beside dylan wright uh mitch cook gas cobra quit teammates i guess [Music] that's okay he was in the top ten yeah he was probably seven eight or something like that so a little bit of a wind here took our papers away that's what it is but it's nice kyle's hair is flowing yeah okay so the 450 motor number one getting ready on the gate this is gonna be a 30 plus two once again there's donnie turner in there tyler medaglia right there uh and pettis and a couple and is that welton's front fender it is yeah so well oh very inside gate yeah so dylan wright gets the top spot goes a couple out welding up the inside there i mean we've seen it kind of come from anywhere and found us the first uh uh walls and we saw a lot of seth hughes yeah like the middle of the game because hitler was kind of towards the middle of the gate so lots of options out here at walton which is always good so here we go we're getting ready for the 30 board and we're just looking for the guys to get it into gear getting ready to drop that head and then it is 30 minutes plus two for 450 motor number one here for triple crown series round number eight who is going to grab the all important royal distributing.com whole shot tyler medallia right there who's got it thompson beside him taylor sampaccini here we go motor number one the gate is down oh wow oh look at this the number 16 clearest day look at this teammate right on the side right there no problem no problem the number 16. ktm red bull thor ride of coal thompson up the lead ktm red bull four in seconds left scott dylan right best time of the year already in the second start of the year for dylan right here and look at this the 16 and the one we know there's a little bit of drama left over from dave so we'll see what happens there the boys are clicking by right now so thompson right madags and i think that's cook i think that's mitch cook in that fifth position uh sorry sixth position just behind marshall well it's a mitch cook off to a great start so it looks like all the heavy hitters all the names right up front kyle now pettis getting shuffled back we know he's dealing with the injury he's just out there trying to finish out top three in the point so he only needs a few points to do so to get that championship bonus so thompson right pettis madaglia welton all top five in the sixth spot it's mitch cook all right so it's gonna be interesting to see what he could do and he could play a small little factor in that battle between welton and pettis for this but right now i know cole thompson this is his favorite track i believe on the circuit he loves this he's kind of groomed here if you will an 11 time amateur champion won a couple pro overalls as well with the sword so the 16 up front right now i bet you this is feeling good he's like okay i got this and i got to say i want to feel like the track right now very similar to his last pro am moto this week yeah and it might be they just put a bunch of water these guys aren't used to that maybe that slick surface that the 250s normally deal with so these guys kind of gingerly walk around here but look at the dagley of being aggressive already 25 champ in there joba quid gas gas callus right now on the gas gas right behind dylan wright and early on tyler's so good like he's such a good sprinter so he's going to try to do some damage and make something happen here but you got to thank the roost already oh i'm already crying they're a half a lap in here kyle yeah so pat is getting shuffled back even further welt into that fourth spot just in behind this pack there so see if perez comes in there there's and mitch cook in that six spot and you gotta think too with pettis just that maybe i'm tough to attack right now so he's trying to probably just kind of get his feet wet getting himself fit in right there to see what happens and try to hold onto this thing but welding him uh i think it's a six point gap between them so he's basically just got to stick on welton's rear wheel unless welton went 1-1 so and that wouldn't matter anyway because pettis has got more overalls in the point series but here we go first lap around on the ktm red bull factory ride leading the honda canada gtr fox and the coba quid number five plus 25 champ up into our final turn here before they come right beside us here in the booth kyle yeah so there it is dylan wright getting that second spot he doesn't have to do much today he's got a nice sizeable lead over pettis who has fallen back in the leaderboard here he's sitting at chip all right so there they go thompson leading the way right hope and uh madags and you know for any one of these guys other than right it's really just lay it on the line like try to get the overall little bit of bonus money a little bit of bragging rights right there kind of thing so you got to thank everybody except for dylan wright is just going to be going for broke yeah yeah so these guys looking to get that last podium position of the year before we head to supercross so uh ending in a high note for any of these guys obviously wright just got to do what he's got to do to get those points to win this championship and a win here would solidify that all right up into the tree section the gp section as they call it here at walton raceway down and step down sorry now they're heading into the gp section my bad they're there around that big sweeping at kernel right like using different lines you got to like that other cables like there is options but i think they're going to be tough to find the track right now that main line going to be the really dominant one here in modern day yeah and seeing where right went there swinging around the outside we've seen that in the pre-mix there those two strokes having to use those wide lines sweeping around just to make that momentum and make those things work so you've seen that with right already looking and searching for a line around thompson in this early stage of moto number one and now they're looking like that they've already kind of dropped my dags a little bit so dylan wright trying to start or sorry starting to already back in to the rear end of cole thompson here and like i said this week they kind of had a little bit of teeter-tottering look at this stealing right to the inside gonna move over no thompson hangs on kyle yeah weird line there by thompson trying to find some outside lines as well now right up the inside not getting the drive that thompson did from the outside oh thompson did that one real good there got through the rollers very clean very fast power to the ground on that big 450 ktm now they are coming into the mechanics area what's going on the board right now you think kyle only a couple laps in uh he knows that right's there it's something that motivational maybe just uh you know breathe focus on forward race the track something like that let's go off monday that's called sunday i got you a tea time monday morning all right so thompson and right over top tdag still in that third position welton kind of back a little bit farther in that four spot on that team green pro circuit huber motorsports kawasaki and it is still the number 15 jess pettis in that fifth position and then mitch cook in that sixth position just there so there it is doing good ah slid out just a bit on that base right got the inside not able to make it work now right to the outside oh man scrubbing like mad over top of that thing here thompson holding that inside line thompson plays great defense he is a veteran while leading at the races here the 16 and the one are going at it right now colin is only throw dylan wright leg off the pegs yeah they're swapping lines here but this is where right was fast last time watch if he does it again thompson didn't see this line look at it right around here gonna make it up wow around the outside dylan right to the lead no thompson gets the drive they're going to cut them off maybe thompson could swing around the outside of this bottom turn we've seen it happen like you said in the premix class dylan right to the lead honda canada gtr fox nice line there by dylan and able to get that inside line in those swamp lands up there the very swamp will color there all right so dylan right into the lead this always means bad news for the rest of the competition usually this is when he sets his fastest lap of the race usually is when he gets in that lead now tyler medallion he's starting to see a little bit of the the changing of in front of him there maybe he'll get a little bit aggressive on that one start closing on fox and thompson again to that outside long cow yeah so the outside line is really fast there where right just went on that big rut maybe thompson saving some energy using the berms as you see right digging into those deep ruts all right so one more time through the 10-pack rollers here at walton transgender once again you are tuned in to fox sports racing and the flop look at that and show us the bar beautiful yeah i like it 1.5 and smooth on the board so basically if you're watching and you've never heard or seen what we do smooth just says basically chill out ride the lines hit everything nice and smooth as a racer right there so or they're talking about peanut butter peanut butter yeah one more lap in the books here kyle that is lap number four so fast lap out of dylan right there he dropped the 201 the fastest of the moto there making that pass on thompson as they drop back down here so good at dropping the hammer as they make whoa tyler now you get a little bit crooked coming into that left hand or the ktm lefty right there on that cobra could gas guy so once again look at this tyler picking up at the end of the series as if he was fighting for the championship we saw him podium at both rounds six and seven right now sitting in that podium position and you know he's gonna keep pushing all the way to the end so thompson is definitely not out of the uh out of the work zone yeah tyler looked great all week here he's hungry he did awesome today chambo he got second and third overall there and just was always in the mix there not quite the speed of right but he had welton covered and he had thompson covered there a couple of those motors so look for him to be strong all day long here all right cobra quick gas gas callus model backing up the friendly man the number five as we alluded to the beginning to show he wrote an off-road race nationals plus 25 the guy just loves riding his dirt bike and he shows it every time that he's on the track right now into the swamp right there number five no problem looking good so we have a little run down dylan wright cole thompson tyler medallion marshall wealth and jess pettis your top five cook liam o'farrell taylor st pacini ryan derry brought kelly your top ten yannick boucher yetic voucher sorry cole kelly derrick hamm and he's anthony spottachini and t peratt your top 15. josh mann tommy delaire max philippeck ethan ulette and parker eels in the points paying this so parker is not having a great start to this model no park reels he was actually down i seen him coming through late there as we're watching our leaders bounce through that trans-can giant roller section there goldie and so much speed it's hard to tell on camera how fast those guys go through there as they get ready for that straight away yeah 100 and the boards are right right there for the ktm at redwell factory thor racing ride i'm cole thompson right now and he's feeling good we know cole has never ever been shy to say outdoors is not his cup of tea not where he likes to put the most ever but i feel like this weekend he's feeling good he's getting fans cheering behind him right here so this is kind of the hometown or home tracks for him if you will and i think it's always good for a rider whether it's outdoors indoors at the last race getting ready to start another part of a series to kind of leave on a high note yeah you want to leave this mx tour on a high note getting ready for that xx tour and dylan wright he's just been the man obviously pettis the only one to really do any damage to his points there had us dealing with some injury now sitting back in that fifth spot but just trying to nurse his way home to a top three overall in the series but thompson just trying to leave on a high note and get some energy going towards supercross thompson sitting on 198 as we head into this series so he's got a way too big of a margin to make up so fourth overall on the thing oh there's mike jackson gm right there taylor seeing pacini he is currently sitting in that uh eighth position wow so tyler as well like like the uh laker tyler medallion really picking it up at the end of the series it's really good it's cool to see yeah he was here all week in the booth we're doing some flow racing calls for the amateur stuff and i was surprised he didn't want to race and kind of get the lag up on these guys but man he looks great out here so far yeah maybe that is helping him a little bit with some of the other guys that are racing you know uh you see ryan derry just a little bit behind him on our live timing and he raced all week so maybe he's a little bit tired like if you're one of those guys like a dairy that road program you're getting that roost it's sitting here all week it's beating you up it could really play a factor once you get into this position in the motor yeah so they're back to dylan wright heading down that star trek already pulling out a bit of a gap he's got 2.3 seconds on thompson at the strike and it looks a little bit bigger and back to tyler mcdaniel he's about the same distance to thompson so these guys just keeping it out of the roots there you know that two three seconds you're not going to catch those rocks as they go down the straightaway it was nice to see too last lap thompson dropped the hammer again got himself into the two of ones that was the fastest lap of this moto for for doing the same yeah dylan wright staying at the 201 oh yeah was his fast lap as well so thompson matching that moment where we've seen dylan wright just destroy the field that's kind of cool to see i like that yeah so these guys getting ready for the strike one more time we're going to see his laptop tyler mcdougall as we follow him in that third spot looking strong looking to back up that deschamble epic ride he had a 2-0-1-5 for dylan wright a 201-6 for cole thompson and a 202-2 for tyler manager and a 202 2.7 um i'm sorry 202.7 yeah for marshall wealth in there so uh pettis uh hasn't come across that his last lap was a 207 so pet is definitely off the pace today but doing exactly what he needs like i said he's got uh six points so he's just basically gotta get within that moment or a couple points on martial and hang on to that second spot yeah he's just got to be put in himself in that good spot there pettis sitting in that uh that fifth there 19 seconds back but he's got five seconds on mitch cook so mitch cook running an awesome race here and uh a guy that you kind of race through the ranks a little bit he's a little bit younger than you but you've seen him a lot racing your days yeah mitch has got a very interesting career it was one of those ones there's a shot of our uh jess pettis right there two-time canadian uh 250 champion and on the ktm red bull factory federation back to that mitch cook yeah he's got a very interesting sort of career he's kind of an amateur prodigy on the east coast of canada got himself the pro on the two-wheel pro action team i think he was teammates with your brother actually justin and uh it just never really seemed to came to fruition kind of earned his way back in uh got himself a blackfoot ride in the in the middle of 2000s and it didn't sort of really work out in a couple moments one and overall actually at his monkton hometown monkey national then he kind of went privateer and then he kind of found his way back again so a very up and down career but mitch very talented very stylish very fun to watch all the time on that number 158 he's wearing out here as well and then back to our leader and uh now looks like he's starting to stretch it out just a little bit more over cole thompson right now and that honda canada to gdr fox and you gotta think that uh team manager diggers liking what he's seeing right now and look at that though thompson is not losing him i thought that was i thought it wasn't another lap rider but no thompson is out on the wheelhouse here kyle yeah looking at almost getting to that halfway point this is probably the best early moto we've seen out of thompson and uh looking at the laptops 2014 just a bit faster for thompson so hey he's he's pushing the champ he's not in this title hunt no pressure for him and honestly there's really no pressure for dylan wright as well he's just got to get out there and beat pettis in this moto and he's gonna lock up that championship yeah exactly if this is uh the way that it sits right now he would lock up that title wouldn't even have to ride the final motor but we know that he would there and this would claim his second 450 title third championship in a row for dylan right coming from the 250 now after two 450s um on that haunted candidate's er fox but very impressed with that second place ride right now of cole thompson the ktm red bull factory thor racer and i feel like he's just kind of a little bit fired up they had a little bit of a drawing at the deschamble they had a little bit of a drawing thing going on this weekend it's definitely not been no secret almost leading back to what was it overton back in like o17 they never really liked each other as far as racing goes but man they're warriors on the track and they put it all in the line and i'd like to see it out of uh cole thompson now over to mitch cook here is on the 158 um gas gas uh coba quid callus moto he actually is the owner of the kalos moto brand as well so that's kind of cool to see mitch and i gotta wonder for a person if i was a guy like i'll just do a pop and i want to go to a soundtrack man the rooster hurts too much i would choose this track goldie i like the clay that's where i grew up you grew up in the sand but uh mitch cook just so talented on a bike he never looks like he's trying and he just makes it fights just flow around this it's awesome to see him back when i heard the word that he was coming back for this race i got pumped up always loved watching what he does on the dirt bike yeah he's have probably the most epic uh whipped photos over the natural double like every single year that he's ever been here he's probably got another one that we're going to see on somewhere mxp mag or direct motocross out there somewhere from melissamore angle but uh yeah and actually he has been passed now by liam o'farrell so he's back into that seventh position here yeah working his way up almost to the top five there i'm not sure if he can catch only six seconds behind jeff pattis running at similar speed we're back to our uh our champion there dylan wright coming in clocking in with another 201 thompson just slipping a little bit further back there ah that looked that didn't look like a 2.7 gap but it's hard to argue against the computer we'll let the computer do the work here i guess maybe there oh man that looks closer two seconds to me but riding so well right now cole thompson good to see and once again thank you everybody for tuning in this is the final round of the outdoor portion of the triple crown series this is the first 450 motor we made a slop on you if you're just tuning in 450 is going to be first today and we're going to deliver the drama for the 250 class that is only a scant 11 points between 1st and 4th and that one is going to be hot to trot but right now 450 cc on the track and you're watching ktm red bull factory throw ride of cole thompson a uh a champion in his own right back in the 250 class and there oh i'll find a first shot of the kawasaki here the number two still sitting in that fourth position yeah 445 back of uh of tyler medallia so he's got some work to do yeah he's just uh medaglia riding all week and coming off like a gnc and those results he had at de chambeau and just the guy lives on a dirt bike uh i don't know whelton's just not uh up to speed right away look for him to be better in the second model but these guys have kind of dropped him and i expected more out of