I Tried Alternative Wedding Dresses For My Elopement

I want you in a cowboy hat with a veil I'm just gonna say this is such a cute outfit yeah yeah maybe not for the wedding not for your wedding goodbye oh I like this this is like perfect really now why people cry in these bridal fittings have been getting like thank you guys for coming yeah so when I got engaged I think one of the first things I realized was I didn't want to go like the traditional route for a wedding I'm such a private person when it comes to my relationship getting in front of like all of my friends and family and having to say my vows we just meet way too much anxiety okay all right I feel like I just want it to be able to say it's my fiancee know that the relationship is just like the two of us and it kind of like sparked in me this whole idea like why should I do traditional anything why not make my wedding look as personalized it can be kind of like having our special day and also having me look the way that I actually want to look instead of just like falling traditions just because their traditions so today we're gonna try on a couple of non-conventional alternative wedding looks blend together also I went like wedding-dress shopping and I can tell you it is nothing but like a sea of white you don't feel like there's any personal style in there and like no hate like for anyone who wants to get married and white but I tried on dresses I was like I don't know if this feels like me exactly so it's kind of nice to see like what else is out there also today we're gonna be playing a fun little game oh I love games so today when I'm trying on all the different looks they're all from Rent the Runway and you'll be guessing how much money I'm saving with renting versus actually buying the dress I love to spin Lois confident now okay yeah let's see the lux highway I wasn't expecting that wait oh holy crap it's pretty yeah oh my god it's so cute though right what do you think about it when I first saw the color I was like yes color and also kind of reminded me a little bit like Oh something borrowed something blue they're like blu-ray it's borrowed cuz it's rented I like don't dislike the bow situation that's happening on your bosom all that to be bigger I commit yeah yeah you must commit to the bow bosom is this something you could wear to a fancy wedding or would you like be the bride and this because you could definitely I could see like both happening depending on the like situation yeah you could definitely wear this to a wedding just how it is this is freaking cute but I feel like to me like imagining how I'm getting married we're we're essentially like eloping if I'm the only person there and like this is the dress yes a like I would feel like this is special enough and it's different enough and it has enough personal style and kind of like almost like character around alright so the retail price of this is 895 okay now you will have to guess what the rent price is I'm vibing with 200 I don't know why I just feel it in my bones in my bones and I feel 129 Wow very specific I'm gonna guess 275 the rental price is 150 going over thank you yes next dress please oh wait oh I love that I think this is so this is this is right a little dance adorable she just said that like she was your mother I honestly if I saw like pictures posted of you on your wedding day I would not like think twice about this a red blip oh it's so unexpected I kind of love that like little bit of wow factor cuz it's like different it's so different and this time I think like the bow is like the right side yeah you know it's perfect the retail price of this is 325 I'm thinking 50 to 60 I'm gonna say 70 to 80 dollars I'll just just 65 to 75 rental price the rental price is 50 to $60 I'm just saying I've done way before Oh idea how things work come on Miche want to see it oh okay very midsummer I like the route in the sea thoroughness I do too oh there's pockets honking wow that just yeah got much better for me just then although the pockets do kind of look a little weird with the lace over it maybe it's just more like a chill situation yeah if it's you well I don't like the dress I think it's beautiful for someone I don't think it's exciting is I just see the other two run meadow I see flowers on either side I see you then getting tired of running and just laying down in the grass wearing a flower crown yes yeah so funny because I think out of the things I've tried on so far this might be the most like wedding dress ish but to me it almost feels like Oh like a festival outfit I could see this as like a foresty or like a garden wedding yeah garden so the retail price for this is 475 I'm gonna guess 80 to 90 that's what I was gonna do right I'm gonna say 60 to 70 I was just rental price is 80 or 90 oh why is this a little bit so good yeah she really is I'm ready to see more [Music] [Applause] girls are out to play this is legit the skimpiest dress I've ever really I feel like the the droopy neck is like at any minute if I move any more though too much it's more comfortable afraid to wear than it is for us to view like yeah I need if you work for like someone who really wants oh wow like a bold flash yeah I hate mint dress yeah but I feel so uncomfortable in it I'm just like I'm glad you're here to be honest I feel like you need to push yourself yeah a little bit yeah we all get in our comfort zones and I feel like you may be stepping in on showing a little bit more skin will change something and I think that's also kind of the fun of renting right committing to buy it you can try on different things really go yeah okay all right the retail price for this is 275 you're like 42 15 I'm gonna say 16 or 17 it should be for a to fit I'm going 35 to 45 it's 45 to 75 oh so you just split the difference okay Wednesday you're still losing yeah I'm committing to the [Applause] like I'm going all-in here's the thing this is the first dress that I honestly don't think is wedding dress appropriate what I feel like I would see someone walking around like