[Music] at the traffic lights turn right onto east 11th street then the destination is on your left [Music] are we the first yes we're the first the destination is on your left franklin bbq arrived [Music] franklin barbecue time if i can wait in line for a roller coaster for three hours i can wait six for barbecue we're here six hours early they open at 11 5 10. [Music] [Music] so [Music] 5 13 a.m they open at 11. only five hours and 46 minutes to go see you then here we were yeah and then were we the first at no we've never [Music] cadillac we were we were gonna be first we pulled up there was nobody there and then we went to walgreens or cvs and then we came back from cvs and there were 20 people online we lost our chance at cadillac well we're first this time i mean if you're going to do franklin's you might as well do it right [Music] [Music] so [Music] so here we are austin texas decided to wake up early eat some barbecue woke up at three o'clock this morning got here at five just to be in line first first one's through the door and we will be today it's 7 30 now three and a half hours and we'll be eating some brisket and just found out beef ribs today franklin's beef ribs can't wait y'all [Music] [Music] yeah just came for some sunday barbecue all right well we got beef ribs today like i was saying yeah we got um brisket of course we got pork ribs we got pulled pork turkey and two pans of sausage tonight we're gonna out sausage with a black pepper garlic we've got a jalapeno cheddar sausage as well and of course yeah we got our turkey and people sleep on that turkey but it's usually pretty good do you want to be fruit we're gonna do a beef bread all right so you get the beef from tickets this is like keep the crispy one we'll probably do a pound of bread any pork that's the beef rib ticket this is gold right here gold in close it is 8 40. 2 hours and 20 minutes getting excited [Music] any of the uh [Music] good morning [Music] um [Music] final hour [Music] exactly got the crowd building up [Music] oh yes [Music] you were really worried yeah here i'm kind of convinced you kept that to like knock people out of your way bye [Music] hello are you guys eating here uh yes how much brisket are you no sausage potato salad beans just a small [Music] and then this one actually has two bones in it it is about 1.4 i'll do it for like a pound and a quarter take that bone off you can get two do you want me to slice it or just keep it like that perfect no we'll caveman yeah that's the spirit y'all enjoy thanks what should we try first all righty franklin's we are here franklin buddy oh we gotta try rip first wow look at that all right cheers yup that's the top two ribs i've ever eaten all right brisket oh my god oh my god hey dad that's what brisket's supposed to do see that look oh it just fell i would eat this off the ground ready [Music] [Music] wow very mellow very mine but good for the first time nope jessica gets the first bite of the beef rib because she's going to want video to send to her friends jessica's got franklin's beef rib we got lucky beef rib day don't matter this is all the saint louis people beef rib pork ribs brisket look at this look at the brisket just dissolves sauce beans it's amazing y'all beef rib oh my [Music] god wow [Music] [Music] that's fantastic so people always say is it worth the wait we've been here since 5 00 a.m is it worth it yes 100 i would wait five a.m again all right beans holy cow boy that's got a zip those are a little picky wow yeah one more ring is that tender no oh i forgot about the barbecue sauce just horrible i know just absolutely horrible i don't know look at that i don't know why people stand in line for this and it feels like those are pretty awesome oh my gosh it's pretty nice my god yeah it's ridiculous yes it's amazing i just i got done telling people and people always ask is it worth the way a hundred percent 100 we literally we were the obviously the first ones here we we came in at five in the morning i mean if you look if you waited you know literally seven hours i guess it would be about now six hours six hours six hours so before six hours and you're still smiling at the end of it oh we're getting a job we're doing it amazing awesome thank you oh my god thank you you're very welcome you know this i just i mean i'm looking at that i'm like yeah that's that that's quite a treat those are amazing everything thanks again yeah thank you but that had a little bit more tomato or a little bit more ketchup that's almost all wild that vinegar sauce just jumped into my top i didn't know it was today on saturdays saturday yeah it's spot on yeah i can go back to brisbane that's why i came [Music] that's the flat so this is what we cooked at mom and dad's house pit box this is flat ours didn't do that i don't know i don't know what my favorite is i do i know my favorite i'll let jessica say her favorite i'm not ready [Music] oh my god see yeah thumbs up all right guys we'll see ya you took holy cow well you were curious if there was still a line there's still 100 people in line all righty still a line [Music] you [Music]