the number two he was strong here in the first uh walt one but just today just not up to snuff well he was supposed to race all week long and kind of with the rain that came down on the first day there's a lot of schedule changing and a bit of a communication error on team manager part to him and he ended up missing the moto or not thinking that the motor was going but anyway at the national level you have to cross the gate to be able to race your second moto and he wasn't able to do it so he had a plan to race but wasn't able to pull the trigger on it yeah i spoke with him last night he was kind of bummed as we get back to that lead pack going down that straightaway now cole getting close enough to eat some roost and you know how bad that roost hurts here especially on that straightaway they just got off of they're like little bullets here so right controlling the situation up front just getting by a lapper another lap in the book 202 for right thompson clocking in look at that timing and scoring resets there two flats passes to the race wow first rider to get under the 201's is cole thompson right now and it's very easy to tell that he closed that gap he knocked a second and a half off of that cop cole thompson really feeling it here and we are not oh we just actually did so we hit the halfway mark that last time by halfway to go maybe he just needed to take a little page out of tyler mcdougall's book the more you ride the better you do here as he rode all week in that program class and now it's showing when he's battling up here with the champ all right haunted canada gdr fox number one leading the way trying to claim his second title but behind him is the ktm factory red bull thor right of cole thompson here who won a pro m title this week making him the most uh earned amateur titles here at the transcend and now trying to maybe claim another sword he has won the the walton serve before so he knows that he likes the tracking let's take another inside line i've seen dylan wright just hit that inside line too so maybe dylan finding it a little bit better later on in this model it could have got a little bit slipperier and uh losing traction but dylan wright just in front of thompson here as he's just in the shadows and and dylan's not used to that usually we see him get the lead the last few rounds and he's gone so this might be just a different feeling for him and let's see if thompson's got anything for him to battle yeah he's there but he's not yeah there's not he's there but he's not there there but uh yeah i'm really pushing hard right now and i gotta talk about those outsides are just saying well at the beginning they're probably a little bit moist and out of attack to them and as they started drying up it gets more concrete and maybe the traction is there but thompson's still sticking to that outside line and now maybe it's working compared to the other side we see that sometimes when the line just isn't working early on but if you stick to your guns it ends up being good so thompson getting through those rollers trying to chase down our champion and just almost a multi-time champion his 450 class after he finishes his motor if he finishes here he's got it locked in yeah he joins the ranks of not that many that have won two-time canadian championships and are in the in the premier class but thompson right now still puts that envelope dylan right there coming across he drops his drops at laptop 201.01 and then thompson a 201.6 so a half a second off that they're basically just playing cat men's right yeah a little cat buzzword yo-yo effect tyler dagla looks like he may be getting zoned in here by the number two if he comes by at a 203 we're going to watch with uh well time 203 there's just matching laptops about four seconds separating medaglia and uh welton for that podium spot so welton needs to find a little bit of gas in that kawasaki tank right now to close the gap on those guys and then jess pettis wow jess is way back behind welton here which is just fine he's doing what he needs to do uh that is a two-point swing between the sorry no that's only a one-point swing between the fifth and sixth position there sorry uh the fourth and fifth position sorry that is a two-point swing looking at the board and i'm missing the numbers there yeah uh but so doing exactly what he needs to do if he keeps it here this would be good for pettis heading into that second motive to hang on to that second spot and um jess pettis we've heard sort of rumors that maybe if there is a team canada mx of nations that he could be a part of oh cool so uh who else is that dylan would be i think it was no actually it was uh pettis madags and piccolo were the names oh no okay i've heard so far whether or not the trigger gets pulled on that and again whatever side of the fence you sit on um it's uh it'd be cool it's always cool to have a team going those three guys are pretty darn good i'm really shocked that we don't have right uh representing canada he's clearly our fastest canadian rider on that 450 big bike so i think there's a political side of that okay we won't dive into that one but uh yeah it'd be weird not to have them but those other three gentlemen could definitely do a fair job out there as well but now leading the way and it looks like he might have pulled another bike length or so on thompson maybe a lap traffic or something there we'll definitely see here once we hit our camera yeah he's got a bit of a gap coming out right now it looks like he's got about two seconds yeah keep focusing ahead right there the board was for thompson so he uh starting to lose just a little bit of traction there yeah he's lost about two and a half seconds blue flags are out guys doing the job here all right thompson i'm from philippec this actually had a bit of a storyline to it at our very opening round these guys kind of got into it phillip that kind of john in the way right there that's it that time he gets by no problem right there so and then back up to this so dylan wright really dropping the hammer up to a 4.7 4.7 got that gap built back up there lap traffic not in thompson's favor late there in that lap so right pulling it away trying to ease this one in for another championship ah on his way right now and no problem whatsoever and that's what a great time to get his very best start of the year kyle he got one whole shot here that's right that's right yes he did that was the second best start we'll say yeah so uh he gets the start then gets in the second immediately and uh made that pass on thompson has been up up in the lead since lap uh three so doing exactly what he needs to do and um doing it well on the canon and gdr fox and i mean you think of the the powerhouse that honda canon gtr fox is now it's three in a row for dylan they had a four with fasciati and you got to start putting them in the ranks of the blackboard motorsports team the other most powerful team yeah building a dynasty under this tent here so very cool to see and um it's clear-cut that they know what they're doing over there it's working well and i think too obviously the ride is such a big part of it i think dylan could ride a bicycle out here still look this fast but yeah he is so good so talented and so he's so smart it seems on his bike sometimes yeah there's those tiny moments there but man so smart and uh looks like he might be claiming number two here though yeah you gotta think though wherever colt bossiati landed he seemed to uh look at this battle on was that eighth and ninth there yeah but i'm just gonna say finish my thought there fasciati just had such a good bike set up he was so in tune with his bike and he's just gonna transfer that over to dylan wright and now they've got just something that dylan is just so flawless on and they've actually it was a brand new bike this year too for honda as well so very cool to see them do it get adapted so quickly but on screen the tld gas cast ride of ryan derry right now and i was talking about maybe taylor having the upper hand on a guy like right now here comes derry later in the motor now getting by siamatini and in behind that that's t perrott as well from alberta so t perot this is for eight nine nine yeah you're gonna love it and we're gonna see dylan wright hawk on our screen here shortly as dylan wright is catching up there and parker eels just in behind here for 11. so battle on screen eight nine uh parrot in that uh 10 spot and eels right in behind the left eels is riding amazing then he was in 20th the last time we mentioned his name there so good job parker eels and man the momentum i feel like he's karen's got to go i don't think he's gonna get by all these guys yeah he went down early he's got no visor on his fox bucket so there we go we're getting into that valley section there and cool to see the different lines there's a blue flag oh we're going to see dylan right boom right right so dylan wright about to lap inside of the top 10 here and uh these guys are gonna give a little a little sway to him right there like yeah look how dry that is on the other side yeah so he had no visor on the bucket pulling the full metzger if you will out there for parker eels and uh man but what a great ride coming for 20th parker rios looking to get himself inside i think around the seventh or eighth in the points here kyle yeah this is right there dylan right giving way to dylan right there so parker eel is battling back now he's going to try to latch on to the number one and just try to pull himself right around this three-pack all right there's dairy champakini parrot and now dylan wright lapping the ball here for the top here now looking like he might have made the pass on seeing pacini we just there it is wow what a battle here look at they're going through lappers they're paired around the outside he's got him wow unbelievable line choice for both these guys and then look at this parrot's going for another he's taking a double dip here he's going to get by the 26th tld gas cast no whoa look around the outside wow what is going on here comes dylan right this is amazing here kyle this is a lap number 12 for these guys out here on the track and they're banging bars and here comes the leader of the race yeah so the lead of the race just getting mixed up with an absolute bar banger of a battle for top 10. chilling right by the stripe they're trying to get around dairy he's gonna go to the outside of him man there is a just that he gets gary baratz probably thinking that's there no they're until right he's able to get it look at this now final podium spot here today kyle the battle is on welcome welcomes found his groove here later and motor number one on the team green pro circuit kawasaki ride yeah he's just got some motivation here looking at the lap times he's just a whole second faster than tyler madaglia these guys are gonna battle tooth and nail for this final spot on the podium and you gotta think they're they're gonna catch that little group that we were just showing there for eight nine ten eleven so those guys are racing hard for big points playing positions and these guys are here trying to fight that podium it's gonna get dramatic here in 450 number one for your triple crown series this is round number eight right now the boys are heading down to the old finish line this step down there by the dave bell tower the fox canada covered tower there and there it is kallus kopaquid number five on his gas cast cannon arrived toilet medallion there's the two now i say this is flipped from de chambeau but dagley was pressuring welton right to the very bitter end and now welton gets to flip the script on him and he's gonna try to catch up to the number five gas gas rider and make a late move here as they get to that pack of lappers here oh yeah here they come all right the blue flags they got one just coming up here so those guys will be following suit no problem so give a quick run down dylan wright oh we're at the 26 minute mark on this model here kyle so lots of times lower laps to go ish maybe four laps to go for these guys so yeah lots of time lots of track left to make some moves yeah we'll go through the order they're called the sword yeah no problem dylan wright cole thompson tyler medallia and marcia welton what you're looking on screen for third and fourth just pettis fifth liam o'farrell mitch cook t peratt ryan derry and taylor st paccini in 10. parker eels cole kelly anthony spartacini max philippeck and derrick hamm top 15. yannick boucher uh josh man brought kelly tommy delaire and ethan noulette in your points paying positions here yeah so getting through here they're catching up to that that battle we've seen while you're rhyming that off welton off the track there by the amateur finish line no harm no foul he was on the wide side of the track there but entering back trying to catch up to uh madagalan it just shows how welton is pushing hard here points are valuable he's trying to run down and he needs to create that gap between him and pettis pat is still sitting that fifth spot yeah so marsha wellington had a chat with him just before we got going racing this morning put on hand guards he's on the rear wheel of tyler medalia and that is where it's going to hurt the most coming off the rear end of the big 450 going on the gas gas ride uh welton you like where he's sitting this year surprise or is this what you expected at marshall world i talked to him last night and uh i think uh he's happy i think he's happy but he always could be happier he wants to win that's all he said he was talking about money he's like i don't even care about the money i just want to win so bad he just he wants to be at the top of the box and i like that about that kid he's just all about the glory of riding a dirt bike and riding it fast here as he gets by those lappers there's dariogini wow so that is 10 and 11 there and there's welton in fourth going by them so the top four guys carrying one heck of a pace right now and now he's kind of closed it in a little bit losing a little bit so we're kind of getting down to the nitty gritty or two lap board gonna be coming out here soon i don't know what it is they might have three laps left here goldie when uh right hits the stripe because it's 28 15 on the clock 28-15 so where's dylan wright up in the front of the pack right now still looking at our fourth place rider of marshall welton and there is eels so eels has made his way passable and he's got perrot as well so parker eels is up into that uh stop there by welton great ride for prague we haven't seen him in a while since he uh he's a western rider coming out here for the transcend there's our leader though dropping in just after mechanics board he's got that full straightaway distance on thompson now so breaking away as they make their way no two board in hand we still got another minute three laps to go three laps to go ladies and gentlemen three laps to go here for 450 moto number one dylan wright leading the way cole thompson in that second position and uh oh that gap between wilson and seadags is tighten it up one more time there kyle as they come yeah ready to hit well close that gap up again he had that one bad lap where he flew off the track he's rebounded he's back into position to strike soon enough as they go into that gas gap they're both in the same scanner shot now here we go can gas gas hang on or does cali have more gas in the tank to maybe make a pass here late in this race and you got to think that pit board comes out two laps to go the next time around yeah so that two board and that's just gonna get a little light into the tunnel of madaglia there and maybe just a a real hard push out of welton as they i love this they're switching up lines well they're choosing that outside really getting the drive for this downhill all right stepping down up into our gp section into the natural double one of the funnest jumps in canadian motocross right there well whoa getting a little bit scrubby on that one definitely keeping a little bit lower in tea dags and uh up and over right now this is where welton's got a nice little sneaky inside line here i feel like i don't know what tea dogs is using it yeah but look at that look at that little inside just kind of inside that first one so well trying to find some speed here late in the moto to get up on the podium now if he was able to make this pascal that six point gap that pettis has would be down to four so this is a big pass for marshall welcome this is a big pass what is it towards the six points and if he passes that it's another three points sir well no it would be another two point swing right so he's getting two points off right now down to four yep and then another two would bring it down to two points look at that mitch rumple good job getting out of the way right there so this is a big points battle pass if welter can make it happen here in motor number one and you gotta think if he can get this pass it just kind of eases the stress a little bit heading into that motor number two and puts a little bit more pressure on just penis yeah so dylan wright just behind us dropping in here so he's all the way down that mechanic straight away he's catching up to mitch cook actually who's sitting in that seventh spot so these guys laughing well in but look at this here's the board what's it say make it happen there i like that the mechanic puts the board out so tyler can actually see it too right little head game action between the mechanics down there always cool to see that kind of stuff and yeah welton is pushing the envelope here but you know he's up against one of maybe the toughest competitors in the history of canadian motocross right now so he is gonna pull out all the bags all the tricks in his bag right now to make something happen yeah so these guys pushing the envelope look at the lap times for those two they're in the 201's goldie they are flying they're best of their motto both of them picking up the pace here kyle wow that is so crazy to see guys do that and it is so neat when that happens right now when these guys are this late in the model when you're supposed to be guys you're supposed to be tired not these two warriors they have found the inner tough guy and they are going after it here and there's going to be a great way to finish between the five and the two yeah so tyler mcdaniel you know he's iron man out there he's got the the fitness to go the distance and only a lap and a half to go he's going to pin it to win it here try to get that third spot on the podium all right tea dags welcome again let's see i can't see we keep now we didn't swing that time i think tyler goes inside out there right now and i feel like it's a little bit drier but tyler loves berm like he loves a good bird so that's where he's gonna have but they kind of look like they're other than that particular one right there they kind of look like they're taking that maybe a little inside there so marshall may be trying to line up something here to get it set up for this final lap coming up yeah so he's just not close enough you know i mean he just needs a little bit more ground so he can sneak an inside line or a wheel in there and just scare me daggly a little bit but he's just running out of track running lengths into that turn and uh we're getting ready for the white flag coming in for these guys dylan wright is going to be dropping down not far from us outside the booth here with one lap to go so welton needs to find it something now kyle's got a bit of lap and three quarter lap and a quarter to go and tyler has stretched it out a little bit right now tyler has stretched it back out yeah these guys have actually gained a lot on our leaders here's thompson going by the stripe there mondaglia going up to the finish line they were at 11 or 12 seconds a bit ago but now it's down to six seconds as welton just screaming at a lap of there ethan who led on the borrowed bike there the team pure mx ride uh i have had a clutch problem or a starting problem in this shift hole shot challenge ended up wrecking his bike for the team for x guys uh julian over there helped him out that's pretty cool so here we go the final lap for dylan wright to claim back-to-back 450 class titles of course we'll do the celebration after that sakamoto but we'll be able to say that