$28 Vs. $3000 Suit

I feel like my name is Bugsy it looks a little fluffy and real it wasn't inclusive and therefore we this week we're trying out sue not the Megan Marco TV show how do you feel about suit I love so you do this is the one thing in plus-size fashion that we can consistently find plus-sized retailers out there have some good suits they're all expensive but they're all worth it what do you usually wear under a seat lingerie or something that's totally the opposite of what I'm wearing they're fashionable but presentable like you can wear them to events to panels and still look fashionable and not look all stuffy I think things would really like go a long way growing up I always was like oh suits are just for work we had like just like shoulder pads as well I own zero suits I have some Blazers but I think I'm struggled with finding a suit for me that's flattering on top as well as on the bottom I really want like a bold like printed one that like makes a statement cause if I'm gonna buy a suit I don't want like a boring yeah office suit you wear like a turtleneck under it and it's like classy or you wear nothing and just button it exactly oh yeah I don't have any suits either I've never thought of cool enough to pull off there like a fashionable suit but I would like to change that yeah they tried one on on this show oh you free no honestly the first time I'd really worn a suit that was such a good sell yeah I kind of want to try it like a shorts oh you would a tort suit yeah very few Oh kind of agony it says you have a million it's easy to put a plus sized person unlike a regular sue so I am looking for similar to Nino bold something trendy something fashionable if it's a little bit oversized that would be cute we're gonna try to find the cheap versions of our suit ideas online and some of us are more excited on another it's like just to find cheap suit it's like an oxen yeah they're like you spend money on them for a reason I feel like it's gonna have to be a lot of things they're in the sale rather than already being cheap yeah I also think like you know our expectations of cheap have to be like I don't think we're gonna find $9 I'm actually gonna try and find a secondhand suit that's from like a thrifted place since I am straight size too can pretty much shop anywhere might as well use it to my advantage and show what other options out there environmentally I would like to try and reduce my footprint a little bit so this is it so after we find our cheap option online we're gonna bring in a stylist and she is going to show us the Immaculate expensive suits we want let's go online let's go shop all right I'm gonna start on Poshmark because it's my favorite question that really seems to be the best option for like cool contemporary clothes these are all the suits that I own I have 10 suits I wouldn't be surprised if there was at least one to two more elsewhere these prices are really not looking what I'm trying to say oh this one might not be horrible I really like the pattern although if I'm being honest I don't love this part of it I just wanted to be a normal suit I think first up this not bad this is pretty cheap it's cute it looks like it might be this drawstring but you know obsessed with this is a suit on ASOS right $72 for the Blazer anyways I came to ASOS to hopefully look in the outlet section I'm gonna check out fashion Nova right now because I feel like they have a lot of suit type things there's suits for sure a little pricier than the last one I saw but they're not really what I'm looking for and want something with the print this is pretty cute and unique it is a size 4 I have a 6 I don't know how to fit me he's a good price though I really ever sit like this I can't get that oh no I already have this suit to show me a prince okay look at that one yeah what the I don't wanna listen she looks lovely that is not for me though it is super cute but it's only five dollars there's any one picture some good news on some bad news I found a cute soup jacket $20 which is unheard of but they're out of my size so I think I'm just gonna have to get a different size and like deal with it and I think it's worth it because this exactly follows what I want not this little looks at the houndstooth blazer and pants set it's like fine I really like this I can't tell what fabric it is could be like linen but it's oversized and it's classy and I really like the buttons stay 5 and it's free people so it's worth a lot more okay I'm gonna make it I'll focus it something you can do on this side which is an awesome thing use this 229 really try it out and I'll get a response let's see so the good thing is they have my pant size which i think is probably the hardest to find so I think I could probably like deal with the jacket being a little bit smaller hopefully there's no written reviews it's got a 5 star 3 star 1 star pretty evenly they accepted my offer for the suit 29 bucks I think that's pretty good for a two-piece suit even though they're