this in Manhattan going to bra yes that's true and I think it might be because of the material because the the sleeves are very like I love that they're overdone like that the buttons everything looks good but that material I could see someone going to a fashion show in them walking on New York and this my first instinct was that it's just it's fashion yes and it's beautiful and I would wear it yeah and I love the pearl details I love them I think it would work for a wedding I'm trying to get where a courthouse I mean I love a good puff sleeves and I mean but it does feel like all this year's trends are in this dress yeah maxi length the puff sleeve little pearl details like it's very trendy much like when you take pictures from a wedding do you want to look back Mike oh wow that felt really 2020 the retail price of this is nine hundred and ninety five dollars Oh what whoa what was it $995 I feel it basically a thousand dollars for this dress honey are they real pearls no man I'm gonna say 350 I'm here as a 201 69 so specific the rental price is 170 like you literally need a hack also why is it so that's really an expensive direct yeah how did you even know I don't know I honestly I don't look I don't want people thinking I actually know I don't know the prices of these but I'm pretty good at this yeah you all right too good at the you should be on The Price is Right really sure this is my idea glowing I love that it's white with an overlay on top yes imagine like a little garden wedding oh and then you could carry and then you have the pup sleep this is like perfect for spring weddings yeah I know why people cry in these bridal fittings and I'm getting like I like that the embroidery of the cross stitching yeah isn't like all over it it's only in parts of the dress yeah this is really wonderfully made yeah I love it this is the one that I feel has been like the most special but I don't know if it's quite the one yeah you know yeah I feel like it's one of those situations it reminds me of like dating where you're like I don't know I feel like I keep going I did like keep dating around a little bit yeah you don't see what else is out there yeah what was the price man the price is 695 to buy I'm thinking 80 to 95 I'm gonna say 55 to 70 ok sponge tell us the real number hmm I'm gonna say 95 to 110 the rental price is 105 to 120 okay I see it yeah I'm gonna make sense we have one more the legs they separated Wow I'm very into this I honestly think out of all the looks this could be the one I'm really really into it for you because I feel like you're a very neutral girl in terms of like your color palette I feel like you're a very functional human being aka jumpsuit and I think you look really cute and also unbelievably comfortable good there's also a more mature to me it's not worried it's not as youthful this isn't my favorite I'm just gonna say it I like it a lot but it's not my absolute favorite okay but that's just me am I getting married I love I love the idea of a jumpsuit for a wedding I feel like your personality could be shown in a different way like this is a step in the right direction but I still think you're a little bit cuter and more trendy than that yes if you spice it up with accessories um oh yeah mother of the bride I think you would have to if it was like a different color that's definitely something that I would say to my mom like wear that this is trendy this is cute like for your mom yeah if you're gonna go untraditional go there that's true yeah yeah yeah to be fair it's like I could wear this like outside of a wedding yeah like I could wear this to I don't know a concert or something you wear to a red carpet you can wear to a fancy dinner like me Yeah right I also wish it kind of went more in like a shape how it goes from like here down I wish it was more like a gradual it's so nice having people come to see the different fittings it's like in your mind you're like heck yeah but you're like wait gut-check tell me is this really this is really look amazing on me or is it just in my head right now alright so to buy it it's $700 she's ready she'll answer I'm gonna say like 120 to 135 I was gonna I was gonna say 110 to 125 I'll say 105 to 120 it's 90 to 105 listen I got most fun right you did not this one I've got a single one right so [Laughter] yes well thank you guys so much for coming and like checking out the different looks with me I think because it was so outside the box it's like nice to get everybody's opinion and like see like what really works and like try to think what would actually look good on a wedding day I wanted to see which one you thought was your favorite as much as I love the floral one I think I like the Longborough the best I am also going to go with the romper I did love the floral and it's a vibe but I'm not sure if that's 100% like the vibe you would and the romper seems more like of a wider vibe and it looks so cute so cute Spencer I did like the romper but I will still say that that 4:01 is my favorite I feel like when I was wearing the floral dress it's like unanimous but to me I think that like white romper was probably the one that is the closest to my heart yeah because it would it felt fun it felt very different I think the white color of it felt a little bit more like elevated that was yeah that was my milanka but you know for anyone looking for a different style of wedding look or even just like a different wedding dress there's so much more out there if you're willing to try alternative things like Rent the Runway I love the fact that if you wanted to you could wear a jumpsuit or if you wanted to you could find a gown with color like there just so many more options that you can use to have your personal style on a day that really should be about you expressing yourself to someone that you love so the winner after our game is I'm good at guessing these things I've perused many a dress before so memorized I didn't memorize anything I does this I know what I'm looking for children playing I don't clearly I've lost it was
