2021 Jayco Eagle 355MBQS Walkthrough

hi everyone it's trevor olynyk from gnr camping world we are winnipeg's only rv care dealer and we feature winnipeg's largest and most experienced rv service center for our 50th anniversary sale that continues we have the jayco eagle 355 mbqs four slide out 42 feet long two awnings huge huge beautiful sleeps a lot of people if you need you know to sleep a lot of family members and kids and whatever or there's a second bedroom in here could be used as an office we've had customers use that as an office area so really depends on what you need one thing i like about this unit is it does not sacrifice living area for the extra sleeping area and we'll see that when we go inside standing by this big beautiful front cap on here lots of led accent lighting spectacular it's unbelievable of course you got the gel coat here it is and when we talk about jayco's quality we talk about the vacuum bonded the aluminum welded cage construction on these eagles uh vacuum bonded exterior again the strongest most durable sidewall and they vacuum bond all sides on this trailer again go to jayco.com for a lot more details on that or come and see us we have lots of examples this one has the more ride pin box this is rubber isolated so it stops that chucking on the truck right where you feel that herky-jerky motion this will take care of that and reduce that quite a bit massive amount of storage in here lots of room for batteries and of course we'll give you some batteries with this one but you can throw a generator in there or whatever else you need let's go around the other side remember what i said on this is vacuum bonded look at you don't it's just so solid it's unreal how solid these things are and you know what it really shows with the warranty let's be honest this warranty is the best in the business it's two years everything bumper to hitch everything's covered for two years against manufacturer defects and the structure is three years on this as well uh the roof everything is is just super solid on these things here magnum truss roof system tested to over 4 500 pounds everywhere you look is going to be either real welded aluminum real hardwood cabinetry real plywood everything is just top top notch in here have a look at this storage compartment massive massive storage compartment automatic lights they were already on i know but they are automatic as soon as you open that storage compartment the lights do come on this is almost a second bedroom actually that's almost a third bedroom because there's two bedrooms in there of course we have the magnetic latches right that keep your door secure up in place this has the climate shield package which is tested to minus 17 degrees celsius uh most other brands it's you know as soon as you get below zero this has been tested minus 17 with everything working plumbing everything working see the beautiful frameless windows very sleek look they tilt out awning style they call that so it when it's raining you can have your windows open a little bit amenities throughout i'm not going to be able to disc discover everything on on this unit there's so much to talk about awnings there's two awnings there's one on this one on the main body here and it's a huge awning here notice the color matched arms on the awning as well actually jake was one of the only brands that does that and then you've got a second awning on the slide out as well so the whole campsite could be sheltered by these awnings outside speakers of course spray port built in we give you the hose to go with this if you need to clean up at the campsite we have a little outdoor kitchen here barbecue plumbed right into the propane system you don't even need to bring a separate tank or anything but this is actually a nice grill for searing steaks and such bottle opener you know the refreshment fridge campsite campfire's right over there they got you covered the morryde steps you know these are the solid very very solid steps with a large large grab handle here very easy to operate look at that i don't even have to hold it but they go in clean look underneath nothing hanging down it's uh and safe right very safe for the family when you wanna if it's wet and a little bit sandy slippery don't worry about it it's got treads on there it's going to be very secure this unit features also the auto leveling system so six points not four a lot of other brands all they're using is four points on the frame six point auto leveling on this one here you get to the campsite you push a button it levels itself out beautiful thing huge tires huge wheels 16 inch good gear tires right all of the jayco products almost all the jayco products feature good year tires made in america best warranty in the business highest speed rating thickest sidewall on and on and on so right from the ground up these are built a lot better than a lot of the other brands out there remember the second awning color matched arms the decals are really nice really really shows very very well the frameless windows as we mentioned of course we go around the back side here they continue all led lights throughout the exterior of the coach a lot of times you see interior leds but not exterior jaycos have the exterior leds as well backup camera not only is it prepped for backup camera this already has the backup camera included so you have a separate monitor it's wireless to your vehicle you know this is a big unit backing this in can be sometimes a little bit cumbersome backup camera will really help ladder we want you to maintain the unit we want you to get up on the roof and make sure everything's good up there we teach you all that when we sell units doesn't matter how big expensive or inexpensive they are how small they are we go through it with you with a technician they make sure you understand how everything operates we also fill the propane tanks we give you the sewer hose we give you the electrical adapter it's all included the battery all included this one is actually and a lot of fifth wheels have have said no no we don't want you towing behind your fifth wheels anymore so we're not going to give you hitches or if we give you a hitch it's just for a cargo receiver these are the only guys one of the only people out there that rate their hitch for towing at 3 000 pounds and a 300 pound tongue weight they give you the electrical connector to give you the ears to hook the chains on this is all set up to tow and authorize will not void the warranty come on in let's go check out and see what it looks like inside it's so big i don't even know where we're going to start inside let's uh maybe we'll start up in the bedroom area come on let's go up in the bedroom area here let me let me correct myself the master bedroom area because there's multiple bedroom areas in here look at the height now this is a full profile fifth wheel again this is not the little truck i'm sorry guys but this is not the half ton towable type stuff this is 13 plus thousand pounds 42 feet long but it's a full profile this is this is for full-time living or really deluxe camping for sure massive storage area huge king-size bed slide out in the bedroom look at the storage shelving hanging and all finished off really nicely in there too i also wanted to show you inside here you really can't see it it's kind of hidden right now wow that's solid latching and also remember real wood right