shorts and they're shorter so that's fabric I'm pretty excited the paper 1350 so altogether this suit is about 34 bucks that's really really good for a suit I wonder if this is like stretchy actually this could be an option I think I've made my decision so I'm excited to order it and then try it on I really love how bright and light now we all went heller this is my free people so I knew it was like good quality I get it now yeah yeah I'm a model it looked really cool and like flowy and breezy and she was standing by subway in New York it looks a little fluffy in real I know but it's like a relaxed it was amazingly bold I love it yeah I was like how the hell am I gonna find a cheap suit in my side yeah but here we are it was $33 yeah that's really good amazing yeah shoes two pieces of clothing yeah and they're like nice quality too so I hope it fits how about you Louis I love it listen is is so cute I have always wanted a floral suit yes I know they like became super in like a couple years ago but I never hopped on it really love the color it's a very light kind of stretchy material so it's nice in that I know it'll fit I don't know I just don't really like thick materials I feel constricted maybe a little worried like you that made me doesn't have enough structure but the print is so cool I'm willing to they give it a shot I try it yes go try it on go be a little mustard yes oh okay this is cute I love that color for you you really work this car and I know how like relax this law yeah I really like the jacket a lot unfortunately the shorts are a little big I wish that they were like tighter and higher up if it you know was taken in yeah I think this is a really good suit for yeah yeah I think if your style is like more fun like you were like colors and that really fits with that and so like when I picture you in a suit it is a suit like this I'm also excited for you to just have this jacket because you can wear this with like your own shorts you can wear this with like high-waisted jeans like you can wear this on so many ways yeah I literally don't have any Blazers I think I find it hard to know how to wear them but now I have one I will like figure it out yeah it's also so nice that this is your first place or cuz Blazers usually are so boxy and like this you could like completely put this outfit on with jeans and it'll still kind of be relaxed I also really did like the shorts and so I realized they're too big it's a longer process to find what I won secondhand there's like one day it can be completely different from another day it's like stores that sell the same things all the time every single day people are putting up new stuff so I think going forward I would have to like spend multiple days looking rather than just like one day I hope you nail it I really like this food yeah like it's light I love a light material so it really works for me I think the prints amazing I think it fits pretty well yeah so like yeah the pants are you know the elasticized waist and everything so that makes it easier to fit obviously I think they also sit nicely because I think I was a little worried that it would either be like way to skin tight cuz it's like stretchy material or I size it up too much and it would be just like loose this is like a really great option I think especially if you like don't have any suits I feel like it's a good low-cost way to test the waters I do love also where the pants are hitting you because like you're wearing it with heels I know it's not your vibe but you could wear it with tennis shoes I could hold my leg of that this is so precarious they hit me in a decent place which is amazing as a short person yeah this almost never happened usually I'm like stepping on them good suit I got to see my pink lady see yeah yeah yeah I was a little worried about all this mixed print just not knowing how it would look on pants and a blazer yeah it looks good it does I agree the only thing I do not like is I feel like these pants hit a little too high that's it obviously like me and my body thing and I love the weave styled it with kid bralette like that's like how it's meant to be worn yeah Isis has like amazing sales it seems because you seem to always get like really good bargains I know as a plus-sized person ASOS fits me like this so that's the place where I go first and foremost just because I shop there so much can I see the back oh yeah so great yeah it does I also don't feel like this is for something specific I feel like this is very open to a lot of things a year-round food we taste the suit yeah this is gonna be hard for Taylor yeah I'm a little nervous for her but I guess let's meet her and see where I've been like we did really good because it's nice to be able to find something affordable yeah it was we're then feel good in it so tell you about some obviously expensive options so the service yours Chloe's clue it is a suit with a short fabric is amazing I don't know what it says but I really like it it's assasin it's a satin actually