he is looking to become a back-to-back champion here and deservingly so yeah it's a shame what happened to pettis but dylan wright kept putting himself in those good positions and uh the door got opened up a lot wider when we lost jess pettis there at last round and here we go it looks like he's gonna make it happen kyle it's gonna be a four-peat here for the gdr boys and uh i'd like to know the stats on i know jsr went on a run there the blackfoot days as well as colton mascotti um dusty clatton that mix they had a lot of run but those gdr guys and especially this 250 title online they could be definitely just following in those footsteps there yeah 100 yeah i mean jsr did the five in a row and then clat though so that was six for that one team and then in seven it was uh carpenter uh carpenter so that was themselves so stopped at six right there so yeah they're starting to to feed off some good uh heritage of our of our sport right here for sure the haunted canada gdr fox team and really making waves out there and there they are going down the big haunted straightaway right now and dylan wright one more time tried to ride my right at a comfortable pace uh the lappers were were a little interesting at times but uh we got it done the track actually came around pretty good uh this morning i didn't know what we were going to be looking at but um so it's off to track here it's actually really good out there right now and uh you know we're stoked and uh we have one motor to go uh for the season and uh obviously we're gonna want to end it off with a bang so i just gotta execute again the next moto and then celebrate tonight i gotta give a little talk about the 250 class you got two guys under your tent ready to go for was there any advice or chat with yourself with these guys you just kind of left them alone this morning yeah i mean obviously i'm a little bit of a mentor those guys i've been in this position that they're in a few times here so basically what i do is i just try and go win i uh you know you do your laps you put uh you put your pace down and try and go win that's what we get paid to do man uh none of us want to lose and i mean the points are so tight um whoever wins today is going to get it so they just got to go lay down on the line kind of like i did here in this first moto and get it done obviously i wish those boys the best of luck we work really hard together and train together so uh it's a pretty special day hopefully the team can uh get these two championships um i'm obviously rooting for them so it'll be a heck of a celebration on that all right don't let you get back up to the podium there right now we're gonna grab in our third position right now coming in the number five coba quid callous morning gas gas we're out of time medallion tyler okay how are you not tired like i don't understand how you just rode so good and i don't know if you know this or not but you set your best lap on like lap 14 of that moto and almost matching what dylan and cole were doing up front and you were catching them just give me your thoughts what an amazing ride so good to watch and uh just it's very impressive yeah um yeah i'm just happy we've uh developed the bike over the year um you know it's whenever you switch uh switch 450s it takes time to get get it set up how you like it and i'm all guys so it's it's very finicky for me but yeah we got a good setting now and uh it's good to start clicking off podiums and feel like i have the speed to be up there and fighting for almost a win you know uh is it kind of sort of sad to say like it's coming at the end of the series i mean you weren't even really potentially going to do the whole series and now coming at the end of it you've been a championship contender yeah you know i just i spend a lot of time in the spring on my 350 riding in the woods and uh yeah but you know now we got a good base setting for the 450 and uh with this speed you know i feel like i'm good to keep going for a bit talk to me what's coming up for you here we got isds and everything just give everybody a little perspective on what's going on for tyler medallia in the fall because you're keeping busy yeah i got a week off and then uh yeah i fly over to italy for isd and for team canada and then potentially mx donations the three weeks after that so it's gonna be a busy fall but uh i'm i'm bracing it i'm like uh you know i'm loving it awesome tyler bernalillo right there cobra could gas cask house let's go get ready for that next model we're just waiting for cole thompson make his way down here we got second in that moto so dylan wright is your champion the 450 door has closed nothing can really change there except for welton and pettis that is down now to a four point gap because welton didn't get him in the end there so we're just waiting for cole to come in here here he comes the number 16 factory ktm red bull floor ride of cole thompson um we talked all week long i know you're having fun you love this place and stuff but did wow you were dropping the hammer early on there just like you and the track are really gelling and at times you were kept closing in on dylan and then the one lap looked like maybe laparoscope but i think you got to be excited on that moto because man it really showed that you still do love this mx stuff yeah no it's been a long time coming i've been off the pace all summer i think uh the sand i just wasn't executing those races in the sand and we come back to the clay i feel back at home first couple laps are good i pumped up a bit in the middle there and then dylan got by me and it was good to have him just pace off and uh i knew that the longer i stuck with him the more we'd pull out and uh that's exactly what we did and then in the middle there i just caught a group of riders that were battling for position and it was hard to kind of navigate through that and dylan got you know five seconds out but then just maintained right to the finish and that's what we needed to do we were talking on the show i think it's important for a guy like you to get the confidence going now into the supercross season obviously way different scenarios but just get that confidence going back into where you're you know the guy that's everybody's going to be chasing yeah everyone even at the line they're like you know two more motors and then it's back to your stuff so everyone knows it's coming but uh no same thing you know it's not that i don't want to be good at this stuff i try my butt off out here just as much as i do at supercross i think like i said we just didn't have this set up for sand and we get back to the plane and we're back in the mix and that's what i needed going into uh next weekend the next couple weekends at supercross is this this kind of race right now oh it's great to see it there cola let you go get ready for the next model there you storybook goes he's been crazy and out of control and i heard there's a great stat look at this wow look at that so piccolo leading the way a young ryder mcnabb three points back sinai who making that late charge here goldie a great day chambo showing put him up in that that race and tanner ward our early leader here he won both rounds here so far you can't count the 11. yeah so ward's got two mcnabb's got two piccolo's got two one and sinai's got oh yeah and one one right right that's a seven that's seven yeah so we would if we tied out two kyle oh man the math in the head would be going crazy there we'd have to figure out moto wins and all that kind of stuff it is going to be an insane insane day here in our 250 class there is my camera guy marty right there marty i'm already cam the marty cam and uh yeah it is going to be insane right now how this could possibly work out it was sort of funny we talked about it at dechambeau in the morning on the monday for round seven and we said you know what would be cool is if this sort of happened this sort of happened and it almost worked out exactly and then here we are now 11 points between four these guys there it is right there the points on the screen jacob piccolo and mcnabb three mcnabb is tonight that is another four seven behind piccolo tanner word 11 back like it is insane and yes the marco cannella factor yeah the marco canelo he sits in a similar position as thompson zero pressure for the championship let's go win a moto yeah let's go win it over exactly that's where the point ceiling is not so much drama in the 450 but this class becomes interesting because even if he gets a second sinai gets a first that shuffles the points up the goldy math is going to come probably 10 minutes into this model so you guys stay going down the line sinai close to the box uh piccolo right down sort of mid-range on that side and then is that mcnabb reward right there flag's blowing in the distance i can't tell who that is i think that's oh yeah he likes the inside of the western rosina touch base on him champion he's on the number 100 we're gonna keep an eye on his results as they go along i think he can get top ten and keep yeah be cool to seize on the 150 like you said as well so uh mcnabb not the best starter nope and he could get bunched up in this first term we got to really keep an eye on that number 18 because have the worst of a piccolo no problem up forward ward canelo got a good start this time and i said i as well and i know mcnabb's outside the top ten for mcnabb all right take a piccolo little mistake already always open the door piccolo ward canelo frazier sinai mcnabb about 12th kyle might now have about 12 right now so he's got some work to do the rest of the riders clicking by all good for the rest of the pack nobody going down nobody big all the riders through so that's warranty take a note oh stays up canelo now may be taking the lead oh wow wow this is ah tanner putting himself in a great spot just going for it you got it canelo already trying to canelo to the lead right now so there it is canelo taking the lead piccolo back into that second spot this is what we were going to see sinai now just getting a little bit of a gift there with ward so he comes sneaking through wow when we saw mcnabb he came across the line and it looks like about 12 position 11 position so i have to find out where the 18 is and then also find out what happened to the 84. davey fraser in fourth spot great uh start there for the carlson husqvarna rider and you gotta love what ward was trying to do that's exactly what you wanted to do in his position trying to make a move early and take the head game into the practice into the scene here but he goes down hannah kane engineer fox 10 award goes down we'll have to keep eye on how he can recoup right now it is the mx101 fxr rockstar helmet wearing marco canela up in the lead and we have seen him do very well here yeah as they get through that amateur finish line yes so canela piccolo sinai and you think they're going to be a little gingerly here this first lap yeah you can see a bit of like that i see the surface there and is that no no i think it was that kids look like they're so okay the top three right now a very somber sort of first lap it looks like things are going to get exciting now everybody kind of spacing out just a little bit with canelo and the in the lead look at piccolo through those rollers though great speed out of the ktm right now that's a sitting on a 22 point payoff right there and look at this that is the pit board for me just breathe take a breath that's probably one thing that piccolo does not do a lot of when he's racing out there he's so intense yeah there we go look at sanae he needs to he needs to attack now get in there i know they're just trying to wait this track out a little bit that was gainer in that fifth spot i apologize looks like uh mcnabb up to seventh or sixth all right so mcnabb already making some quick work of a few of the riders out there back up in there and ward oh i think ward has gone down again kyle sorry i'm cheating off screen here we're looking at the front of the pack ward has gone down again ward has just solidified that he is out of this championship i think you're kyle yeah that's way back there oh now off track comes right back on and cuts canelo hops over the burn here kyle almost loses the lead but what this is doing is now kind of slowing up and frustrating piccolo oh he's looking down he's got banners in there lots of mud oh maybe jumped in and hit one of the deep ruts and kind of got some stuff stuck up in that rear brake looks like it's okay now was able to make that turn but what that did is kind of frustrate piccolo a little bit and kind of just him and here comes tonight yeah that was weird we seen that with uh welton missing a berm last moto but he wasn't in the lead canelo jumping in no harm no foul there he's everything right to get back on the track so as this stands right now canelo not really a factor as far as his point stealing type car if he beats everybody it doesn't really matter it just kind of keeps the gaps a little bit tighter except for that through there's that three-point swing from first to second in the points paying positions right now canelo leads piccolo and sinai and i i gotta say i like the position that sanae is in right now you can kind of watch sort of check on what's happening and just kind of sit back and wait for something and just kind of tagging no pressure behind him so he's in a great spot just like you said galdean he's going to be able to find the lines that are going to work here he's going to use uh piccolo and canelo as his key markers here is that tanner what i can't see what it is that might have been sam gainer oh i think that was sam gainer right there taylor where did no gator's still up in the field okay gainers there okay and ward came across oh where was word wow he was back 10 years 27 that was not him but uh he's way back okay so canelo one more time past the mechanics area piccolo right in tow on the sky racing ktm fox canada back ride and darren tonight right on the rear wheel is that and i say mcnabb he is starting to move up as well frazier and gainer we're going to see some lap times coming by here kyle got to say fraser and gain are great starts here and holding their own against the top dogs they got mcnabb right so mcnabb needs to move quick he cannot afford to lose this time because it's so hard to make up here lap times canala 208 jake piccolo 207 tonight 207 210 for frasier 209 for gainer and 208 for mcnabb so sinai the fastest on track right now kyle yeah so this track obviously slippery these guys are usually a lot closer to 450 times but they're dealing with the slippery surface after that water was put down so right now it's hitting that 208 207 range you've got to think mcnabb's got to make those passes on gainer and fraser to even stand a chance in this championship we've seen mcnabb really turn it on past the halfway mark so right now he's sitting in that fifth position here sorry sixth position he's got work to do see well just come on the screen chain on his buddy so welton up in that to that corner there giving sinai the signals do you think sinai just sits and kind of waits or does he try to make a stab right now here kylie i mean he still is a little bit back but as a racer do you want to make the pass now and then hope he can hang on or do you want to just sit and see what happens he needs to pass both these guys probably by that halfway mark he needs to get around him and he hopes that canelo can stay in between the two of them because that would make a nice little swing in his favor that that last modal was winner take all all right looking at our timing and score 10 award up into that 20th spot so we'll just keep you updated to gate on him but right now the battle for this title looks like it might be between piccolo and sinai seven points between them right now as it would stand here this would be nine points for piccolo heading look at this piccolo's going for the lead here kyle he is not waiting he wants this championship he wants to make points gap between these guys right now yeah so piccolo had a couple laps on this track this week maybe using that to his advantage getting very racy early on here but canela he is no stranger to this track many amateur titles very strong here his first ever pro podium was here as he drops back in and you know i never get it really a chance never talk to any of the guys who like say who the canelo is or who the frasers like who are they going for like if they're behind somebody ahead of somebody are they going to hold them up are they going to block them yeah i mean kind of thing you see how many yeah i never thought of asking them that these kids are all so young and i don't know if they give us an honest answer yeah i know and look at fraser dropped off there he must have went down he's fell back but now gainer up into that four spot this is the best we've seen gainer he's off screen right now as we watch his lead battle but uh gainer earlier today on that flow racing out once again here on fox sports racing look at this tonight at the inside wow watch this line right here piccolo was going outside it's gonna take a stab no i thought he might try to jam it in on the inside there kyle yesterday dropping back in that large step down there trying to make a move he's he's been kind of stalking them seeing where they're going he's going to see what works here as they get ready for that valley section all right so canela piccolo sny sny uses the most sidelines those insides getting real choppy here kyle so the outsides might come in handy look at there's welter right now looking at his teammate watching him hoping that he can pull that trigger and make something happen here so talking about tanner ward there off camera he's up to 16 plays goldie so still moving up the ladder but you cannot give up that much time for these leaders fastest rider on track that time was a 205 of sinai so sinai is the one finding the speed here but unable to make any sort of move or again like i asked this he wants to make the move canela not pulling away so maybe they're going to think like canelo was awesome at deschampo but he was kind of a little bit off the pace at the end of the model maybe he slows up and gets that sort of gets the bunching going that we've heard going on before in championship i think uh out of the three here canelo maybe a little uh banged up from his crashes that he's had uh piccolo maybe the least experienced out of the three but the raw speed is there and then sinai just a not a veteran right he's still young in his own right but he's just so smart he's been through so many big races that he might be the best option here he might just sit back in the shadows like you've been talking about and just wait for mistakes to happen and piccolo maybe to fade off the pace of it and we've seen before if you put the pressure on the number 30 mistakes do happen here he has been strong all year these outside lines he's taking i like these kids taking those outside i'm just trying different stuff right there the dab up in the fourth here goldie behind us got behind him and yeah so here we go we're gonna go across the street mcnabb is now all by himself so we're gonna see if he can close the gap on these guys in front he has got work to do if anybody's gonna gain this big of a gap it's mcnabb he's showing it all year long he's been able to come from bad starts get back up into that leader's position and try to take wins or podiums away but right now sinai pressuring piccolo look at piccolo look over looking back piccolo i don't like that one pickles looking back how every time he's done that at every one of the races he goes backwards yes that's a sideline here for sinai no it's a towel or what did they say in poker when they said they give up a little spot there in this every time piccolo like you said every time he's looked back he's always faded you can always see as the rider's looking forward to sinai knows it he can feel it right now he can feel that he is the faster man on track than the number three is going to happen right here kyle no can't make that inside work right here at the moment they're still all going to that outside line and what this is kind of doing with these two is kind of letting canelo get a little bit out there again canelo got no eggs in this basket but