this is jayco quality real mortise and tenon joining hardwood cabinetry and cabinet doors and such the the hidden hinges right the european style hidden hinges we're in a top quality unit here for sure in here behind there you really can't see you can see a little bit but it's prepped for washer and dryer if you decide hey we're going to be doing some full-time living you know self-isolating all that kind of stuff home education some people are spending a lot of time in these things nowadays your prep for washer and dryer should you need it you're also prepped for additional tvs in here we can throw these in for you for sure but uh you know your mount is all all ready to go huge storage area again you want to be able to bring your stuff in here live in here and not have to worry about bringing little duffel bags the bed lifts up of course yes i don't know if you can see this or not certa mattress this is a real residential style serta mattress here not a cheap chunk of foam let's be honest here some of them do that the gas struts to hold the bed open plywood not particle board plywood not particle board plywood not particle board so got it we got to remember there's huge differences in the industry and of course there's price differences as well but this is definitely one of the top let's look at the bathroom okay residential style shower with surround tub surround even that little that little seat or stand there skylight this is going to give you lots of extra height and light the vanity mirror the medicine cabinet that does open and there is it's all backlit there no shortage of lighting in this unit all led as i mentioned before vanity and and the toilet that's a porcelain foot flush toilet very high end of course most of them are plastic nowadays even the coat or the towel hooks in there no shortage of storage just a beautiful residential style bathroom even the uh the door i mean it's solid a lot of doors you go into or you see into fifth wheels or trailers they're very cardboardy feeling nah this is solid i don't know if you can see from that angle up here down here but we have a loft this is actually a loft model okay so you've got sleeping for two up there you've got ventilation you've got windows you got lights you got everything you need up there to sleep two people very comfortably the latter going up you've got it it's uh it's definitely a nice loft area let's look now on top of that we have a second bedroom as well so under the loft area we've got a whole separate bedroom or as i mentioned either a den or a workshop area desk like we have a desk here we could put a chair under here computer here we have customers that have used these as offices for business or for whatever you need you know nowadays with connectivity you could have wi-fi in here you could have everything ready to go and you can live in it all the time this folds up out of the way this is a full tri-fold sofa sleeps two people this way or you can use it as a tv viewing area or whatever you need the possibilities in here are endless i've had people say i'm going to use it as a sewing room whatever so there's lots of have a look at this thing this uh i you know there's so much in here i know but you know what it's app controlled you can go you got all your leveling you got all your tank levels uh your climate control all this is through here through this main hub it's called the jayco command or the j command app again lots to go through in here i won't go through all of it but there is just everything is controlled through that which is great but there's also manual switches for a lot of this stuff too you have to remember so there's lots of fail safes continuing look at this beautiful living room as i mentioned bunk model sleeps up to what 2 4 6 7 8 9 10 11. you can sleep 11 people in this trailer and you haven't i'd even sleep on that those things recline great the the recliners there the theater seats but we haven't sacrificed living area in this trailer at all for to accommodate all these people and we haven't sacrifice storage that's everywhere it's everywhere in this thing even multi-functional kind of storage right you can bring this down to use it as a shelf or you can lift it up to use it as a hanging closet for jackets and sweaters and such this particular one has the booth dinette under here you've got doors to access your storage and it does fold down to a bed you don't like that we have more coming with freestanding table and chairs i do need to tell you this particular one is sold we we just sold it the other day we have more on order and more are coming in but if you are interested just let us know we can definitely get more of these and we are getting more um the fridge i know i'm running late because i'm there's so much to talk about in this for in this in this trailer massive four-door fridge freezer i think we're 12 cubic feet on this one sometimes we can upgrade it to even bigger fridges but this is still gas electric okay nice nice nice nice fridge lots lots of uh lots of fridge space um stove you got your stove cover solid surface countertops throughout residential style microwave we're all prepped for solar as you can see if you want solar on here we can do that generators we can do all that kind of stuff there's a neat feature on this nowadays there's actually a water jug there and there's a water uh pump that'll actually pump fresh water out of that jug to this spigot right here a lot of times you go to campsites it's not the greatest wire it's good for washing and whatever but you don't want to drink it you can bring your massive five-gallon jug of drinking water and have it pumped straight out of there tv right across from theater seating how much better does it get right again if you're spending a lot of time you got the tv right across and it's a good viewing area from almost everywhere in here you have the fireplace fireplace will actually throw heat so you can heat the unit remember this is very well insulated so it's rated to a very low temperature thermal pain windows dual pane windows that's how we accomplish a lot of that uh cold weather camping the full tri-fold sofa folds out three times sleep two people on here very comfortably ceiling fans ducted air conditioned not just ducted but you don't see the air conditioning unit of course it has them but it it's totally up on the roof it's 40 percent quieter they call it the whisper quiet air conditioning system the return ducts are there beautiful thing it's always been a complaint you know how noisy they are uh what else dark dark dark tinted windows you don't see in but at night time you want to get a little extra coverage there you go you got the pleated shades residential fixtures and light fixtures and plumbing fixtures and everything this is home this is home for a lot of people so we understand and jayco understands what else can i tell you what else the roof i already did the roof [Laughter] oh you want me to see how i show you how the theater seating works tell you what this one reclines quite a bit like i seriously would sleep on this if i had to not a problem at all maybe i have oh i didn't say that did i sound bar i didn't even see that actually i forgot sound bar under here so again they're making these just like home you want to have all the amenities of home and yeah they've got it they've got it for sure okay i know there's more there is a lot