money the contrasting colors super fun I think it's an easy suit to like wear out you can wear the Blazer by itself you know wear the shorts in case we try it oh Y are you ready are you ready mo come out okay I can't move very much what do you think I like it I don't so yeah the fabric is amazing it feels so nice even though it's fitted it feels really like loose and like this dumpy the one thing I'm not in love with is it makes me feel a little bit like a ringmaster but I do really really like it and I love the shorts the shorts are so cute and they're like high-waisted I love that they're back same color yeah I love the two times and it's also unique enough that like you can pull off the Blazer wear the shore think if it were in a different color you'd probably like over the moon with it but it fits you really nicely we're gonna move on to Nina yeah you have a suit from Prentice cooler Wow fancy and rich yes and it is two thousand nine hundred and eighty dollars for the two why it's like business fashion I'm very intrigued to see what this will look like on me yeah yeah Powell woman I am gonna be a Power woman go try your power suit on I feel like my name is Bugsy and I a mobster she's in the Prohibition era delivering a shine to the basement I do like the stripy print I think what's a little bit tough for me right now is the fit it's a little too big but also a little too small in certain areas feels like the jackets like pretty long and it's kind of oversized okay fine that's the look but it doesn't close all the way on me I love the waist area of the pants it's very cool with the bell and the for loop I'm pretty small in like stature I'm getting like a little bit overwhelmed by it yeah it is just like a lot it needs to be a shorter jacket or tighter pants I feel like it's just a book most of the time you're gonna have to tailor something to your body it's a thicker fabric it doesn't have much stretch to it so not to like defend it exactly but also to give you kind of a reason as to why it's fitting you the way it is I say all the time I prefer lighter fabrics this one feels thick enough where it's structured and feels expensive but is not like constricting or like too heavy why is this suit $2,000 it's made in Italy the fabrics from Italy so it's gonna be a little bit more pricey because of that as well molto bene yeah exactly that's all the Italian all right I think it's Jasmine's time okay so before we get to your option we did have a little bit of a wardrobe but here shifting yeah time together here's the deal here's the sitch here's what happened yesterday Taylor came showed me a suit option I was like wow this is cute she showed it to me and I was like that's not gonna fit me this has no stretch was nothing nothing it was my size the pants wouldn't even go like over Maya we had to get a different last-minute suit kind of sucks because that suit was like $1,000 it wasn't inclusive and therefore we will not put so Tonya Taylor now has an extended size range which is awesome but we couldn't get a size bigger than that it'll link went to a 22 and so unfortunately we couldn't even size up if we wanted obviously it's not fitting true to size so what do you know I have a backup it's not the price point that I wanted for you but it's really cute still okay okay so it's Lauren by Ralph Lauren it looks like it's gonna fit me way more than the other suit yeah this one does have some stretch it's three hundred and thirty dollars for the full suit it's so expensive so expensive absolutely that's definitely a mid-range price yeah but it's not the thousand dollar price point we were hoping to try on for the fun of it so yeah you got it like this on you Express I feel so ritzy you do great yeah yeah it fits you so well honestly is very comfortable I feel like I can move a lot I liked the crops yeah yeah I do feel like this is slightly more mature than my style it fits with my style but I feel like maybe this is like in 15 years where I would be yeah I would just need to be like looking down at my watch and being like wow or like representing someone can we see the back it's nice I didn't expect this plans to be so form-fitting but I like that yeah I know just wish I had color I think that we really like it pose a purple what's hard about this print as I feel like for people who don't step out a lot right this might be a print for me I wear being every print there right and that's why we mix the prints to give me more yeah all right well I think we've said all we need to say yes only thing left is wish to be like better yeah more expensive this is a very lovely suit and it definitely does feel expensive but I have to go with my cheap suit I love this suit one of the best fits I've ever had my other suit was really really good so I think we're gonna have to go with the cheap version this one I like it but I don't know where I would wear it I'm going to have to go with my teeth one it's just no one's more versatile I think it's a cheap sweep today it is