he could definitely play a factor if he starts to fade at the end kind of making them get that bunch up here but right now this next lap this is where i want to see what mcnabb is made of yeah so let's see mcdab came by the stripe he was 9.4 seconds but running that leader's pace of a 206. i can see mcnabb unfortunately 204 and really slicing into that lead tanner ward running leader lap times back in that 15th position so ward had the speed there that early mistake looks like it might be the costly one for him he's got a lot of work to do here so early on right now it's the piccolo and tonight show and mcnabb at the tail end of this and this would be a four point swing for piccolo over mcnabb right now and then of course a two-point swing over sinai so this would obviously everything right now playing in the favors of the sky racing number 30 fox canada and look at this now he sort of looks like he's picked it back up again here cop wow there's an eye on him great speed down that straightaway for the kawasaki rider as it gets closer than ever to the inside i love the switch up look at it sinai trying to stab in there looking all right kyle guess what has gone down ryder mcnabb has gone down kyle it is a two horse race it is a two horse race we had four now it is two and they are in second and third going in right now wow kyle ward and mcnabb going down mcnabb about to cross the straight we'll get to obtain you now he is in look at this here gold he's got the inside it is oh nice pass back by piccolo good counter wow smart move by the young piccolo mcnabb is back to sixth position now so mc now making himself working extra hard out here so a two horse race for piccolo and sinai if mcnabb can get back into that fourth position two points at six there's enough fast riders that he still stands a chance piccolo drops to third we need tonight to get in there maybe past both of them we're going to have a barn burner here in this second motor oh the drama never ends the drama never ends there's that pass right there replay tonight look at that i knew it was coming through good job by piccolo to hit the he had a rear brake on that one he got a rear brake on that one the tip is there he had the tip and he used it okay canela piccolo sinai one two and three and i love this they're like super tight nothing happened right now look at that all 205's that last laptop all fraser racine is uh eighth ninth and ward there is no doubt at all that he can get back into that fourth position for mcnabb so to keep the door open for him right there looks like canelo has gained a couple bike lengths here on piccolo getting a little bit of breathing room but that can change in an instant in this class all right mark for cow with these guys yeah 13 minutes here so they're just getting to that halfway as tonight needs to make a move quick he needs to get back up on canelo there's gaynor sitting in that fourth spot he's kind of riding by himself here he's got no ah mcdab's coming in behind in fifth so mcdab already gained speed this watch for this lap time here goldie after that crash mcnabb just launched down that hill farther than anybody i may have ever seen in this place this kid is on fire right now but he's got so much work to make up the tld gas gas number 28 sam gainer ride well and there's mcnabb right now he's crossed the stripe with a 206.4 so definitely a faster lap than gainer you got to think he's going to be right on gainer's rear wheel by the end of this lap yeah he's going to the pass gainer put himself in that fourth position and then it's just hoping a prayer that maybe a leader makes a mistake that he can capitalize on but right now mcnabb not doing any favors for himself as we get back to that lead pack piccolo sinai dropping into the valley gotta give a shadow tanner ward up to ninth position kyle ninth position from 27th on lap number one so a great recovery for ward here but it is going to make a difficult second moto for the number 84. he would still be in it technically but very far back so right now all on the line between the kawasaki team green pro circuit thor ride of sinai and the sky racing fox cannon ride of jacob piccolo is that oh i thought that was canelo just a lap canelo right there so he's got a bit of room there goldie about a second lead over piccolo ends and i shania switching up lines here tonight really moving piccolo looking at the lap riders right there the kid is like an instagram model right he just does everything right scrubbing boston hitting burbs and like that but tonight probably sitting up there just going man i got to get this kid right now i want to eat them up and spit them out and take some points yeah here we go through those rollers again piccolo just got a bit of room here over sinai let's see if he can mount another charge and put a little pass on as canelo gets ready for that mechanic right canelo piccolo sinai one two three these is this is the battle on track right now we'll get a good check on lap traffic right there playing a little factory the boys clicking by one more time so a 205.4 from canela 205.2 for piccolo and a 205.5 for sinai so these guys are just matching the pace of each other here they and now mcnabb is right on the rear wheel of gainer here for that fourth position yeah i just come up by the finish line there mcnabb's trying to mount another comeback here getting that four spot as they get over that twin tunnel and that lead pack of 205-4 for ward here on the screen as he drops in looks like he's up to the back wheel of fraser and that would be for eight foot uh seven i think he said ten nine seven so if he gets fraser he's in eight right now he's in eighth right now there it is on screen right now so eighth position for tanner ward so a decent recovery right now from 84 but now look at this piccolo now closing back from canelo it's just a yo-yo game out here kyle mentally exhausting uh for these guys you know i mean just when they put in a good lap it's equally matched you know you're just like hey i hit every line right i put in a good solid lap and i can't shake these guys so as these guys get through that swampland section up into that walt wall here and there as tight as ever and pick one really launching that wall there kyle and you gotta think sometimes it's a little shania taking all different lines than than piccolo right now taking everything and still staying on the rear wheel i wonder if he as he thankful another look back another look back is he looking back from nerves are you looking back saying i got you i think he's seen a photo op there he's getting a little sty he looks around he looks around a lot you see that in photos all the time with this kid he's just pure style out there pure speed look at him get on that back wheel he's trying to get and you know what if he makes that pass on canelo he puts that gap that's just going to make a nice relief into that next moto over sinai and the rest of the guys big time yeah that turns from a nine-pointer up into a 12-pointer heading in to that foundamone if he's able to make that pass tonight losing a little bit of the rear end right now of the number 30 so 46 the number 30. piccolo pushing that ktm for everything it's got right now here kyle i'll tell you what that kid is twisting the grip right off that here's mcnabb right now he has made that pass into that fourth position past of sam gator and now we're going to see the gap last time it was 19 seconds for gainer mcnabb coming by and he comes by at a 2-0 205.1 fastest rider on track he's 20 seconds back of the lead yeah sorry 20 seconds back of uh darren sinai sorry yeah he was just off the fast slap of the moto there was a 205-111 he was one one or one six six so very close he's now pushing the envelope hard here i don't know if he has enough time here as we 18 minutes in gold oh tanner ward out very upsetting wow something wrong with the haunted cannon and gdr fox there's both tanner the mechanic for tanner warren and ryan lockhart looking at the bike that is all as she wrote for ken award here unfortunately his title homes have been dashed out yeah it's very unfortunate he was so solid here early stages of the series winning both nationals here at walt one and he's out of the race here as we watch our leaders one two and three you never want to see him go like ah just uh we come in with a big drama like that and we lose one rider almost right on the first lap and he's out now but look at this sinai now closing back in on piccolo using all those different lines tonight really using all that inside stuff right now kyle really making it work and like i said you got to think is he just waiting is he toying with the kid is a kid playing with him it doesn't seem like either one of them want to make really a dash for it it's insane there's there's so many different lines called do you see in the corners of berms there's ruts and and multiple different lines but just they're going so much similar pace like they just can't make the move we've seen one move and then piccolo took it right back okay so canelo doing a great job up front mx101 fxr rockstar helmet yamaha backing that kid up the sky racing fox canada ktm whoa piccolo a little mistake there kyle he gets his kid is pushing the envelope he wants this victory and then as team green post circuit kawasaki thor huber motors motorsports backing up our third place rider they have checked out on everybody else right now we're going to see what the number 18 is made of the next time we come around we'll send you the laptops but the one two and three on screen this has been the way it has been right from the start yeah i needed that start there this is really hurting uh mcnabb chances at his title as these guys are one two three sections in front 20 is around 20 seconds uh fastest on track again was the gap but only by a half a second that's not going to be enough with that that far of a gap he's 19.2 back so as this stands right now these two guys are in the driver's seat piccolo would gain two once tonight that would make it nine he would gain four on mcnab that would make it seven so a nine and a seven heading into that model that's comfortable for piccolo that would mean he would only have to get a third or better to claim this title and here if either one of those riders won that sakamoto so you've got to think that sanae's going to uncork some speed here yes he sees opportunity right in front of him it's not a one-on-one battle it's got one-on-two here he's got to get by both piccolo and canela and just gain a nice amount of points over the number 30 machine big time so sinai right now waiting we just hit lap 10 out here kyle would we do 15 in the 450 so they got to think maybe three-ish laps maybe four to go here yeah it's gonna be able four to go goldie four to go okay so it's a lot of time a lot of last that's about eight minutes for these guys a little over eight minutes so lots of time for anybody to make a mistake or anybody to make a move canelo right now still doing a great job he's riding great right now too canelo always liked this place and uh sitting up front on that ms 101 fxr yamaha look at that tonight getting up the inside they're trying to get that drive on them just throwing a green fender in there man these kids are carrying so much speed at their lap traffic hop up out of the way boys there's a race going on and you're not in it canelo on the inside look at this go to the outside yeah it's snow piccolo goes the outside yeah lappers he's trying to split those lappers nice move by piccolo to get by okay so lapper's kind of making a hindrance out there all within that 205 the fastest out of the three with sinai second fastest piccolo canelo so these guys getting even closer as we go along here wow they've been 205s forever and they've been just full sprint mode yeah okay canelo piccolo i think it's going to come down who makes the mistake of count they've been almost perfect the entire race with each other matching lap times it's going to come down to anybody that does not make the mistake here between the first second third rider but piccolo sitting in that juiciest spot between the blue and green sandwich right now and uh and the most inexperienced if you will out of all three of these guys yeah he's doing an awesome job sitting that spot we know how challenging it is trying to play offense and defense and again control the points look at that launch down there sinai right into those breaking bumps he's going for it here goldie look at schneider really pushing that cowie to its limits here he wants another two points that would bring it down to five heading into that moto that would mean piccolo would have to finish on the podium in that final race to close out this championship now canelo stretch canelo seems like he's a little bit better in all that tighter section through the valley he always seems the game but once we get over to this faster section the rollers and stuff like that these guys pull right back up the back side of them so in the more technical lines there canelo is the man when it gets that wide open pin it to win it these two right here sinai and piccolo able to just make up that ground tonight not happy with miquel savardo they're just making him choose a line he hadn't been using all race but that is the way it goes here in motocross when you catch in that lap traffic they are supposed to hold their line and the faster rider will get around them and i'll tell you what the faster riders sure are wow piccolo so good at getting the power to the ground on those rollers now yeah he was impressive there all week long right now look at this so canelo making a little bit of a mistake a bobble there three laps it says plus two i think it's a lot less than plus two right now so canelo just losing that front end on that outside berm given an opportunity to piccolo piccolo now switching to the inside there goldie sinai all three of them taking the exact same line wow this race is coming down here kyle this is going to be amazing to watch how this ends up mcnabb looks like he's even farther back making more mistakes so like now i'm going to lose some time here in this moto that's not they said three laps yeah i thought they said two laps on that board it was three laps in the pit board three laps yeah three left on the pitfall there so and tonight still using some different lines out here so he's it's definitely sitting in the best position i would say here kyle looking at the front of them now and seeing if what he can do yeah it's gonna be interesting he's still gonna make those passes he's in a great spot but hey he's running out of time here look at this uh canelo's up teammate there getting out of the way that's powell last lap around mcnabb mcnab lost a bunch of time a 207 so he's 23 seconds back so mcnabb is four he is going to lose oh now the inside wow here he goes is he gonna take it here he's gonna make a move tough line there yeah i know just better drive out of piccolo darien tonight right now is trying to make it happen with two and a half laps to go here ladies and gentlemen the team green kawasaki is he going to go on the inside yes he is he pushes canelo and pushes piccolo a little he gets back around wow that is a tough spot to make a pass tonight went for it and take a look read it perfectly you've got to be impressed with piccolo switching up lines and able to get through here now canelo threw two lappers piccolo same thing tonight trying to get up the inside he might just get through taking his usual line piccolo not able to do it here we go there's tonight has been going inside here is he going to get that rider out of the way yes he is up the inside right now picco's got the drive tonight pushing the envelope right now the 157 is all over the 30. is he going to make a push right here into the rollers they go side by side wow what a move there piccolo getting that drive a little bit better through the rollers but look at this follow the leader here canelo is the only one working that outside as they go by the mechanics little mistake by sinaira there's gonna lose about two bike lengths on the driver that ktm but he is putting the power to the ground this is a two-point swing in the championship here so big for both these guys two laps to go kyle two laps to go who gots it who wants it looking at lap times there goldilocks go by the strike during the 206 207 206 there for our leaders okay let's see if sinai can maybe try to make a pass in that section once again i love the the poise of piccolo right now he's holding off the battles with charges that everything has been throwing at him here in this moto and this is where he got close last time here kyle so let's see if we can make something happen again a lap and a half to go here's where it got interesting last lap through this valley section it's key to carry your speed through these ruts coming into the valley and tonight seems like he's just doing a better job right here but piccolo gets through that one great that's that he dives right into it gets the drive this time not as close for sinai so piccolo doing good damage control from the lap prior look at this now he's back up on the real house of canal oh a little bit of slider for piccolo now let's see if kim sonia can get the drive no about the same this is intense here and piccolo knows he can throw a dagger and everybody's chances of this championship if he makes that pass on canelo uncork it now piccolo that's what's got to stay on the board uncork the pass go for it take that extra three points and bring home look at that now got to go back to a line he hasn't been using all race lap traffic right there look at that looking over once again wow good job here kyle laffer's doing a good job that's i love the different lines they have they're just not able to make it work there tonight going back to the inside here piccolo gets to drive in those rolls just pulls an extra bike length or so coming out of them right now this is it sanaya's got to put it all on the line a lap and a quarter to go here in your 2021 motor one of the triple crown series 250 uncork there maybe unleash the numbers oh wow either way he's got the flow up in his ears forks fox sports racing as well here we go the final turn canelo piccolo you can throw a blanket over these guys this is going to be a great ending cow white flag is alcohol is a sprint two minutes of racing left sinai is going to put everything he's ever had into a championship on the line right now these two points are unbelievably important for that kawasaki rider oh makes a mistake he hangs on to it tonight slides out loses a little bit of time little bit of mistake by darius tonight up into that turn piccolo's got about two more bike lines now the pressure these guys have dealt with the whole moto is insane canelo just not folding the cards piccolo the same playing offense and defense sinai just trying to keep pace trying to make a pass he's got a few more sections that are really technical here gold he needs to capitalize this was that spot where he was able to close in but he's lost some time just a little bit without losing the traction on the rear end of that kawasaki tanella in control right now sinai has got to just let it all hand he needs the two points this is either a seven or sorry a nine or a five right now going into moto 2 piccolo riding such a great race the poise of this kid holding off this battle is unbelievable for the past 25 minutes oh we got a medic flag manic flag up there riders down the boys are getting through nothing going on there they are up in that turn let's hope the boys really listened in that section and didn't nominate piccolo now back to the inside this is where sinai has been able to close in a little bit now kylie's gonna lose a little time yeah just stopped that rod a little bit too much gold he lost his drive but there canelo's into that senai line now shania back in there look at little bit of traction loss for piccolo but he's so strong through these rollers and it's high speed from here on out sinai's even trying more inside gonna lose a little bit of time so piccolo right now looks like he's in control we have not seen anybody making passes in this section here is putting it down though cop he's got three turns to go three turns to go canelo fxr