five so like you once again these three even this one not too bad this one kind of got scattered out there this would have been like an OK group okay then here we tightened up a little bit so we're at forty four point eight grains this one I think I might retest so my first two shots this is my third shot my fourth and fifth that was one point eight oh nine which this is a really heavy bullet 208 grain bullet guns one in 110 twist these bullets should be shooting pretty well it could just be that the velocities pretty low because the powder charge is still really low um here we go we got these ones here this isn't too bad I'm going to retry this with this powder load I think too and that's a one point nine eight eight five which group so under two inches this by far is my favorite and what grouping we got my first three shots right here fourth and fifth and this is a one point eight eight to zero so I will definitely be redoing this this one after I get up and do my rest of my my my pre preliminary loads to the to the basically to the max load this was 45.8 okay so here it opens up again at forty six point three we've got just kind of there there there there there a three point two six one not fan here I'm really not a fan I don't know if this was the barrels too hot or what but this is this is just not good here this is this is bad this is five point one three six zero group look at that not liking okay so this one yeah not too bad I still really don't like it I mean still it's a three inch group here they're three point one three one oh and then on my last five shots um they didn't have somehow I miscounted my targets and so I only had nine either one so I used the cardboard which worked out good this isn't too bad this I I think I would like to do the group size is just over a two inch group it's two point zero zero three zero so I mean you're basically talking a two inch group right with forty seven point three grains so this one's not too bad so I got three that I'm okay with um that I could I could definitely live with but I mean that I was not impressed that was two hours of shooting I may I think five rounds probably was too much if rata need to cut it down to three to four per and the barrel part was just too hot I think that I mean that I gotta think had to contribute some of it with their I didn't have no wind good day but seventy degrees out not humid so yeah I don't know um so brass my brass look excellent brass looked great excuse the phone call there um there's my starting primer looked really really good no cracking or anything like that on the neck and then my last one primer looks good no drag marks maybe a little ring from the extractor but that's fine and next look good brass looks good so that's the brass happy with how the brass turn oh so that's good so I think I'm going to load three three rounds and see how the three shoot next ones I'm going to do is it's forty eight point three and then three rounds per I'm going to keep going in point five increments so forty three point three forty four point eight forty nine point three forty nine point eight fifty point three and 58.8 fifty-one or fifty point eight fifty one point three fifty one point eight fifty two point five that's my max load then I'm gonna go with hornish shows their max load at fifty two point nine if I'm just not seeing results I might bump it up a little bit you know try to get there but otherwise I know you can see your hit their Sun highlighted in pink and so we'll see maybe I gotta try some different powder maybe my gun just doesn't like these bullets it could be that too so we'll see um anyways guys um like subscribe share I'm having fun doing this and I will catch you guys on the next time