mx101 yamaha looking like he's going to bring on moto 1 victory sky racing ktm the number 30. the final turn he is going to take second spot canelo with the win piccolo with seconds tonight in third it is a nine point gap for jacob piccolo in the motor number two what a race by those three warriors right there kyle wow they did not separate that whole time wow had some chances there to make the passes couldn't make it stick and he's got a nice little points gap going in the next round or sorry the next moto watching for uh mcnabb to drop in he's going to lose another couple points there waiting for the number 18 if he is still in that fourth position that would mean a seven point gap for mcnabb now a seven-point gaffer we have and there he is coming down uh into the drop down he's still in it he's still in it mathematically very still in it right here so piccolo has got seven over mcnabb and nine over um sinai going that turn they both kind of balled with he went down and then next thing you know i was in the lead and uh it's not very often i see the lead on the first lap so i tried to do everything i could just to keep that clear track and ride my own race and um it was chaos like three four laps in there was a rock in my back break i blew off a berm and i'm trying to got that on tv i'm trying to kick that thing out and i'm happy i was able to get it out and then uh just didn't look back you know i knew they were there pressuring me i knew they were going to go for it and they need every point they can but i'm here to try and win races and uh i'm so happy to be able to win that first model is there anything in the in the retreat access before the show do you got anybody that you would like to see win this even though that you're out of is there a choice rider of one of these guys going for this battle these guys are all good dudes man we're all out here racing hearts whoever ends up winning you know they deserve it at the end of the day so you know that's it that's uh we'll see how it unfolds and at all four of them and it's uh whoever deserves to win it you know they uh they're going to carry that number one plate it sucks i obviously really want it but to be this far out and then winimoto is awesome awesome job congratulations marco canelo right now we'll let him get up and do his but i know you wanted to be in front of them at the end of it yeah for sure it's it's a little bit tough to pass on this track right now um i just went out there i i didn't get the best of start somebody on the inside kind of pushed me pretty wide so i was happy to come out you know i was like six got into you know fourth and third pretty quick um yeah at that point i got a little bit pumped up honestly it kind of seems to be happening this year on all the first motors for some reason so i just tried to relax and you know just ride smooth and then i felt like i could catch up to them and i made a push i caught him i made a couple moves but just not very precise and uh he got me right back and yeah it's the way it is i wanted to i wanted to beat him because he's you know first in the championship right now but uh i'm just gonna go out and put my head down and try to win this next one i guess it's kind of overbroke now nine points there that means he's got to get around a fifth or a worse than a fifth kind of thing is it would you any bike let's go again yeah i'm just gonna you know get ready for this next one i think uh the only issues i had was myself out there where it's it's hard packing the ruts are so small so i'm just a little bit too tight i need to just flow a little bit better but uh i had a couple of good lines out there i wish i could have just you know been right on them when i got to those lines but it was all right those guys both wrote good you know uh we're all pretty similar in speed and stuff um i got the fastest qualifier so i was happy to get that but a little bit bummed right now just gonna try to regroup and go out and try to win all right we'll let you get back to the truck good job there for darius tonight on the team green pro circuit huber motorsport parks canada kawasaki we're gonna bring in second spot in that motor and current points leader jacob piccolo dude so impressive you handle the pressure the whole time he makes a couple stabs at you and you sneak right back by him just talking about that motor you did exactly what you needed to do you got yourself an extra couple points a little bit of a cushion not a huge one but a little more cushion just give me your thoughts on that motor because it was impressive for my end to watch yeah for sure that was a fun moto i got off to a a whole shot and and marco got past me uh kind of quick there and it was it was super slick and i i really didn't need a push for that win um and you know darien was uh past me one time and i had some good defense i passed him right back and i just got to do that one more moto and yeah can we bang out that start we make any bike changes or anything like that or just get fresh stuff on and go fresh stuff on the bike was pretty solid so i don't think any changes need to be done sounds good jacob piccolo will you get back right there there you have it right now this kid is poised he is ready to try to bring home his first ever canadian championship very impressive darris tonight wants it mcnabb finished fourth now he is seven points back to nine nine points back there's still a shot for both of those guys but it's a little bit longer now as we head into second moto 450 boys are heading the line we're gonna head to commercial and we'll be right back with some more action here from the final round of the triple crown 450 class and um again deserving so we've scared it a couple times here he's definitely been the fastest guy uh put himself in a couple of those positions that gave pettis a bit of an open door but pettis then had his mistake there at our other our last round at dechambeau and uh i think that actually him and pettis are um started beside each other and this one that's nico packing the gate there i think so yeah uh yeah pettis and him might as well yeah all right i love it is a great starter too um and then there's t-dags right there the old guy as we saw on the board when we did that interview with brittany and uh we'll see what he can do and he's he's just kind of playing spoiler there's nothing really in in it i don't believe for tyler as far as movement of the points yeah i don't he can't catch or really lose or no he's too far behind cole and cole beat him in the first one anyway so tyler going to finish in that fifth position in the points no matter what i guess really the only uh house cleaning effort is is parker eels did move up to uh the sixth place no sorry eighth position in that first moto so he actually was able to pass uh tim trombley so he's now eighth in the points and i'm guessing liam yeah he might be able to pass sean moffatt as well so a couple little jumps but unfortunately we lost both keyland messing and sean moffenberger on the mx-101 squad into this round due to injuries um so yeah i'm fortunate enough for the other races they get a chance to maybe kind of move up that ladder a little bit and and grab themselves um just i don't i don't think it's a money thing or anything but it's i feel good yeah it's a feel good good solid finish there parker hills uh you know just trying to improve on his national number uh moving forward so he's had a great run so far this year and um yeah parker is the number 31 on that whole shot racing honda and i believe all the riders just one more guy tommy delaire just waiting to get him there you see him coming into her camera right now as he heads up the last rider into that 450 gate and once again going to the quick shot hopefully best wishes and hopeful wishes for uh baden bridlock sorry braden bidlock and um he went down in that lap 11 on our first 250 model and uh we had to have it a little delay so we know that was a little bit serious but we're hearing that he's getting transferred out there and hopefully the best wishes to him and and a speedy recovery on that one one of our uh privateer heroes out there so i believe out of the alberta alberta i think he's alberta yeah best wishes to him so we will uh looking at this we're only about uh the 10 minutes so no sorry not even 10 minutes moving five or six minutes off of that uh initial gait drop which is at 308 so we're sitting at 315 so not too bad not too bad there we're timing so hopefully we can i will just not five minutes off the 30 plus two here yeah 25 plus two boys 25 plus there we go as the guys are getting themselves ready for the final gate drop of the 21 season here for the triple crown series this is the mx portion and in only two weeks time cal after this closes out we kick into the supercross portion of this at least stay on the third position yeah i mean there's an outside chance of him getting second uh he needs a little bit of luck on his side here as thompson and o'farrell sit in between welton and uh pettis so hey man at the end of the day he was sitting on the ground not looking good there well he's out here racing and he's gonna get a top three as long as he stays up here in the mix yeah bit of movement getting two points back under his hood so making it uh right there that is literally a four-point swing right now here kyle and that would make it would go to uh for best first places position where he usually finishes yeah he looks like he's moving forward there and then he gets shuffled back so leo farrell was a great start sitting in that sick spot now as the leader gets through the strike for the first time so right now welton's best friend is the number five yeah welton's best friend is the number five as it stands here look at this tyler wow up the inside he's going to make the best of gas gas pushes fine no problem and now pettis's best friend is called thompson so this is going to be interesting to see where this four point swing could go right now as it stands right there that would be a uh a five-point swing that would give welcome but again a long time ago here in this motorcycle yeah you got to thank madagala he's going to be hunting there for the number two to land onto the podium for the last weekend of mx tour it's between him and uh right now as a point stand it would be thompson in second obviously right with a 1-1 would be your overall winner on the day and he's got away he's 4.9 seconds clear he's gone there it is so uh stands the overall sit in front of a pitcher will be right thompson and welton and your series would be right welton and pettis uh as far as it stands right now but again lots of time to go as we're watching tyler medallion on that callus moto backed cobra quid gas gas cannon ride but here it is now the number two on his team green pro circuit thor huber motorsports ride and the ktm factory red bull ride of cool thompson and you know cole's feeling good he likes this place so and he put a lot of distance between him and welton in the first model but again the roost uh darius and i really alluded that it was very hard to pass we saw that he was on the rear wheel of piccolo with that entire 250 model so where can cole make it happen and a little mistake right there yeah he said using that sinai line there so interesting line choice look at now welcome to the outside thompson inside thompson line yeah yeah switching it up here so uh the boy's just kind of throwing in the mix playing the chess game here trying different moves seeing what happens see what maybe opens up it whoops it off a little bit right there right back on no problem and gets back on the gas on the number 16. so and loses that little bit of time there so it was no harm foul um right there for the number 16 the two that's but at the front of the pack oh my dylan wright is gone kyle he is absolutely checked out lap time there at 202.5 gotta pick these guys around 204 here he has a eight second lead six and 207 there wow guys or 205 for thompson oh nice and liam o'farrell is down by batman back in that position where he could still be that second overall that would be the tie right there so look at this thompson on the outside gonna have the inside on this turn is he gonna push wide yes he is nice aggressive pass making the move on the number two helping out the teammate pettis right there for the points yeah definitely helping out the ktm squad because liam o'farrell and the dagley are all over the backside of number 15 and the more he gets shuffled back the more this points get separated so well needs all the help he can get here to secure that number two so that would put thompson a 2-2 on the day behind a 1-1 so that would give him second overall he kicked off the series with a second overall and then might end the series with the second overall so book ending very well for mr cole thompson out here at walton rain street for our final round of the series here in the triple crown series and uh already look at that i already kind of pulled four or five bike lines so he's feeling it again here in moto 2. yeah he's feeling it but now he doesn't have anybody to chase down i feel like wright helped him a lot in that first one just having him in sight but thompson with about a sixth place start having to work through these guys that didn't help him and right is checked out he got 8.4 at the strike there now thompson into second welton shuffle back to third but they got a nice gap behind them of seven seconds to pettis all right so give you a little rundown dylan wright marcia walton cole thompson uh i'm sorry well still right cole thompson marshall timing scoring hasn't caught up yet just on this period so and then jess pettis liam o'farrell tyler medallion mitch cook parker eels ryan derry and taylor simpaccini in your top ten yannick voucher anthony spoticini josh mann max philippeck tommy delaire dallas duff robinson brock kelly scott vandenborn ethan nullett cole kelly inside your top 20. those are all your points rider down there yeah there's a red toss there another odd spot for a rider to crash here look at this flags out very hard for the riders who will go out there very hard for the riders to get off the gas in that section here kyle the flag needs to be out a little farther we'll let the referees and all the boys deal with that watch it behind there look at uh on screen there my dagger trying to make that pass so ryder down in front of the mechanics here look at this with dags on the inside right now trying to get by pettis for the second time here kyle in this photo yeah so pettis doing a great job here being injured it's insane that he can go this fast being a broken pack vertebrae in his back look at this medaglia around the outside though making that pass he's going to do same with thompson did the wealth and stuff to the outside got the set up there a beautiful set up there for tyler medallion no problem making that pass moving him up into that fourth position putting pettis back to that fifth spot there and in that position there kyle that is only a three-point swing so now it's back to pettis in the second spot after thompson made the pass on welton so pettis now just needs to stay there but liam o'farrell he ain't never gonna quit he ain't never gonna quit he just yeah he never stops and this is the best position we've seen lira mcfarrell all series long and uh these leaders are checked out here thompson welton but uh you know what it's all up to pettis staying on the back end of that gas gas and just minimizing this damage here and not letting the 21 of arrow buy okay so medags pettis and o'farrell that is four five and six you're watching on screen right now and this is that section we alluded to where braden bidlock went down in that 250 middle there so a tough uh section for all the boys out there but right now my dad's leading the pack on that kobe quid kalis moto gas gas backed ride yeah just looking ahead there looks like yeah dylan right just going by that incident they got him slowing down quite a bit there as they get down that straight i'm not sure who it is we haven't gotten on the radio to see who that uh rider is hope he's all right but killing right across the stripe one more time there number 16 cole thompson on screen dylan wright with a 202 point six and then thompson comes across with a 201 so click the second off they're down to a i know 7.1 so thompson pushing hard again here that's impressive you know what he's uh hasn't had the best series on the outdoors doesn't love being out here apparently so you know what he's showing some speed he's pulled away from a good distance there he's got 4.7 seconds and he's closed the whole two seconds since he's passed into the lead so thompson's got a little fight in him early on here we're only about nine minutes into this moto lots of time left here to try to break it down here and uh just going by of the road i missed back in there look at these ruts here great shot of right getting into oh yeah wow the choices yeah i wouldn't like i don't like any of those i want a slap or a berm give me a berm just some nice tacky dirt for reality there we go getting around the outside there uh dylan wright heading towards this valley here he's got nice 7.5 second lead and looking to go one one on the day and playing that walton sword there it's adding just to that uh trophy case at home it's getting big kyle the trophy case for the haunted canada the gdr fox team and riders are getting very big out there these guys seem to have a lot of uh a lot of uh of power out there in this class that is for sure and hanukkah d.c fox dylan right number one leading the way at the moment and uh trying to bring home or sorry i already brought home his second title just trying to bring home another win out here and of course that's money that's pay and look at this the battle liam o'farrell right on the back of the 15 of pettis is ktm put out a pit board liam will give you extra money just uh i don't think so i don't know i think liam can do whatever he wants out there but you never know well actually yeah wait do you think they put in a pepper because if they don't they're gonna have to pay more money to pennis they just do spend the whole time with pit boards doing an agreement fifty dollars here hundred dollars what are we gonna get you oh there we go would be pretty funny how that would work out for sure so across that straight right thompson welton my dags pettis and o'farrell and that's what you're watching on screen now that is the battle for fifth and sixth and uh pettis has got it o'farrell wants it another 201 fastest lap for thompson there 201-6 as he tries to gain on the champion there the dylan wright put himself in a deficit to see certain republicans they just show finally gave us a bit of a good camera angle of that accident the red cross flags about being off the gas yes the guys are waiting the other side of the track but they're going down this straightaway and i honestly don't think any one of them are doing exactly what is correct you can obviously not knock the entire field yeah so it's gonna be interesting to see how that one plays out but the red cross flag is off the gas through it through the um section right there so this is gonna be interesting to see if any sort of penalty or this let's go down again so that's that's above our pay grade but when we see it on screen uh we can definitely bring up what it means when a red cross flag is for those viewers at home yeah you just uh hope for the best of the ride that's down there as thompson gets up in that sweeper corner already getting to some lap traffic here for our leaders as we're about 12 minutes into this photo thompson dropped another half a second off that time yeah his fastest lap lap six that's pretty impressive here as he's had not had the best run here at the ms4 but he's feeling the flow here early on in this moto so cole thompson right now really finding some uh some red bulls in the woods or something got some wings there got some wings he's getting his wings and he is flying on lap number six in this moto and they could the wild thing about coal obviously you know better than anybody when he gets going it just kind of keeps fighting his way he's so methodical and smart he'll find those lines the only thing that makes him switch it up is a lap traffic in some sort of way but if he can stick to that line now for the next two or three laps we might get a good battle coming here yeah we haven't seen that out of him we haven't seen any spark and that's what i said to him i'm like every time he got passed by any welt pedaglia wright pettis he never even fought back for it like we did we just watched piccolo in that one moto there so this is interesting yeah yeah that's a tough position to be in right there as they drop in with loppers but uh yeah we haven't seen any spark out of thompson to just go after the guy that passes him so hey you know what he fought his way back here he's in second spot he's put in some good laps he's got to be happy with that but as we go back he's looking for his parker eels that's cooked parker reels that is for eighth and ninth right now so cook has got eight and park reels got nine and for a guy like parker is doing the series doing the training right now that mitch cook is out of shape you gotta think he wants this he doesn't wanna be like ah mitch cookson you're not beating me don't just show up and take a couple yeah just show up to our series so we're off screen there we're watching still park oh sorry not parker eels it's liam o'farrell still in behind pattis the rate on screen parker eels attempting to get around the gas gas of mitch cook as they get by that incident once again that rider number was that that's that that might be perhaps 7 37 i don't see him inside the top 21 on us another alberta spot to crash though it looks like now it's cleaned up those flags are gone i just cheated on screen so next lap around all riders will be clear to do whatever they wish in that section there kyle so best wishes to perrott who had a great first moment i think he finished pence so um but back to this battle on screen here are a couple of uh privateers if you will one on a gas cast one on a honda and um yeah parker will see he doesn't want cook to beat him no and mitch cook using this race as a warm-up for the vet nationals i know you did that a couple years ago and it's quite the scene there glenn helen they take it very serious to that racing so he's going down there i'm not sure what class he's gonna ride probably at 30 is there a plus something maybe uh yeah no there is a 30 pro and a 40 pro okay uh that with longer moto so that was probably that would probably be the one that mitch would go into right there uh but yeah it's very cool event just laid back i was spoiled enough to go down with good friends of mine and steve mathis from able to paul us get myself a yamaha blue crew and uh do the pulpa mex show and all kinds of good stuff after the fact so that i myself my trip was probably a little bit better than the most could be because it was a little bit spoiled but yeah it was a good time for sure i've never been there but uh that'd be cool to have uh mitch cook down there i'm guessing tyler will go too right well yeah he's allowed i i'm not too sure what the border crossing vaccinations all that he'll have to look into that i'm guessing but it'd be cool to see it down there regardless but parker is not letting him get away right now right putting it in the wheelhouse of mitch cook and showing him that he does not want to let the uh the one the one and done uh mx tour stop here for rich cook beat him yeah i had a feeling mitch was gonna be in that five to eight bubble and he's just exactly where i thought he's gonna be and battling it out here and man that's gotta feel good you know coming here not racing in this level for so long and just battling it with some of these guys and it just goes to testament of how talented mitch cook is on a motorcycle here it is parker eels getting up that inside galdi yeah putting the pressure on do you think mitch cook even knows who parker else is yeah i think he watches i think he's got it yeah yeah he's got to know i hope so be good if he does cause he's about to make a pass maybe right here kyle no not quite not enough alongside but down into the same line they have to follow down here not a lot of line choice down in this area this is exactly where we are in the tv booth and um it's uh park rails is pushing that envelope making it happen right now yeah solid ride here for both of these guys and parker eels he's been in that top 10 all year long he's going to close up that gap on that eighth spot in the points but right now he's dealing with mitch cook the wily veteran showcase and he's still got some skills runs a great shop out west haf and uh obviously now back on to the dirt bike seat like seeing it yep as they get into that uh that section there heading towards that dave bell tower dropping back in the biggest drop the lowest part of uh walton transcend heading up towards that natural natural double there these guys duking it out here trying to make a move but look at mitch just a little bit quicker through that section parker eel following suit up the inside into the valley we're back to our leader here he's in behind us now looks like he's broke thompson just a little bit here as thompson losing a second that last lap thompson he's got a decent gap over welton if we look up the leaders board he's got about 15 seconds on welton so good ride regardless thompson losing a little bit of time on that lap there down right taking the fastest lap there so yeah 201.2 on lap nine kyle very impressive to see what dylan wright is able to do when he gets that clear track but even thompson going down just a little bit low and those guys are really setting a toward a tourist pace out here between all uh all of the riders so uh dylan right though doesn't have to win but now just kind of in cruise mode and it's just showcasing the kids skill set man he's so skilled so fast and when he wants to win he just lays his head down and does it yeah very good in these running conditions here dylan right as we get back to thompson just launching up that natural double dylan right just the next section over as with no signs of welton there we go back to that battle it looks like pat is just pulling a little bit on a barrel and i think that makes all the difference in the world there for that championship all right so the 15 of pettis right now ktm red bull four doing a good job just kind of battling through and you can just tell the way he looks on the bike right now goldie he's super stiff he's obviously dealing with that back pain but man just trudging through to get the second overall for the team and uh looks like that's uh jamie mason there he's actually a film rider for the mx 101 squad so he's filling in i don't know if it's for messing or for moff either or he's still in it for both of them he's a truck driver for the mx 101 squad he's getting that factory treatment here today at walton so barry hall said used to be the truck driver and he was ready for this mx101 is just like you're hurt you're hurt we're having the truck driver he's thrown in there and he's in the mix and uh jamie mason i want to see if he's in the top 20 no not to the top 20 here for us so uh those guys uh just giving him the maybe a bit of a dream ride here oh right just parking somebody parking a lapper there the 631 i think that's cole kelly oh getting laughed right there okay so dylan right on screen though doing a good job making sure he brings home this final moto he doesn't need it but of course you want a little extra payday for that stuff right there so lots of good stuff happening under that haunted canada gdr tent and um man he's up uh 9.5 seconds so he's got a pretty comfortable lead as well right now dylan wright doing everything right now keeping an eye on that um push he's eight seconds behind uh marshall welton but running a bit faster laptop that line dying around so i want to say medaglia maybe closing the gap a little bit galdi as you come by the stripe there we'll see what it is so yeah about the same lap time that time around it's just going to depend on the pace of the dagger we have through this lap last portion of this race we're running about a 7 17 or 18 laps here for the 450 guys as we see right jumping through those twin tabletops into the swamp land and look at this splash back still mitch cook rear view mirror of parker eels as they get through some lappers it looks like dario zekka next on the docket for the lap oh right nope he's gonna give cook the line good move by zekka getting out of the way park reels he's been eating a lot of roofs out of that gas gas machine as they get over the finish line up into this ruddy corner lots of different lines here you see the guys going inside outside dropping back in here mitch cook here part-time rider part-time racer and he's just mixing up here in the top ten holding up some pressure from the whole shot honda of parker eels as they get through this right corner look at this parker heels driving to the outside he's gonna try a slingshot around him cook just getting enough there as that lapper gets out of the way see if mitch cook's gonna dive to the inside yes he's gonna close the door there on parker eels fields trying to make it work here as they get ready for the valley section up through the inside there losing just a bit of ground it's crazy this is like one of the only battles on track right now except for looks like liam o'farrell only two seconds behind padded look at this parker eels no not enough there goldie so they're going to make that move parker reels right now just trying to push the envelope on cook you got to think coach by getting a little bit tired yeah he's in good shape and all but just right oh a little stall out there from cook opening the door for reals no not able to get it there very tight section for passing and everything like that so ariel's trying to make a move here kyle looking good yeah looking good there looking strong here for cook but he's got to be feeling the pressure i don't think he signed up for exactly this he probably wanted to get in his little bubble there but look at parker heels now working that inside we've seen tonight using that line in the 250 class and look at this cook into the deep ruts eels off the outside cook giving away a little bit let's see if he's got the drive for the inside looks like parker eel's finally going to get it to get some clean air out of the uh the gas gas roost so parker heals up into seventh spot here mitch cook dropping back to eight great race out of the gas gas as we go back to tyler medaglia we're gonna see he's about seven seconds back of uh marshall welt we're getting to the late stages in this and tyler mcdaniel getting up to that twin tabletop there and looking through that swampland he can make some pushes here he can gain a lot of ground and marshall i don't think he's feeling the most comfortable this today probably the not the greatest ride for marshall walton he's always been pushing the envelope getting up front maybe the bike set up just not working for him today it's a bit different than that walton one where we've seen a lot more ruts a lot more bumps these guys getting a faster track as we look over i look over my shoulder there thompson and right um still out front good distance there to welt but uh watch him at dagley i just want to know if he can gain their call he's about seven and a half down we're going to see what the lap times click in at as they go by the mechanics here yeah so well already going by the mechanics area here comes the medaglia it's about it's out of people the same distance but you know how much heart and drive mcdeagley has yeah tyler medallion never gives up any time on that track right there and he is always pushing the envelope right to the end as he clicks by that gap is six point one so tyler clicked it down another second there on a canon to gdr fox on screen right there dylan wright closing in on that championship already won it just losing in another mode of win here as it stands so the honda cannon ggr fox team looking good right now and uh i've sort of lost the translation call i was just looking to see about how the points work on if there is that tie between pedestrian i believe it is we go to uh the most overalls after that i was looking to see if it said the overall for the day uh beats them on that day kind of thing so i was just trying to find that in there we'll do the mrc officials worry about that when i'm just trying to do my due diligence for our folks sitting at home yeah for when we do make those announcements but um regardless dylan wright he's gonna be your champ that was that was fixed sealed that one is done we don't need to get the math book out on that one so coming in it was seven points you say goldie uh between the two pettis six six six six all right it was six points in we got we did have that sheet right in front of oh yeah right here yeah six point points yep coming in you got two out of motor number one yeah there's plus 12 right there for uh right that's when you should be like hey man we can't wait to golf next week check it for dinner you know i've got a tee time monday morning let's go you said 25 of the bonus right 25 percent of the winning bullets dylan right clicking off another lap they're just looking perfect on that number one and um he is definitely officially your 20-21 rock our triple crown series champion and uh now look at this looking camera you can see where cole thompson is about 11.5 down so uh still cutting some good laps out there cola still doing 204 still going faster yeah still going good getting through the lap traffic and uh you know what he passed a lot of guys to get there and especially welton he hasn't had welt number all year long he passed him and he puts uh over 20 seconds on welton in this moto so hey you know what you just take the positives out of this sure you didn't win but you put yourself back on the box you put yourself in second spot and uh you know got to be happy with that going forward so thompson getting up through that valley again over the natural double and we are 13 laps into this we gotta get close to the end here goldie probably another four laps when they come by the stripe to the finish line still lots of time out there but not a lot of tightness in any of the positions gaps between all riders the shortest gap i guess is between liam o'farrell and jess pettis which is 4.9 yeah five seconds that's a point that's still quite a gap there looks like tyler's still pushing there he's six uh but they match lap times jeremy zagliano so 6.3 behind so not sure he can make it happen maybe some lappers help him out but well still holding down that third spot well having a decent day here trying to claim that second overall in this series and as it stands the overall he would be at 38 points pettis 32 so they would tie for the series in this thing and as far as i remember uh i believe on that rook it goes back to who has the more overalls on a tie uh so that would definitely have to go to jess pettis right there who's got uh two of them thus far here in 2020 must go from overalls that's the first deciding and then it goes to uh yeah most overalls and then it would go down to moto's yeah right there wins both over time he would go yeah there was no doubt about that he would win on all counts as far as that goes down the line here but we still got some work to do there's ktm red bull factory rider cole thompson having himself a banner day out here looking to go 2-2 behind dylan wright and i hate man cole's riding good goal is riding good exactly what he wants to do rick coming into supercross in two weeks that go for dunes you know that's his favorite thing favorite time of year he goes back indoors lots of timing as he drops back in there amongst the trees up over into this horseshoe valley here ktm corner paul thompson looking to go 2-2 on the day he's got about 20 seconds over the number two of marshall welt holding down that third spot he's gonna get third overall as the thing sit looks like five only five seconds separating uh tyler mcdeagley and welt so look for that here's taylor chambikini on screen he's sitting just at that eleventh place spot so just outside the top ten trying to battle back anthony's spatini sitting in that 10 spot and there's a bit of a gap there two seconds so taylor chambikini trying to close the gap on spatini for that top ten possibly he's sitting tenth overall there that's great for tay yeah yeah that'd be three tops tens in a row correct no that's a little mistake there oh there's welton there so we got back to welton okay welton going by there that's okay that doesn't make a spot loose for uh san pachini no problem at all and uh yeah if it's three in a row then for but yeah i think it is a native right there that's an awesome way to end the series good for him gotta be happy with that in the points actually he's in 13th dairy dude so he's probably not going to move up anywhere there but it's a great way to finish off the season yep can't be mad about that as we get back to our leader look at the speed through the rollers still late in this model here and uh i don't think it's too bored yet goldie i think there's gonna be three laps to go as dylan wright launches down that mechanic uh straight away yeah say uh this moto feels longer i thought it was 15 laps last month would be last 15 so dylan wright getting by the stripe no chewboard out 15 laps in oh he's got a comfortable gap over tom sorry that was 14 seconds last time around i feel like it is all settled in here for everybody to finalize getting this last model done everybody will be satisfied and you got to imagine every every single one of these 450 guys is going to line the fences to watch this final fantasy oh yeah oh yeah it's going to be a barn burner there and uh gonna sort this out real quick on who's the 250 championship already got the 450 title in the book there but marshall welton coming by the stripe he's got oh you got to say he's got a little bit of room here he had five seconds last lap let's see what he's got here the timing scoring catches up baldi ah five point four four yeah 204 204 three two or four tyler was a little bit faster again but didn't really chip too much off he's probably got what do you say three two laps ago there's three laps to go right we think three laps to go yeah he needs to chip away he needs a whole bag of chips like you said it's uh i believe and we just saw pettis cross as well so yeah looks like it comes down there welton and pettis would tie but the tiebreaker would go to pettis for the more overall victories in the series overwhelmed so that would put a honda ktm cowie one two and three at the end of our 450 series circle yup and it's uh almost going to look like the same thing in the other class as well a honda ktm and akali yeah yes they could while ktm is leading oh yeah just not in that yeah yeah yeah you know something i don't know got something going on um yeah i know exactly so that's kind of cool a lot all at least it's always good to see a lot of brands get represented at the end of the series that's why these guys pay the money to these athletes they can carry the flag for them and hopefully get themselves on the box um he launched that that was that camera was that the camera created two times exiting the rollers as if he was headed in the drag race there wow i would love to see those guys slow that down that scares me a little bit yeah okay so here he comes around he is gonna grab there it is two left to go kyle two laps to go here in the 21 season for the triple crown series for dylan wright to tap it off he has won it and now he can finally cap it once that final checkered flag waves out there for the champion and that we'll do the presentation for him we'll give him that number one plate you gotta think these guys are really enjoying being the first moto out of the bunch because we've watched so many times in the past with that 450 late motor was just so dried out yeah well these guys are going to get a little bit better conditions here in this moto and uh you know what they're gonna strip down of the gear after the podium they're gonna wind those fences and we're gonna watch that 250 showdown as he's catching up to parker eels who's sitting in that uh seventh spotlight spot parker having a great day parker eels right now sitting at seventh overall i gotta say that might be his best overall i'm trying to think of what he ended up getting there at uh at the ecan or sorry you can't keep saying he can destroy round number eight and uh but anyway he got top five didn't he did it fifth in that moto i just wasn't sure about the overall on that day well that if it was a monday it was a main event moto oh yeah my bad that's correct yeah good job yeah main event mode so yeah fifth overall with the top we're getting a seventh year in the two more format our traditional two model format out here come as a just an individual um we put a lot of work in so pass off the team hana canada gdr fox racing we did it again and uh now i guess we got to try again next year uh going to the off-season good but um yeah obviously saved my whole shot for the last moment of the year i could have used a few of those a few weekends ago but i guess you know when the pressure's off the stress is off um kind of just go out and ride my own race and i felt probably almost the best i felt all year out there just able to ride and uh not have to worry about points and um it's a save for the last weekend to feel the best of the year but um obviously it's good all right dylan won't they let you get up this stage you're gonna do a presentation from this beautiful crowd congratulations once again to the 2021 champ right there dylan wright on the haunted canada gtr fox you got business to take care of up there ever in time to celebrate i'm going to bring in the ktm thor red bull factory rider is going to finish second in our 450 series and he definitely and obviously a little bit of payment jess oh my god you are a hero once again showcasing you're one of the toughest guys out here and uh so you and welton actually tie but you get the tie because of more overalls in the series so i guess it paid off coming here in racing yeah i guess so uh man that one was a gritty ride that was probably one of the mentally and physically hardest rides of my life man i had obviously a back issue there at uh deschambeaux two weeks ago and i really didn't picture myself lining up here and uh and gritting this one out but there's a last minute flight on thursday booked my flight at eight showed up here on friday and uh man i didn't even know if i could ride practice really but we dug deep um really didn't even have much energy or or strength to stand up there halfway through that last model but hey we got it done so it's a never quit attitude yeah it shows it the heart you have jess and i mean like you said last minute was there even like before that thursday you were out for sure or was like i just i can't even imagine the the list of stuff that we heard happen i was like there's no way and then boom you're here yeah i flew back home to bc and uh and pretty much went into relaxation mode kind of called it a series and then ended up just going to my doctor i got a good surgeon back home in pg and he he looked over all my x-rays all my scans everything you know everything was was stable and uh not really a chance of injuring it worse so obviously i'm not out here to to uh to injure myself worse so um you know i came out here and a couple fractures really hard to breathe but some rest mode for sure sounds good well go rest up on the point and get a picture that's here's congratulations ktm red bull thor ride grabbing second overall in the series right now we're gonna bring in the parts canada team green kawasaki hubert motorsports rider of marsha welter marshall you did everything you needed to do today you got the six points but with the tie in the six points it goes to those overalls there and he got you with a couple overalls but uh you showcased once again you're a fighter you never give up and uh just talking about their series and your thoughts on how it all went today yeah um you know it wasn't ideal track conditions for me today nothing quite gelled um tried to do what i could and uh you know i just just wasn't quite on pace today but uh happy to walk away with podium again um only missed one this year so that was our goal to be on the box every race and you know we even got a win in there so uh a happy overall with how things went for my first 450 year um just uh yeah try to move on to next year congratulations on a great summer but go up there and celebrate get that third place and oh you got some other gifts i just want to give a birthday shot with my buddy bretton thanks my family for watching back home and the whole huber family and roni there the stage is said kyle mcnabb is fifth tsarnaev's second sinai trying to make a move right away here kyle they don't already put piccolo already looking back kyle wow and i didn't see where canelo started there he's buried in the field there about 10th 11th spot so another good start for davey fraser he's up in the third all right so piccolo doing exactly what he needs to do tonight look at this are we getting to the inside turner we got to see what ward did no sinai already gonna try to do something slide up the inside cut right across no a little bit of water in the track bit of a gingerly turn right there for both riders look at this tonight already trying to make moves though trying to make something happen get inside piccolo's head yeah you gotta think this might be some contact here getting desperate there for the kawasaki squad being nine points down out of this championship and uh one little stuff over a berm could cost piccolo some spots and really make that uh separation in the points what you don't want to let piccolo do is find that raw speed this kid's got here early on in these motives man i could tell you he could disappear and make things a little little stallion for ward right there kind of holds his teammate up in that fourth and fifth position here as we're looking at the red-plated sky racing number 30. fox canada backing this kid up right now and look at this kyle he's actually kind of ah maybe not actually i thought he took i didn't see tonight pointing that camera tonight is right there yeah so it's not right there and uh you got to look back the field there marco canelo coming by in 11th so he's got a lot of work to do to try to snag this overall we've he's been winning motors our fir first moto at cole for dunes another first motor where he crashed at sandalee and he just can't close this out so let's see if he can come through the pack and try to catch up to this lead pack and it looks like the 18 has gotten by the 84 so the 84 might not be able to be a team helper here in that back right there so yeah it looks like the 18's got by 84. so he's helping his teammate early on because maybe he didn't get that start if he got that start maybe he tries to bunch the guys up or something like that but right now it looks like 84 will not be a factor unless something happens with these guys here here and davey frazier once again again after great starts hitting third great start he's really good at this track he races all week here at the trans can in the the plus classes and he's out here racing the pro in the 250. and uh you got to give it up to number 30. two hole shots a day doing exactly what he needs to do yeah he's got nine points on that ryder center second i think he may he can let that guy go by he can let salad go by and that would bring it down to six the rider i think we really need to keep an eye on is the number 18 right now who's sitting in that fourth position that kid has got to push the envelope and do everything he possibly can to get up and get in the heads of these guys right here kyle there it is right there mcnabb trying to make that pass on fraser he needs to get around him quick and waste no time but frazier man good early speed out of the 11. wow and frazier doing a great job yeah it's really early on but mcnabb already down about four seconds on these guys man mcdonald mcnabb has got to go right now kyle this kid we've seen how good he is and right now he's not showcasing that rawness that he needs to have right now in this championship yeah he needs to find those lines he's uh so talented at doing and talking to some other riders out there he's just his skill to swap up lines he's always mixing it up and just taking the opposite of what the competitors are taking and just makes it work regardless of how many laps he's hit it carlson racing whoa david fraser almost going over the berm there right now holding spot in that third position and looking good on the husky as the front two guys start to pull away just a little bit the 18 and mcnabb and they are tight at the top oh fraser made a little mistake there it is the dad goes by where did he go who found that where did he find this in the shadows out there just finding some smooth stuff but man mcnabb just made that work so easily now he needs to get on his horse and get going there just in front of him he seems to nice helmet so he's not too far out of reach here he's got the raw speed he's good at this track he's gonna try to track down the top two guys and you gotta think it's gonna come into some trading plastic if he can get up there it's gotta have it has to be that way kyle there's too many points for it to just go one two three three two one's here they've got to get piccolo and get them back into a fourth fifth position here and but my uh question is is because that can now already know already he was in eleventh wow canelo already trying to make a move into that fourth position past davie frazier so canelo man could he come into this mixture colin make something happen what's your favorite line there goldie point steeler point stealer mcnabb and sanai need a point stealer and their friend in action is the canelo man right now can he make something happen yeah so canelo all over fraser gonna get by the stripe he moved up six spots at lap 207 he is running the leaders pace and passing six riders so impressive from the 46 of marco canelo he gets by another one so there he goes the pass is made up into that four spot marco canela and he's already setting a torrid pace he the top four riders are identical here kyle this could possibly be the craziest ending in canadian mx history here could jacob piccolo hang on can marco canela get in the mix can mcnabb make something happen kinston i get to stab in there yeah look at this up towards that natural double already putting some time on davey fraser he's got to get going though because mcnabb's pushing the envelope as well this too trying to gain time on piccolo and sinai up in that front there there's bennek nice move there the youngster on the old dog wow julian panic another sky racing friend right there of jacob piccolo making uh making a pass on davey frazier that's going to put bennett up into the top five all right get to the back of front of the pack we got to see what's going on right there so mcnabb is checked out so mcnabb right now we're going to see is that coming behind that pack right there so yeah he's back with gainer and bennett so those guys trying to get by fraser here is our leader and it's uh piccolo still got a nice little gap there yeah piccolo doing good here three laps into this race and shining bright on that orange ktm fox canada sky racing backing him up sinai he needs a little bit of luck right now he is the most far he's the furthest back out of these top three riders right now so it is going to be interesting to see if he can make something because if he gets to the to the closest to pickle he's definitely got to put that's a good lap now we're going to watch the lap times as they click it in here and you've got to think that mcnabb's running the fastest lap out of all three of these guys canelo would probably be the second fastest so piccolo coming by the strike 206 206 for our second place tonight and wait for that other time fuel five wow 205.5 a full second faster than piccolo so mcnabb is on the move if jacob piccolo were to get passed by sinai and also get passed by mcnabb that's only a five-point swing for mcnabb he would need two more he would need canela to steal the points yeah he needs canelo in there in the mix obviously he would love to see the 84 up in the mix but uh he's shuffled back in about seventh spot now battling for position and you gotta think after that uh bike failure in the first one for tanner ward he's probably on his backup bike so great probably not the same speed or power he'd have in his race bikes all right so piccolo's tonight one and two on screen right now mcnabb pushing hard into that third position mcnabb has the best outside chance of making something happen here jacob piccolo sky racing fox canada number 30 red plate backing him up ktm sinai team green pro circuit kawasaki thor killer motorsports second spot and honda cannon a ddr fox ride of ryder mcnabb sitting in that third position mcnabb has definitely closed the gap there he is right in frame yeah he's done this so many times at this walton track on minis on 50s on whatever he he's been coming from behind and able to find lines on this facility that uh just no rider can match so mcnabb in that third spot pulling a wheelie down that straightaway jumping into this roller section let's see if he can gain some ground on sinai he needs a lot of luck on his hands he has to pass both these guys and hope for canela and tonight to get in between here's the boards coming out there and all three of these guys ripping down that mechanic's way piccolo looking good though in the lead right now oh it's a piece of dirt i thought i saw a park piece of part off people's bike but i guess it might have been mud right there and looking at lap times again fastest on track is the number 18 of ryder mcnabb actually faster than him canelo clocks in at just to touch oh look at this though look at this on screen i was looking at the lap times here we go tonight going around the elbow around there it is the pass is piccolo going to jump through the inside trying to pass back no he doesn't so sanae a three-point swing right there that brings the knight down to six and you gotta think the championship points here now sinai is gonna leapfrog ryder mcnabb into that uh second spot in the championship so this is a good move here's tonight let's see if we can run and hide from our leaders and it's just gonna be if canelo can get back up into position because it's gonna be an overall situation as they get by the stripes and i would probably be your overall winner right now yes he would as canelo sits and forth so sky through the valley here gauldi and uh looking to take control of this moto but piccolo not done and now mcnabb is there on that outside line look at that outside line kyle that might be where the pass gets made on piccolo now piccolo just needs to breathe he needs to relax and hang on to that third the only way this changes is if ryder mcnabb wins this motto piccolo gets back to fourth that is the only way that they can change piccolo can get fourth there's tonight wins but he cannot get fourth if mcnabb wins because then it would come down to a tie it would go to overall victories and that would go to ryder mcnabb is wow so there we go you know what we might have to rethink that one we tied up whatever we think that one again the math going to go on because they both got two right now and then neither one of them would probably get the overall today yeah we'd have to go to second overalls in the series here okay this is getting crazy let's go back to the race action okay here comes mcnabb already wow he's all over him here called he's trying to dive up to the inside right in behind us canelo not too far behind this battle i guess piccolo just pulls aside piccolo gives way to mcnabb piccolo doing the smart things in that third spot he just gives way to mcnabb does not do any battling whatsoever yeah those guys got into it uh amateur racing here at the pro am class and now sinai looking behind sinai looking behind now who is going to happen are these guys going to dog each other are they going to try to squeeze it in they need spineless they need canelo's help canelo is coming in strong let's look at the lap times there 207 so canelo was three seconds faster than uh piccolo that lap and he's only three seconds behind this could get interesting real quick here goldie tonight leading the way if canelo passes piccolo sinai stays where he is sanai would be your winner he would gain that two points or three points over mcnabb and leapfrog him as well as leapfrog and piccolo the overall right now sits to tonight so if piccolo were to fall back to fourth that's a seven point spring it does not help tonight that way with that only seven he needs nine right now for the championship it would give him the overall as it stands right now but mcnabb is not allowed to not about to let that happen so right now sinai in the leader's position he would take the overall today with 45 points 43 points canelo mcnabb definitely the fastest kid on track right now looking to make that pass on darian sinai the 18 chasing down the 157. piccolo and third where is canela canela is right there he's definitely not too far behind he is the factor he is the the man that can help ryder mcnabb if mcnabb gets by tonight yeah so a little bit of fate if canelo can catch up to this lead pack a lot of fate is relied on who he passes and who he puts behind him as mcnabb now caught our leader tonight looking to hunt him down he would jump himself on the podium today and possibly give himself the best chancey pen for this overall championship one two and three over top of the finish line one more time wow julian benick is hauling the mail there as well julian bennett in that fifth position dropping a 206.9 the second fastest runner on track compared to ryder mcnabb wow so benedict just ripping here you got a thing matlab there canelo was was faster than piccolo again so canelo still a little bit faster than piccolo every single lap he's got 5.4 seconds to make up though gonna get into lappers here goldie that's gonna be huge these guys gonna just try to pick the right lines especially in this section here if you pick the wrong rut you're stuck in it all the way around and you gotta just deal with that lapper in your rut so lots of options out there these guys just gotta keep your head on the swivel look ahead so let's give you a little run down we obviously know the one two three four five positions sam gainer in sixth racine and seven davey frazier tanner ward tyler gibbs top ten william crates daniel elmore western rosina zach ulfam's up and pressed the mass angel inside the top 15. here's that outside line again oh nice and clean nice to clean up the inside there that piccolo looks like he's actually picked it up he's kind of closed it in a little bit you got to think that outside's going to work later on here that right on the inside is going to get tough and it's hard to hit consistent every lap and look at the lappers already coming into effect here i have to switch up his line traffic all over the place here the first second third place riders diving into these guys yeah so tonight through this rut here we're gonna see maybe we can catch candela coming through that background there yes just that black flash of the yamaha rider so as it stands right now piccolo would win this title over ryder mcnabb and he's been gaining two actually sorry over sinai we're having a five point swing that brings it down to four for sinai and that brings it down to five for mcnabb so four piccolo wins by four over sinai and five over mcnabb insane here kyle insane in this 250 class yeah it looks like maybe canelo just losing a bit of time that lap i'm not sure he's gaining as much as he was early on no that lap definitely not looking good for canelo on the times dropped it down to a 207 so he lost time he's down to 6.5 so nothing can help piccolo hangs on to third place he will claim this title over both sinai and mcnabb that's so benick there sitting at his spot lost a lot of time goldie he's back here 211. he dropped off that leader's pace so much like that first moto these top three getting away and kind of riding their own little race here matching lap times each time it is down to a three horse race but piccolo looks like he did the most damage to his competitors in motor number one this third place puts him in the driver's seat between either one of these guys either the 18 or the 157. it's starting to get later on this morning we are past halfway here and lap number eight they just clicked on they are number nine right now kyle we were about 13 or 14 in motor number one so there's still lots of time to go here but just piccolo he does not need to push the envelope he does not need to pass either one of these guys is that what's getting written on the pitfall just hold the pace stay where you are stay with them yep stay with them you got nobody to worry about behind you you got about six seconds to marco canelo so maybe they'll give him a little bit of gap control and just hang on their rear wheel do what you can just to stay with those guys so you know what the battle is up front oh lab traffic right there no problem getting out of the way these guys are tied cow man this is a tight race yeah this is insane right now so the overall for the day would be one two three four as you said canelo piccolo mcnabb as things sit and the series basically just swaps this kid right here to the top and sinai and then yeah look at that piccolo just keeping him in sight all through those lappers they just busted through canela dropping in not sure he gained any kind of that lap we'll get some lap times on these guys as you'll get into the ninth lap here goldie 206 fours for our leader 206 9 for piccolo and we'll see if canelo clocked in any better it's like uh 207 for someone who's going out in time he's got uh 7.1 so canelo looking like he may not be that point steal factor that we were talking about he had those supermaps where he was really gaining on them and now he's losing that time piccolo looks like he's lost a little bit of time mcnaby nab has lost a little bit of slime maybe the boys are just settling in here getting that pace going here these guys running similar lap times every lap they go around mcnabb up that inside tonight working in the outside up there and piccolo just in tow just trying to stay in this hunt so he knows where these guys are mcnabb taking that short way around right there all inside around that turn this kid i tell you what he's gifted with finding the lines that make him work that outside there no not playing as friendly as it was at the beginning of the race rap traffic right now charles charlton oh did he just flop into that rut wow mcnabb lost a lot of time right there yeah definitely caused a little problem there with a lot of traffic cow this could be good though he might need that just that little bit of space whoa hang on over there tip over right now could cost him dearly here because he knows he has to stay in front of canelo because roger mcnabb still stands a chance to get by sinai so mcnabb through those rollers see he's got some bit a clear air here he's going to try to gain on the 157 of darion sinai who would be your overall winner for the day the kawasaki pilot and looks like mcnabb already closing that gap he lost there's piccolo he's got about the same distance back a watch for canelo yes canelo drops it he is definitely gaining on piccolo but not our leaders a third for canelo in this motor with time for the overall which he did go for dunes with piccolo so i know he wants to get that win all right here's my last mathematical scenario at you never canela gets piccolo mcnabb wins they tie on overalls yup they tie on seconds they got to go to thirds piccolo's got two of them yes gotta go that deep in the bag it's gotta go that deep in the bag so even if piccolo did lose that spot to canelo mcnabb was able to win this race piccolo would still be your 21 champion that's why you're the math guy wow shot of tanner ward who came in here 11 points behind on the haunted king of gdr fox he's sitting in that just pass we're seeing that lap for six places not a great day for ward but you know what the kids all heart he'll be back next year to try to do it again here with the haunted canada gtr fox squad a broken bike and motor number one takes them out of the championship brings it down to that three horse race but piccolo is the boss cat out of those top three right now yeah it's got to take a bit of a wind out of sales and trying to you know get up with this lead pack when you're you know you're out of the chase you got no motivation there so he's just kind of putting in the motions and and just trying to stay healthy for supercross all right tanner ward 84 doing a good job right now at the it's sitting in that ninth position sorry no uh seventh position sorry sam gainer having a banner day up there in the tld gas cast he's sitting in that sixth position that's having a great day yeah he's having a great day obviously he's getting a bit overshadowed by what we've got going on at the front of the pack darren tonight definitely looking good trying to claim an overall victory this obviously helps and does a good little paycheck this does not help in the championship hunt this would get him second overall but four points behind jacob piccolo and win equals overall for uh i love to get those boards there see what the mechanics are talking about and regardless if canelo can pass piccolo it would not change the overall piccolo not too far behind his lead battle but you want to end on a high it would it would it's two things here for tsunami if he holds up mcnabb it gives him the overall in the day goldie and also gives him second in the championship so this is a big position here and a big chase for it we know piccolo is pretty safe there and i can see in the background marshall welton on the side of the track with his team cheering on his boy actually you know what if now i'm looking at it this would give mcnabb no if canelo passed that would give him 45. right but canela and then if ryder gets him that would give him 43. so canelo will get the overall today so that doesn't change again yeah so there we go canela on screen now just a bit behind this battle 6.3 seconds behind piccolo piccolo 4.8 seconds behind our leaders so canelo not getting off to the start he wanted this moto and he's fighting 206.6 for mcnabb on that last laps and once again the kid going the fastest late in the race he's done this numerous times and showcasing the kid is definitely in shape on this haunted candidate in gdr foxtrot on screen though marco cannella with a on his fxr mx101 yamaha rockstar helmet sitting in fourth in the moto second overall on the day the abandoned bike in the swamp ah the swamp eight enough here the swamp lands swamp lands they got yeah there's applicators and stuff in there man yeah it's a gators bike now tonight mcnabb a little bit of lost time on that one yeah these guys put down some pace here and uh looking at that last lap yeah half a second faster for mcnabb and uh looks like he stretched that back out a bit here tonight riding a great uh weekend here great race and uh we'll get some mechanics boards i can barely see that or faster you're faster you i think it's the apostrophe re there i don't know if that matters i don't care the grammar police up here in the tv booth you're the bad guy the grammar guy i'd say three laps to go kyle three laps to go i'd say right here three laps to go for jacob piccolo to grab his first title darius and i to grab the overall and second in the championship and mcnabb would be third in the championship diving inside there looks like one of the lappers getting out of the way so mcnabb just losing a bit of ground here called he's got to put on another charge try to get up the back side of the kawasaki shania riding an absolute perfect moto right now doing exactly what he needed to do but that two-point swing and motor number one was the costly one could not get it down into that five-point range because right here this would be the five-point range that we need and his overall tally would be two and then we would have to look at the overalls with there so so much stuff going on here the final round of the triple crown series for 20-21 very cool to see what jacob piccolo was able to do but gary's tonight right now leading this race and is that you know that's not the 18 so he's actually starting to pull away from mcnabb as well yeah i think mcnabb's struggling with lappers in the valley section he just uh got caught in behind there but uh do not count him out yet as they get through that swampland section look at the nav working that outside trying to get around some more lappers so a little bit of luck on tsi there putting himself in a great spot to pull away from the 18 of ryder mcnabb tonight looking good team green thor close circuit huber motorsports kawasaki backing up a friendly american now really stretching that lead over mcnabb gotta think that two boards coming out here this time around they did 15 laps last time and with a bit quicker lap time so we should see that any minute here as they get ready for that mechanic sweeper again mechanics here coming by right now two laps you can yep the board of i didn't read it there that was too quick for me all right here we go two laps to go two laps to go for darius tonight to claim the overall there's piccolo on screen now so two laps to go for this kid right here to bring home the first championship in his career the first championship in skyrim sky racing as well that great there let's see where canela is i think it looks like we lost canelo yes we have we've lost here it is only between sanaya mcnab now for second in this championship yeah second in the championship that pass for mcnabb could put him in that position let's just see behind the lead battle here gainer just come by the finish line he's got ward all over the back end of him both guys they've had lots of uh races together in the past and amateur days they're battling out here for the final mode of a pro just off screen behind us here al dick of the sky racing team really uh looking nervous nervously looking at the points but i'm quite certain he knows what's going on he knows what's on the line and a very proud moment uh for a pro a privateer team here in canada sky racing ktm fox canada backing up this kid wow another abandoned bike in the swamp lands galdi the gators got it yes the gator's got him down in the swamp right there the mx 101 squad not having a great end to the 2021 year and look at this sny has really pulled away here with a lap and a half to go great job by darion snyde here it was just that first moto two-point swing kyle that bit him in the butt and i'm just going to take a look here kyle so if you were talking about the overalls and how it went so sinai got his first overall at that last round and it would have still went to piccolo if they tied because he's got two second overalls and eyes only got one second so it was all piccolo everything was leading towards piccolo here no matter what happened and he's doing a great job here one more lap for the kawasaki pilot yeah you guys think uh you know piccolo put himself out front both times and stayed out of the drama anybody that's back in the pack they just kind of you know i mean they just had to deal jacob piccolo has two minutes and 10 seconds to reach his dream this kid has been here his story has been crashing here speed this that all the stuff everything everybody thought he had it the only guy that believed in him other than himself and his mum and dad and obviously skye racing like well not the only guy now i keep naming more phil nicoletti phil nicoletti said that this kid is going to win overalls he's going to fight for this title and here we go he is a little over three quarters of a lap to claim a championship but the man on screen is going to claim the overall today if he can hang on for half a lap team green kawasaki post circuit thor darion sinai but he's going to come up just to scan four points short of this title you got to think this is probably one of the tightest battles for a 250 championship we've seen in years and uh these guys they've just created so much fun to watch this uh this battle this championship and just you know that's why last motor of the day we're going to end on a high note and darien sinai just putting the finishing touches on another overall that championship obviously going to go to the number 30 of piccolo i seen kevin tyler holding the bike there a disappointing year for the mx 101 squad yeah i had such high hopes with marco canelo everything awesome lost some bikes lost some points and for darren tonight coming all the way from california up here probably going to be just a little bit disappointed at the way that a season started by the way that it's finishing here looking to claim back-to-back overalls and going to come up just a little bit short of this 2021 triple crown series 250 championship but what a great way to finish off the year here and obviously he's going to be good in supercross so he'll be back here in just a couple of weeks they go for dunes when we start our supercross tour portion of the triple crown series and uh but here we go the final dropping two turns to go well there you go what a great ride there all day long tonight team green pro circuit thor kawasaki gonna grab the win on the jersey the number one there how are we feeling right now kid you're not a very talkative fella buddy but i got to tell you the emotions must be running high give me some love and talked about that race event congratulations oh i was so stoked on that uh that was a gnarly moto i just saw i did i really didn't want to push hard at all i was just nervous to going down i was just trying to stay up so uh you know i stayed up got a third got the championship i'm stoked uh talking about coming into the state you had a bit of a gap and you've never been in a position like this before yeah maybe in the amateurs or something like that what was it like handling it were you nervous what was al giving you just give me the whole way leaving it into those motors because when the gate dropped you did exactly what you needed to do yeah for sure i was uh you know i was just focused on starts you know i was always helping me out uh mentally in the head and you know it was an awesome day and i'm stoked congratulations you are the 20 21 250 champ my friend go on up there and celebrate with the team and everybody else jacob piccolo grabbing it right there we're gonna wait down for darion sinai who's gonna get second in the championship and ryder mcnabb who's gonna get third four points before sinai behind uh piccolo and only five behind for uh sorry mcnabb was sacked four four points back and said right there so a crazy way to end it there but piccolo shows up and like you said he knew what he had to do and when the gate dropped he showcased that poise and that work that he's been doing at club mx down there and we talked to our good friend who won the triple crown series a couple years ago phil nicoletti and he said that this kid is going to do damages here and we were like ah you know all those canadians were we're skeptics and we don't know there's no way that he can fix this kind of stuff and sure enough there it was jacob piccolo fixing it at every gate drop all year long the boys are just celebrating behind us here we're going to bring ryder mcnabby's going to be the next one coming in probably a little disappointed with the kid 15 years old the future is bright for this youngster right here and ryder mcnabb i tell you man you're still smiling which is amazing and uh coming up a little bit short so kind of give me what's going through your head right now obviously this is the first time you've ever been in a position like this only 15 man the future is bright as we all know but a little bit short today ryder just give me your thoughts uh no it's uh it's a little frustrating but uh just wish i could have got a better start in that first photo and uh kept a little closer but worked our ass off today so we're good to go you fought all the time that's one thing you can take with you out of this championship you never give up you never let anyone on the table right there looking at it now down in the future it's going to sting but i think this is one of the ones you like you know you never gave up you come up a bit short and you can just carry it on is that something you can do as becoming a pro right now yeah for sure it's uh just looking back on it i could uh i just need to work on my starts i was always just talk i could never get a top 10 start i pulled one hole shot which was good but just starts i need to work on everywhere else i'm really good so just starts this year congrats on a great year man go to up there celebrate getting third overall on that series right there just five points behind our points champion right there of jacob piccolo there and darius and i just finishing his live interview here with the fans and stuff like that we're gonna bring him in so you can tell the emotion right there he was holding back some tears the kid wanted that one bad at 15 years old he would have been the youngest champion in the history of our sport so to bring that home and obviously there's a ton of eyes on him uh down in the states around the world looking at a 15 year old star that could possibly win his first ever championship the amount of pressure that probably takes is unbelievable none of us could ever know what that's all about and you can see it kind of coming through in his face right there we're going to get tonight coming out here very shortly and talk to him and uh it's pretty wild to see the kind of pressure that these kids put on themselves at 15 you see ryder jumping around and running with all his buddies and his kids just kind of playing around and then when he gets on the track he turns into that veteran status and he wants that champion to make it happen here and a little bit of tears and a lot of respect for that young kid 15 years old and as i said the future is bright but jacob piccolo on the sky racing ktm fox canada ride was the man that put it together he did the job right there he got the starts today and uh he was able to make it happen we're going to bring in the team green parts canada thor rider right here all right darren you did what you needed to do in the first mode of the second moto or sorry you didn't need the second motor the first model i got to pay you but uh what a great way to end but i guess if you look back on it it was the way that it started that kind of beat you in the butt yeah for sure i started a little bit slow you know we were all pretty close i just you know that first walton race i got fifth which kind of hurt me a little bit every race from then you know i went five four four three three two two one one so i got better as we went and uh honestly i'm pretty happy i'm feeling confident i'm feeling pretty good on the bike i struggled a little bit today because it was it was hard packing you know small ruts so i struggled a little bit with arm pump i felt like that held me back and kind of in both motors um but i'm happy to at least get the overall win and go into supercross i think i got second in points so was there any moment in there where you thought i mean being a bit more of a veteran compared to the other kids you're racing a moment where you're going to maybe put some put some paint on them there maybe push some water and that kind of stuff i i mean there was a couple close calls but when you made the pass you made it clean it just wanted to disappear yeah for sure um you know i don't i don't like to ride dirty or anything um i definitely would have if he would erase me i would have you know tried to put it in on him because that's you know racing uh but he played it smart you know he knew that he could let me go by he he wrote a few strong laps at the beginning he know that he could let me and ryder go by i actually kind of look back over this jump here to see if he's there and i'm like all right you know let's play a little bit um but ryder was behind me and you know he was two points ahead of me going into that mode so i knew that i had to beat ryder so at that point i'm like okay just focus forward let's just try to win it you know whatever is going to happen is going to happen and you know he got piccolo got third he got the championship uh congrats to him good job congratulations respect to you go on up there celebrate the overall win with your team and the wrestling guy right there so these boys are going to be celebrating up in here behind us here and i'll
